    PSALM 64:6~
THEY SEARCH out iniquities: they accomplish a diligent search: both the inward thought of every one of them, and the heart, is deep.
I pray that i dont dwell on my sin and dwell on your presence which is True and Righteous.

  2. thank you pastor and sis watts for looking out for my soul fos 4 yrs ive never forgot anything!
    In the Name of Jesus.

  3. Lift up your hands in the sanctuary and bless the Lord! I’m so glad that any time I raise my hands I’m in the sanctuary. We are not our own, but we have been bought with a price, and our bodies are the temple of the Holy Ghost! Praise him this morning!

  4. BEHOLD, this means to look upon sonething or someone impressive. This means that when we worship the Lord, its not some common evey day event. Its not like washing your face, or getting a bite to eat. This is something that should make everything else stop. This is something that you should focus your whole attention on. before leaving your home today. BEHOLD bless ye the Lord.

  5. This psalm give me a giggle in my soul. I remember when my daddy used to play with me with one of those big colorful balls. He will throw it and I will try to catch it. He will tell me, you need to open your arms big if you expect to catch it when its coming. I say this because that is how I feel. I raise my hands up wide open and I feel His Love, His Joy, His Blessings, His Mercy, His Grace, and I receive them with arms wide open. My God, My Savior, My Redeemer, there is none like You!!!!!
Thank you Jesus for ALL !!!!!!

  6. …reminds me of that Kurt Carr song:

We lift our hands in the sanctuary,
We lift our hands to give you the glory,
We lift our hands to give you the praise,
And we will praise you for the rest of our days, yes!
We will praise you for the rest of our days!

Jesus! We give you the praise!
Emmanuel we lift up your name!
    Heavenly father! Coming Messiah!
And we will praise you for the rest of our days! Yes!
We will praise you for the rest of our days!

  7. ILove to eat the Word

Lift up your hands in the sanctuary, and bless the Lord.

All this time I thought pastor was just trying to get everyone to exercise… But look its right here…Lift up your hands in the sanctuary, and bless the Lord.

    The open hand 03027
    יָד yad
    Noun Feminine yawd
    a primitive word
a primitive word; a hand (the open one (indicating power, means, direction, etc.), in distinction from , the closed one); used (as noun, adverb, etc.) in a great variety of applications.

The open hand used in this verse is different than the closed hand.

When you open your hands and lift them to heaven, you are asking God to use you, guide you, and to give you power to overcome.

  8. HALELUJAH!!! HALELUJAH!!! HALELUJAH!!!
1 Behold, bless ye the Lord, all ye servants of the Lord, which by night stand in the house of the Lord.
2 Lift up your hands in the sanctuary, and bless the Lord.
3 The Lord that made heaven and earth bless thee out of Zion.
YEA!!! HALELUJAH!!! THANK YOU JESUS!!! I PRAISE YOU DADDY!!! I PRAISE YOU IN THE SANCTUARY AND ALSO WHEN I’M NOT IN THE SANCTUARY!!! WHY??? BECAUSE YOU ARE WORTHY!!! THANK YOU DADDY!!! YOU ARE SO FAITHFUL!!! HALELUJAH!!! GRACIAS PADRE!!!

  9. 1 Behold, bless ye the Lord, all ye servants of the Lord, which by night stand in the house of the Lord.

Even through my darkest hour I will stand by The Lord and bless His holy name…

  10. 1 Behold, bless ye the Lord, all ye servants of the Lord, which by night stand in the house of the Lord.

Even the guards keeping watch at the door through the night must praise him.

  11. UNLIMITED POTENTIAL

3 The Lord that made heaven and earth bless thee out of Zion.

There is a promised reciprocation in Blessing the LORD. We are encouraged, taught and even commanded to BLESS the LORD.

The word BLESS in verse 1 is

1288. barak, baw-rak´; a primitive root; to kneel; by implication to bless God (as an act of adoration)

The word BLESS in verse 3 is

1288. barak, baw-rak´; a primitive root; to kneel; by implication to bless God (as an act of adoration)

    The same word!

As we ADORE HIM he will ADORE us!

As father and creator of everything, GOD controls everything, therefore HIS Blessings on us hold much more promise and potential than our BLESSING him.

HE identifies the sanctuary as the place to offer PRAISE or BLESS HIM. HE also identifies the the sanctuary, church, Zion (the mount of GOD) as the place we are BLESSED from.

Do not hold back on your PRAISE to HIM and for HIM.

    UNLIMITED POTENTIAL

Psalms 103:1 Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.

    NOW

BLESS the LORD with EVERYTHING you have and watch HIM BLESS you beyond your own comprehension.

    iPraise
    iPray
    iWork
    iGive
    iReap

  12. This chapter illustrates encouragement. They were inspired to praise God (Jesus). One should be stirred to want to praise the Lord; “Wherefore I put thee in remembrance that thou stir up the gift of God which is in thee . What a mighty God we serve! May the good Lord Bless you all in Jesus name, Amen

  13. 1 Come, bless God, all you servants of God! You priests of God, posted to the nightwatch in God’s shrine, 2 Lift your praising hands to the Holy Place, and bless God. 3 In turn, may God of Zion bless you – God who made heaven and earth! MSG

    CHORUS:
    I will praise the Lord
    I will praise the Lord
    No matter what tomorrow brings
    What it has in store
    I will praise the Lord

Praise the Lord in the good times and the bad times!!

  14. Verses 1-2 CEV “Everyone who serves the Lord, come and offer praises. Everyone who has gathered in his temple tonight, lift your hands in prayer
toward his holy place and praise the Lord.” Who should come and offer praises???? Answer: Everyone!

Verse 1 CEB “All you who serve the Lord: bless the Lord right now! All you who minister in the Lord’s house at night: bless God!” When?? Answer: right now!

  15. Vs. 2, “Lift up your hands in the sanctuary, and bless the LORD.”

Bless means to worship; glorify; praise.

When I come to church, I will lift up my hands and worship for He is worthy of all the glory, honour, and praise.

This made me think of part of a song we sing in church.
Never let a rock cry out in my place,
He’s worthy of all my praise.
    Never, never, never,
    I just came to magnify,
    I just came to glorify,
I just came to praise the LORD.

  16. A servant sells out their life, dream, and future to fulfill the life, dreams, and future of another. God tells us to die so we can live. Humility is the key to promotion. When we allow ourselves to let him take over then others receive what they need. 🙂

  17. 1 Behold, bless ye the Lord, all ye servants of the Lord, which by night stand in the house of the Lord.

2 Lift up your hands in the sanctuary, and bless the Lord.

3 The Lord that made heaven and earth bless thee out of Zion.

It starts of with, “behold” making a distinction from a mere glance but instead looking at something awesome and great, look upon…something, some one that makes a difference. Verse two may sound much like a command. Lift up your hands in the sanctuary and bless the Lord. In the darkest hours, when tormoil is going on in a person’s life, I have felt like this at times, it is hard to lift up your mood, even so your hands, or your voice, or your praise. But it is there that we must realize, “BEHOLD” who we are worshiping. We must have that ephimany moment that hey..! This is the ONE that created the heavens and the earth, as verse three states. He is the God that spoke the world into existence. That saw me and formed in the womb. This is the One that parted the sea in two, he is the One that overcame the world and defeated death. Those are just a few things registered in the Word that are praise worthy. All his nature is praise worthy! Now go back in to your memory bank, remember all the tiny and big things the Lord has done already for you. How He has blessed you. How he has provided. Hi He has healed, clothed, fed, sustained you. The battles he has given you victory over and the bondages He has delivered you from. If you were going through another situation, lift up your hands and praise! I would do the craziest things and to get His attention…not only lift up my hands but scream shout how wonderful and powerful He is and that my situation is nothing to the greatness of my God. My body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. I’m gonna have “CHucH” right here right now! All I have to do is lift up my hands in “this” “mine” “I” sanctuary. Even if I don’t “feel” like it. I control am a steward of this body/temple. He has given me the spirit Power, Love and a Sound Mind. I will have a praise break!! In the morning, evening and night. In the car, at work, or when I’m alone.
BEHOLD, the GREAT I AM! I will bless thee oh Lord, I will bless thee!!

  18. 134:3the LORD that made heaven and earth
bless thee out of Zion .
    AMEN!!!!
The Lord has blessed us, he has been good and gracious to all of us.
    And also soooooooooo mercyful.
God bless every single person who does and stays busy (work hard)for his kingdom.
—God forgive me for letting situations keep me away from the work of the LORD.but here I am and at the same time thank you LORD for opening doors, so that I am able to do something( help)…….

  19. 2 Lift up your hands in the sanctuary, and bless the Lord.

He deserves every praise, every shout, every dance….Give Him all the glory and honor!!!

  20. 1 Come, bless GOD, all you servants of GOD! (MSG)

3 In turn, may GOD of Zion bless you—GOD who made heaven and earth! (MSG)

  21. 1 Behold, bless ye the Lord, all ye servants of the Lord, which by night stand in the house of the Lord.

It is blessed that we would be together, and worship God. Serve Him with gladness in your heart.

  22. v1 Behold, bless ye the LORD, all ye servants of the LORD, which by night stand in the house of the LORD.

Praise HIM for HIS GREATNESS AND GOODNESS.
Look unto me, and be saved, all the ends of the earth; for I am GOD, and there is none else. Isasiah 45:22

    iPray
    iPraise
    Now

  23. Behold, bless ye the Lord, all ye servants of the Lord, which by night stand in the house of the Lord. Lift up your hands in the sanctuary, and bless the Lord. (Psalms 134:1, 2 KJV)

  24. 1 Behold, bless ye the Lord, all ye servants of the Lord, which by night stand in the house of the Lord.

2 Lift up your hands in the sanctuary, and bless the Lord.

3 The Lord that made heaven and earth bless thee out of Zion.

Notice the order of the blessing, the saints of God bless The Lord first and then The Lord blesses them. We can’t expect God to bless us if we won’t bless Him.

  25. Gotta get your PRAISE ON!

    scripture says:
2 Lift up your hands in the sanctuary, and bless the Lord.

When I went home today Joseph and Olivia danced with me prasing God in our kitchen. If the only place you worship is at church it won’t be natural in the sanctuary. Your worship should not be limited to only sanctuary worship or you won’t be fully able to praise The Lord with all the zeal He deserves. Don’t get me wrong, if you only praise at church I am not trying to discourage you, but to encourage you to praise everywhere. Also, if your holding back you should loll

  26. Short and sweet. It’s pretty simple, when you come into the house of God, praise The Lord. Enter into his gates with thanks giving. Enter into his courts with praise. I can’t find anywhere in the Bible when it says, “if you feel like it.” I do find all over simple formulas for victory. The most simple formula is praise.

  27. 134:2 Lift up your hands in the sanctuary, and bless the Lord.

I will bless The Lord at all times. I will praise him in the sanctuary. My hands, feet and my whole heart.

Create in me a clean heart sip that I may praise thee.

I will therefore that men pray every where, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting. -1 Timothy 2:8

  28. 1 Behold, bless ye the Lord, all ye servants of the Lord, which by night stand in the house of the Lord.

2 Lift up your hands in the sanctuary, and bless the Lord.

3 The Lord that made heaven and earth bless thee out of Zion.

Another idea of waiting on the Lord is serving in the way that a WAITer or WAITress serves. Waiting upon God even through night seasons is important, as well as during good times. Blessing returns as we bless the Lord and attend to Him. Yes God is there and meets our needs, but how often do we overlook just seeking to bless Him and enjoy His presence?

We are now the temple of the Holy Ghost; we can bless Him whether we are in the physical church building or not as we can have access to God regardless of physical location. Both availability and sensitivity help position us to serve God whenever/wherever we are. And in the end, there’s God almighty, Maker of heaven and earth, with blessing to return upon us. God can provide, will we worship?

  29. God I bless your mighty name. I praise you now and forever. I lift up my hands in your honor Lord. Jesus you have the power to bless those that are in desperate need, I seek youLord.

  30. 2 Lift up your hands in the sanctuary, and bless the Lord.

To lift your hands is a sign of surrendering your life and will to God. Thats why is is natural to do so when worshipping. By lifting our hands we are telling God “I give you everything and surrender all to you” lifting hands should always be apart of our worship.

  31. Psalm 134:3 The Lord that made heaven and earth Bless the out of Zion.
See 124:8 Our Help is in the name of the Lord, Who made heaven and earth.

Thank You Jesus,my help is in you!

  32. “Here is a simple rule of thumb for behavior: Ask yourself what you want people to do for you; then grab the initiative and do it for them! If you only love the lovable, do you expect a pat on the back? Run-of-the-mill sinners do that. If you only help those who help you, do you expect a medal? Garden-variety sinners do that. If you only give for what you hope to get out of it, do you think that’s charity? The stingiest of pawnbrokers does that. (Luke 6:31-34 MSG)

Do unto others as you want done into you… Blessings come to those who bless

  33. 15 The idols of the heathen are silver and gold, the work of men’s hands.

    16 They have mouths, but they speak not; eyes have they, but they see not;

17 They have ears, but they hear not; neither is there any breath in their mouths.

18 They that make them are like unto them: so is every one that trusteth in them.

You make yourself dumb when you set anything before God. An idol is clearly an idol to everyone but you. Don’t be so foolish to think that you don’t listen to those around you when they say be careful of this thing your doing it looks like trouble. We have to wcamine ourselves daily

  34. “which by night stand in the house of the Lord.” (vs1)

It is evident that the ‘servants’ of the Lord, who minster by night must have meant that they had night service to. We have a Wednesday night and a Sunday night service much like the Israelites of there day. The people of Israel where mainly tended livestock, or farmed the land therefore most of their work was done durring the day time. So night was a opportune time for them to gather to praise the Lord. But here in this chapter the psalmist is specifying those who ‘work’ in the house of the Lord. “And whatever you do or say, do it as a representative of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through him to God the Father” Col 3:17). Even at work, especially when it is for the Lord “Lift up your hands in the sanctuary and praise the Lord.” (vs2).
