Ephesians 6

1 Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right.

2 Honour thy father and mother; which is the first commandment with promise;

3 That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.

4 And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.

5 Servants, be obedient to them that are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ;

6 Not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart;

7 With good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men:

8 Knowing that whatsoever good thing any man doeth, the same shall he receive of the Lord, whether he be bond or free.

9 And, ye masters, do the same things unto them, forbearing threatening: knowing that your Master also is in heaven; neither is there respect of persons with him.

10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.

11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;

15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;

16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:

18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

19 And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel,

20 For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.

21 But that ye also may know my affairs, and how I do, Tychicus, a beloved brother and faithful minister in the Lord, shall make known to you all things:

22 Whom I have sent unto you for the same purpose, that ye might know our affairs, and that he might comfort your hearts.

23 Peace be to the brethren, and love with faith, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

24 Grace be with all them that love our Lord Jesus Christ in sincerity. Amen.

  1. Verses 1-3 MSG “Children, do what your parents tell you. This is only right. “Honor your father and mother” is the first commandment that has a promise attached to it, namely, “so you will live well and have a long life.” It is sometimes hard for youth to see the right in what parents do; but, this is the part where the honor comes in and your obedience brings the promise to light.

    Honor: (1) high respect; esteem.
    synonyms: distinction, recognition, privilege, glory, kudos, cachet, prestige, merit, credit; adherence to what is right or to a conventional standard of conduct.
    synonyms: integrity, honesty, uprightness, ethics, morals, morality, principles, high principles, righteousness, high-mindedness
    (2) a privilege. synonyms: privilege, pleasure, pride, joy
    (3) fulfill (an obligation) or keep (an agreement).
    synonyms: fulfill, observe, keep, obey, heed, follow, carry out, discharge, implement, execute, effect

    Verses 13-18 MSG “Be prepared. You’re up against far more than you can handle on your own. Take all the help you can get, every weapon God has issued, so that when it’s all over but the shouting you’ll still be on your feet. Truth, righteousness, peace, faith, and salvation are more than words. Learn how to apply them. You’ll need them throughout your life. God’s Word is an indispensable weapon. In the same way, prayer is essential in this ongoing warfare. Pray hard and long. Pray for your brothers and sisters. Keep your eyes open. Keep each other’s spirits up so that no one falls behind or drops out.” This is a fight to the finish as the caption reads for the end of this chapter. God has given us what we need. It is up to us to learn how to apply them and use them to not only help ourselves; but, our fellow brother.

  2. iLove to eat MORE Word

    More Prayer
    Ephesians 6:18 “Pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion. Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers for all believers everywhere.19 And pray for me, too. Ask God to give me the right words so I can boldly explain God’s mysterious plan that the Good News is for Jews and Gentiles alike.”

    Paul is instructing the church to “pray in the Spirit at all times and on all occasions.” This is MORE Prayer. Also, we need to pray to God that He will always give our pastor the “right words” so he can boldly declare the Word of God.

    Prayer is Powerful
    MORE Prayer is MORE Powerful.

  3. 10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.

    11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

    12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

    WE need to be strong in the Lord, by putting on the whole armour of God. The power of God is needed to live for God. We must stand against the devil against all things that come our way, but we understand we wrestle not against flesh and blood. This is a battle in the Spirit world and we must win by the power of God.

  4. 7 With good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men:

    8 Knowing that whatsoever good thing any man doeth, the same shall he receive of the Lord, whether he be bond or free.

    Everything thing should be done unto the Lord no matter what it is. Our jobs, family, investments, etc. God has given us all that we have and we should worship him continually in all that we do by making sure we are given Him honor by doing these things according to His Word.

  5. 11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

    Only with his strength and protection we are able to overcome. Not with our own self control or by relying on our strength but by giving it over to him and letting him receive all honor and glory! This means trusting that he has our best in mind and that just because we can’t see what he’s doing doesn’t mean he’s not working but trusting completely and letting him support us
    1 Samuel 15:22 remembering obedience is better than sacrifice

  6. MORE CONNECTION THROUGH PRAYER

    18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

    Praying ALWAYS! What a charge. What a challenge. What a call. Years ago when I first read this verse, I literally walked around everywhere attempting to pray always. It didn’t work out too good, since I had to communicate with family and at my place of employment. I asked the LORD for understanding and read the verse repeatedly.

    What I understand the LORD to say is that Prayer is communication with GOD and if my mind, heart and spirit are ONE with him then I am walking in the Spirit and essentially Praying always. Where our verbal, vocal prayer comes in, is when we pray for those that are lost and living in sin. Also as the Apostle stated here when we pray for the saints. Nothing connects us to GOD MORE than PRAYER and nothing connects us as a church or BODY of BELIEVERS than PRAYER.

    Committ to MORE CONNECTION THROUGH PRAYER today and witness your relationship with GOD flourish and your relationships with man flourish. Earnestly PRAY before every decision, transaction or move and WALK in the SPIRIT.

    iRepent
    iPraise
    iPray
    iWork
    iGive
    iReap

  7. 12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places

    No matter what I Win!!!!!!!!!! CHRIST gave me the victory!!!!! He did it for me, He will do it for you, God is good and His promises are ueah and amen…..

  8. 14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
    15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
    16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
    17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
    18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

    The weapons of our warfare are not carnel

    Truth. Righteousness. Faith. Salvation. The Word of God. These are our weapons of warfare. But the only true weapon is the Word of God. Everything else is to protect us. Thank God for his word. It is powerful if we know how to us it. Just like the days of old. We must learn how to us the armor and weapons.

    More learning.
    More training.

  9. More peace faith love grace

    Ephesians 6:23-24 (KJV Strong’s)
    23 Peace be to the brethren, and love with faith, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. 24 Grace be with all them that love our Lord Jesus Christ in sincerity. Amen.

    Ephesians 6:23-24 (Amplified Bible – AMP)
    23 Peace be to the brethren, and love joined with faith, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One).
    24 Grace (God’s undeserved favor) be with all who love our Lord Jesus Christ with undying and incorruptible [love]. Amen (so let it be)

    Ephesians 6:23-24 (Wuest – The New Testament: An Expanded Translation)
    23 Peace to the brethren and love with faith from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. 24 The grace be with all those who are loving our Lord Jesus Christ in sincerity.

    Peace – (Olive Tree Enhanced Strong’s Dictionary) of Christianity, the tranquil state of a soul assured of its salvation through Christ, and so fearing nothing from God and content with its earthly lot, of whatsoever sort that is, (God being in control)

    Love – unconditional divine love

    Faith – assurance, belief, believe, faith, fidelity.

    Grace – God’s empowerment to us to do his will

    This benediction is a dual statement. First it speaks a blessing on the hearer and second it puts the hearer in proper perspective.

    We all need his peace, love, faith, and grace. Without it we cannot successfully navigate the dark waters of this world. We also need to realize that without these things our efforts are futile. We must walk in these four areas daily.

    Peace says God is in control. Love is our attitude toward God and humanity. Faith is our belief and reliance on God, trusting in him and his daily plan for our lives. Grace is the ability to do it.

    We need Jesus in us through us and around us everyday.

  10. “Not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart”. The Creator and Judge (Jesus) knows the heart, one’s true intentions, and sees everything. Dear God, help me to examine self; “Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done”. What a mighty God we serve! Thank God for his word. God bless America, Jerusalem, and you all in Jesus name, Amen!

  11. Prepared for battle!

    14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;

    15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;

    16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

    17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:

    18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

    We have no reason to lose, as we face trials and tribulations. As a solider of The Lord, we have been given the tools to be prepared to fight. No excuses into why we can’t win. As the scripture says….”if GOD be for us, who can be against us?”
    I understand that there may be times that we may be knocked down, but a good fighter will not stay down, but He/she will always get back up!!! Again the word of The Lord says ” No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper.”
    Remind the enemy who your GOD IS, and fight!
    Solider of GOD, get up and fight, don’t give up, you have what it takes to overcome.
    Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. (‭1 John‬ ‭4‬:‭4‬ KJV)
    At the end of it all…WE WIN!!!

  12. 10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.

    11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

    12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

    We must put on the armor of God as we go into battle against the enemy and the darkness of the world! For if God be with us what can stand against!

  13. 11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

  14. 8 Knowing that whatsoever good thing any man doeth, the same shall he receive of the Lord, whether he be bond or free.
    God honors obedience regardless if we are bound to obey by law or if we do it out of the kindness of our heart. He blesses submission and opens does for those who are willing to be humble, submissive and obedient.

  15. Walk in Peace

    15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace

    The gospel or the good news of our Lord and Savior is able to make peace in any situation, but the surrounding scriptures look like preparation for a battle.

    11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

    1. Gird your loins- Truth
    2. Breastplate- Righteousness
    3. Feet shod- the preparation of the gospel of peace
    4. Shield- Faith
    5. Helmet- Salvation
    6. Sword- Spirit

    These look like battle preparations but
    Right in the middle there is peace.

    You can have peace in the middle of your battle of you keep yourself PREPARED IN THE GOSPEL.
    Peace comes by knowing the word of God and understanding his purposes. His purpose is to save us not to let us die! When we are in our battles of life we have the remedy just a page or a prayer away.

    When our feet or our walk with God is prepared in the Gospel we are sure to not only find peace but make peace wherever we go.

    Matthew 5:9
    Blessed [are] the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.

  16. NLT 4 Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger by the way you treat them. Rather, bring them up with the discipline and instruction that comes from the Lord.

    So many fathers raise and discipline their children without the guidance of God. These children feel unwanted, no security, not loved, or have a low self esteem. But if they had Jesus in their lives, a father would be able to discipline a child with self control. He would provide that love, joy, peace and caring for their child. The child would feel love, secure and feel positive about themselves.

  17. 11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

    Sometimes hard to decide what to wear the next day, will it look good, appropriate, etc. But I’m glad to say I know every morning exactly what to wear spiritually. I know it’ll protect me from the enemy and I know for sure it’ll look good shining the goodness of Jesus!

  18. 24 Grace be with all who have undying love for our Lord Jesus Christ.
    Definition of grace: “the free and unmerited favor of God, as manifested in the salvation of sinners and the bestowal of blessings.” When we fall in love with God, we are made full and covered in His favor. This is shown again Phil. 4:19 “But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” Our God is a provider for us. We have everything we need in Christ.

  19. Ephesians 6:7-8 Work with enthusiasm, as though you were working for the Lord rather than for people. Remember that the Lord will reward each one of us for the good we do, whether we are slaves or free.

    Work as for the Lord…
    To all of us that work, we know how easy it can be to get upset at those in authority over us. However we are reminded that the Lord will reward. That means that he is watching. The word here tells us to do it as if we are working for God. There is s reward on obedience, no matter if you are slave or free. Imagine how much more is there a reward to working and obeying in the Kingdom of God. We will reap because God is just and true to his word.

  20. 10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
    11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
    12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
    13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.
    We need to put the whole armor of God on every day, not just some parts here and there. We need to always be ready to fight against anything the devil puts in our way. God gives us the armor, but we are the ones that need to put it on! Do we put it on based on what others will think or what God has called us to be? We are his children and we need to shine with his glory in this dark world! 🙂

  21. Children !!!! 1. CHILDREN, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right. 2. Honour thy father and mother; ( which is the first commandment with promise;) 3. That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth. 4. And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. Gen. 18: 19 I LOVE YOU JESUS !!!! Bless your holy name !!!! YOU ARE HOLY !!!!

  22. Ephesians 6:1 Children obey your parents in the Lord for this is right. Honor your father and mother which is the first commandment with a promise so that it may go well with you and that you may enjoy long life on the earth.fathers do not exasperate your children instead bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord.

  23. 10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.

    14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;

    Daily we fight against principalities & the powers of the darkness and daily we need to put on our armour. Then we need the renewing of the Spirit in our minds to be and stay strong in the Lord. We fight with the power of his might! Don’t forget the power of praise and worship in this fight-spiritual victory comes before the natural.

  24. 18, “Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;”
    19, “And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel.”

    We need to pray at all times in the Spirit, and during this time, we need to intercede in prayer for our brothers and sisters in the Lord. We never know what they are going through or what fiery dart the devil may be throwing at them today. So, pray for one another everyday.
    Also, we need to pray for Pastor. May God give him utterance (the right words to speak) and to speak those words with boldness as he makes know the Word of God.

    MORE Prayer!
    MORE Prayer for one another!
    MORE Prayer for Pastor & Sis. Watts!

  25. 12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

    Pastor mentioned on this, this past Sunday. Who our current political leaders can’t be effective combating our current national threat. They are trying to fight a spiritual battle with the flesh.
    How do we know that ISIS is a physical representation of the devil himself. Compare the two, Look at these keys words, they are like “great enemy” “He prowls” “roaring lion” “looking for someone to devour”
    ‎1 Peter 5:9
    All these words can describe both the devil and ISIS.
    The same can be applied with the controversial sin of homosexuality. Many take the side that people are born with this, and that but the thats why there is no scientific explaination why people have this, but through the Word of God we understand that it is a spiritual battle, that can only be combated with spiritual warfare.
    Calling all Prayer Warriors, a praying church is a POWERFUL CHURCH!

  26. When should we pray?

    18 praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints,
    (Ephesians 6:18 ESV)

    I once overheard a conversation about when should we pray. Jesus would pray at night often. The Old Testament records many of the old saints praying earlier in the morning. The question can present itself, “When should we pray?” The answer is always. We are to live in a continual state of prayer. Paul mentions praying in the Spirit at all times, and in another letter he instructs “17 pray without ceasing,” (1 Thessalonians 5:17 ESV). Prayer should not end.

    If the Church could hold fast to this principle, the world would be changed forever.

  27. vss.12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against therulers of darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

    We cannot cut off ears as Peter did.
    This is not a fleshly battle it is a spiritual conflict.
    We must daily put on the whole armour of GOD.
    GOD’S WEAPON’S ARE MIGHTY AND ARE ABLE TO CAST DOWN STRONGHOLDS.

  28. Most people have a pretty regular morning routine. From a cup of hot steaming coffee, to checking the weather forecast and breakfast on the go. There are patterns in our lives that add stregnth, vitality, and purpose to our days. Think about our routines for a moment. Clothes, hair, breakfast.. we’ve got the basics covered. Or do we? Paul says that we need to be “dressed in the full armor of God” (vs 11) before we are truly ready to face the world each day. Each piece of armor has a strategic counteractive agent against the attacks of the enemy. Their is a spirit of man, evil, and God. As warriors it’s imortant for us to be able to identify who the enemy is. Paul says that “our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.” (vs12).

    We have the opportunity to spiritually dress ourselves in the morning for battle. It’s also wise to add to our armor routine with spiritual nourishment (breakfast) which is the Word, and as warriors to seek instruction through prayer. We do all this “so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand” (vs13)
    Stand firm then!

    “The LORD will fight for you; you need only to be still” Exodus 14:14

  29. 10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.

    11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

    God has given us all we we need. The moment we received Him in our lives, He equipped us with the tools and knowledge to battle in the spiritual realm. If he told us to be strong it’s because He is with us and nothing can defeat us. The key is to stay in communication with Him. The tools are there but it’s our duty and responsibility to put them on. Which means we must act and put into action. What good does it do if the weapons are there and I don’t use them. MORE COMMUNICATION, MORE ACTION!!

  30. Notice in this scripture, and in the following versus has indicated the necessity to put on the whole armor of God. It’s highly important not to be missing any of the items mentioned in the armor of God. One missing piece could be fatal to your survival in the battle or leave you maimed “Injured”. Remember, the importance of prayer is being mentioned once again in verse 18. It clearly states to pray for the perseverance and supplications for all saints. I believe, when we pray for others or pray others through something. You in return will be blessed with your own breakthrough. I’ve heard it said, that God won’t do for you what you won’t do for others. Don’t be afraid to use that sword, because it will not return void, God’s Word is proven, it is purified in the furnace of the earth, tried like silver, seven times. So, keep swinging it, and watch for the results, in faith, in Jesus name, Amen.

    13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

    14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;

    15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;

    16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

    17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:

    18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

    Remember we all need help, so keep praying for others, and while your at it don’t forget to say one for me. “I Need Them”……………………………………………….

    “Be Blessed Church”……………………………………………………………..

  31. Ephesians 6: 13
    Therefore take up THE WHOLE ARMOR OF GOD, that you may be able to WITHSTAND in the evil day, and having done all, TO STAND.

    this verse really catch my attention when it says take up the WHOLE armor of God.

    A WARRIOR when he goes into battle he is known for having COURAGE and SKILLS. So when Paul says put up the whole armor of God he is also telling us to put up courage and have the skills to be able to withstand, meaning to not be harm or affected, to stand up against the enemy and RESIST

    The Rocky Movie came to my mind when in one of the rounds the couch takes the stool off and makes rocky stand, then the other guy is like why is he standing, rocky is all beat up but standing, so he made the other guy worried.

    That’s the way we have to be, have strategy, courage and skills to say like the song…

    You hit me with your best shot
    OH BUT…
    I’M STILL STANDING!!!

  32. 8 Knowing that whatsoever good thing any man doeth, the same shall he receive of the Lord, whether he be bond or free.

    The previous 7 verses all talked about different relationships people have with each other, whether it be family or outside of family, but all of them had this one verse in common.

    When we obey God’s word and we do good unto people, even if the people don’t see what you did, God will see what you have done and he will reward you for it. So don’t worry when you seem you aren’t being treated fairly and feel like people are overlooking you, for God never overlooks you and what you do.

  33. 6 Not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart;
    7 With good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men:

    What we do in ministry to and for the people of God should not be done simple to please men, but it should be out of love and commitment to the work of God.

  34. 11 Put on the whole armor of God so that you may be able to stand firm against the devil’s strategies.

    Against the devil’s strategies…meaning he is going to try at come at us not only through one way but several ways. Just like the devil tried to tempt Jesus!!!! The devil is going to try and attack us by not letting us have peace, deceiving us, testing our faith, trying to take away our salvation, our holiness, and take away the Word of God!!! This is why so many schools have gone against students being able to pray in schools. This is why we have to always have the whole armor of God so we can know what His word says and be able to defeat anything that the devil wants to throw our way!!! The devil is under our feet and cant take away what is mine!!! AND ALWAYS….
    18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

  35. More Boldness

    20 For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.

    Situations even beyond physical chains can have us feeling bound up and trapped. But we must not allow situations to stop us from doing the Lord’s will. We are to walk in boldness in His Kingdom and in the spiritual authority He has given us.

    Proverbs 28:1
    The wicked flee when no man pursueth: but the righteous are bold as a lion.

  36. We must stand regardless of what’s going on around us. The closer we get to God, the harder the enemy will try to fight us. God is our strength and will cause us to prevail.

  37. 20 For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.

    21 But that ye also may know my affairs, and how I do, Tychicus, a beloved brother and faithful minister in the Lord, shall make known to you all things:

    Prayer and accountabliity

    You know prayer is powerful and so is accountability. A word that for some, hurts and others embrace. When you allow yourself to pair prayer up with accountability you’ve created a stick of dynamite that will blast any devil back to its proper place defeated and under our feet. we experience this in before service prayer, prayer meeeting, and I pray weekend. All powerfull times of collective prayer. Where we come together and experience powerful results.

  38. 23 Peace be to the brethren, and love with faith, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

    24 Grace be with all them that love our Lord Jesus Christ in sincerity. Amen.

    God knows what’s in our hearts . We are to love and treat each other with love and kindness. Pray in the spirit always.

    Lord create in me a humbled heart, I only want to please you.

  39. 24 Grace be with all them that love our Lord Jesus Christ in sincerity. Amen.

    What I have recieved from my mighty God about this scripture is that for all his children that distinguish him in the elegance for whatever movement they do that’s effortless they shall rejoice therefore they have confidence in him for all things they do,for we are children of Christ for our love we have for our God we are blessed to be alive for he has given his life to us and Sheded his mighty blood upon us. In Jesus Name !!! Amen!!!

    Numbers 12:6 he said, Listen to my words: When there is a prophet among you I , the lord reveal myself to them in visions, I speak to them in dreams

  40. More unity among the servants

    Servants, be obedient to them that are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ; Not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart; With good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men: Knowing that whatsoever good thing any man doeth, the same shall he receive of the Lord, whether he be bond or free. (‭Ephesians‬ ‭6‬:‭5-8‬ KJV)

    We are to serve others the way we are to serve Christ. This means that we are to be in unity with the one we are serving. If JESUS asked us to do something we wouldn’t argue. Why do we argue with the person in charge? How aragogant that we think we can argue with someone that we are serving like we serve Christ. More unity means more getting it done and less arguing. More closing of the mouth and less discussion as to why they are wrong. More willingness to complete the task no matter ones personal feelings on the matter.

  41. 11. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

    We need to keep on the whole armor, no piece left off…the devil is always looking for any small place where he can get through and wound us, trying to bring us down.

  42. 1 Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right.
    2 Honour thy father and mother; which is the first commandment with promise;
    3 That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.

    Earlier last week I asked someone to look this up, because as I meditated on the Word, it came to my attention that I might have been miss quoting this verse, and the radio station I knew was misquoting it. As my friend read it, it didn’t settle as being right, but I let it ride.

    “Children, obey you parents… for this is right” was there, but “in the Lord’ was left out. It is very important that we pay close attention to what and how the Word of God states things. We must listen to our parents in Christ, and obey them.

    We must honor our fathers and mothers in the natural too. That doesn’t mean that we obey them when they are wrong, but we must not dis respect or dishonor them. As we revere and honor them, we will pay heed to their wisdom and prove verse 3 to be true.

  43. Therefore, put on every piece of God’s armor so you will be able to resist the enemy in the time of evil. Then after the battle you will still be standing firm. Stand your ground, putting on the belt of truth and the body armor of God’s righteousness. For shoes, put on the peace that comes from the Good News so that you will be fully prepared. In addition to all of these, hold up the shield of faith to stop the fiery arrows of the devil. Put on salvation as your helmet, and take the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. Pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion. Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers for all believers everywhere. (‭Ephesians‬ ‭6‬:‭13-18‬ NLT)

    We need God in every aspect of our life. We need to be strong in God so we don’t fall into sin or fall into the enemies traps. We are on Gods side so we win no matter what, but don’t make it a dreadful journey with God, stay strong in Him and He will give you peace and strength through everything. God is always there for you, so in return be there for Him and continue the relationship.
