Ecclesiastes 8

1 Who is as the wise man? and who knoweth the interpretation of a thing? a man’s wisdom maketh his face to shine, and the boldness of his face shall be changed.

I counsel thee to keep the king’s commandment, and that in regard of the oath of God.

Be not hasty to go out of his sight: stand not in an evil thing; for he doeth whatsoever pleaseth him.

Where the word of a king is, there is power: and who may say unto him, What doest thou?

Whoso keepeth the commandment shall feel no evil thing: and a wise man’s heart discerneth both time and judgment.

Because to every purpose there is time and judgment, therefore the misery of man is great upon him.

For he knoweth not that which shall be: for who can tell him when it shall be?

There is no man that hath power over the spirit to retain the spirit; neither hath he power in the day of death: and there is no discharge in that war; neither shall wickedness deliver those that are given to it.

All this have I seen, and applied my heart unto every work that is done under the sun: there is a time wherein one man ruleth over another to his own hurt.

10 And so I saw the wicked buried, who had come and gone from the place of the holy, and they were forgotten in the city where they had so done: this is also vanity.

11 Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.

12 Though a sinner do evil an hundred times, and his days be prolonged, yet surely I know that it shall be well with them that fear God, which fear before him:

13 But it shall not be well with the wicked, neither shall he prolong his days, which are as a shadow; because he feareth not before God.

14 There is a vanity which is done upon the earth; that there be just men, unto whom it happeneth according to the work of the wicked; again, there be wicked men, to whom it happeneth according to the work of the righteous: I said that this also is vanity.

15 Then I commended mirth, because a man hath no better thing under the sun, than to eat, and to drink, and to be merry: for that shall abide with him of his labour the days of his life, which God giveth him under the sun.

16 When I applied mine heart to know wisdom, and to see the business that is done upon the earth: (for also there is that neither day nor night seeth sleep with his eyes:)

17 Then I beheld all the work of God, that a man cannot find out the work that is done under the sun: because though a man labour to seek it out, yet he shall not find it; yea farther; though a wise man think to know it, yet shall he not be able to find it.

  1. 12 Though a sinner do evil an hundred times, and his days be prolonged, yet surely I know that it shall be well with them that fear God, which fear before him:

13 But it shall not be well with the wicked, neither shall he prolong his days, which are as a shadow; because he feareth not before God.

Don’t think the evil are getting away with anything, and don’t think God doesn’t see the good works you are doing. God sees all, and He is the righteous judge!

    See Psalms 73:1-28

  2. ILove to eat the Word

If You’re Happy and You Know it”

1 Who is as the wise man? and who knoweth the interpretation of a thing? a man’s wisdom maketh his face to shine, and the boldness of his face shall be changed.

If anyone is sad and down and gloomy all the time, that means our face is not shining with the glory of God and we are not walking in boldness. WHAT SHALL WE DO?

If you need wisdom, ask our generous God, and he will give it to you. He will not rebuke you for asking. But when you ask him, be sure that your faith is in God alone. Do not waver, for a person with divided loyalty is as unsettled as a wave of the sea that is blown and tossed by the wind. (James 1:5, 6 NLT)

    We should ask for wisdom!

What is the “key” to receiving wisdom. What is wisdom?

Wisdom comes after knowledge. First we learn knowledge and wisdom takes that knowledge and puts it into action.

If we pray for wisdom, we must first have knowledge and faith. The key to getting both knowledge and faith is reading the Word.

So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. (Romans 10:17 KJV)

So…. If we’re full of wisdom our face will surely show it!!!

Get filled! Read and apply the Word of God

  3. Ecclesiacstes 8:17
Then I beheld all the work of God, that a man cannot find out the work that is done under the sun: because though a man labour to seek it out, yet he shall not find it; yea farther; though a wise man think to know it, yet shall he not be able to find it.

    We love God’s Work~

Sometimes we I run out on God, but I we have to remember that He never does that to us. But we can try to know God and Its hard to be all I can be for the kingdom but the enemy wants us to give up but i remembered what the pastor’s blog the other day was he said ” DON’T LOSE IT”
WE ME cant do that in these last days we are too close to the endtimes. I’m glad that pofw excepts me just the way i am so I can have a “place” to Worship God at.
I can try to worship Him else where but its not the same as going to God’s House.(pofw)
Jesus thank you for your time with me.
You are the Answer to everything.

  4. What is inside of you should show in your face, His Joy, His strength, His Peace… Like Pastor always say if you are happy and you know it then your face will surely show it… Love you POFW.

  5. But even though a person sins a hundred times and still lives a long time, I know that those who fear God will be better off. The wicked will not prosper, for they do not fear God. Their days will never grow long like the evening shadows. (Ecclesiastes 8:12, 13 NLT)

It may seem that they will be ok living a sinful life. But the word of GOD always stands true.
For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (Romans 6:23 KJV)
Live a life in obedience to The Word Of God. It’ll take you further in life now. There is a costly price to be paid living a pleasurable sinful life. Hell and those gates are wide open for anyone to enter in.
Remember this “Hell is not intended for you”.

  6. COVENANT COMMITMENTS

2 I counsel thee to keep the king’s commandment, and that in regard of the oath of God.

I am thankful for this revelation and the power of COVENANT COMMITMENTS. What does it mean to make a COVENANT COMMITMENT?

COVENANT – a written agreement or promise usually under seal between two or more parties especially for the performance of some action.

    COMMITMENT – an agreement or pledge to do something in the future;

But what do we mean by “covenant commitment” and how does this affect our understanding of local church membership? The term “covenant” simply means “formal agreement,” “solemn promise,” or “public commitment.” This relates to church membership in two important ways. First, when we describe church membership as a “covenant commitment” to a local community of believers, we are simply saying that by becoming a member of a particular church, we are not simply entering into rights and privileges, but we are assuming certain responsibilities and obligations. Second, a “covenant commitment” is more than simply being committed. I may be committed to abstain from coffee for a week (a purely hypothetical concept, of course!). However, such a commitment becomes a covenant commitment when I publicly confess my commitment before others as a formal promise or solemn vow. In the same way, regular attenders at a church may be “committed” to showing up week after week. But those who have formally entered into membership have made a “covenant commitment” when they publicly affirmed their loyalty to carry out their biblical responsibilities as members of a local body of believers.

Consider verse 2 in the MSG
2-5 Do what your king commands; you gave a sacred oath of obedience. Don’t worryingly second-guess your orders or try to back out when the task is unpleasant. You’re serving his pleasure, not yours. The king has the last word. Who dares say to him, “What are you doing?” Carrying out orders won’t hurt you a bit; the wise person obeys promptly and accurately.

There is POWER and VICTORY in honoring a COMMITMENT and keeping our lives under authority and in submission for the cause of the Kingdom of GOD through serving in the local church, the BODY of CHRIST.

At The POFW we practice and support the COVENANT COMMITMENT through various levels of COMMITMENT.

    The DISCIPLESHIP covenant.
    The LEADERSHIP covenant.
    The MINISTRY covenant.

As the Grace of GOD adds to the Ministry of The POFW we will add at least 1 more covenant.

    The DAUGHTER CHURCH covenant.

We should frequently examine our committments to see if we are “keeping our oaths”.

  7. 8:12 thou the sinner do evil a hundred times
And his day be prolonged, yet surely I know that it shall be well with them that fear GOD,wich fear before him.

8:14 there is a vanity which is done upon the earth; that there be just men ,unto whine it happened according to the work of the wicked; again there be wicked men,to whome it happened according to the work of the righteous:I said that this is also vanity.

  8. Ecclesiastes 8:12 Though a sinner do evil a hundred times, and his days be prolonged, yet surely I know that it shall be well with them that fear God, which fear before him:

  9. his chapter illustrates reality. Regardless of how it may seem, the Lord (Jesus) is in control. The reality is, God is, in control of all; “Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments”. What a mighty God we serve! May the good Lord Bless you all in Jesus name, Amen

  10. Who is as the wise man? and who knoweth the interpretation of a thing? a man’s wisdom maketh his face to shine, and the boldness of his face shall be changed.

2 I counsel thee to keep the king’s commandment, and that in regard of the oath of God

Studying the word of God,is the way to get wisdom, along with listening to the man of God as he obeys God in teaching and preaching exactly what we are needing at that moment to help us be better chirstians.

  11. 11 Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.

    The Green Mile

Jesus tells us that the wages of sin is death. All through the Old Testiment, people are dieing for their sins. Adam was told that he would die if he ate from the tree. He just wasn’t told that he would end up being over 900 years old when he would die. Adam expected Eve to die when she ate f the apple. Although he had not ever expiranced death, and had not clue as to what it was, i think that he just stood there in aamazementwaiting to see what was about to happen to Eve, and when he didn’t seee anything, he too ATE.

Although it might look like we are getting away with something, the word tells us that our sins will find us out, and that the wages are death. Without repentence, and the Baptism in Jesus Name for the remission of sins, and being filled with the Holy Ghost (eveidenced by speaking in other tongues) we are doomed to Hell.

    Abstain from sin. Stay repentant.

  12. A true servant

Do what your king commands; you gave a sacred oath of obedience. (Ecclesiastes 8:2-5 MSG)

🔸Mean what you say and say what you mean.
Even when what you said is inconvenient to you. Be a man or woman of your word.

    🔸Buy into “The Vision”
It’s not about you goal. It’s about the leaders goal.

🔸 Don’t question or hesitate the “game plan”.
Do your part because it’s not your responsibility to provide the increase. You do your part and God will give the increase.

  13. 2 Obey the king since you vowed to God that you would. 3 Don’t try to avoid doing your duty, and don’t stand with those who plot evil, for the king can do whatever he wants. 4 His command is backed by great power. No one can resist or question it. 5 Those who obey him will not be punished. Those who are wise will find a time and a way to do what is right, 6 for there is a time and a way for everything, even when a person is in trouble. (NLT)

When we get on our knees or approach the altar crying out to the Lord asking him to use us, are we really ready and committed to the work that follows. We shouldn’t look a ministry like a burden–being all work and no play. In fact the author of Ecclesiastes states “So I recommend having fun, because there is nothing better for people in this world than to eat, drink, and enjoy life. That way they will experience some happiness along with all the hard work God gives them under the sun.” (verse 15).
However just like the real world, you must work before you get paid. If you are expecting to swim in a pool of blessing in due season, but haven’t actually put in the work then you are waiting on a paycheck worth nothing.

The church must sow 1st, before we can gather the harvest in due season.

  14. 12 Even though a person sins and gets by with it hundreds of times throughout a long life, I’m still convinced that the good life is reserved for the person who fears God, who lives reverently in his presence, 13 and that the evil person will not experience a “good” life. No matter how many days he lives, they’ll all be as flat and colorless as a shadow – because he doesn’t fear God. 14 Here’s something that happens all the time and makes no sense at all: Good people get what’s coming to the wicked, and bad people get what’s coming to the good. I tell you, this makes no sense. It’s smoke. MSG

Don’t ponder on how the wicked are getting away with evil things. Let God handle them. Keep your head up and keep letting your light shine.
    God has our back

  15. Verse 1 MSG “There’s nothing better than being wise, Knowing how to interpret the meaning of life. Wisdom puts light in the eyes, And gives gentleness to words and manners.”

Same verse NASB “Who is like the wise man and who knows the interpretation of a matter? A man’s wisdom illumines him and causes his stern face to beam.”

We must ask the Lord for guidance in using the wisdom we ask for and let his light shine through us as we follow his direction.

  16. 15 Then I commended mirth, because a man hath no better thing under the sun, than to eat, and to drink, and to be merry: for that shall abide with him of his labour the days of his life, which God giveth him under the sun.

In the NLT version it says: 15 So I recommend having fun, because there is nothing better for people in this world than to eat, drink, and enjoy life. That way they will experience some happiness along with all the hard work God gives them under the sun.

We get to endure allot for God and his kingdom, sometimes it can be overwhelming and some days are easier than others. Like in verse 14 it says the righteous will be called wicked and the wicked, righteous. We will endure much persecutions and injustices for Christ’s sake, because all he went through. When we take on burdens our spirits will get exhausted, it I’d hard work to live for God as said in the NLT, no-one ever said this life was easy.. That’s why it’s important to have fun and enjoy life, we can’t get caught up on how hard everything is. God is still GOD and God is still good, and if we do it right there’s nothing to worry about. Let’s let God be God and enjoy life

  17. Life Isn’t Fair

14 There is a vanity which is done upon the earth; that there be just men, unto whom it happeneth according to the work of the wicked; again, there be wicked men, to whom it happeneth according to the work of the righteous: I said that this also is vanity.

Why isn’t life fair? Why don’t people get what they deserve? These questions haunt Solomon. The hardest question arises from Solomon’s observation in Ecc 8:10: Why does God let wicked people go in and out of his holy place (the temple of Jerusalem)? Why does he let them recieve praise, then be buried with dignity? Twice he repeats the conclusion: This is meaningless (Ecc 8:10,14). Yet he does give a bigger perspective in Ecc 8:12-13: Eventually everything will even out. Eventually, life will be fair for both God-fearing people and the wicked, in which he’s probably refering to the day of judgment when God settles all accounts (1 Co 4:5). Solomon also reveals another part of the answer to life’s unfairness in vs 15. Everyone has a choice to live in anger and despair over all the inequities of life or choose joy. the everyday blessings of God are just as real as the difficulties and questions. Job questioned God too until he was blue in the face, and it did him no good, the truth is life isn’t fair, only following and trusting God can bless us with miracles. Those who don’t will drink from the cup of judgment, and live in the lake of fire. Everything is subject to God, illness, poverty, strife all have to be cleared by God first. He will allow us tests and trials to shape us, like a potter molding us with pressure and heat.

2 The 1: 5Which is a manifest token of the righteous judgment of God, that ye may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which ye also suffer: 6Seeing it is a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you; 7And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, 8In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: 9Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power; 10When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day. 11Wherefore also we pray always for you, that our God would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfil all the good pleasure of his goodness, and the work of faith with power: 12That the name of our Lord Jesus Christ may be glorified in you, and ye in him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.

  18. Obedience.

2 I counsel thee to keep the king’s commandment, and that in regard of the oath of God.

3 Be not hasty to go out of his sight: stand not in an evil thing; for he doeth whatsoever pleaseth him.

4 Where the word of a king is, there is power: and who may say unto him, What doest thou?

5 Whoso keepeth the commandment shall feel no evil thing: and a wise man’s heart discerneth both time and judgment.

Challenged to keep the commandment of the king and to not leave his sight. By staying in the kings sight we are under the protection of his militia. For us, that would be the authority of God that backs up the man Jesus ordains to lead. Do not stand In an evil thing and it is easier to keep his commandments. Eve wouldn’t have eaten the apple if she didn’t linger by the tree.

The word of the king-where it is there is power. The man of God speaks under the authority of Christ, so he is an amabasader or representative of Christ. He is like a general in an army given dominion of a territory. I out case, the city of Fort Worth-furthermore-tarrant county.

If we keep the commandment we will receive no evil thing and our hearts can disern judgement; for we will be wise bc of our obedience.

How are we obedient? Submission to Christ and our leadership. Buy into the vision! Unity unity unity!

I’m excited to be a part of the movement of God that will overtake this city. God give us your heart; give us a burden for the lost.

  19. Awe and Wonder

17 Then I beheld all the work of God, that a man cannot find out the work that is done under the sun: because though a man labour to seek it out, yet he shall not find it; yea farther; though a wise man think to know it, yet shall he not be able to find it.

I had the opprotunity to see the clouds today. And I was thinking about how great God was to give us those clouds that have rain. Just the simple sound of water flowing down a stream, or the laughter of children playing outside on a warm summer evening. Man does not understand why these things make us feel happy. Man is still to this day trying to find out the meaning of life and where it all began. Even though they think that it all started with a big bang. They still are looking for an answer that will please them. Man cannot find it. Enjoy what God has created , no matter how small or big it is.

  20. 11 Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.

12 Though a sinner do evil an hundred times, and his days be prolonged, yet surely I know that it shall be well with them that fear God, which fear before him:

13 But it shall not be well with the wicked, neither shall he prolong his days, which are as a shadow; because he feareth not before God.

When a consequence does not seem to follow an action we tend to believe we got away with it. But in time we suffer from any choice we make. For every action there is a reaction. What we sow we shall reap.

    Job 4:8
8 Even as I have seen, they that plow iniquity,
and sow wickedness, reap the same.

    Hosea 10:12
12 Sow to yourselves in righteousness,
    reap in mercy;
    break up your fallow ground:
for it is time to seek the Lord,
till he come and rain righteousness upon you.

    Galatians 6:7-8
Be not deceived; God is not mocked:for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

In the end no one gets away with anything. We either live evil or righteous and at judgement we see the eternal reaping benefits.

  21. Come and Dine

15 Then I commended mirth, because a man hath no better thing under the sun, than to eat, and to drink, and to be merry: for that shall abide with him of his labour the days of his life, which God giveth him under the sun.

The new testament sheds light revealing greater depths to the wisdom of the word. I think it would sound something like this

I commendeth JOY because a man has no better thing than to eat GOD’S WORD, and to drink LIVING WATER, for that will abide with him of his labour the days of his life

We used to sing the old song “Jesus has his table spread where the saints of God are fed he invites his chosen people come and dine. With his manna he doth feed, and supplies our every need, Oh tis sweet to sup with Jesus all the time!”

Real Joy, mirth, and happiness is found in our completeness in Jesus. When we are full on his word, and filled with his spirit we are close to him, and fulfill our purpose for our lives.

John 7:37 In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.

  22. 4 Where the word of a king is, there is power: and who may say unto him, What doest thou?

Jesus is the king of kings and the lord of Lords. His words are power. When Jesus speaks, everyone and everything must be attentive. Truly there is no God like our God.

  23. vs 11-13 The Psalmist said regarding this same thought

that he almost fell when he saw the prosperity of the wicked. But he understood their end was very much different than the righteous.

  24. Even though a sinner might commit a hundred crimes and still live a long time, yet I know that it will go well with God-fearing people – for they stand in fear before him. -Ecclesiastes 8:12

But as for me, my feet almost slipped; my feet almost slid out from under me. -Psalms 73:2
For I envied those who are proud, as I observed the prosperity of the wicked. -Psalms 73:3
For they suffer no pain; their bodies are strong and well-fed. -Psalms 73:4

Thank God that his people are blessed beyond this life. Our future is in his hands.

  25. 5 Whoso keepeth the commandment shall feel no evil thing: and a wise man’s heart discerneth both time and judgment.

God wants us to lead a godly life by following his commands. He made them so that who ever applies them to their life he will bless and deliver from all evil. His love is unconditionally, he gave his life for us. The least I can do is love him back and honor his will.

Lord help me to be sensitive to your love and kindness so with your help I will not let you down.

  26. I can get away with it
Even though a person sins and gets by with it hundreds of times throughout a long life, I’m still convinced that the good life is reserved for the person who fears God, who lives reverently in his presence, and that the evil person will not experience a “good” life. No matter how many days he lives, they’ll all be as flat and colorless as a shadow—because he doesn’t fear God. (Ecclesiastes 8:12, 13 MSG)

God forgive me for all the times that I thought it was alright because every other time I did the right thing. God forgive me for my lack of faithfulness in the small things. Help me oh Lord to do what you would have me to do daily.–Amen!

12 Though a sinner do evil an hundred times, and his days be prolonged, yet surely I know that it shall be well with them that fear God, which fear before him: 13 But it shall not be well with the wicked, neither shall he prolong his days, which are as a shadow; because he feareth not before God.

  27. 11 Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.

12 Though a sinner do evil an hundred times, and his days be prolonged, yet surely I know that it shall be well with them that fear God, which fear before him:

We may wonder why God has not pronounced judgement on those that seemingly are doing evil, yet for the grace of God it could be me in that situation. The mercies of the Lord are new every morning and I’m thankful that God judges in His own time and way and I want to be careful with the judgements I make, because I will be judged in the same manner.

  28. 5 Whoso keepeth the commandment shall feel no evil thing: and a wise man’s heart discerneth both time and judgment.

Submission. Following orders, serving, respecting, obeying all fall under submission. The Lord has given us a shepherd, a leader, a man of God to follow. When we position ourselves to be submissive and obey we fall into a special covering. In essence we are blessed. All we are to do is follow the orders the commandments. The one in authority over us, our pastor is the one who will have to give an account on us. Our blood is in his hands. All we have to do is obey the commands follow the vision.

  29. Power

4 Where the word of a king is, there is power: and who may say unto him, What doest thou?

Jesus is the Word made flesh, who said He would come again to be in us as the Comforter.

But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judæa, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. (Acts 1:8 KJV)

But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. (John 1:12-14 KJV)

Whatever the situation, we can rest on the Word of the King. There is power in the name of Jesus.

Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. (Acts 4:12 KJV)

That name Jesus means literally, Jehovah saves. God has proclaimed His offer of salvation if we will receive the Name, if we will be born again. There’s hope, healing, liberty, joy, peace, protection, provision, abundance, life, power, salvation in that Name above all names. What newness of life do we need? What life and life more abundantly? It happens when we let that Name be proclaimed in our lives. No matter the storm, the trial, the circumstance… JESUS!

    Psalms 34:1-8
1 I will bless the Lord at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth. 2 My soul shall make her boast in the Lord: the humble shall hear thereof, and be glad. 3 O magnify the Lord with me,
and let us exalt his name together. 4 I sought the Lord, and he heard me,
and delivered me from all my fears. 5 They looked unto him, and were lightened: and their faces were not ashamed. 6 This poor man cried, and the Lord heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles. 7 The angel of the Lord encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them. 8 O taste and see that the Lord is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.

  30. 5 Whoso keepeth the commandment shall feel no evil thing: and a wise man’s heart discerneth both time and judgment.

When I was reading this verse Ecclesiastes 3:1 came to mind. “To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:” It is very important as leaders we pray fro discernment. Yes there are something “you just need two eyes to see what is going on” but there are somethings you need the help of the Holy Ghost to see.

Discernment: In its simplest definition, discernment is nothing more than the ability to decide between truth and error, right and wrong. Discernment is the process of making careful distinctions in our thinking about truth. In other words, the ability to think with discernment is synonymous with an ability to think biblically.

If we are not careful we will find ourselves in Luke 19:44:
And shall lay thee even with the ground, and thy children within thee; and they shall not leave in thee one stone upon another; because thou knewest not the time of thy visitation.

Without discernment we can misjudge what season we are in and force ourselves into a place that we do not realize it is the time of our visitation. Many people that was in the crowd yelling to crucify Christ would have taken their words back if they had Known who he truly was. Many people that stayed home instead of going to hear him teach and preach probably beat themselves over the head when they realized who He was, yet He had already come and gone from their village. AS a church let us not miss-out on any opportunity to visit with Him.

then I saw everything that God has done. No one is able to grasp the work that is done under the sun. However hard a person may search for it, he will not find [its meaning]. Even though a wise person claims to know, he is not able to grasp it.

We can never find out what God has done or is doing even when we think we hot it we becomes fools because we aren’t even close we must stay close to God so he can lead us.

Ecclesiastes 3:11 He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end.
Ecclesiastes 7:13 Consider what God has done: Who can straighten what he has made crooked?

  32. v17″ Then I beheld all the work of GOD, that a man cannot find out the work that is done under the sun:”

    GOD IS INDESCRIABLE!
    HE WILL ALWAYS BE GOD.

We will never understand everything about GOD. It’s a walk by faith and not by sight.
GOD wants us to respond to HIS SPIRIT even though we don’t understand it.
HE is able to do the impossible .

  33. Authority
2 I counsel thee to keep the king’s commandment, and that in regard of the oath of God.

3 Be not hasty to go out of his sight: stand not in an evil thing; for he doeth whatsoever pleaseth him.

It is better to have council and authority in your life than to run astray like a fool and think you know it all. The man of God is given to you for instruction and direction. Take advantage of how much of a blessing it is to be submitted under authority.

I pray that I stay submitted to my pastor.

  34. Because to every purpose there is time and judgment, therefore the misery of man is great upon him. (Ecclesiastes 8:6 KJV)
