2 Corinthians 1

1 Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, and Timothy our brother, unto the church of God which is at Corinth, with all the saints which are in all Achaia:

2 Grace be to you and peace from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ.

3 Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort;

4 Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.

5 For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also aboundeth by Christ.

6 And whether we be afflicted, it is for your consolation and salvation, which is effectual in the enduring of the same sufferings which we also suffer: or whether we be comforted, it is for your consolation and salvation.

7 And our hope of you is stedfast, knowing, that as ye are partakers of the sufferings, so shall ye be also of the consolation.

8 For we would not, brethren, have you ignorant of our trouble which came to us in Asia, that we were pressed out of measure, above strength, insomuch that we despaired even of life:

9 But we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves, but in God which raiseth the dead:

10 Who delivered us from so great a death, and doth deliver: in whom we trust that he will yet deliver us;

11 Ye also helping together by prayer for us, that for the gift bestowed upon us by the means of many persons thanks may be given by many on our behalf.

12 For our rejoicing is this, the testimony of our conscience, that in simplicity and godly sincerity, not with fleshly wisdom, but by the grace of God, we have had our conversation in the world, and more abundantly to you-ward.

13 For we write none other things unto you, that what ye read or acknowledge; and I trust ye shall acknowledge even to the end;

14 As also ye have acknowledged us in part, that we are your rejoicing, even as ye also are our’s in the day of the Lord Jesus.

15 And in this confidence I was minded to come unto you before, that ye might have a second benefit;

16 And to pass by you into Macedonia, and to come again out of Macedonia unto you, and of you to be brought on my way toward Judaea.

17 When I therefore was thus minded, did I use lightness? or the things that I purpose, do I purpose according to the flesh, that with me there should be yea yea, and nay nay?

18 But as God is true, our word toward you was not yea and nay.

19 For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, who was preached among you by us, even by me and Silvanus and Timotheus, was not yea and nay, but in him was yea.

20 For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.

21 Now he which stablisheth us with you in Christ, and hath anointed us, is God;

22 Who hath also sealed us, and given the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts.

23 Moreover I call God for a record upon my soul, that to spare you I came not as yet unto Corinth.

24 Not for that we have dominion over your faith, but are helpers of your joy: for by faith ye stand.

  1. vss.8-9 For we would not, brethren, have you ignorant of out trouble which came to us in Asia, that we were pressed out of measure, above strength, insomuch that we despaired even of life:
    But we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should not trust in our ourselves, but in God which raiseth the dead:

    This is encouraging to know there is hope in the midst of our difficulties. We don’t need sympathy
    in our trials we need to put our faith and trust in GOD. THERE IS HOPE!!
    Our faith in GOD will keep us even when things go wrong.

    MORE FAITH
    MORE TRUST IN GOD
    MORE HOPE
    MORE GRACE
    MORE HOLY GHOST
    MORE POWER

  2. O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death? -Romans 7:24

    9 But we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves, but in God which raiseth the dead:
    10 Who delivered us from so great a death, and doth deliver: in whom we trust that he will yet deliver us

    The price and payment of sin is death, but God, in that while I was a sinner he redeemed me.

    He purchased my salvation and I have peace.
    It is the blood, the name & the Spirit.
    I am so glad I repented of the lifestyle I was living. Glad I was buried in the wonderful name of “Jesus” & fill with the Holy Ghost.

    My prayer this year……..Lord lead me to a hungry soul.

  3. The Power of Prayer!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    11 Ye also helping together by prayer for us, that for the gift bestowed upon us by the means of many persons thanks may be given by many on our behalf.

    Have you ever heard a saint say “well, all I can do is pray”- as if prayer were such an insignificant action. There is GREAT POWER in PRAYER!!! The power lays in which if you believe it or not. If you pray believing that what you are praying for will happened then – THERE IS POWER IN YOUR PRAYER!!! – but if you doubt when you pray then you are subtracting from that power.
    Philippians 4:6 – Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
    1 Thessalonians 5:17 – Pray without ceasing.
    Mark 11:24 – Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive [them], and ye shall have [them].
    Ephesians 6:18 – Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;
    James 5:16 – Confess [your] faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
    Romans 8:26 – Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
    John 15:7 – If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.
    Matthew 21:22 – And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.

    I BELIEVE IN THE POWER OF PRAYER, I WAKE UP EVERY MORNING AT THE SAME TIME AND PRAY FOR ALL OF YOU BY NAME. WHY??? BECAUSE I BELIEVE IN THE COVERING THAT PRAYER CAN GIVE. I WILL NEVER NOT BEGIN MY DAY WITH PRAYER AND I WILL NEVER NOT END MY DAY WITH PRAYER. FOR PRAYER IS ONE OF THE MOST POWERFUL INSTRUMENTS GOD HAS GIVEN US TO CHANGE THINGS FOR HIS GOOD IN OUR LIVES!!!

  4. TRUSTING IN GOD!

    We can say with confidence and a clear conscience that we have lived with a God-given holiness and sincerity in all our dealings. We have depended on God’s grace, not on our own human wisdom. That is how we have conducted ourselves before the world, and especially toward you. (‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭1‬:‭12‬ NLT)

    This is how you know you have faith!
    Knowing that we all are facing trials at some point in our lives, and are confident to know that The Lord shall see us through. As I was reading this verse, I could actually sense Paul’s joy here as he’s speaking. That no matter what he faced,he knew The Lord was with him. As for me I can see how Paul is so “Kingdom minded” he shows the love that he has for The Lord through his trials he still found the strength of GOD to encourage the saints! This is my pastor, we don’t know or see his afflictions, he’s a man with a mind that says ” I’m pressing toward the mark.” With that same passion and mind set, we all should be as well. Don’t give up with your walk with Christ. Because in the end…. WE WIN!!

  5. 3 Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort;

    4 Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.

    The Holy Ghost is the comforter to us, the body of Christ.
    Joh 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you
    The Father of all mercies, God of all comfort, has gave us hope in this generation that we have hope.
    There will be trouble and trials in this life as Job said.
    Job 14:1 Man that is born of a woman is of few days, and full of trouble.
    God gives us comfort just as we should comfort those that face troubles.
    A kind word and a hug will go a long way!

  6. 24 Not for that we have dominion over your faith, but are helpers of your joy: for by faith ye stand.

    It is by faith that we are able to stand. The trials and tribulations of this world can get difficult to bear. Through our faith we are able to take a stand no matter what the situation may look like.

  7. 12 For our rejoicing is this, the testimony of our conscience, that in simplicity and godly sincerity, not with fleshly wisdom, but by the grace of God, we have had our conversation in the world, and more abundantly to you-ward.

    When we are have our conversations with people of this, trying to be friends to people and love them, and showing them the love of God, we shouldn’t relay on our earthly wisdom and conventional thinking with these people but instead let the grace of God work through us to give us the words to speak.

  8. II Cor. 1:20 For all the promises of God in him are yea, and him Amen

    Romans 15:8,9 Now I say that Jesus Christ was a minister of the circumcision for the truth of God, to confirm the promises made unto the fathers:
    And that the Gentiles might glorify God for his mercy; as it is written, For this cause I will confess to thee among the Gentiles, and sing unto thy name.

    God’s purpose has been to unite both Jew and Gentile into one body, diverse convictions and practices in doubtful matters should give way to harmony and unity.

  9. Verses 3-4 AMP “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of sympathy (pity and mercy) and the God [Who is the Source] of every comfort (consolation and encouragement), Who comforts (consoles and encourages) us in every trouble (calamity and affliction), so that we may also be able to comfort (console and encourage) those who are in any kind of trouble or distress, with the comfort (consolation and encouragement) with which we ourselves are comforted (consoled and encouraged) by God.” Same verses NLT “All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. God is our merciful Father and the source of all comfort. He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others. When they are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us.” We have to pray for one another, be there for one another and be encouraged in the Lord.

    Verse 11 AMP “While you also cooperate by your prayers for us [helping and laboring together with us]. Thus [the lips of] many persons [turned toward God will eventually] give thanks on our behalf for the grace (the blessing of deliverance) granted us at the request of the many who have prayed.” Same verse MSG “You and your prayers are part of the rescue operation—I don’t want you in the dark about that either. I can see your faces even now, lifted in praise for God’s deliverance of us, a rescue in which your prayers played such a crucial part.” I know that I have have been saved from many things growing up, by the prayers of so many (my parents, grandparents, pastors, friends and family). Do not ever think that your prayers are not being heard, don’t stop praying; for your prayer may be on a mission to rescue someone!

  10. MORE PROMISE

    20 For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.

    The HOPE of every believer, regardless of what they believe in is the PROMISE that is presented to them. Regardless of religion or what deity is served, the follower places hope and trust in the promises of their god.

    The GOD of creation is JESUS. All other proclaimed gods will bow to and confess him LORD. This promise we have in the eternal WORD of GOD. We must continue in the LORD, rejoicing over the faithfulness of our LORD JESUS. For no other god has died for his followers, but asks its followers to die for him.

    NLT
    20 For all of God’s promises have been fulfilled in Christ with a resounding “Yes!” And through Christ, our “Amen” (which means “Yes”) ascends to God for his glory.
    21 It is God who enables us, along with you, to stand firm for Christ. He has commissioned us,
    22 and he has identified us as his own by placing the Holy Spirit in our hearts as the first installment that guarantees everything he has promised us.

    The gift of the Holy Spirit is the PROMISE of the father to us. GOD has given us HIS Spirit as an ernest or down payment on HIS eternal POWER to and in us. By this PROMISE we are empowered to declare boldly “YEA” “YES” and “AMEN”.

    Our GOD is MORE than enough to supply ALL our need.

    MORE PROMISE = MORE HOLY GHOST

    Our GOD the LORD JESUS cannot lie. Because of this PROMISE we live in MORE HOPE.

    iRepent
    iPraise
    iPray
    iHope
    iBelieve
    iWork
    iGive
    iReap

  11. 20 For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.

    So what “promises of God” are in the scriptures? What is it that is “all yea, and all amen”? Christ makes that very clear and answers this question for us:

    Mat 4:4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
    “Every word” is the same as “all the promises of God”. Here is another way of saying the same thing:

    1Co 3:21 Therefore let no man glory in men. For all things are yours;
    1Co 3:22 Whether Paul, or Apollos, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or things present, or things to come; all are yours;
    “All things” certainly would include “every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God”, and Paul is saying that everything he writes to the Corinthians is what they have already acknowledged as the Word of God, and it is all yea and amen, in Christ.

    It is not just all the blessing which are ‘Yea and Amen’ but it is everything “you read or acknowledge”.

  12. who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God. (‭II Corinthians‬ ‭1‬:‭4‬ NKJV)

    No matter what i know what I go through can and will be able to help others in the future. For one I’ll become strong and wise in my troubles 2 I will be able to give advise and help others out of their mess.

    It’s only for a season when we feel like we are suffering. But God… God delivers us

    who delivered us from so great a death, and does deliver us; in whom we trust that He will still deliver us, (‭II Corinthians‬ ‭1‬:‭10‬ NKJV)

    Keep your faith the liberation of Christ is just around the corner and always on time. Just fight the good fight. God will deliver you and me when we are in trouble and “suffering”

    Joy comes in the morning. Just look up at him. And enjoy the love that never fails. That will never leave you. That died and pulled you out of the pit.

    who delivered us from so great a death, and does deliver us; in whom we trust that He will still deliver us, (‭II Corinthians‬ ‭1‬:‭10‬ NKJV)

  13. Purpose of Providence

    2 Corinthians 1:15 (KJV Strong’s)
    15 And in this confidence I was minded to come unto you before, that ye might have a second benefit;

    2 Corinthians 1:17 (KJV Strong’s)
    17 When I therefore was thus minded, did I use lightness? or the things that I purpose, do I purpose according to the flesh, that with me there should be yea yea, and nay nay?

    Providence is The care, guardianship, and control exercised by God; divine direction

    Paul spoke to Corinth and basically said “I know we told you we were planning on coming after our trip to Macedonia, and at the time we purposed to, but God intervened.”

    As a minister Paul had an itinerary, a calendar, and a day planner. He scheduled, and made appointments but always with the notion that this may change.

    God desires us to be 100% with our word. We must have a good report, known for honesty, integrity, and character. This is why the word tells us to say “I will do this tomorrow…”

    James 4:13-15 (Amplified Bible – AMP)
    13 Come now, you who say, Today or tomorrow we will go into such and such a city and spend a year there and carry on our business and make money.
    14 Yet you do not know [the least thing] about what may happen tomorrow. What is the nature of your life? You are [really] but a wisp of vapor (a puff of smoke, a mist) that is visible for a little while and then disappears [into thin air].
    15 You ought instead to say, If the Lord is willing, we shall live and we shall do this or that [thing].

    God desires us to live with MORE flexibility. We need his providence more than our will’s purpose.

  14. 3 All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. God is our merciful Father and the source of all comfort. (NLT)

    Hallelujah! Thank You Jesus!

  15. 3 Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort;

    4. Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.

    He may not completely remove all of our tribulations from us for our own good, but He is always there to comfort us in the ones He sees neccessary for us to go thru. God is Faithful!

  16. 3 Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort;

    4 Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.

    5 For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also aboundeth by Christ.

    We know that God doesn’t prevent the trials of life, rather he helps us IN those trials. If he always kept us from these things, how would we know how great our God is? But when he steps in, to comfort, to heal, to protect and provide, we can truly understand how great and mighty he is.
    He also blesses us abundantly. He can do exceeding abundantly above all we could ask or think. So again we know our comfort & blessings are not from our own ability, but from a mighty God that loves us.

  17. 20-22 Whatever God has promised gets stamped with the Yes of Jesus. In him, this is what we preach and pray, the great Amen, God’s Yes and our Yes together, gloriously evident. God affirms us, making us a sure thing in Christ, putting his Yes within us. By his Spirit he has stamped us with his eternal pledge—a sure beginning of what he is destined to complete.
    Jesus never fails! Thank you Jesus! 🙂 ❤

  18. Paul writes from his own experience about the comforts and suffering with Christ. The “troubles” he speaks were difficulties so severe that, while in Asia, he was not even certain he would survive (2Co 1:8). Paul maintains that suffering is the for experiencing the compassion of God. Paul uses the word “comfort” in 2 Corinthians 1:3-7. Its meaning is derived from the Greek word picture of a person who comes alongside to encourage when one uhh s being severely tested. The word is also used in reference to the Holy Ghost (Jn 14:15; 16:7). To follow Jesus is to follow him in suffering- but we can be encouraged that God comes beside us to comfort us and console, to stregnthen and to guide.

  19. 2 Corinthians 1:22 ESV

    and who has also put his seal on us and given us his Spirit in our hearts as a guarantee.
    He has given us a promise, an expected end (Jer. 29:11). The Holy Spirit is His seal upon us of that promise. He is faithful to us, always, so we have no reason to doubt Jesus.

  20. iLove to eat More Word

    More Deliverance
    2 Corinthians 1:10 Who delivered us from so great a death, and doth deliver: in whom we trust that he will yet deliver us;

    Paul is explaining to the church all the tribulation that he has gone through to get the gospel preached to them. He even spoke of how he almost died trying to preach the gospel. He goes on to proclaim that God has delivered and also will deliver. God is awesome and full of power, but that doesnt always mean he will protect us from the storm, but it does mean he will bring us out of the storm.

  21. 4 Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.
    5 For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also aboundeth by Christ.

    I have often referred to this scripture when trying to explain why someone goes through troubles. Although I leave out the fact that most of the time we put ourselves in bad spots before we seek His face an direction, we are allowed to go THROUGH trials so that we are able to help others in their times of distress.

  22. For we would not, brethren, have you ignorant of our trouble which came to us in Asia, that we were pressed out of measure, above strength, insomuch that we despaired even of life: But we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves, but in God which raiseth the dead: (‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭1‬:‭8-9‬ KJV)

    In prayer today I felt to pray about the greatness of God. God is great all the time. His greatness does not change because of our circumstance. He is great in good times and in bad. Many times in good we, as self-centered people, tend to not need JESUS as much in the good. Often times we, as self-centered people, focus on Him more in the bad times.

    It reminds me of this GREAT Psalm:
    The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever. (‭Psalms‬ ‭23‬:‭1-6‬ KJV)

  23. 20 For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.

    All He promises he fulfills there is no doubt about that. In order for us as people to obtain the promises from God, we have to first come to Him. His Spirit is the greatest promise and there is an entire bible filled whit what God promises His people, but some are just waiting for us to discover. To hold on up the promises we first have to find them out and then we shall know that He is a faithful God.

  24. Comfort

    2Cor. 1:4 who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.

    Paul expresses the benefit of our affliction-God’s grace and strength given to us can be shared with others who are afflicted. We receive, we give, and ever receive again. When we see someone who has a struggle we went through before, we can encourage them with what helped us through in our time of trouble. Share your story for the world. You never know who needs to hear it.

  25. 20 For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.

    21 Now he which stablisheth us with you in Christ, and hath anointed us, is God;

    MSG
    20-22 Whatever God has promised gets stamped with the Yes of Jesus. In him, this is what we preach and pray, the great Amen, God’s Yes and our Yes together, gloriously evident. God affirms us, making us a sure thing in Christ, putting his Yes within us. By his Spirit he has stamped us with his eternal pledge—a sure beginning of what he is destined to complete.

  26. 24 Not for that we have dominion over your faith, but are helpers of your joy: for by faith ye stand.

    No one can determine or regulate your faith but we can all help build one another’s faith by simply standing.

    Ephesians
    13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

    Pastor said tonight that we are in position to see the greatest revival ever! If we are in position for that their is no need to move. I believe we should stand!

    When we stand against adversity and the wiles of the devil we build others faith that they can too. Sometimes all someone needs is to see someone else just standing strong and trusting God.

  27. More Strength

    4 Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.

    Hebrews 12:12-13
    12 Wherefore lift up the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees;

    13 And make straight paths for your feet, lest that which is lame be turned out of the way; but let it rather be healed.

    When we receive the strength of the Lord through His comfort, we have access to minister to others with that comfort that they might be strengthen as well. We will find our trials and tests will be used for not only our good but the good of others, if we allow the Lord to give us His comfort.

    2 Corinthians 1:5-6
    5 For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also aboundeth by Christ.

    6 And whether we be afflicted, it is for your consolation and salvation, which is effectual in the enduring of the same sufferings which we also suffer: or whether we be comforted, it is for your consolation and salvation.

    Isaiah 61:1-4
    1 The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;

    2 To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;

    3 To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he might be glorified.

    4 And they shall build the old wastes, they shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the waste cities, the desolations of many generations.

  28. “Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God”. The Lord’s (Jesus) will, will be done, if one is obedient it will be easier. If one is not than one will be in for a rough road. What a mighty God we serve! Thank God for his word. God bless America, Jerusalem, and you all in Jesus name, Amen!

  29. In fact, we expected to die. But as a result, we stopped relying on ourselves and learned to rely only on God, who raises the dead. (‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭1‬:‭9‬ NLT)

    Trust in the LORD with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. (‭Proverbs‬ ‭3‬:‭5‬ NLT)

    God will supply all your needs if you just stop and allow Him to reign in your life. Let God fight your battles for you. Trust in Him

  30. 2 Corinthians 4-7
    Verse 4
    Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.
    Verse 5
    For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also aboundeth by Christ.
    Verse 6
    And whether we be afflicted, it is for your consolation and salvation, which is effectual in the enduring of the same sufferings which we also suffer: or whether we be comforted, it is for your consolation and salvation.
    Verse 7
    And our hope of you is stedfast, knowing, that as ye are partakers of the sufferings, so shall ye be also of the consolation.

    In God I have all I need, nothing in this world compares to his promises. In Him I have hope, salvation, counsel, confert.

  31. 8 For we would not, brethren, have you ignorant of our trouble which came to us in Asia, that we were pressed out of measure, above strength, insomuch that we despaired even of life:

    Trouble does come in our lives, however it is up to us how we deal with it. We can allow it to press us out of measure, to destruction, or we can allow it to press us into Jesus “more” than ever before and find the strength, comfort and wisdom that God has for us in every situation.

  32. 3-5 All praise to the God and Father of our Master, Jesus the Messiah! Father of all mercy! God of all healing counsel! He comes alongside us when we go through hard times, and before you know it, he brings us alongside someone else who is going through hard times so that we can be there for that person just as God was there for us. We have plenty of hard times that come from following the Messiah, but no more so than the good times of his healing comfort—we get a full measure of that, too

    Although we may not understand why we are going through the trials, its for a purpose, you may be the key in unlocking someone’s salvation! That is why it is so important to Praise Him Through the Storm! How could someone going through the same trial want to “be like you” if you down in the dumps and complaining, Praise Him for what He’s going to do! Praise Him like He has already done it!

  33. Anointed !!!! 21. Now he which stablisheth us with you in Christ, and hath anointed us, is God; 1 John 2 : 20 22. Who hath also sealed us, and given the earnest of the Spir’-it in our hearts. 23. Moreover I call God for a record upon my soul, that to spare you I came not as yet unto Cor’-inth. 24. Not for that we have dominion over your faith, but are helpers of your joy: for by faith ye stand. Praise ye the Lord !!!! I lift you higher and higher !!!!
