Hebrews 4

1 Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it.

2 For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it.

3 For we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.

4 For he spake in a certain place of the seventh day on this wise, And God did rest the seventh day from all his works.

5 And in this place again, If they shall enter into my rest.

6 Seeing therefore it remaineth that some must enter therein, and they to whom it was first preached entered not in because of unbelief:

7 Again, he limiteth a certain day, saying in David, To day, after so long a time; as it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts.

8 For if Jesus had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day.

9 There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God.

10 For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his.

11 Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.

12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

13 Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.

14 Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession.

15 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.

16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

  1. His Word is alive……….sharper than any two edged sword. For it is written……God’s word is what? Quick, powerful, sharper, piercing, dividing, of soul & spirit, thoughts, and heart, in Jesus name…Amen. See below;

12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
    ——————————————————————-
You mean come boldly at throne of grace, like an adopted child. To receive mercy & grace, and help in time of need. Not judgement, shame, rejection, or condemnation, nor be sent away………..”Get his help”.

16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

    “GOD LOVES YOU”…….”NEVER TOO LATE”……….

  2. 12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

13 Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.

  3. 2. For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it.

If you hear someone speaking to you but don’t have faith in what they say, it won’t do you any good. If someone tells you that there is a snake by your foot, even though you hear them, if you don’t believe them, you won’t move and could get bit. Believe me when I say that spiritually there is a snake by you (Satan by name) and it is time for you to move…not run away in fear but put your foot on his throat and take dominion over him in Jesus Name!

  4. 1 Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it.

2 For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it.

Coming short of the promise to enter into his rest, is a fear we all should have. We are responsible for making sure we do all we can to make sure that the rest of God is there for us. We all have the same gospel preached unto us as everyone else does. What we do with the preached word is what is going to make a difference to us and whether preaching helps us. We need preaching and faith mixed together with the word to get ourselves ready to meet God.

  5. So God’s rest is there for people to enter, but those who first heard this good news failed to enter because they disobeyed God. (‭Hebrews‬ ‭4‬:‭6‬ NLT)

A lot of times i stress out and i worry to much and then there’s nights when I canf sleep well at night. I long to find a peace and a rest. Then I realized…
If i come to Jesus and I pray threw the Holy Ghost I quickly find rest. Cause he’s akwats there willing to give it to you if you just let him in. Peace of mind and rest of your spirit is in Jesus.

Nothing in all creation is hidden from God. Everything is naked and exposed before his eyes, and he is the one to whom we are accountable. (‭Hebrews‬ ‭4‬:‭13‬ NLT)

Nothing is hidden from God. You can’t put something in your pocket and expect God not to know anything anout it. He knows all things. So it’s wise not to go running around being a hood rat doing things in secret and sinning. God will shows maybe even to save your soul.

  6. 15 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.

16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

I AM NOT PERFECT!!!!!!! There, wasn’t that easy???? The one thing that is hard for us is the fact that we all fall short every day, the fastest we realize that and repent daily allowing His Grace and Hid Mercy be applied and restart a fresh. We have a God that loved us so much that He wrapped Himself in flesh, came to Earth, and experiences temptation, experience sickness, experience frustration, anger, indignation , name it…. He did it went through all of it just to show us that it can be done. You see is not this great entity, that can not relate to anything we go through no, not Him. He did it just for you.
When I was a teenager I was giving a book that it was called Imitation of CHRIST the author just found a different way of saying WHAT WILL JESUS DO??? Look at your situation, make a quick decision to react in the same manner CHRIST would of reacted. I still struggle but MY GOD DID IT ALL!!!!!! Thank you Jesus for being a great example and for the same reason come judgement day HE KNOW IT CAN BE DONE, and He is able to relate; so simply remember to be quick to repent, apply His Grace, so you may have Life and Life more ABOUNDANTLY!!!!

  7. Verses 12-13 MSG “God means what he says. What he says goes. His powerful Word is sharp as a surgeon’s scalpel, cutting through everything, whether doubt or defense, laying us open to listen and obey. Nothing and no one is impervious to God’s Word. We can’t get away from it—no matter what.”

Same verses NLT “For the word of God is alive and powerful. It is sharper than the sharpest two-edged sword, cutting between soul and spirit, between joint and marrow. It exposes our innermost thoughts and desires. Nothing in all creation is hidden from God. Everything is naked and exposed before his eyes, and he is the one to whom we are accountable.”

God’s word is for us as well as his promises. We cannot afford to just hear it; but, we must take a hold of it and cultivate it with our faith.

  8. For the Word of God is quick and powerful, sharper than any twoedged sword.
I am in love with the Word of God. It can pierce your heart and lift you up, all in one verse.

  9. Hebrews 4:16
let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

we have to have grace and mercy so we also need to tell jesus when we need help in sometimes and not be scared to tell him and we have to be boldly too.

  10. iLove to eat MORE Word

Hebrews 4:4 NLT We know it is ready because of the place in the Scriptures where it mentions the seventh day: “On the seventh day God rested from all his work.” 5But in the other passage God said, “They will never enter my place of rest.”6So God’s rest is there for people to enter, but those who first heard this good news failed to enter because they disobeyed God.

When we receive the Holy Ghost, then we enter into the sabbath day’s rest through faith in Jesus. It’s not just one day as the sabbath, but everday is the sabbath.

  11. For the word of God is alive and powerful. It is sharper than the sharpest two-edged sword, cutting between soul and spirit, between joint and marrow. It exposes our innermost thoughts and desires. Nothing in all creation is hidden from God. Everything is naked and exposed before his eyes, and he is the one to whom we are accountable. (‭Hebrews‬ ‭4‬:‭12-13‬ NLT)

So thankful for the Word of God. It’s helped me and cut me deeply. In both situations it was for my good. I love His word.

  12. Hebrews. 4:12,13

For the word of God: The reason given for one’s careful scrutiny of his life involves the reality that God is intently scrutinizing it. His word is quick (living) . This word is first in the Greek and is the empasis. God’s Word is not old or archaic; it is alive. It is not inept or inactive ; it is powerful (active) . It reaches into the inner secrets of man’s mind to discern even his thoughts and intents . Likewise, God’s eye sees man as though he were naked, unable to hide behind excuse or pretense.

12 For the Word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. 13 Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight but all things are naked and open it to the eyes of him with whom we have to do.

  13. 12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

It is not by our words that we help unbelievers come to Jesus but by the word of God. For it is the word of God that pierces that heart and convicts people to him.

1 Peter 1:23 Since you have been born again, not of perishable seed but of imperishable, through the living and abiding word of God.

For the word of God is what breaks the yoke and sets the captive free from bondage

Jeremiah 23:29 Is not my word like a fire, declares the Lord and like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces?

So know the word of God and study it, let it dwelll in your heart so that God can use when the time arises, so you can his word. Not our word, but his word to people that need to hear it

Isaiah 49:2 He made my mouth like a sharp sword, in the shadow of his hand he hid me. He made a polished arrow, in his quiver he hid me away.

  14. There is no promblem we can face that God has not already provided a solution. our task then is not to find our own answers. It is to listen to his voice sure he will lead us into his rest.

  15. MORE FAITH = MORE REST

Church is attendance is so often casually approached and in many households is considered a duty. However the revelation of the great GRACE of GOD in our lives is so real when we are privileged to apply the Preached WORD of GOD to our lives.

Believing, Accepting and Receiving the WORD of GOD is the resource GOD intended to give us REST in HIM. We battle temptations and spirits on a consistent basis in todays society and as the times wax worse the battle will become more fierce and intense. We are WISE to MIX the WORD of GOD preached with our FAITH to find REST in the LORD. It is very dangerous to reject the Preached WORD of GOD, but very fulfilling to BELIEVE and MIX it with our FAITH in Christ JESUS.

    iRepent
    iPraise
    iPray
    iWork
    iGive
    iReap

  16. 2 For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it.

Over the years we have heard thousands of messages and watched hundreds of people hear the same messages but some took the word of God and used it and learned from it. Others heard the word did not listen to it and are not serving God today. It is a sad position to be in when you hear the preached word of God and you do not obey. Let us take heed to the words that God speaks and and let God’s work shape and mold us.

  17. 16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. (KJV)

Boldly: not hesitating or fearful in the face of actual or possible danger or rebuff; courageous and daring: beyond the usual limits of conventional thought or action; imaginative:

To boldly go to the throne requires confidence, confidence in God that He will provide the much needed grace, and confidence in ourselves to obtain mercy. He is there already waiting on us. It’s His desire!

  18. 11 Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.

The word labor jumped out at me today when reading this chapter…labor, work, do your part in the kingdom then enter into that rest. Rest is coming, but now is the time to reach for people. Whether your part is to outreach, teach or be a prayer warrior, do what you can do for the souls of this region to be saved. When souls come in and are saved from our laboratory, rejoicing for them and with them will be so sweet…then one day, rest.

  19. 2 For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it.

The man of God is there to preach the word to each and every one of us, to help save our souls, but if we do not mix what the preacher is saying with our faith, it does nothing! We need to continually be building our faith in the word of God, so when we hear the word of God preached our faith becomes stronger, and we all leave with a stonger relationship with God, and a deeper understanding of his word! Lord help me to always mix my faith with your word!

  20. Come Boldly

    Hebrews 4:16 (KJV Strong’s)
16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

Boldly – from two words meaning to declare wholly

When we come before the Lord he gives us a holy boldness to speak entirely what we need to speak. This isn’t arrogance but freedom. We do not have to be afraid when we tell him all. He wants to hear what we have to say. He wants us to be passionate. If it’s important to us he will listen.

Look at the many times where man spoke to God in the word.

Abraham plead he would spare sodom for ten righteous
Job questioned but God let him talk.
David complained but then returned to praise.
    Jeremiah lamented.
Peter challenged the plan of God.
Judas betrayed Judas with a kiss.

Although there were consequences for actions he still let them speak without interrupting or killing.

I’m thankful we serve a king who wants us to come boldly before his throne.

  21. 6 So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most. (NLT)

I need Your mercy today Jesus. I am so thankful for a place where I can find peace and grace.

  22. 12 For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. NIV

The word of God is a mighty weapon, with it and God on my side nothing can stand against!!

  23. 1 Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it.

What a sad thing it would be to live for God all my life and then let go of the righteous fear of the Lord and that He is coming soon and miss out on eternity with Jesus in the Heavenly Place. We, as a world, have become so desensitized to the things of the Lord, that life becomes common and we approach it and the things of the Lord in a nonchalant way. We must keep the Godly fear alive in our heart, so that when the Spirit of God speaks to us, we are obedient and don’t just ignore the tugging at our hearts.

  24. Hebrews 4:12 for the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double edged sword it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit jintsand marrow it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. Nothing in all creation is hidden from God s sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account.

  25. 6 It still remains that some will enter that rest, and those who formerly had the gospel preached to them did not go in, because of their disobedience.
7 Therefore God again set a certain day, calling it Today, when a long time later he spoke through David, as was said before: “Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts.” NIV
God help us not to be listening for his voice. I am so thankful for a preacher that will preach the truth to us and tell us like it is. When we have a calling on our lives it would do us good if we heed to the calling. Yes I included am hard headed and don’t know why I have to be told several times for something when God’s preacher talk to us. I want to be listening when God calls my name.

  26. 12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

God knows everything and sees everything
We can’t hide from God . Lord give us the strength, wisdom and understanding to do your will and not mine will.

  27. 16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

I remember being taught not to beg God when you pray, never to cover your face for God wishes to see it, to go boldly but humbly to his throne.

  28. 15 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.

16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

Thank God he is not too good for us hallelujah he lives us enough be mindful of and provide our every need. I thank God that I don’t have to hide things from him and even if I tried I couldn’t but he knows my every need and he has given me a promise that says ask and you shall receive!!

  29. God won’t bring us to a battle and leave us. He has taught someone else to know how to attack it so we can have a buddy in battle. If He brings you to it, He’ll bring you through it!

  30. 2, “For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit (benefit, or reap an advantage) them, not being mixed with faith (unquestioning belief in God) in them that heard it.”
3, “For we which have believed (to take as true, real, etc.; to have faith) do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.”
6, “Seeing therefore it remaineth that some must enter therein, and they to whom it was first preached enter not in because of unbelief:”

In order for the preached word to be profitable (beneficial) to us, we must mix it with our faith (our belief in God), and believe it to be true and real. Then we can enter into his rest.

This made me think of the scripture found in 1 Cor. 1:18. “For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.”

    MORE of the Word!
    MORE Faith!
    MORE Believing!

  31. Let us therefore strive to enter that rest, so that no one may fall by the same sort of disobedience. For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart. And no creature is hidden from his sight, but all are naked and exposed to the eyes of him to whom we must give account. (‭Hebrews‬ ‭4‬:‭11-13‬ ESV)
We can run from God but we will never be able to escape His judgment. His word stands strong, and because of that, we have no reason to fear those who come against us.

  32. 16 let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. I think it is saying bring all your needs to the Lord and you well have peace and grace.

  33. 2 For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it.

WOW! Doesn’t matter if you are being preached to if you don’t believe it’s like if you didn’t hear anything. Not until you believe is when things start happening.

“Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever believes in me will also do the works that I do; and greater works than these will he do, because I am going to the Father. Whatever you ask in my name, this I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask me anything in my name, I will do it. John 14:12-14

Jesus said to him, “Have you believed because you have seen me? Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.” John 20:29

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16

FAITH IS EVERYTHING!!!! JUST BELIEVE AND TRUST IN GOD!!!

  34. 6 Seeing therefore it remaineth that some must enter therein, and they to whom it was first preached entered not in because of unbelief:

Unbelief will cause you to miss out on some great things of God. God’s word is true and it has never failed, nor will it ever. Our faith in God is what will keep us going and it is also the very thing that will help us make it to heaven.

  35. For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

Eat more word. Read more word. Do more word. Word!

  36. 7 Again, he limiteth a certain day, saying in David, To day, after so long a time; as it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts.

Every day if we have our spirit fixed on Jesus and are sensitive and ready to listen to his voice, can be our day of salvation, freedom, healing, calling, or a miracle in our lives. We must have a clean heart and be willing to obey His voice, cause if we do, we will see and experience something we’ve never seen before, and there is no limit to what God can do. MORE FOUR40!

  37. Rest

6 Seeing therefore it remaineth that some must enter therein, and they to whom it was first preached entered not in because of unbelief:

I have experienced many restless nights in my life time. Many of those nights up with a hungry baby or a sick child. In those moments there was purpose in it.

Yet, I’m reminded of that saying “there is no rest for the weary” The word weary implies that you have to keep working even when you are over worked, tired, exhausted etc. The problem I have with this statement is that “in our weakness He becomes strong.” (2 Corinthians 12:9) Meaning when I can’t take anymore He steps in with His strength that I may endure as a good soldier (2 Timothy 2:3)

So, yes I am put in the fire but feeble and weary… NO! Because I am armed with the Armour and weapons of God and when my feet would have slipped He stepped in. (Psalm 73:2)

If you find yourself feeble, weary, or lost you may want to check your faith level. Because as verse 6 says they “entered not in because of unbelief” If you are sick do you really believe He is a healer? If your mind is weary and distressed, do you not believe His word? He said to “cast your cares on Him” (1 Peter 5:7) I’ve been in the position where my unbelief caused me not to enjoy the rest of God. A lack of rest is taxing on the body. God wants us to prosper in good health. (3 John 1:2) We must realign ourselves and allow God to transform our thoughts and the way we view Him.

    Father help our unbelief.

  38. “For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it.” One hears what one wants to hear, whereas one that truly wants more of God (Jesus) will truly hear, and obey. Likewise one that will not hear and obey what sayeth the man of God (man of God is chosen by God) is of little faith, and unwise. Dear God, strengthen my faith so that I truly hear; “Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done”. What a mighty God we serve! Thank God for his word. God bless America, Jerusalem, and you all in Jesus name, Amen!

  39. Do something about it

2 For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it.

If faith without works is dead then if we don’t do something when we hear he preached word then it profits us nothing. We have to apply the word to recieve it.

    James 1:
22 But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.
23 For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass:
24 For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.
25 But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth [therein], he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.

The only way to be blessed is to do what the word says.

  40. 7 Again, he limiteth a certain day, saying in David, To day, after so long a time; as it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts.

There is an apointed time to everything.  Ecclesiastes reads it as To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: (‭Ecclesiastes‬ ‭3‬:‭1‬ KJV)

The One who created the heaves and the earth, the alpha and omega, who was and is and is to come, our Lord Jeus has given an apointed time where we will be called to judgment.  What if today you woke up and it was your day?  Your day for what one may ask?  Well, it could be your day for whatever you need from the Lord will be met.  Your day of healing. Your say of a miracle. Your day of repentance… What if it was your day to appear before the Lord?  We cannot take Today for granted.  It is an opportunity when God is calling and we must answer.  We are not promised tomorrow, so today is the day!

(For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.) (‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭6‬:‭2‬ KJV)

  41. God rested on the seventh day of creation, and he has a rest for the faithful as well. What does this particular “rest”mean? Either the perfect rest we’ll get to experience in heaven or the rest we recieve immediately and becomes apart of a persons spirit when they stop striving to earn Gods approval and instead trusts in God. Their is a great deal of rest and relaxation when you’re around a place or someone you trust. He urges every reader to “make every effort to enter that rest” (vs11) which may seem like a contradiction, since we normally think that effort involves work. However, he does not mean for us to work to enter rest but to faithfully and fully focus our eyes on the work Jesus has already accomplished for us.

  42. He understands

    Hebrews 4:15
For we do not have a high priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but One who has been tempted in all things as we are, yet without sin.

Jesus was tempted, so he understands us. In his temptation he had no sin. He overcame sin so that we may live. We were slaves of sin, and he redeemed us (freed us) from sin. Now we can live free in Christ. He knows what we are going through. We can count on him to help us be overcomers.

  43. Shadow Of The Word

    Genesis 1:1-3
1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

    Romans 8:26-27
26 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

27 And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

There is no part of our lives hidden in a shadow of the Word that we are not touched by His light. His Word will discern every part of us, which means His priesthood extends to every part of us as well. Not only in judgment but in mercy, compassion, and grace can every part of us be reached and pulled out for God’s attention. Not one part of us is hidden or darkened from His sight that we should be abandoned from receiving His love there.

    Psalm 139:14-16
14 I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.

15 My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.

16 Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.

  44. Nothing in all creation is hidden from God. Everything is naked and exposed before his eyes, and he is the one to whom we are accountable. (‭Hebrews‬ ‭4‬:‭13‬ NLT)

There is absolutely nothing we can hide from God. He knows all our hearts desires, our thoughts, and the sins we hide from others. And yet I ask, why would you try to run and hide from the one thing that can save you? God loves you and desires a relationship with you. Forget about other people and their remarks, God is what you need to focus on. Only He can save your soul.

  45. For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. (‭Hebrews‬ ‭4‬:‭12‬ KJV)

We must ever be in the word of God because we need to stay sharp. If at any point we stop reading and meditating on his word we begin to become dull because of he world. Iron sharpens iron and we become sharper by sharing God’s word with others. We need to be ever ready for the sword of the spirit to cut away the mess that attaches to us because of this world.

  46. 2) For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it.

If we don’t get our hearts and spirits right before we get ready to recieve the word, then it’s just falling on rocky ground and it won’t grow inside of us.

  47. His rest !!!! 9. There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God. 10. For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his. 11. Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief. The Lord reigneth !!!!! For the Lord is Great !!!!
