2 Corinthians 3

1 Do we begin again to commend ourselves? or need we, as some others, epistles of commendation to you, or letters of commendation from you?

2 Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men:

3 Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart.

4 And such trust have we through Christ to God-ward:

5 Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God;

6 Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.

7 But if the ministration of death, written and engraven in stones, was glorious, so that the children of Israel could not stedfastly behold the face of Moses for the glory of his countenance; which glory was to be done away:

8 How shall not the ministration of the spirit be rather glorious?

9 For if the ministration of condemnation be glory, much more doth the ministration of righteousness exceed in glory.

10 For even that which was made glorious had no glory in this respect, by reason of the glory that excelleth.

11 For if that which is done away was glorious, much more that which remaineth is glorious.

12 Seeing then that we have such hope, we use great plainness of speech:

13 And not as Moses, which put a veil over his face, that the children of Israel could not stedfastly look to the end of that which is abolished:

14 But their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ.

15 But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart.

16 Nevertheless when it shall turn to the Lord, the vail shall be taken away.

17 Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

18 But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.

  1. It is not that we think we are qualified to do anything on our own. Our qualification comes from God. (‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭3‬:‭5‬ NLT)

I only stand where I stand at today by the mercy of God himself! He made me and brought me here for his glory nothing else. Still alive because he loved me enough to let me live. Thank you Jesus!

But whenever someone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. For the Lord is the Spirit, and wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. (‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭3‬:‭16-17‬ NLT)

I didn’t always pursue the rightousness of God I was once blind and lost in this world even tho his world has always been there. I didn’t want it. I was wanted to be blind. But God…but God. He allowed me to finally open up and take off the veil that was holding me down and I saw his glorious light and felt his everlasting love. Now I am free!

I will never be the same.

  2. Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. (‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭3‬:‭17‬ KJV)

Set free by the Spirit of The Lord, is a beautiful feeling! No longer bound by sin, condemnation. Having peace and a sound mind. Oh yes, To GOD be the glory!!!!

  3. 18. So all of us who have had that veil removed can see and reflect the glory of the Lord. And the Lord-who is the Spirit-makes us more and more like him as we are changed into his glorious image. NLT

Oh, to be more like Jesus!

    To be like Jesus
    To be like Jesus
All I ask is to be like Him
    All through life’s journey
    From earth to glory
All I ask is to be like Him.

  4. 17 Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
18 But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.

Have you ever seen some one get the Holy Ghost for first time???? Their face reflects the beauty of His Presence. There is Peace in their faces, there is Joy in their faces, there is Love in their faces, and there is FREEDOM in their faces. Thankful for the LIBERTY OF THE HOLY GHOST!!!!!! May the Lord continue to tug at their hearts and bring them from every corner of the Metroplex to come and dine, MORE AND MORE AND MORE OF THE HOLY GHOST.

  5. Verses 17-18 AMP “Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty (emancipation from bondage, freedom). And all of us, as with unveiled face, [because we] continued to behold [in the Word of God] as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are constantly being transfigured into His very own image in ever increasing splendor and from one degree of glory to another; [for this comes] from the Lord [Who is] the Spirit.”

Same verse MSG “And when God is personally present, a living Spirit, that old, constricting legislation is recognized as obsolete. We’re free of it! All of us! Nothing between us and God, our faces shining with the brightness of his face. And so we are transfigured much like the Messiah, our lives gradually becoming brighter and MORE beautiful as God enters our lives and we become like him.” Verse 18 CEV “So our faces are not covered. They show the bright glory of the Lord, as the Lord’s Spirit makes us MORE and MORE like our glorious Lord.” MORE and MORE!

  6. 17 Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

The Holy Ghost is given to them that repent and are baptized, this is non other than the spirit of the Lord. This is the spirit we feel when we gather together in the House of God to worship. Where this Spirit is there is liberty, thank God for that Spirit.

  7. 2 Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men:

When others see us they should see Jesus manifest in our lives. Whether we like it our not we are being watched. All we do and say should always give glory to God and his Kingdom. We must not become a stumbling block for others.

  8. The process of promise

    2 Corinthians 3:18 (KJV Strong’s)
18 But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.

One of the greatest revelations God has given me is that there is more after we are born again. Once we have had the veil removed from our eyes we become candidates to walk in the spirit.

The bible says many things about this journey: be led by the spirit, walk after the spirit, hear what the spirit says, filled with the spirit, be mindful of the spirit are just a few.

When we live our daily lives outside the four walls of the church this is where we need to walk in the spirit the most.

This walk is us being changed in the same image from glory to glory.

2 Corinthians 3:18 (Weymouth New Testament)
18 And all of us, with unveiled faces, reflecting like bright mirrors the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same likeness, from one degree of radiant holiness to another, even as derived from the Lord the Spirit.

If we are not moving from one degree of radiant holiness to another we are not growing.

We can never afford to become stagnant in our process of promise. When we become stuck in limbo we are like the statue of the unknown soldier. We are standing as a semblance of what we once were but with no power.

Every day we must purpose ourselves to walk with God and be led by his spirit. We must purposely tune in to him, and allow him to take us through the storms of life.

Ephesians 4:22-24 (Amplified Bible – AMP)
    22 Strip yourselves of your former nature [put off and discard your old unrenewed self] which characterized your previous manner of life and becomes corrupt through lusts and desires that spring from delusion;
23 And be constantly renewed in the spirit of your mind [having a fresh mental and spiritual attitude],
24 And put on the new nature (the regenerate self) created in God’s image, [Godlike] in true righteousness and holiness.

  9. 17 Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. 18 And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate[a] the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.

Amen Jesus Christ is Spirit and Jesus Christ is FREEDOM!!!! With Jesus all chains are broken and devils are casted out nobody has the power but Jesus Christ!!! He is the only one that can deliver, heal, transform, and renew our mind? When we have Him IN us his glory reflects through us because He is in us!!! I don’t want to be ignorant of what I know and not follow Christ! He is the reason why I have another chance to worship Him and to Witness to somebody of His Greatness!!! There are so many people that are hungry for God and walking with no purpose! I want to make that difference and testify of what God has done in my life. I stand on firm ground and the devil is under my feet and will not stop me from worshipping the all mighty, all powerful, omnipotent, everlasting God!!!! I will always trust in you Jesus!!!!

  10. 4-6 We couldn’t be more sure of ourselves in this—that you, written by Christ himself for God, are our letter of recommendation. We wouldn’t think of writing this kind of letter about ourselves. Only God can write such a letter. His letter authorizes us to help carry out this new plan of action. The plan wasn’t written out with ink on paper, with pages and pages of legal footnotes, killing your spirit. It’s written with Spirit on spirit, his life on our lives! MSG

What we do for the Kingdom does not need a news reporter following us around to alert the rest of the Christina population to our good deeds. The Lord knows the intent of our heart in our actions. If we are doing things for the glory of the Lord, He takes notice and is a rewarder of those who seek him. Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

  11. MORE LORD, MORE CONNECTION, MORE HOLY SPIRIT, MORE FREEDOM

17 Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
18 But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.

The LORD revealed to me in Sunday Night service that there are some believers that are attempting to manipulate GOD to do mans will instead of the will of GOD. This manifestation is revealed when we the creation long for our desires deeper and greater than the desires of the LORD.

In praying every day “Thy Kingdom Come, Thy Will be Done” we are confessing that we desire MORE LORD.

MORE LORD means MORE CONNECTION, MORE CONNECTION means MORE HOLY SPIRIT in our lives, MORE HOLY SPIRIT in our lives means MORE FREEDOM or LIBERTY.

1657. ejleuqeri÷a eleutheria, el-yoo-ther-ee´-ah; from 1658; freedom (legitimate or licentious, chiefly moral or ceremonial): — liberty.

1658. ejleu/qeroß eleutheros, el-yoo´-ther-os; probably from the alternate of 2064; unrestrained (to go at pleasure), i.e. (as a citizen) not a slave (whether freeborn or manumitted), or (genitive case) exempt (from obligation or liability): — free (man, woman), at liberty.

The Liberty of the LORD does not give us entitlement to break moral rules and biblical laws. However the SPIRIT of the LORD does entitle us to break free from condemnation, guilt, shame, sin of all fleshly desire.

The LORD revealed to me on Sunday Evening that there are a few believers attempting to make their will to become GOD’s will. This is very dangerous, because if GOD allowed that to happen that would make the individual seeking that to be their own GOD and then need a savior from idolatry.

I say Holy Spirit Rain on us, because I see MORE than a cloud!

    iRepent
    iPraise
    iPray
    iWork
    iGive
    iReap

  12. Sin hardens the heart

2Cor. 3:14 But their minds were hardened. For to this day, when they read the old covenant, that same veil remains unlifted, because only through Christ is it taken away.

    14. But their minds were hardened. The purpose of these words [Vol 8: 2 Co, p. 98] appears to be to correct any impression that Moses was to blame for the Israelites’ inability to behold the splendour of the old covenant reflected in his face. Moses may have veiled his face, but it was the Israelites’ minds that were hardened (cf. Ps. 95:8; Heb. 3:8, 15; 4:7). Rabbinic writings of c. AD 150 say that it was the effects of Israel’s sin in making the golden calf while Moses was on the mount which resulted in their being unable through fear to look upon the brightness of Moses’ face (Str-B 3, p. 515).

When one lives in sin or commits gross acts of sin they harden their hearts to the Spirit. A enmity forms between them and the Godly. There is no such thing as a “little” sin. When one chooses to sin, they put themselves at risk of not coming back, such as the case of Cain.

  13. 17 Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
There is liberty to praise God any where and anytime! Don’t hold back your praise Give God your all!

  14. iLove to eat More Word

    “More and More Like Him”
2 Corinthians 3:18 (NLT) “So all of us who have had that veil removed can see and reflect the glory of the Lord. And the Lord—who is the Spirit—makes us ‘more’ and ‘more’ like him as we are changed into his glorious image.”

How do we become more and more like Him? The answer is found in the above verse. The first step is to remove the veil. What does the veil represent? It represents unbelief.

14But the people’s minds were hardened, and to this day whenever the old covenant is being read, the same veil covers their minds so they cannot understand the truth. And this veil can be removed only by believing in Christ.

When we remove the veil through faith in Jesus, the Word of God will begin to come alive. The more Word we consume will determine the more we will grow. We will become more and more like Him as long as we continue to have faith in His Word and obey His Commandments.

  15. MSG – 3 1-3 Does it sound like we’re patting ourselves on the back, insisting on our credentials, asserting our authority? Well, we’re not. Neither do we need letters of endorsement, either to you or from you. You yourselves are all the endorsement we need. Your very lives are a letter that anyone can read by just looking at you. Christ himself wrote it—not with ink, but with God’s living Spirit; not chiseled into stone, but carved into human lives—and we publish it.

What is the letter that people are reading in our lives? God’s Spirit should be vibrant, joyfully overflowing in us and we should be publishing Him to the entire world.

  16. 12 Seeing then that we have such hope, we use great plainness of speech:

    Don’t seek God blindly.
If He said it, then it will be done.
Don’t speak around the bush, make it plain.

  17. 17 Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

18 But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.

Liberty – the state of being free within society from oppressive restrictions imposed by authority on one’s way of life,
A right or a privilege! We have the privilege today to be in the presence of God, to worship him anywhere at anytime, we do not need to take this for granted but thank God everyday for this right! There is freedom in the name of Jesus!!

  18. 16 But whenever someone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away.
17 For the Lord is the Spirit, and wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. 18 So all of us who have had that veil removed can see and reflect the glory of the Lord. And the Lord—who is the Spirit—makes us more and more like him as we are changed into his glorious image. (NLT)

Make us MORE and MORE like you Jesus! Thy Kingdom come, Thy Will be done!

  19. 15 But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart.
16 Nevertheless when it shall turn to the Lord, the vail shall be taken away.
17 Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty

What are we hiding behind the vail?
When we are born again the bail is torn. We are set free from that which weare hiding. We must be willing though to let it go. So many times we forget that we serve a forgiving God. We think that we have done something so badly that we cannot be forgiven. Which is not the case. The vail is torn from the old person and the new can shine through. Thank God for his forgiveness. And for his blood that washes me.

  20. 2 Corinthians 3:17 Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

18 But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord

There is freedom in God meaning He has broken every chain of bondage, fear , sickness, and our past failures We are His temple and His Spirit dwells in us. We must let His Spirit shine so people can see His image in us, to the point that they want what we have. It is our responsibility to show them the love, grace, and mercy of God. Everything that we do for His Kingdom should be for his honor and glory. NO FEAR!!! MORE FREEDOM!!!

  21. 18, “Nothing between us and God, our faces shining with the brightness of his face. And so we are transfigured much like the Messiah, our lives gradually becoming brighter and more beautiful as God enters our lives and we become like him.” (MSG)

The first part of this scripture made me think of when I first received the Holy Ghost. It was a Sunday night in a tent revival. I went to school the next day, and I remember the girls that were sitting at lunch with me telling me how much my face was glowing. I tried to explain to them how I had received the Holy Ghost the night before.

Also, when God enters our lives and we become like him, our lives become MORE brighter and MORE beautiful!!

Thank You JESUS for the Holy Ghost!!

  22. 18 But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.

    MORE Open Face MORE Glory

“Open Face” – Means to have no cover, nothing to hide, honest – from the dictionary of Jaci

If we come to God with a honest open heart we will see the glory of God! And With God there is MORE Freedom!

17 Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

  23. 2 Corinthians 3:18 ESV

And we all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another. For this comes from the Lord who is the Spirit.

in His glory we are being transformed, washed anew, changed, given life in His Spirit. Our confusion and foolishness from the world is removed and we can behold God’s glory clearly! Praise the Lord!

  24. 17 Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
We have liberty to praise God. There is people that has to praise God in silence cause they could be killed, we have freedom and so why do we not use that freedom and spread the gospel.
This verse reminded me of the song we sing “freedom”!

  25. But the people’s minds were hardened, and to this day whenever the old covenant is being read, the same veil covers their minds so they cannot understand the truth. And this veil can be removed only by believing in Christ. Yes, even today when they read Moses’ writings, their hearts are covered with that veil, and they do not understand. But whenever someone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. For the Lord is the Spirit, and wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. So all of us who have had that veil removed can see and reflect the glory of the Lord. And the Lord—who is the Spirit—makes us more and more like him as we are changed into his glorious image. (‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭3‬:‭14-18‬ NLT)

Thank you God for removing the vail and allowing us to see all of the amazingly wonderful things you do. Thank you for allowing us to become MORE and MORE like you everyday. Lord let us have MORE of a hunger for you and for the lost, so they can have their vail removed. God I thank you for all you are going to do with not only the things in my life but in others.

  26. 2 Corinthians 3:1
Do we begin again to commend ourselves? or need we, as some others, epistles of commendation to you, or letters of commendation from you?
    verse 2
Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men:

    2 Corinthians 3:1-2
Are we begging to commend ourselves again? Or do we need , like some people, letters of recommendation to you or from you?
    Verse 2
You yourselves are our letter, written on our hearts, know and read by everybody.

Not long ago, I learn that as Christians we are a living testimony in every man’s eye.
The way we write our testimony is by the way we live, walk in God’s will and in freedom in Christ.
    Our testimony speaks for ourselves!!!

    verse 3
You show that you are a letter from Christ, the result of our ministry, written not with ink but with the spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts.

MORE spirit of the living God!

  27. The focus of this passage is the hope we have in Jesus. When Jesus came down from Mount Sinai, he covered his radiant face with a veil so that the glory of God shining from his face was hidden from the Israelites (Exodus 34:33-35). They saw only a glimpse of the awesome glory of God. The veil also prevented them from seeing the glory fade from Moses’ face, an indication of the temporary nature of that old covenant with God.

The ministry of the Spirit today, however, is not one of concealment but one of openness and invitation, an invitation to view His glory. As believbelievers, we reflect this glory of God. We have the opportunity to reflect the glory of the Holy Spirit, to this world, and in so doing we are slowly being changed into the image we reflect. We are being changed into the image of Jesus- not fading as with Moses, but instead becoming an ever-increaing reflection of the glory of God. Our greatest joy is to anticipate the moment when that transformation will be complete- until he returns for his bride (1 Jn 3:2).

  28. Lord, write it upon our hearts not on stone.

3 Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart.

Stay connected with the Holy Ghost…….sweet liberty is near.

17 Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

    “Liberty”……………………….

  29. “14 But their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ.” Paul was explaining the blindness, and what it would take to see; “16 Nevertheless when it shall turn to the Lord, the vail shall be taken away”. One must pray and seek God’s (whose name is Jesus) face, read (all) the word of God, and obey the true man of God. What a mighty God we serve! Thank God for his word. “Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done”. God bless America, Jerusalem, and you all in Jesus name, Amen!

  30. 13 And not as Moses, which put a veil over his face, that the children of Israel could not stedfastly look to the end of that which is abolished:

14 But their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ.

15 But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart.

Our reaction to those blinded by tradition or false doctrines is prayer. We pray for their hearts to be opened, to be softened and that the Lord remove the ‘scales’ from their eyes. We pray that they hunger and thirst for his righteousness, so that they are filled! Revival is here, now!

  31. Whenever, though, they turn to face God as Moses did, God removes the veil and there they are—face-to-face! They suddenly recognize that God is a living, personal presence, not a piece of chiseled stone. And when God is personally present, a living Spirit, that old, constricting legislation is recognized as obsolete. We’re free of it! All of us! Nothing between us and God, our faces shining with the brightness of his face. And so we are transfigured much like the Messiah, our lives gradually becoming brighter and more beautiful as God enters our lives and we become like him. (‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭3‬:‭16-1‬ MSG)
WHAT AN AWSOME GOD WE HAVE, THANK YOU JESUS

  32. 2 Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men:
3 Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart.

Proverbs 23:7 says “For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he:” daily people are reading our lives. Our actions, our words, and our attitude are a direct reflection of who we are. It is very important for us not to live a “double life” and say we are one way yet what others read is totally different. Please understand, what others think about us is less important than what God says about us. Yet, we are to become a light to this world. With such greatness comes great responsibility and we must allow that light to shine as bright as it can and not be dimmed by a shady lifestyle.

Sometimes changing the way we speak or do certain things is not about bowing in defeat to haters but being humble before God and telling Him “their soul is worth more than this to me.” We are to never compromise the absolutes of the Word of God but we are to be kind and courteous to others.

  33. iLove to eat More Word

    More Light=Less Fear
Exodus 34:29 And it came to pass, when Moses came down from mount Sinai with the two tables of testimony in Moses’ hand, when he came down from the mount, that Moses wist not that the skin of his face shone while he talked with him. 30 And when Aaron and all the children of Israel saw Moses, behold, the skin of his face shone; and they were “afraid” to come nigh him.

One of the reasons that Moses had to put the vail on is found in the book of Exodus. The people were “afraid” to come near to him because his face shone with the Glory of God. Why were God’s own people afraid of the presence and glory of God?

They entertained a spirit of FEAR and condemnation. This is the same spirit of fear that caused Adam to run and hide from God in the garden of Eden…sin.

John 3:19 (NLT) And the judgment is based on this fact: God’s light came into the world, but people loved the darkness more than the light, for their actions were evil. 20All who do evil hate the light and refuse to go near it for fear their sins will be exposed. 21 But those who do what is right come to the light so others can see that they are doing what God wants.

The panther of Fort Worth has tormented this city for far too long. Fear thrives in darkness. As long as the church hides sin within themselves, the vail will remain intact thereby covering the Light. When the church finally destroys the secret dark places and removes her vail, that is when the world will have an opportunity to see the glorious gospel and the spirit of fear will be broken.

    CHURCH, let your light shine!
2 Timothy 1:7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

  34. The dictionary defined an Epistle as one of the letters adopted as books of the New Testament.

2 Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men:

3 Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart.

Our lives are books read by those around us…..what are we saying. Every letter has a introduction, a body, and a conclusion.

What is our life saying to others?

Don’t let others write the story of your life……let Jesus the author and finisher of our faith, write your story.

Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. -Hebrews 12:2

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. -Jeremiah 29:11

  35. And you show that you are a letter from Christ delivered by us, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts. (‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭3‬:‭3‬ ESV)

We lead at all times. What fruit are you bearing? If we are Christ like we should be like him.

Now the works of the flesh are evident: sexual immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, rivalries, dissensions, divisions, envy, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these. I warn you, as I warned you before, that those who do such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law. And those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. (‭Galatians‬ ‭5‬:‭19-24‬ ESV)

  36. Does it sound like we’re patting ourselves on the back, insisting on our credentials, asserting our authority? Well, we’re not. Neither do we need letters of endorsement, either to you or from you. You yourselves are all the endorsement we need. Your very lives are a letter that anyone can read by just looking at you. Christ himself wrote it—not with ink, but with God’s living Spirit; not chiseled into stone, but carved into human lives—and we publish it. (‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭3‬:‭1-3‬ MSG)

    More influence
We influence people and actions all the time. Our influence can be either good or bad.we can change circumstances greatly by what we do. In this case the scripture is talking about he influence we, the believers, have on our world around us. Think of the lives that have been changed by something that we did because God sent us. We need to pray that God would continue to use us to influence the lucesaround us so that they are drawn to him instead of away from him.

If the Government of Condemnation was impressive, how about this Government of Affirmation? Bright as that old government was, it would look downright dull alongside this new one. If that makeshift arrangement impressed us, how much more this brightly shining government installed for eternity? (‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭3‬:‭9-11‬ MSG)

    Hi much more —
The wonderment of MORE has all of us engrossed in what is happening next. If we look ahead into the future we should look with expectation and positivity. Having rules just to gave them never helped. But, having a government that positively speaks I to your life while reminding you of the rules is another.

  37. 12 Seeing then that we have such hope, we use great plainness of speech:

What this scripture tells me is that my heart is open with every door and window open for my God to come into my life to go forth in my life and work wonders in my life for that,I rejoice in my Gods presence for what he’s blessed me in my life for that,I don’t fear anything for that,I have faith in my God and that he’s with me every step I take he’s always got hold of me in his arm. In Jesus Name!!!

Matthew 7:12 Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you do ye even so to them for this is the law and the prophets.

  38. 5 Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God;

6 Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.

We really, truly are nothing without God. We should never forget that..

  39. Ministry

12 Seeing then that we have such hope, we use great plainness of speech:

13 And not as Moses, which put a veil over his face, that the children of Israel could not stedfastly look to the end of that which is abolished:

To minister the gospel, it isn’t about how eloquently we speak of what great mysteries of the Word we know. The plain simplicity of the gospel, spoken with anointing, is powerful in the lives of both the lost and the saint. We must not try to veil that simplicity in Christ with “religious speak” or customs of man that would distract from the pureness of gospel and the beauty of heart-felt obedience to it.

    2 Corinthians 1:12-13
12 We can say with confidence and a clear conscience that we have lived with a God-given holiness and sincerity in all our dealings. We have depended on God’s grace, not on our own human wisdom. That is how we have conducted ourselves before the world, and especially toward you.

13 Our letters have been straightforward, and there is nothing written between the lines and nothing you can’t understand…

  40. 16 Nevertheless when it shall turn to the Lord, the vail shall be taken away.

17 Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

That’s why we all need to turn to God, so he can take the vail off of us. Thank God for the liberty he gives us in his presence!

  41. Vail !!!! 13. And not as Mo’-ses, which put a vail over his face, that the children of Is’-ra-el could not stedfastly look to the end of that which is abolished: 14.But their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ. Isa. 6 :10; John 12 : 40 15. But even unto this day, when Mo’-ses is read, the vail is upon their heart. 16. Nevertheless when it shall turn to the Lord, the vail shall be taken away. Exod. 34 : 34; Rom. 11 : 23 17. Now the Lord is that Spir’-it: and where the Spir’-it of the Lord is, there is liberty. 18. But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spir’-it of the Lord. Rom. 8 : 29 Jesus you are the lifter of my head !!!!

  42. 2 Corinthians 3:3 Clearly, you are a letter from Christ showing the result of our ministry among you. This “letter” is written not with pen and ink, but with the Spirit of the living God. It is carved not on tablets of stone, but on human hearts.

Showing the results… We are our greatest testimony. Our fruit will show and tell what kind of tree we are. You know when you have the favor of God. We should strive to live our lives that others people can read things of the kingdom from us just by how we live and show ourselves. One can tell the difference between an bush and a rose plant. Our walk must show who we are representing. Followers of Christ, Christians. And continue to be an example to preach with our actions always. To God be the glory.

  43. v18 But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even ad by the Spirit of the Lord.

GOD’s SPIRIT will transform us from glory to glory
PRAISE GOD there is no end of the glory of the ministry of the Holy Ghost.
LORD WE ( i ) adore, worship, love and serve you for all the glories you have provided for us.
Let us never take HIM for granted.
