Proverbs 19

1 Better is the poor that walketh in his integrity, than he that is perverse in his lips, and is a fool.

Also, that the soul be without knowledge, it is not good; and he that hasteth with his feet sinneth.

The foolishness of man perverteth his way: and his heart fretteth against the Lord.

Wealth maketh many friends; but the poor is separated from his neighbour.

A false witness shall not be unpunished, and he that speaketh lies shall not escape.

Many will intreat the favour of the prince: and every man is a friend to him that giveth gifts.

All the brethren of the poor do hate him: how much more do his friends go far from him? he pursueth them with words, yet they are wanting to him.

He that getteth wisdom loveth his own soul: he that keepeth understanding shall find good.

A false witness shall not be unpunished, and he that speaketh lies shall perish.

10 Delight is not seemly for a fool; much less for a servant to have rule over princes.

11 The discretion of a man deferreth his anger; and it is his glory to pass over a transgression.

12 The king’s wrath is as the roaring of a lion; but his favour is as dew upon the grass.

13 A foolish son is the calamity of his father: and the contentions of a wife are a continual dropping.

14 House and riches are the inheritance of fathers: and a prudent wife is from the Lord.

15 Slothfulness casteth into a deep sleep; and an idle soul shall suffer hunger.

16 He that keepeth the commandment keepeth his own soul; but he that despiseth his ways shall die.

17 He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the Lord; and that which he hath given will he pay him again.

18 Chasten thy son while there is hope, and let not thy soul spare for his crying.

19 A man of great wrath shall suffer punishment: for if thou deliver him, yet thou must do it again.

20 Hear counsel, and receive instruction, that thou mayest be wise in thy latter end.

21 There are many devices in a man’s heart; nevertheless the counsel of the Lord, that shall stand.

22 The desire of a man is his kindness: and a poor man is better than a liar.

23 The fear of the Lord tendeth to life: and he that hath it shall abide satisfied; he shall not be visited with evil.

24 A slothful man hideth his hand in his bosom, and will not so much as bring it to his mouth again.

25 Smite a scorner, and the simple will beware: and reprove one that hath understanding, and he will understand knowledge.

26 He that wasteth his father, and chaseth away his mother, is a son that causeth shame, and bringeth reproach.

27 Cease, my son, to hear the instruction that causeth to err from the words of knowledge.

28 An ungodly witness scorneth judgment: and the mouth of the wicked devoureth iniquity.

29 Judgments are prepared for scorners, and stripes for the back of fools.

  1. A way to Jesus’ heart.

We have to be careful what we hear…lies and defeat are not of God(Jesus). We always have to guard our heart at all times. I think of Jesus all the time, He’s always on my mind i dont have room for anything else.
So I keep Jesus in my mind so full that there’s nothing else that seeps in, and if there is ipray and talk to Him(Jesus).
“The truth shall set you free, you will be free indeed.”
Thank you Lord that you have away out of lies – and that’s You(Jesus).

  2. PROVERBS 12:19
19 The lip of truth shall be established for ever: but a lying tongue is but for a moment.

    2 CORINTHIANS 13:8
8 For we can do nothing against the truth, but for the truth.

  3. ILove to eat the Word

    Don’t be Mad

11 The discretion of a man deferreth his anger; and it is his glory to pass over a transgression.

Lets read this scripture from another version. “Sensible people control their temper; they earn respect by overlooking wrongs. (Proverbs 19:11 NLT).”

Love is the greatest aspect here.
The secret that mankind has missed is love.

If I could speak all the languages of earth and of angels, but didn’t love others, I would only be a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. If I had the gift of prophecy, and if I understood all of God’s secret plans and possessed all knowledge, and if I had such faith that I could move mountains, but didn’t love others, I would be nothing. If I gave everything I have to the poor and even sacrificed my body, I could boast about it; but if I didn’t love others, I would have gained nothing. Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable, and it keeps no record of being wronged. It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance. (1 Corinthians 13:1-7 NLT)

  4. 18 Chasten they son while there is hope and let not they soul spare for his crying..
That is the problem with today’s society they are too busy worrying about the feelings of the child to correct them and take them to the right direction by the word of God. They fill them with foolish, empty, undeserved flattering and they get an attitude of serve me and not a serving spirit.

  5. HALELUJAH!!! HALELUJAH!!! HALELUJAH!!!
23 The fear of the Lord tendeth to life: and he that hath it shall abide satisfied; he shall not be visited with evil.
    YES JESUS!!! THANK YOU DADDY!!!
THE FEAR OF THE LORD……. OOOOOO JESUS YOU ARE THE KING OF KINGS!!! IF IT WASN’T FOR THE FEAR OF THE LORD, WHAT BOUNDARIES WOULD I HAVE!?! I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO SLEEP KNOWING THAT I HAVE NOT JESUS ON MY SIDE!!! JESUS!!! MY JESUS HOW GREAT THOU ART!!! I LOVE YOU DADDY!!! YOU ARE MY FIRST LOVE!!! HALELUJAH!!! THANK YOU JESUS!!! =D

  6. Who are you helping?

17 He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the Lord; and that which he hath given will he pay him again.

The poor re with us always. Some of these poor are widows and orphans. Our hearts should go out to these. We should try to take care of these people as they have no father/husband t care for their needs in this world. The man, head of the house shows God’s love to their family through guidance, provision, and the way they treat their family. Widows and orphans have a void where they should experience the love of Christ. Therefore we should step in to serve them by showing pity. This also makes God happy because it shows them his love in a way they have lost.

Ye shall not afflict any widow, or fatherless child. If thou afflict them in any wise, and they cry at all unto me, I will surely hear their cry; And my wrath shall wax hot, and I will kill you with the sword; and your wives shall be widows, and your children fatherless. (Exodus 22:22-24 KJV)

  7. 3 People ruin their lives by their own stupidity, so why does God always get blamed? MSG

3 The foolishness of man perverteth his way: and his heart fretteth against the Lord.KJV

Why do people blame God when things are not going their way? As the scripture says we as people ruin our own lives. When we have someone telling lies on us are using us why not do what the scripture says Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord Romans 12:19 KJV
So if we take it into our own hands God will let us make a mess of things but when we honestly and truly turn it over to God he will take care of it. We as humans bring alot of trouble to ourselves. God is our first and foremost friend and wants to see his people happy. God help me to trust and listen for your voice.

  8. 19:3 the foolishness of man perverteth
His way:and his heart freteth agains GOD.
    ——
Nothing but pride and rebellious ……

19:11the discretion of a man deferreth
his anger:and it is his glory to pass over a transgrtetion.
    ———
Why make the problem any bigger?
    Why become also a fool?
Have understood, have made up my mind, that even when it hurts, or when is does
Not seem to be fair or it would make me mad…….
It’s better to not say anything and let GOD
    handle it!
19:27 cease my son to hear the instruction
That cause tag to err from the words of knowledge
    —–
    It could be because: stoborness,rebellious
Attitude, pride or this person has. Gone so far
    That is almost being deceive.
    But there is hope:GOD!
    In Jesus name, AMEN!
Lord help us to be sensitive to your voice and recognize your guidance, transform our heart daily so that we may obey your commands with a willing heart, happy, content that we are doing your will, and not ours………

  9. This chapter illustrates awareness. Good sound counsel is provided, as such one must examine one’s own ways; “Hear counsel, and receive instruction, that thou mayest be wise in thy latter end”. What a mighty God we serve! May the good Lord Bless you all in Jesus name, Amen

  10. Children who mistreat their father or chase away their mother are an embarrassment and a public disgrace. If you stop listening to instruction, my child, you will turn your back on knowledge. (Proverbs 19:26, 27 NLT)

In today’s society I’ve seen many children that disrespect their parents or guardians. When I witness this in public I wonder what the child is could possibly be thinking? Because I know I would’ve never got away with that ….And then I wonder why doesn’t the parent discipline the child? I know that every situation is different but a good dose of Agape (Christ) Love and forgiveness can go a long way.

    Love

    Children:
“If you love me, obey my commandments. (John 14:15 NLT)

Children, obey your parents because you belong to the Lord, for this is the right thing to do. “Honor your father and mother.” This is the first commandment with a promise: If you honor your father and mother, “things will go well for you, and you will have a long life on the earth.” (Ephesians 6:1-3 NLT)

If your parents have mistreated you or perhaps rejected you in some way you need to forgive them. It will destroy your future relationships. Bitterness is like an acid that’s bubbling inside of you. And if you don’t allow Forgiveness to come in and heal you it’ll turn into cancer and destroy you.

    Parents:
For the Lord corrects those he loves, just as a father corrects a child in whom he delights. (Proverbs 3:12 NLT)

Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger by the way you treat them. Rather, bring them up with the discipline and instruction that comes from the Lord. (Ephesians 6:4 NLT)

Do not provoke your children to anger…… There is a correct way to discipline your children and its with LOVE! Shouting and hitting in anger just sows seeds of anger, bitterness, hurt & rejection. Children can not process those types of actions. We should never discipline a child when we’re angry. If we as a parents have ever lashed out in anger towards our children (no matter how old they may be now) the deserve an apology. Those wounds need to be healed.

Please don’t misinterpret what I’m saying. I believe in discipline but with lots of love.

    Rules – Relationship = Rebellion

  11. Vs. 11, “The discretion of a man deferreth his anger; and it is his glory to pass over a transgression.”

Vs. 11, “Smart people know how to hold their tongue; their grandeur is to forgive and forget.” (MSG version)

This scripture made me think of the powerful message Bro. Tallant preached on Sunday Night on “The Law of Forgiveness.”

Matt. 6:14-15, “For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.”

Forgiving and forgetting can heal many wounds of our heart. There is healing for our heart in the spirit of forgiveness.

  12. BLESS THE COMMUNITY

17 He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the Lord; and that which he hath given will he pay him again.

17 If you help the poor, you are lending to the Lord— and he will repay you! NLT

GOD is continually seeking vessels to use to BLESS the less fortunate in life. Discernment and Wisdom is so important when addressing this subject.

The main reason we host Community Events @ The POFW is to Bless the poor. We bless several with a little or a few with a lot.

Knowing what the bible says about lazy people we understand the importance of giving to the POOR not the LAZY.

When we give correctly to the poor we have this promise. GOD will return IT!

  13. 5 A false witness shall not be unpunished, and he that speaketh lies shall not escape. ( Proverbs 19:5)

The ultimate judgement lies within God’s hands.

“For God will bring every work into judgment, including every secret thing, whether it is good or whether it is evil.” (Ecclesiastes 12:13)

“For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive the things done in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad.” (2 Corinthians 5:10)

“And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.” (Hebrews 4:13)

Whether those who have wronged us, pay for here on earth or after they leave this earth, “vengeance belongs to the Lord.”

  14. Verse 20 CEV “Pay attention to advice and accept correction, so you can live sensibly.”

Same verse MSG “Take good counsel and accept correction—that’s the way to live wisely and well.”

Verse 27 CEV “If you stop learning, you will forget what you already know.”

Everyone of us needs to continue learning (God’s word), have good counsel and accept correction. The Lord has placed leaders (authority figures) in our lives for this very purpose.

  15. 1 Better is the poor that walketh in his integrity, than he that is perverse in his lips, and is a fool.

How many times in the past few weeks can you remember telling someone something, making it very unclear, so that you could keep your own “fat ” out of the fryer. Many times we get caught in tough places and one way we get in trouble, or we disappoint someone, and the other we chance whether or not the other person will ever find out. This is where out integrity either steps in, or where it leaves the room.

All too often we have been taught to pervert the truth, and make it unclear, so that we are not so much at fault, but neither is the other perason, we are simply doing what our parents taught us, and they were doing what they were taught.unfortunately this vicious cycle continues until someone decides to stand on their own feet and accept responsibility for the wrongs that they had commited..

  16. Wow…In this scripture, are many instructions on how to live ones life, and to uptain wisdom. These are some very good instructions to walk upright with the Lord of Glory. Walk in integrity, wisdom, understanding, discretion, pass over transgressions, favour, discipline your children, guard those lips, counsel, and receive instruction.

1 Better is the poor that walketh in his integrity, than he that is perverse in his lips, and is a fool.

8 He that getteth wisdom loveth his own soul: he that keepeth understanding shall find good.

11 The discretion of a man deferreth his anger; and it is his glory to pass over a transgression.

12 The king’s wrath is as the roaring of a lion; but his favour is as dew upon the grass.

See our Father, does delight in rewarding his children….what an inheritance, with a prudent wife. Look, what must be done with your sons and daughters…………..”In the Word”. In my latter days, I’m hoping I’ll receive this last verse to become “Wise”.

14 House and riches are the inheritance of fathers: and a prudent wife is from the Lord.

18 Chasten thy son while there is hope, and let not thy soul spare for his crying.

20 Hear counsel, and receive instruction, that thou mayest be wise in thy latter end.

  17. v19 Better is the poor that walketh in his integrity, than he that is perverse in his lips, and is a fool.

  18. 1-7
The proverbs are both idealistic and realistic. This section insists that better a poor man whose walk is blamelessand yet is well aware that a poor man is shunned by all his realitives and avoided by all his friends. The wonderful thing about the proverbs is that despite their utter realism they remind us to do what is right rather what is exprdient. if you face a choice between a blamrless walk and wealth choose the former.

  19. The blessing of a good name.

1 Better is the poor that walketh in his integrity, than he that is perverse in his lips, and is a fool.

What does the name Rich Martin mean? To some it means nothing , but to others means a man that followed God till the very end of his life. This man is my dad, gone for almost 8 years. To people in Illionis, this was a man who did what he said , and prayed for direction in everything he did. He was a good friend, co-worker, father, husband, son, ect…. This vs. was one that he had instilled in me at a young age, even though I did not understand at the time. Now that I am older I understand it. I would rather be poor and have a good name , than to be know as rich by stealing it from someone.

Webster states this,” Integrity- n. 1: firm adherence to a code of especially moral or artistic values:” What does that word mean to you? To me it means you can count on that person to do….

God wants us to have integrity in our name. That means it will take work to do things and be honest in all the things you do.

  20. Proverbs 19:13 A foolish son is the calamity of his father: And the contentions of a wife are a continual dropping.

Stirring up dissension is condemned throughout Proverbs.
6:14 Frowardness is in his heart, He deviseth mischief continually; He soweth discord.

  21. Deep Waters

5 A false witness shall not be unpunished, and he that speaketh lies shall not escape.

One of the many benefits of obtaining wisdom is the almost uncanny ability to discern what is going on in another person’s mind and heart. God alone can accurately judge a person’s deepest motives ( Pr 16:2; 20:27; 21:2), but the closer people get to seeing things from God’s perspective, the more likely they are to be persons of deep understanding. Those who lack wisdom not only can’t be discerning and prudent in relationships, but they also can’t be of much help to others either. Spiritual understanding, however can be used by God to draw another person’s thoughts and intentions to the surface- like water from a deep well. By helping others discover what is deep within, the spiritually discerning can provide a tremendous service to others, revealing hidden truths and pointing them in the right direction.

  22. Patience

Although not my favorite subject, patience happens to be related to wisdom. vs 11 says “a man’s wisdom gives him patience. It is his glory to overlook an offense” this speaks volumes to me, because I see the revelation that when we seek patience, we are seeking wisdom. Growing in Christ, means growing in wisdom and understanding. When I am most understanding I am less likely to become quikly impatient, but forgiving of the matter which tries my patience. The glory is in the forgiving nature, of a wise heart. Impatience=Unforgiveness=Grudging

Mark 11:25 “But when you are praying, first forgive anyone you are holding a grudge against, so that your Father in heaven will forgive your sins, too.”

  23. The house is coming

14 House and riches are the inheritance of fathers

A real father is not a dead beat dad. A real father watches out for you, corrects you when wrong, and praises you when you do good. A real father teaches, and shows how to do something.

I am grateful for my earthly father.

However this in particular is directed toward my spiritual father. A pastor is a spiritual father to the sheep. He loves enough to correct, and say the hard things.

This scripture tells me that there is a promise to a father.

We are seeking a new building. This tells me that there is one coming because we have a man of God who shepherds as a father.

God has it all taken care of. It’s in the bag! The house is coming!

  24. 1 Better is the poor that walketh in his integrity, than he that is perverse in his lips, and is a fool.

The chapter shows us that friends don’t even like being around us when we’re broke but this condition is better than being a liar and a fool. Integrity is honesty. Pastor taught today that people consider telling ‘white lies’ is just a fact of life in our society today! That it occurs very frequently in our daily conversations- even if it’s a lie through deception. Scripture tells us it’s the little foxes that spoil the vine which says to me it won’t be the big sin that catches us, but it will be the small one-the ‘little’ white lie. Lord help us be people of integrity.

  25. 23 The fear of the Lord tendeth to life: and he that hath it shall abide satisfied; he shall not be visited with evil.

The fear of The Lord is the beginning wisdom. Reverencing the Lord and his word leads to everlasting life. Find somebody that fears and follows his word and you will find some blessed beyond measure.

Abundant life begins with fearing the Lord.

  26. 3 The foolishness of man perverteth his way: and his heart fretteth against the Lord.

When we are set in our ways and start drifting from them we start falling back.

  27. 23 The fear of the Lord tendeth to life: and he that hath it shall abide satisfied; he shall not be visited with evil.

It was BC that I didn’t know better, I didn’t fear God, I feared the situations that life throws at me and my family. I would hold on to what didn’t belong to me I’d let the circumstance take what belongs to me and my family.

But now I know that God is for me and not against me, that God is my strength, that God is my redeemer, that God makes a way when there is no way, that God died for me because he loves me, that God giveth and taketh away what belongs to him no matter the plans I have, at the end his will be done. I have God on my side, he’s my friend. I want to live to tell what God has done for me. I testify that the Lord has never let me down he lifts me up when I fall, I glorify his holy name. I don’t fear the situations nor evil anymore, I fear God whom lives in me. I seek you Lord.

  28. 12 The king’s wrath is as the roaring of a lion; but his favour is as dew upon the grass.

We serve the King of kings it is the wisest thing to seek to please Him to obtain that favor that will bless our land, ourselves.

23 The fear of the Lord tendeth to life: and he that hath it shall abide satisfied; he shall not be visited with evil.

What a great promise from the word of the Lord. To honor and respect God will bless my life and evil will be kept away from me. It is possible to live a life without evil, the key is to fear the Lord.

  29. Fretting

V3 The foolishness of man perverteth his way: and his heart fretteth against the Lord.

    Proverbs 19:3 AMP
The foolishness of man subverts his way [ruins his affairs]; then his heart is resentful and frets against the Lord.

The word “fret” has a duel sort of meaning, implying both a sense of anger and fear. It speaks to a lack of peace and a contention, in this case against God. But there is more to the concept of “fretting” than that. It is also used in the context of design, specifically as “fretwork” or “decorative geometrical carving or openwork; any similar pattern of light and dark; ornamental work of three-dimensional frets; ornamental work consisting of interlacing parts, esp. work with the design formed by perforation.”

Fretting carves a pattern into us. We become interlaced with the decorations of the devil, becoming an ornament of praise unto him. Fretting wears at us until we are reduced to a remnant that reflects a submission to the devil’s plan of fear and anger. But God has something different for us:

    2 Timothy 1:7
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

    Ephesians 4:30-32
30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.

31 Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice:

32 And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you.

    Psalm 139:13-16 NLT

13 You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body
and knit me together in my mother’s womb.
14 Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex!
Your workmanship is marvelous—how well I know it.
15 You watched me as I was being formed in utter seclusion,
as I was woven together in the dark of the womb.
16 You saw me before I was born.
Every day of my life was recorded in your book.
    Every moment was laid out
before a single day had passed.

    John 10:10
The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

The devil tears us down but God develops us to create what He has planned.

    Genesis 1:27
So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

    Genesis 2:7
And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

When we allow God to speak, we let Him create in us the way of life.

2 Also, that the soul be without knowledge, it is not good; and he that hasteth with his feet sinneth.

3 The foolishness of man perverteth his way: and his heart fretteth against the Lord.

    Proverbs 19:2-3 NLT

    2 Enthusiasm without knowledge is no good;
    haste makes mistakes.
3 People ruin their lives by their own foolishness
and then are angry at the Lord.

    Jeremiah 10:23
O Lord, I know that the way of man is not in himself: it is not in man that walketh to direct his steps.

We need Jesus to guide us. When we have desire to do right but not knowledge, we set ourselves up to fall. And when we fall, the blame snaps quickly to our reason for trying to walk in that right way in the first place: Jesus. Our fretting comes against the Lord when it was our own foolishness that caused us to get out of line with the way of righteousness.

We must let God speak and breath life into us through understanding and wisdom.

    Deuteronomy 1-:12-13
12 And now, Israel, what doth the Lord thy God require of thee, but to fear the Lord thy God, to walk in all his ways, and to love him, and to serve the Lord thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul,

13 To keep the commandments of the Lord, and his statutes, which I command thee this day for thy good?

    Job 28:28
And unto man he said, Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom; and to depart from evil is understanding.

    Proverbs 2:1-6
    1 My son, if thou wilt receive my words, and hide my commandments with thee;

    2 So that thou incline thine ear unto wisdom, and apply thine heart to understanding;

    3 Yea, if thou criest after knowledge, and liftest up thy voice for understanding;

    4 If thou seekest her as silver, and searchest for her as for hid treasures;

5 Then shalt thou understand the fear of the Lord, and find the knowledge of God.

6 For the Lord giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding.

God will speak, we must mix our faith with it and let it become fruitful in us that we can walk pleasing to Him and not end up in the state of fretting against Him.

    Hebrews 4:2
For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it.

    Matthew 13:18-23
18 Hear ye therefore the parable of the sower.

19 When any one heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not, then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart. This is he which received seed by the way side.

    20 But he that received the seed into stony places, the same is he that heareth the word, and anon with joy receiveth it;

21 Yet hath he not root in himself, but dureth for a while: for when tribulation or persecution ariseth because of the word, by and by he is offended.

22 He also that received seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful.

23 But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.

When we allow the Word to be fruitful in our lives, our lives can become a praise to the handiwork of God, intertwined not with death but the ornament of testimonies to the glory of God.

  30. People ruin their lives by their own stupidity, so why does God always get blamed? (Proverbs 19:3 MSG)

    Ain’t that the Truth!!!!!

  31. Stupidity

People ruin their lives by their own stupidity, so why does God always get blamed? Smart people know how to hold their tongue; their grandeur is to forgive and forget. (Proverbs 19:3, 11 MSG)

Lets just be smart about this. You know right from wrong. When you point one finger at a person you should be pointing three fingers back at yourself. Let God handle people, you are not to blame God for your or others actions bc you/they made those choices in life. It’s time to grow up and shut up. (Then you’ll hear what’s being said)

  32. 5 A false witness shall not be unpunished, and he that speaketh lies shall not escape.

You can’t get by with your sins. God will find you and you will be judged by them. Let us choose holiness over sin. Sin will get you a penalty and holiness will get you a reward.

  33. 20 Hear counsel, and receive instruction, that thou mayest be wise in thy latter end.

I know I have so much more to learn & I’m listening and watching and trying to do…so God just continue to teach me and guide me….and I thank you for all that you’ve done so far
