1 Corinthians 12

1 Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I would not have you ignorant.

2 Ye know that ye were Gentiles, carried away unto these dumb idols, even as ye were led.

3 Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost.

4 Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit.

5 And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord.

6 And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all.

7 But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal.

8 For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit;

9 To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit;

10 To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues:

11 But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will.

12 For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.

13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.

14 For the body is not one member, but many.

15 If the foot shall say, Because I am not the hand, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body?

16 And if the ear shall say, Because I am not the eye, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body?

17 If the whole body were an eye, where were the hearing? If the whole were hearing, where were the smelling?

18 But now hath God set the members every one of them in the body, as it hath pleased him.

19 And if they were all one member, where were the body?

20 But now are they many members, yet but one body.

21 And the eye cannot say unto the hand, I have no need of thee: nor again the head to the feet, I have no need of you.

22 Nay, much more those members of the body, which seem to be more feeble, are necessary:

23 And those members of the body, which we think to be less honourable, upon these we bestow more abundant honour; and our uncomely parts have more abundant comeliness.

24 For our comely parts have no need: but God hath tempered the body together, having given more abundant honour to that part which lacked.

25 That there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another.

26 And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it.

27 Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular.

28 And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.

29 Are all apostles? are all prophets? are all teachers? are all workers of miracles?

30 Have all the gifts of healing? do all speak with tongues? do all interpret?

31 But covet earnestly the best gifts: and yet shew I unto you a more excellent way.

  1. 20. But now are they many members, yet but one body.

    27. Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular.

We are not all working separately for individual glory, but working together as one body for His glory and to advance His Kingdom.

  2. 25 That there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another.

26 And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it.

There should not be any schism in the body. The body of Christ should not have divisions, but should have members in particular, each doing the function God had intended for it to do. All members have a particular part they play in the body, no matter what part they are. The foot or hand will do what God has intended for it to do. We must find that part we are and be what God wants us to be and do our job. When we do our job, we no longer create a schism in the body, but perform that function we were intended to perform!

  3. Verses 22-27 CEV “In fact, we cannot get along without the parts of the body that seem to be the weakest. We take special care to dress up some parts of our bodies. We are modest about our personal parts, but we don’t have to be modest about other parts. God put our bodies together in such a way that even the parts that seem the least important are valuable. He did this to make all parts of the body work together smoothly, with each part caring about the others. If one part of our body hurts, we hurt all over. If one part of our body is honored, the whole body will be happy. Together you are the body of Christ. Each one of you is part of his body.”

Verses 25-27 MSG “The way God designed our bodies is a model for understanding our lives together as a church: every part dependent on every other part, the parts we mention and the parts we don’t, the parts we see and the parts we don’t. If one part hurts, every other part is involved and in thealing. If one part flourishes, every other part enters into the exuberance.
You are Christ’s body—that’s who you are! You must never forget this. Only as you accept your part of that body does your “part” mean anything.” The MORE this body works together the MORE we can reach.

    More Profit
1 Cor. 12:7 But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal.

Everyone, in my opinion, everyone of us desires greater profit.

    profit-1prof·it noun, often attributive \ˈprä-fət\
: money that is made in a business, through investing, etc., after all the costs and expenses are paid : a financial gain
: the advantage or benefit that is gained from doing something

How does the church enjoy greater spiritual profit? The answer is found in verse:7. If we would allow the Spirit of God manifest through us we would become a more profitable church. All the gifts of the Spirit (not just the gift of speaking in tongues) would flow through us and build the church incredibly.

Get ready Pentecostals of Fort Worth, the Spiritual gifts are here for the profit of the Kingdom of God and will bring great increase.

  5. 28 You’re familiar with some of the parts that God has formed in his church, which is his “body”: apostles prophets teachers miracle workers healers helpers organizers those who pray in tongues. 29 But it’s obvious by now, isn’t it, that Christ’s church is a complete Body and not a gigantic, unidimensional Part? It’s not all Apostle, not all Prophet, not all Miracle Worker, 30 not all Healer, not all Prayer in Tongues, not all Interpreter of Tongues. 31 And yet some of you keep competing for so-called “important” parts. But now I want to lay out a far better way for you. MSG
We are have a part in God’s kingdom, no job is bigger than the other in the kingdom of God. We don’t all have the same job God gave to different people different talents. What you can do I can not, wouldn’t we be a boring church if we all did the same thing had the same talent and did everything the same. That’s why God gave us each our all talent. What are you doing with yours today? We are not in this alone we are all in this together working towards the same goal seeing SOULS saved.

  6. 1 Corinthians 12:12 (KJV Strong’s)
12 For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.

    1 Corinthians 12:12 (The Message)
12 You can easily enough see how this kind of thing works by looking no further than your own body. Your body has many parts—limbs, organs, cells—but no matter how many parts you can name, you’re still one body. It’s exactly the same with Christ.

When the body is one individuals are effective in the kingdom. Anointing flows down. Our submission to the head gives us the ability to do the will of God.

If my brain were ever removed from my body my thumb could not type. This is because my brain sends a message to my thumbs to move while I type, then when the thumb moves it sends a message back to my brain carrying out the task.

If it were not for the head the body would be lifeless. We cannot afford to lose sight of the head on the body. Forgetting our first love makes us the walking dead. We may look like the church, but our spiritual effectiveness is diminished.

Jesus said he is the vine and we are the branches. Apart from me ye can do nothing.

Without the empowerment of God we waste our time. With the power of God all things are possible. There is no such thing as a prosperous disconnected member of the body of Christ.

    1 Corinthians 12:22 (KJV Strong’s)
22 Nay, much MORE those members of the body, which seem to be MORE feeble, are necessary:

We need each other. Every member plays a vital part, and it success or failure makes an impact on the body.

Hebrews 10:25 (New Living Translation – NLT)
25 And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near.

  7. This makes for harmony among the members, so that all the members care for each other. (‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭12‬:‭25‬ NLT)

If we all just do are calling and work diligently for each other we will at be at peace.

There are different kinds of service, but we serve the same Lord. (‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭12‬:‭5‬ NLT)

No matter what you do it is to serve and worship the king of Kings.

  8. 26 And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it

As members of the body of Christ we should be sensitive to the other members of the body. We should rejoice when God blesses a member but also know how to show sympathy when people are struggling and show sensitivity.

  9. 19 And if they were all one member, where were the body? 20 But now are they many members, yet but one body. KJV

But I also want you to think about how this keeps your significance from getting blown up into self-importance. For no matter how significant you are, it is only because of what you are a part of. MSG

Do you know your part? Do I know my part? Am I a toe, nose, ear, leg, arm or some internal organ? I have labels/titles that were given to me; is that all I am? Or, am I a sum of all the parts? 26 And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it. Could it be we are looking at these verses too topical? Maybe we are more granular in scope.

The music ministry is not a piano player, drummer or singer. The music ministry is a sum of all the musicians, singers, leaders, etc… To the congregation they may only see singers and musicians but there is more going on. It is the same for each ministry; hospitality, children’s ministry, ISM, etc…

  10. Unity of the body.

The way God designed our bodies is a model for understanding our lives together as a church: every part dependent on every other part, the parts we mention and the parts we don’t, the parts we see and the parts we don’t. If one part hurts, every other part is involved in the hurt, and in the healing. If one part flourishes, every other part enters into the exuberance. (‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭12‬:‭25-26‬ MSG)
As we become ONE, there is no telling what The Lord can do, as HE works through you and I. All glory goes to HIM.

  11. 25 That there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another.

The human body does not naturally divide itself. When hurt the body instinctively begins to repair itself or adjusts to bring less pain and protect itself. Amputation is generally the very last option medical professionals will suggest. The recovery and adjustment to the unnatural division of the body can be long and painful as the body tries to compensate for what is no longer there.

The body of Christ should work similarly. When hurts or problems arise our first reaction should not be to cut off ourselves or others. There should be a surge of the body to heal the damage and protect it until the healing is successful. Amputation should be the last resort. The body should naturally heal itself.

  12. 27 Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular.

Amen god is good all time and what he does is great.

  13. MORE PROFIT

7 But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal.

The word “withal” is found in the KJV New Testament only 7 times. Its meaning indicates MORE.

4851. sumphero, soom-fer´-o; to bear together (contribute), i.e. (literally) to collect, or (figuratively) to conduce; especially (neuter participle as a noun) advantage: — be better for, bring together, be expedient (for), be good, (be) profit(-able for).

The instructions the Apostle Paul gives here on Spiritual Gifts is a positive light of revelation and understanding on the value and importance of Spiritual Gifts in the church.

While we live in a christian society that is speedily drifting away from the public manifestation of the Spirit and Spiritual Gifts, it remains my VISION and GOAL to continue to promote the manifestation of the Spiritual Gifts in the church today.

The purpose is revealed here in the writing of the Apostle Paul, that the would exerpeince MORE PROFIT as Bro. Bernard preached at The POFW last night, that The Power of GOD may be manifest through the Spirit of GOD and the Gifts of that same Spirit of GOD are given to the church that we may all profit through them.

    #MORE2015

  14. 31 But covet earnestly the best gifts: and yet shew I unto you a more excellent way.

    MORE Excellent Way

I am so thankful for a creative God! Who didn’t just make all the same thing, that we all have our own strengths and weaknesses. That He loves us so much that He continually shows it and gives us gifts. He has blessed the church with singers, teachers, preachers, skit writers, etc. to equip us to reach the City of Fort Worth. He knew what talents would be needed before we ever asked. I am so thankful for a creative God!

  15. 1 Corinthians 12:13-14
For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body, whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free, and we were all made to drink of one Spirit.
For the body is not one member, but many.

We are all part of the dame feam and each of us has a specific purpose. Everything we do works togethef for the benefit of the entire body of Christ.

  16. I Cor. 12:22 Nay, much more those members of the body, which seem to be more feeble , are necessary:

How good to know that God doesn’t use us while we are productive and then forget us or toss us aside. We are just as valuable to Him when we reach the point that we can no longer do things for God as when we were young and strong. Our value in His sight doesn’t diminish with age. Scripture says that in the body of Christ, which is made up of all believers,” those parts of the body that seem to be weaker are indispensable” (I Corinthians 12 22).

Even to your old age and gray hairs I am he, I am he who will sustain you. I have made you and I will carry you; I will sustain you and I will rescue you. Isaiah 46:4

  17. Thank God for the gifts. Not many churches can say that they have all these gifts in action. This is sad because we are all in this together. Have we lost the vision not as a church group but as a church body in general. Is this why we don’t see as much of the gifts as we ought too? Have we lost that first love. You know. That feeling you got the first 300 times after you got the Holy Ghost. It shouldn’t be like this. As in a relationship that love should become deeper. More intimate with God. Where when we hear his voice that we don’t question it. The gifts of the spirit are there to help edifying the church. This will only happen if the church body will unite and respond to the Holy Ghost.

  18. 25 That there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another.

26 And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it.

27 Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular.

Each of us is a valued member of the body of Christ! We each have a vital role to play in the church. Even the feeble (young or old) have their place and role to play. These gifts listed in this chapter are for our profit. One gift is esteemed as much as another gift because they all work together for good to each of us. Paul tells us to earnestly desire the best gifts. That is, begin praying and ask for it! Let the Lord develop it in you & give it time. When it comes, It is not for your glory when you are used – it is for the edifying of the church and for the body- you are fulfilling your role in the body of Christ. Thank you Lord for the gifts of the spirit that bring strength, wisdom & understanding.

  19. 12 For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.

13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.

14 For the body is not one member, but many.

We are all “fitly” joined together to make the operation of the Kingdom of God run smoothly and effectively. If one member is out of place, it causes a domino effect on the entire body. We must be certain each day we are in place, prepared and ready to work for the Lord.

  20. 1corinthians 12:2 you know that when you were pagans somehow or other you influenced and led astray to mute idols. Therefore I want you to know that no one who is speaking by the Spirit of God says Jesus be cursed and no one can say Jesus is Lord except by the Holy Spirit. There are different kinds of gifts but the same Spirit distributes them. There are different kinds of service but the same Lord. There are different kinds D’s of working but in all of them and in everyone it is the same code at work.

  21. Amen
    1corinthians 12:2
you know that when you were pagans some how or other you influenced and led astray to mute idols. Therefore i want you to know that no one who is speaking by he spirit of god says jesus be cursed and no one can say jesus is lod except by the holy spirit.

  22. John 15:16 ESV

You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and that your fruit should abide, so that whatever you ask the Father in my name, he may give it to you.
    1 Corinthians 12:18 ESV

But as it is, God arranged the members in the body, each one of them, as he chose.

We have all been chosen to be a part of something greater than this world, the body of Christ. We serve an awesome purpose set forth by God Almighty! I pray that I do not become distracted by this world from my purpose in the kingdom of God.

  23. I Corinthians 12:12 For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body; so also is Christ.

13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.

14 For the body is not one member, but many

We are all part of the body of Christ and should work together to function as one. We have been given talents and ministries in the church because we have been baptized into his kingdom. Therefore there is no ministry to big or to small in his church, meaning from doing the maintenance at the church, to preaching God’s word we are all important, because we function as one body. Paul is telling us that we should be united as one, and love and respect each other. Love My church. More Unity!!

  24. 25-26 The way God designed our bodies is a model for understanding our lives together as a church: every part dependent on every other part, the parts we mention and the parts we don’t, the parts we see and the parts we don’t. If one part hurts, every other part is involved in the hurt, and in the healing. If one part flourishes, every other part enters into the exuberance.
Thank you Jesus for letting me be a part in your will! I am a part of a team that wins every battle! And when we get hurt we all do but we rise Together! Thank you Jesus for using me! 🙂

  25. 1 Corinthians 12:31
But covet earnestly the best gifts: and yet shew I unto you a more excellent way.

1 Corinthians 12:31 NIV (Archaeological Study Bible)
But eagerly desire the greater gifts.
    Love
And now I will show you the most excellent way.

LOVE must be sincere, we need to love one another to be able to work as one body in Christ.

Romans 12:10, 13 NIV (Archaeological Study Bible)
Be devoted to one another in brotherly love. Honor one another above yourselves.
    13) Share with God’s people who are in need. Practice hospitality.

When I first step to this church, I was blown away by the hospitality everyone showed us, from the moment I walked in till the moment I stepped out.

    MORE LOVE!

    Romans 12:15
Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn.
    Verse 16
Live in harmony with one another. Do not be proud, but be willing to associate with those who of low position, do not not be conceited.
    Verse 20
    In the contrary
” if your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink.

My husband and I came to the POFW hungry, thirsty and in need of God and the way everyone just prayed for us in the altar little by little our need was met, because everyone who prayer for us saw the need in us.

    Ephesians 1:15
For this reason, ever since I heard about your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all the saints,
    verse 16
I have not stopped giving thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers.

NOW I feel the need of others when I look around everywhere I go.

What I learn in this bible chapter is that as a body of Christ, we all need to work together to reach out for the lost souls, for the needs in church, meaning our brothers and sisters in Christ. Many of us have have many spiritual needs as well as personal. We have to see with spiritual eyes and cry with those who cry, pray for those who need prayer, hurt with those who are hurt, let there need be our need, let there pain be our pain. Many people from different types of walks are coming to the POFW HUNGRY for something different let us all work as one body to share GOD’S LOVE.
1 Corinthians 16: 14 Do everything in Love.

    ONE BODY, MANY PARTS
With our different ministry’s we all can work together as one Body. Maybe you think, ” well I don’t know how to sing, preach, teach, play an instrument, etc.” But maybe you do have the gift of giving, serving, prayer warrior, cleaning the church, make people feel welcome just by a hand shake, whatever it is, we all form a important part in the POFW body in Christ.

    1 Corinthians 12 12
The body is a unit, though is made up of many parts; and though all is parts are many , they form one body. So it is with Christ.

    Verse 27
Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it.

    Genesis 20: 13
…. ” This is how you can show your love to me: Everywhere we go, say of me, ” he is my brother.”

    Galatians 5:13
You, my brothers, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the sinful nature, rather, serve one another in Love.
    Verse 14
The entire law is summed up in a single command: LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.

    MORE Love!
    MORE unity!

  26. 12 For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.

13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.

I thank God for a place to belong. Not for a select few people but for all the rejects and outcasts as well. Hallelujah God Is no respecter of person’s and everyone has a purpose in his kingdom.

  27. 20 But now are they many members, yet but one body.

27 Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular

We are all here to work together as one, not to be divided against each other! Lord I pray that you help us come together as one for your glory!

  28. 25 That there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another.
26 And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it.

    Schism-meaning division!
No division in the body! Spiritually speaking no division between our brothers and sisters! That we may all see and work hard for the vision that Pastor has! We all have special gifts that we need to go reach the region of Fort Worth! If we divide and don’t submit under Pastors authority or work for the kingdom of heaven the body gets hurt because something was removed from the body that was not suppose to be removed! When one of our members(bretheren) hurts we need to take of their suffer and care for them! Jus like when we have a stomach virus our body is weak and is hurting because of that virus so that is when you have to take medication and make it better so your body can function like normal again. So just like with your brethren without each other we cannot function! We need each other in the good and in the bad times! Thank you Jesus for this beautiful message! MORE UNITY & LOVE!

  29. The hands of God

25 That there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another.

26 And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it.

27 Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular.

These members in particular are neccessary for the work of God. The hands do the work of the kingdom. The hands also feed the mouth. Look at it spiritually. If we be laborers in the field, winning souls, we are actually feeding the mouth of God. We bring forth our work in his kingdom as an offering. If the hands are not reaching the kingdom is going hungry! Let us not not starve the kingdom!

MORE Hands = MORE Work = MORE Kigdom

  30. “Nay, much more those members of the body, which seem to be more feeble, are necessary”. Just like the human body will try to compensate for a sickness or ailment, so will the body of Christ, as it will be forced to compensate if one fails to fulfill ones purpose. All members are required for the body to function properly, and all are important, in God’s (Jesus) Kingdom. What a mighty God we serve! Thank God for his word. God bless America, Jerusalem, and you all in Jesus name, Amen!

  31. 8 For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit;

    9 To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit;

10 To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues:

11 But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will.

Prophet Tim Greene casted to us the gifts of the Spirit. That they would be abundant in our church here at POFW. I don’t know about you but I want to have a gift of the Spirit. To help our pastor in impact the region of Fort Worth. That an army of believers rise up and bring down strongholds and rebukeing spiritual wickedness in all places.
I HEAR A SOUND OF A ARMY ARISING!

  32. 13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.

We are ALL important in the body of Christ, no job is too small or too big for a body may function without a leg or an arm but never to its full capacity. In the same way, does the church function when is missing a member. Yes, we continue to work to reach others for the kingdom of God but not to the capacity that it would if we were All working together in unity!!! So don’t miss church, don’t miss fellowship for metal sharpens metal and so we hold each other accountable. THANKFUL FOR THE GREAT CHURCH FAMILY OUR LORD HAS BLESSED US WITH LOVE POFW!!!!

  33. v13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.

That’s how we get in Christ . By being baptized in Jesus’ name for the remission of sins is a big part of the new birth .

  34. 23 And those members of the body, which we think to be less honourable, upon these we bestow more abundant honour; and our uncomely parts have more abundant comeliness.

24 For our comely parts have no need: but God hath tempered the body together, having given more abundant honour to that part which lacked

It is important to understand that we are all working together for 1 purpose and that is to fulfill the will of God. Regardless of how significantlyrics different each of our roles are they are all equally important and needed. We are to operate in our calling according to His will and not our own desire and emotion.

  35. 12 For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.

27 Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular.

Where do you fit? What is your part? I’m thankful that God has a place for each us to fit into the body.

  36. This is what Superintendent David Bernard was talking about when he was telling us about incorperating MORE believers into the kingdom. He was helping us with how we could get new church goers as well as established church goers to become involved in the church as a member in the body of Christ. The Bibke does not say that we have to be established church members in order to serve in the the body, instead it says :

12 For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.

    And it says that:

14 For the body is not one member, but many.

We are all part of His hands and feet but I order to reach our communities we need to incorporate as man people as possible.

  37. 26 And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it.

27 Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular.

We are all different but together as one. That is what makes up a body. It is the beauty of being part of somethimg

    • ^something bigger. If you were to take a snap shot of the church during altar call you could almost see the different members of the body working together so amazingly. All to the benefit of the church.

  38. The eye can never say to the hand, “I don’t need you.” The head can’t say to the feet, “I don’t need you.” (‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭12‬:‭21‬ NLT)

We all have different personalities and abilities, but in the end we all come together and work as a team/body. You can’t love one person and hate the other just like you can’t love your right hand and hate your left foot. We all are needed to fulfill our purpose here on earth which is to reach the lost. Stop focusing on the hateful things of this world and let’s focus on reaching souls for His kingdom.

  39. 11 But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will.

12 For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.

13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.

God works through us all in different ways, giving us different gifts to do different purposes in the kingdom of God. But one gift is not more important than the other, for all fo us must work together to make the body of Christ work and to help us win people to Christ’s kingdom. Like a body can not put an eye in the place of the ear or an arm in the place of the leg, we all need all of our different gifts to help each other out.

  40. God hath set !!!! 28. And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues. 29. Are all apostles? are all prophets? are all teachers? are all workers of miracles? 30. Have all the gifts of healing? do all speak with tongues? do all interpret? 31. But covet earnestly the best gifts: and yet shew I unto you a more excellent way. I AM VICTORIOUS THROUGH CHRIST JESUS !!!!
