Read Proverbs Chapter 16

1 Peter 3

1 Likewise, ye wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; that, if any obey not the word, they also may without the word be won by the conversation of the wives;

2 While they behold your chaste conversation coupled with fear.

3 Whose adorning let it not be that outward adorning of plaiting the hair, and of wearing of gold, or of putting on of apparel;

4 But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price.

5 For after this manner in the old time the holy women also, who trusted in God, adorned themselves, being in subjection unto their own husbands:

6 Even as Sara obeyed Abraham, calling him lord: whose daughters ye are, as long as ye do well, and are not afraid with any amazement.

7 Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honour unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered.

8 Finally, be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous:

9 Not rendering evil for evil, or railing for railing: but contrariwise blessing; knowing that ye are thereunto called, that ye should inherit a blessing.

10 For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile:

11 Let him eschew evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it.

12 For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.

13 And who is he that will harm you, if ye be followers of that which is good?

14 But and if ye suffer for righteousness’ sake, happy are ye: and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled;

15 But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:

16 Having a good conscience; that, whereas they speak evil of you, as of evildoers, they may be ashamed that falsely accuse your good conversation in Christ.

17 For it is better, if the will of God be so, that ye suffer for well doing, than for evil doing.

18 For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit:

19 By which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison;

20 Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water.

21 The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ:

22 Who is gone into heaven, and is on the right hand of God; angels and authorities and powers being made subject unto him.

  1. 6 Even as Sara obeyed Abraham, calling him lord: whose daughters ye are, as long as ye do well, and are not afraid with any amazement.
We must humbled our selve in adoration. You am sees a pai. Think my mom though sh cou loved hoping r single

    • We must humble ourselves in adoration. When I used to observe my mother always being submissive to my father I could not understand why. I do now, there is a blessing that comes from respecting, obeying, and submitting to your husband and my Lord had taught me that little by little. God is so Good.

  2. 20 Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water.

    John 3:5
Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. KJV

Being born of water and of the Spirit is a requirement for obtaining eternal life, just like getting on the ark was a requirement for sustaining natural life. The requirement was the same for everyone, the difference is whether they obeyed or not. Eight souls were saved by the same water that destroyed all the others. When God returns for His Bride, the same requirements that save the ones that obeyed them will condemn the ones that didn’t…are you in or out?

  3. 21 The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ:

Baptism is important in our salvation, we must be baptized in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sins. Our sins will never be remitted from our body if we do not wash them away by baptism.
There must be more than just the putting away of the filth of the flesh. This scripture does not imply that we should not put away the filth of the flesh. The putting away of the filth of the flesh without baptism will not help us.
The greatest part is we must answer to God with a good conscience. How can we have a good conscience if we are filled with a filthy heart?
I say let’s wash away our sins with the blood of Jesus through baptism.

  4. The beginning of this chapter in the MSG is captioned “Cultivate Inner Beauty”. This world and the times we are living in has it all backwards. They put so much emphasis on outer beauty, when in fact, your true beauty comes from within.

The end of the chapter is captioned in the MSG as “Suffering for Doing Good” which goes with what Bro. Crockett said last night…..”the devil doesn’t have to mess with someone he already has.” Verses 8-18 MSG “Summing up: Be agreeable, be sympathetic, be loving, be compassionate, be humble. That goes for all of you, no exceptions. No retaliation. No sharp-tongued sarcasm. Instead, bless—that’s your job, to bless. You’ll be a blessing and also get a blessing. Whoever wants to embrace life and see the day fill up with good, Here’s what you do: Say nothing evil or hurtful; Snub evil and cultivate good; run after peace for all you’re worth. God looks on all this with approval, listening and responding well to what he’s asked; But he turns his back on those who do evil things. If with heart and soul you’re doing good, do you think you can be stopped? Even if you suffer for it, you’re still better off. Don’t give the opposition a second thought. Through thick and thin, keep your hearts at attention, in adoration before Christ, your Master. Be ready to speak up and tell anyone who asks why you’re living the way you are, and always with the utmost courtesy. Keep a clear conscience before God so that when people throw mud at you, none of it will stick. They’ll end up realizing that they’re the ones who need a bath. It’s better to suffer for doing good, if that’s what God wants, than to be punished for doing bad. That’s what Christ did definitively: suffered because of others’ sins, the Righteous One for the unrighteous ones. He went through it all—was put to death and then made alive—to bring us to God.” If you just hold on and make it through…always doing good, always blessing; you will come into your blessing. And yes, it’s hard sometimes; but, keep your focus and attention on your Master….Jesus.

  5. iLove to eat More Word

1 Peter 3:5-6 NLT This is how the holy women of old made themselves beautiful. They trusted God and accepted the authority of their husbands. (6) For instance, Sarah obeyed her husband, Abraham, and called him her master. You are her daughters when you do what is right without fear of what your husbands might do.

I have never seen this scripture in this light before. As I read the scripture, the question came to mind, “Why do most women not listen to their husband?” The answer is simple; They do not trust what they might do. This scripture says you are the daughters of Abraham when you do what is right “without” fear of what the husband might do. This is deep for the fact that Sarah was found righteous and it did not matter that Abraham made some mistakes along the way.

  6. 7 Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honour unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered.

I am not married yet. One day I pray that I find that right woman. But it has been my observation that the men are strong and the woman as the bible says the weaker vessel. Yet God makes everything perfect. Strength and weakness come together to get the job done. In many situations I have seen the benefits of strength with weakness. There is a type of uniformity that comes into play. Steel is strong yet it can bend. Airplanes can fly yet have giving landing gear. Strength and weakness are powerful allies.

  7. 15 Instead, you must worship Christ as Lord of your life. And if someone asks about your hope as a believer, always be ready to explain it. 16 But do this in a gentle and respectful way. (NLT)

Always ready! We don’t have a day off, we are always fighting the good fight. Who know who God has planned to walk into your path today!

  8. 12 For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.

When we are righteous in God’s eye thanks to his blood, we are in God’s eye! As the scripture says we are the apple of his eye. When we obey his commandants and follow God fervently in pray and in his word, he will keep his eye on us, protecting us even in the midst of the storm! For though on the outside it may be chaos and there is destruction everywhere, when we stay in God’s eye under the shadow of his wings we are protected from the swirling winds around us.

  9. AMP of 1 Peter 3:1-7
    1) In like manner, you married women, be submissive to your own husbands (subordinate yourselves as being secondary to and dependent on them, and adapt yourselves to them), so that even if any do not obey the Word (of God), they may be won over not by discussion but by the (godly) lives of their wives,
    2) When they observe the pure and modest way in which you conduct yourselves, together with your reverence (for your husband; you are to feel for him all that reverence includes: to respect, defer to, revere him – to honor, esteem, appreciate, prize, and, in the human sense, to adore him, that is, to admire, praise, be devoted to, deeply love, and enjoy your husband).
    3) Let not yours be the (merely) external adorning with (elaborate) interweaving and knotting of the hair, the wearing of jewelry, or changes of clothing;
    4) But let it be the inward adorning and beauty of the hidden person of the heart, with the incorruptible and unfading charm of a gentle and peaceful spirit, which (is not anxious or wrought up, but) is very precious in the sight of God.
    5) For it was thus that the pious women of old who hoped in God were (accustomed) to beautify themselves and were submissive to their husbands (adapting themselves to them as themselves secondary and dependent upon them),
    6) It was thus that Sarah obeyed Abraham (following his guidance and acknowledging his headship over her by) calling him lord (master, leader, authority). And you are now her true daughters if you do right and let nothing terrify you (not giving way to hysterical fears or letting anxieties unnerve you).
    7) In the same way you married men should live considerately with (your wives), with an intelligent recongnition (of the marriage relation), honoring the woman as (physically) the weaker, but (realizing that you) are joint heirs of the grace (God’s unmerited favor) of life, in order that your prayers may not be hindered and cut off. (Otherwise you cannot pray effectively).

Good marriage counseling in the Word of God today.

  10. This is how the holy women of old made themselves beautiful. They put their trust in God and accepted the authority of their husbands. For instance, Sarah obeyed her husband, Abraham, and called him her master. You are her daughters when you do what is right without fear of what your husbands might do. (‭1 Peter‬ ‭3‬:‭5-6‬ NLT)

    amen

In the same way, you husbands must give honor to your wives. Treat your wife with understanding as you live together. She may be weaker than you are, but she is your equal partner in God’s gift of new life. Treat her as you should so your prayers will not be hindered. (‭1 Peter‬ ‭3‬:‭7‬ NLT)

    and AMEN!!!

My mama raised me and taught me how to treat a lady… I see Some men in and outside of church dishonor their wives And forget to show them respect and commands them around… ☕️🐸(non of my business.) love matters the most.

I will always remember to look and respect and Love my wife. She will be mentally and spiritually strong. But I would need her one day %100 by my side hand in hand. I know we will be strong but even stronger when we’re together.

  11. MORE GOOD DAYS

We love life and see good days through our WORDS! WOW!

The Apostle’s James and Peter have given very fruitful teaching on living MORE GOOD DAYS by how we speak and what we say. The ears of the LORD are watching over and his ears are listening to everything. The LORD determines himself who to set his face against, we have been BLESSED by the Mercy of GOD that his face has given us Grace in many areas. However the WORD of GOD is true and eventually GOD will judge evil.

  12. 4 But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price.

If the inner man is at peace with God and in submission to those in authority in their life, then the outward man will be the same. Following peace with all men is a commandment of the Lord. If we are in turmoil on the inside, it is going to show in our action and those that we lash out on the outside.

Create in me a clean heart and renew in me a right spirit daily Lord that I might be pleasing to you.

  13. 11 Let him eschew evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it.
12 For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.
13 And who is he that will harm you, if ye be followers of that which is good?
    14 But and if ye suffer for righteousness’ sake, happy are ye: and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled;
Lord, I want to stay the apple of your eye. I know that there will be attacks from Satan but I have no fear because you protect me from everything that will come against me. Thank you Jesus!

  14. Wow! What great FUSION material!

1-7 The same goes for you wives: Be good wives to your husbands, responsive to their needs. There are husbands who, indifferent as they are to any words about God, will be captivated by your life of holy beauty. What matters is not your outer appearance—the styling of your hair, the jewelry you wear, the cut of your clothes—but your inner disposition. Cultivate inner beauty, the gentle, gracious kind that God delights in. The holy women of old were beautiful before God that way, and were good, loyal wives to their husbands. Sarah, for instance, taking care of Abraham, would address him as “my dear husband.” You’ll be true daughters of Sarah if you do the same, unanxious and unintimidated. The same goes for you husbands: Be good husbands to your wives. Honor them, delight in them. As women they lack some of your advantages. But in the new life of God’s grace, you’re equals. Treat your wives, then, as equals so your prayers don’t run aground. MSG

As a husband that was not always in church I can confirm the above text. My wife remained Holy before God. She invited me to church every time she went. I was never bitter about the invites. She did not “nag” me about not going; she only invited me to go with her. I would on occasion just for her benefit, not mine or the Lord’s. However, the Lord took advantage of those times to plant seeds in my heart that have not grown to yield fruit. Women you are powerful creatures in Christ. Be careful not to abuse that power.

Proverbs 18:21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.

  15. Since we were little they taught us that beauty isn’t everything. It is what is on the inside that matters. This chapter definitely describes this. We are supposed to be representing the image of Jesus. And when you are living right you have this certain “glow”, a happiness that can not be explained. People will notice you differently but the only thing different is your attitude and persona. This is the beauty that Jesus has given us if we receive it.

10 For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile:
10 Whoever wants to embrace life
and see the day fill up with good,
    Here’s what you do:
    Say nothing evil or hurtful;
    Snub evil and cultivate good;
run after peace for all you’re worth.( MSG)

When you fill yourself with the joy of The Lord in the morning is when the enemy will especially attack you. He wants to rob you from your blessings and might make one of your co-workers do something to you or you might miss the bus or you’re wearing mismatched shoes. You get upset but don’t loose your blessing over it. Don’t say something you will regret. The joy of The Lord is our strength. Simply ignore them and bless them. Kill them with kindness.

  16. 12 For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.
13 And who is he that will harm you, if ye be followers of that which is good?

Amen! Be righteous so God may hear our prayers! If we walk in Jesus we will have Gods favor in us! Hallelujah! If we do Gods will and follow Jesus who will be against us?!? I used to be scared of so many things because I wasn’t following God but now that I am giving it my all to him and believe in his great power and mercy I can overcome any battle that may come my way. The devil is under my feet and will not take away what is mine in the name of Jesus!!!!!:)

  17. v 20. Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was preparing, wherein few,
that is, eight souls were saved by water.

As in the days of Noah, GOD’S WORD remains the the same HE still stands for righteousness.
Since GOD had put so much effort into preparations for our salvation , we must reach out to the lost. The storms of judgment are in the horizon. Yet ” HE waited with patience, or longsuffering ” 1Peter 3:20

Thank you JESUS for YOUR PROVISION of Salvation and safety from the storms of judgment.
The door of Salvation remains open and there is plenty of room for you at the cross .

    The choice is ours.

    MORE GRACE
    MORE RIGHTEOUSNESS

  18. 7 Likewise, husbands, live with your wives in an understanding way, showing honor to the woman as the weaker vessel, since they are heirs with you of the grace of life, so that your prayers may not be hindered. MSG
Wives are the weaker vessel but where we are weak the husband can pick up. My husband and I are going on 25 years and no its not always been a bed of roses, but if you say your marriage is you are decieving yourself. Our good days outweigh out bad days and that is for i am grateful to God. I’m thankful for a God fearing husband and that he listens to God and guides our family in the right direction.

  19. Finally, be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous:

9 Not rendering evil for evil, or railing for railing: but contrariwise blessing; knowing that ye are thereunto called, that ye should inherit a blessing.

We need to be of one mind in unity, showing kindness, loving one another, hear rendering be an shoulder to cry on. we need to keep one another in our prayers. WE don’t need to get even with those that hurt us. We are called to be a light of the world. let God handle your enemies so you can have all the blessing God have in stored for you.

  20. 15 But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:

We are to always be ready to give a reason of the hope that is in us. This means are you ready to witness? Do we know the word enough to tell people why we believe in Jesus name baptism and to be filled with the Holy Spirit. Are we ready for a on the spot bible study. We first must put the word in our hearts and mind that the output can be the word.

2 Timothy 2:15 Study and be eager and do your utmost to present yourself to God approved tested by trial, a workman who has no cause to be ashamed, correctly analyzing and accurately dividing rightly handling and skillfully teaching the Word of Truth.

  21. HUSBANDS SHOW CONSIDERATION AND RESPECT
Dont mistake the Bibles references to womens voluntary submission in marriage for divine grant of male domination. Peter reminds us that marriage is a partnership not slavery.

  22. 15 Instead, you must worship Christ as Lord of your life. And if someone asks about your Christian hope, always be ready to explain it.

Always be ready to give your testimony or witness to someone. We all have opportunities when you are speaking to someone. I was able to witness to someone while at the airport waiting for my flight. I told him, he needed to be baptized, and provided him a few verses. He said, I opened his eyes about baptism.

  23. 17 For it is better, if the will of God be so, that ye suffer for well doing, than for evil doing.

It is better to suffer tribulation will fulfilling the will of God than to continue in sin and suffer the wrath of God. Our actions and conversationso are important to fulfilling His will. We can lead more lives to Him through out life than just by Words alone. As a wife and mother my actions and speech in my home sets the atmosphere. It is my duty to lead my home to Him Through Godly instruction and Godly correction.

  24. 10 For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile:

This is why it is important to watch what you say. Our very tongue can get us into a lot of trouble. We must allow God to bridle our tongue, so that every word we speak is holy unto the Lord.

  25. 1 Peter 3:8 Finally, be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous:

Treat others the way you want to be treated. 🙂 We are called to love each other as our brothers and sisters, embracing each other and guiding them always with the WORD of GOD, speaking TRUTH into their lives, encouraging them in the ways of the LORD.

  26. This Scripture brings comfort by identifing the unique roles and relationships of men and women. A womens beauty comes from the inside “the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit” a married womens beauty comes also from her submission to her husband. God has a plan for deep intimacy (I’m talking on non-sexual terms) in husband-wife relationships. Each spouse has a part in fulfilling God’s plan, working together in an inseperable partnership. When we look at Peter’s teaching as well as the Paul’s (Eph 5:22) we see a divine model. Submission is something that runs counter to our natural tendancies; however, it is an intrinsic part of the Christian life of servanthood, for both men and women (Mk 9:35; 1Co 15:15-16). Wives are called to have a submissive spirit toward their husbands even as they do toward God. At the same time, husbands are to have a considerate spirit toward their wives and serve them as Jesus serves the church, in service and in humility. Marriage is teamwork and submission to one another. It’s not about the best looking, or most domineering, it’s deeper, it’s more intimate. It’s not about fate or being “meant to be”, but can you work and handle conflict together and still be in unity? I think verse 6 is interesting it says “like Sarah who Abraham and called him her master” okay submission which I get ..but goes on to say “You are her daughters *if* you do what is right and do not give way to fear.” This must mean that to be submissive can be “fearful”. Being humble, opening up, trusting, becoming vulnerable and dependant of another person is a scary thing. Peter says to not give way to this fear, because in doing so we will be daughters of Sarah. This is a great read for a single lady to get a glimpse at the other side.

  27. It is never good to render evil for evil. We are to forgive. Vengeance belongs to the Lord, he will repay. Even still, we should rather hope that those who wrong us receive Gods mercy and not his wrath.

  28. Finally, all of you should be of one mind. Sympathize with each other. Love each other as brothers and sisters. Be tenderhearted, and keep a humble attitude. (‭1 Peter‬ ‭3‬:‭8‬ NLT)

Lord, I pray for unity among the saints at the Pentecostals of Fort Worth. That we would sympathize and love one another. And be tender hearted and humble. In Jesus name!

  29. I have just been introduced to this blog. I have received spiritual strength from this ….In 1Peter 3 we find true freedom in the plan that is laid out for our lives by one higher than us ,who sees the end from the beginning ,true freedom in the spirit, not to live according to the flesh but according to the spirit in which the fruits of the Spirit is love Joy peace righteousness in the Holy Ghost, and that love overflows into our relationships one to another and that’s how the world will see we are truly his disciples. And they will see Jesus high and lifted up. And when I be lifted up I will draw all men unto me,Jesus said.

  30. “Having a good conscience; that, whereas they speak evil of you, as of evildoers, they may be ashamed that falsely accuse your good conversation in Christ.” One should not be concerned with those that speak lies or hurtful things, however one should be very concerned on being right with the Judge (Jesus). Dear God, help me to do right in your sight; “Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done”. In God we trust! What a mighty God we serve! Thank God for his word. God bless America, Jerusalem, and you all in Jesus name, Amen!

  31. Yes!!!
10 For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile:

No poison come out our mouth, if we want to love life and see good days!!!
    The Bakers =)

  32. 4 But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price.

Although this is speaking towards the wives I believe this is applicable to all. A meek and quiet spirit is valuable. It is not just knowing what to say but when to say it, and when not to say anything. The Lord is patient with us, and allows us to grow in patience. Our attitude determines our altitude. Sometimes it is better to be meek and quiet. In the sight of God it is of great price.

  33. 20 Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water.

God never hurried Abraham. God gave him the time
It took to get his salvation right. The ark was something that meant salvation for the soon to be whole world. God would have is take the same approach to our world today. Although we know the end is near an it is high time to awake, we have to right with our approach to sinners. We cannot get in a big hurry because we know we only have a short time. They don’t know what we know so we can expect them to act or respond like we respond. Real witnessing takes sacrifice and commitment. It takes a lifestyle of sacrifice and love.

  34. 8 Finally, be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous:

9 Not rendering evil for evil, or railing for railing: but contrariwise blessing; knowing that ye are thereunto called, that ye should inherit a blessing.

When there is unity to love and bless each other and to do right by one another it is harder for the enemy to destroy us or to come and try to put us against each other. Having unity, compassion, and love makes a strong church and there is always a blessing when these ingredients are used.

  35. 15 But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:

16 Having a good conscience; that, whereas they speak evil of you, as of evildoers, they may be ashamed that falsely accuse your good conversation in Christ.

17 For it is better, if the will of God be so, that ye suffer for well doing, than for evil doing.

It’s sad to think of someone who can’t explain why they believe what they believe. We should be able to testify about Christ to anyone, be prepared for any questions they might have. It is our job, duty, obligation to be able to explain to someone how to get to heaven. And if we cant…. what are we doing? We make ourselves look ignorant and God look powerless because we can’t even testify about his power and his greatness.

  36. 13 And who is he that will harm you, if ye be followers of that which is good?

Lord Jesus Christ, for I come humble before you today lord, for I give myself to you,for you have my full attention, for whatever you want me to do for you my lord, for who is going to harm me,if Iam determined to do good for whatever,I desire to do for my lord in his kingdom because, for Iam victorious through his mighty name!!!! In Jesus name amen!!!

Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

1Peter 1:19 But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:

  37. I Peter 3:17 For it is better, if the will of God be so, that ye suffer for well doing, than for a evil doing.

In the will of God we are sometimes called want to suffer for well doing as a testimony to others

  38. 12 For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.

Isaiah 59:1-2 Behold, the Lord’s hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; nor is his ear heavy, that it cannot hear. But your iniquities have separated you from God;,and your sins have hidden his face from you so that he will not hear.

If and when we sin, we have an advocate with the Father. He has a plan in place for when we sin-repentance. Repent and turn around and head back to God who loves you.

  39. Wives !!!! 1. LIKEWISE, ye wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; that, if any obey not the word, they also may without the word be won by the conversation of the wives; Matt. 18 : 15 2. While they behold your chaste conversation coupled with fear. 3. Whose adorning let it not be that outward adorning of plaiting the hair, and of wearing of gold, or of putting on of apparel; 4. But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price. 5. For after this manner in the old time the holy women also, who trusted in God, adorned themselves, being in subjection unto their own husbands: I ADORE YOU JESUS !!!! I PRAISE YOU !!!! HALLELUJAH TO YOU MY LORD !!!!

  40. 20 Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water.

21 The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us…..”

Such a simple verse that make a huge difference. Not all christian churches and faiths are the same. In a oness debate, the trinitarian speaker said that we shouldn’t get caught with simple difference in doctrine. That we all love and serve the same God. That at the end we were both brothers.
His statement could not further from the truth. The so called small differences will separate us in eternity
    You must repent!
You must be baptized in Jesus name.
And you must receive the Holy Spirit.
    Acts 2:38

  41. I thank God for the blood!

The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ: (‭1 Peter‬ ‭3‬:‭21‬ KJV)
