Jude 1

1 Jude, the servant of Jesus Christ, and brother of James, to them that are sanctified by God the Father, and preserved in Jesus Christ, and called:

2 Mercy unto you, and peace, and love, be multiplied.

3 Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.

4 For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.

5 I will therefore put you in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not.

6 And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.

7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.

8 Likewise also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities.

9 Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee.

10 But these speak evil of those things which they know not: but what they know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things they corrupt themselves.

11 Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core.

12 These are spots in your feasts of charity, when they feast with you, feeding themselves without fear: clouds they are without water, carried about of winds; trees whose fruit withereth, without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots;

13 Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever.

14 And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints,

15 To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.

16 These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having men’s persons in admiration because of advantage.

17 But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ;

18 How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts.

19 These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit.

20 But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,

21 Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.

22 And of some have compassion, making a difference:

23 And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.

24 Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,

25 To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen.

  1. JESUS IS BACK IN JUDE 5!!!!

    ….and He has a backbone.

Now I desire to remind you (even though you have been fully informed of these facts once for all) that Jesus, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, later destroyed those who did not believe. (Jude 5, NET)

The reading Ἰησοῦς (Iēsous, “Jesus”) is deemed too hard by several scholars, since it involves the notion of Jesus acting in the early history of the nation Israel. However, not only does this reading enjoy the strongest support from a variety of early witnesses, but the plethora of variants demonstrate that scribes were uncomfortable with it, for they seemed to exchange κύριος (kurios, “Lord”) or θεός (theos, “God”) for Ἰησοῦς (though P has the intriguing reading θεὸς Χριστός [theos Christos, “God Christ”] for Ἰησοῦς). In addition to the evidence supplied in NA for this reading, note also {88 322 323 424 665 915 2298 eth Cyr Hier Bede}. As difficult as the reading Ἰησοῦς is, in light of v. 4 and in light of the progress of revelation (Jude being one of the last books in the NT to be composed), it is wholly appropriate. (NET note 24, Jude)

Jesus is love, but Jude reminds us that those “who did not believe” were destroyed in the wilderness. He even informs his readers that Jesus is the delivered the Hebrews from Egypt and destroyed the unbelievers. Likewise, the same will happen to the unbelievers after the Cross.

Unbelievers in NT times meant those who did not follow Christ, for to believe Christ was the Messiah was to follow Him. One did not simply say, I believe, and live a life of sin without rebuke. We should not tolerate people like that today. If one professes Christ, especially if they have the Holy Spirit, then they should be living a life that reflects Christ. If they don’t, we should not be scared to rebuke them.

Jesus will come back with vengeance. This world needs to repent and accept His mercy while they still can. It is up to us to tell them.

  2. But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost, Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life. (‭Jude‬ ‭1‬:‭20-21‬ KJV)
    Amen!!!

This is where I find safety, in the Holy Ghost, in His love, and mercy! It allows me to stand, despite of what’s going on in my world. My faith is in The Lord, not my circumstances, not worries, nor the naysayers. I’m listening to what His word tells me. It’s where I’m encouraged and fed.

  3. Verses 20-23 MSG “But you, dear friends, carefully build yourselves up in this most holy faith by praying in the Holy Spirit, staying right at the center of God’s love, keeping your arms open and outstretched, ready for the mercy of our Master, Jesus Christ. This is the unending life, the real life! Go easy on those who hesitate in the faith. Go after those who take the wrong way. Be tender with sinners, but not soft on sin. The sin itself stinks to high heaven.”

Once again we see how important it is to lift each other up in prayer. Verse 3 MSG says “Dear friends, I’ve dropped everything to write you about this life of salvation that we have in common. I have to write insisting—begging!—that you fight with everything you have in you for this faith entrusted to us as a gift to guard and cherish.” We must remain faithful and keep reaching for those who may be slipping away or are being drawn in the wrong direction. We must fight (in prayer) MORE and MORE for their souls.

  4. 10 But these speak evil of those things which they know not: but what they know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things they corrupt themselves.

11 Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core.

One must look past what is seen to see what is happening in the spiritual realm. God will only let us his what he is doing when he is ready. We must have faith and believe and hold on to that belief no matter what others might say.

3…and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.

  5. 10 But these speak evil of those things which they know not: but what they know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things they corrupt themselves.
11 Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core.

We must be careful about what we speak, when we speak, because the word of God is real and we must not speak evil towards the word of God. It will be easy to fall into the trap of the enemy, when we do not respect the law of God. People who are willing to speak evil of the things simply because we know not those things, are in the fear of falling.
If we ever study the fall of Cain and what his problems were, we know this is not the way we want to go. Cain was a murder, he killed his own brother.

  6. iLove to eat More Word…and more Steaks

Jude 1:22-24 NLT And you must show mercy to those whose faith is wavering. (23) Rescue others by snatching them from the flames of judgment. Show mercy to still others, but do so with great caution, hating the sins that contaminate their lives. (24) Now all glory to God, who is able to keep you from falling away and will bring you with great joy into His glorious presence without a single fault.

Praise the Lord, these verses help paint a beautiful picture of the Care Team at POFW. Our goal is to catch those who may waver in their new found faith and rescue them from the flames of judgement. At POFW, we go to great lengths to help those who really desire help. We realize that everyone must have the “want to” but we share the great mercy of God with all that show any signs of life.

POFW please lift up the Care Team Ministry today in prayer that we will exercise great caution in remaining pure in the work of the Lord. Thanks to all those in the Care Team who have entered into the 40 Days of Fire fast for revival! God is doing great things!

  7. 12. These men are cold stones on the warm hearth of your love feasts as they glut themselves without fear, thinking only of their own benefit. They are waterless clouds, carried away by the wind; autumn’s lonely and barren trees, twice dead, uprooted;

    24. Now to the One who can keep you upright and plant you firmly in His presence-clean, unmarked, and joyful in the light of His glory-

Lord, I pray that I never become dead and in need of up-rooting, but stay upright and planted firmly in your presence because I know nothing dead ever produced fruit or had joy. In Jesus Name, Amen.

  8. 24 Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,

25 To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen.

It’s not because I’m perfect that I can stand and joy in His presence but it’s because He kept me. It’s not because I’m always clean when I come to Him but because He takes this broken, at time wounded, and other times internally shattered vessel; washes it and clothes it with righteousness and Strength Just to present it to Himself.

  9. Jude 1:2
Mercy unto you and peace and love be multiplied.

we must have mercy and love in are hearts and MORE peace

  10. 20 But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,
21 Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.

Amen! Keeping our faith is everything! Don’t give your faith to the enemy because faith is what makes us believe in the things yet unseen. Faith is that vision that you have toward the kingdom of God! Don’t loose the Holy Ghost because that is the fire and power that God gives us 🙂 the Holy Ghost gives us direction in making the correct choice and not just doing what we want to do. I will trust and follow you always Jesus 🙂 thank u for your great mercy Jesus!

  11. I want More

But you, beloved, building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in the love of God, waiting for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ that leads to eternal life. And have mercy on those who doubt; save others by snatching them out of the fire; to others show mercy with fear, hating even the garment stained by the flesh. (‭Jude‬ ‭1‬:‭20-23‬ ESV)

This scripture is the exact opposite of the enemies tactics. His plan for the church and this last hour is to distract, divide and defeat. We must rise above the distractions that we face day to day. We must remind ourselves that we have a purpose. Our faith must increase and we must pray in the Holy Ghost. We have unity by stay in the love of God. When we turn our focus on others is when we will receive more. We will experience great victories.

Godly purpose + Godly love = More victories

Stay focused on his purpose and see the world with Godly love and compassion and we will see MORE.

  12. 20 But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,
21 Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.
Amen.
I am so thankful that God commanded us to pull others out of the fire. I am so thankful that we don’t have to keep the knowledge of His great love to ourselves!!!

  13. MORE HOLY GHOST

20 But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,
21 Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.

Jude describes the sinful nature of mankind and how GOD has judged sinful actions in history. The apostle then gives stern waring and divine counsel to the believer. We have a choice. We can choose to build ourselves on our FAITH by praying in the Holy Ghost.

It stuns me at times to find how challenging it is to inspire a body of Holy Ghost filled believers to pray in the Holy Ghost in a church service. Knowing that the fruit of the challenge is going to benefit the believer. I pray we receive revelation of the strength, power and love of GOD that flows through us to heal, restore and build our FAITH when we pray in the Holy Ghost.

The KEY to keep ourselves in the LOVE of GOD is to look for the MERCY of JESUS. We experience this every time we pray in the HOLY GHOST.

    Lets BUILD!

    iPray in the HOLY GHOST
    iWork
    iGIve
    iReap

  14. But these people scoff at things they do not understand. Like unthinking animals, they do whatever their instincts tell them, and so they bring about their own destruction. (‭Jude‬ ‭1‬:‭10‬ NLT)

People that do not understand or refuse to listen. They are Rebellious and will one day destroy themselfs. Tell and spread the gospel but if they refuse to listen to you let them go. Some people just don’t wang to be saved.

These people are grumblers and complainers, living only to satisfy their desires. They brag loudly about themselves, and they flatter others to get what they want. (‭Jude‬ ‭1‬:‭16‬ NLT)

Don’t be like these poeople, dont be these people. I refuse to hang around these people with nasty attitudes.

  15. When these people eat with you in your fellowship meals commemorating the Lord’s love, they are like dangerous reefs that can shipwreck you. They are like shameless shepherds who care only for themselves. They are like clouds blowing over the land without giving any rain. They are like trees in autumn that are doubly dead, for they bear no fruit and have been pulled up by the roots. They are like wild waves of the sea, churning up the foam of their shameful deeds. They are like wandering stars, doomed forever to blackest darkness. (‭Jude‬ ‭1‬:‭12-13‬ NLT)

We must not surround ourselves with negative things and people who are dead in the spirit, for our surroundings do affect us. We cannot let people or things stand in the way of our relationship with God! Lord help us to not become so use to our surroundings that we become dead in the spirit!

  16. Building up yourself – Keep yourself

20 But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,
21 Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.

Does God expect us to police ourselves?
Does He expects us to behave when no one is looking?
    Self-accountability?
    Oh My!!

We are so much better at keeping our nose in other people’s business though… Offering our (often unsolicited) opinion and pointing out the short-comings of others. I know what I am talking about. I was the best at it. I may not have said things to people directly but I have plenty of opinions on how other people should behave. However, I have found a place in prayer that is so humbling. When I look for His mercy for me and my short-comings, I find there is no room for anyone else’s business.

  17. 24 Now all glory to God, who is able to keep you from falling away and will bring you with great joy into his glorious presence without a single fault. 25 All glory to him who alone is God, our Savior through Jesus Christ our Lord. All glory, majesty, power, and authority are his before all time, and in the present, and beyond all time! Amen.

What a great and mighty God we serve!

  18. 3 Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.

Again it is the truth that sets us free and we must hold onto the faith that was delivered to the saints in the word and not give heed to every wind of doctrine. We must hold to truth no matter what society says-society promotes abominations! Read and study the word and keep holding to it-Jesus Christ the same yesterday, today and forever.

  19. 3 Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.

Earnestly contending for the faith ….. what does that mean? To me that means that I am not going to let anything hinder my relationship with the Lord. I’m going to hold on to the truth that was imparted to me as a child, and not give, let up, or back up on any of the principles in the Word that has been the foundation for many years.

We live in a microwave society where every thing is quick, many folks suffer from the ADHD, where they have to do three things at one time, they can’t concentrate on one thing for very long. This is a type of deception. People don’t give their full attention to anything. This is an open door for people to let down their guard, because they are not “fully” paying attention spiritually and before you know it something has gone by the wayside. It’s time for the Church, Blood Bought, Holy Ghost Filled Church to rise up to the occasion, wake up and be aware of the little foxes that spoil the vine.

  20. 20 But you, dear friends, must build each other up in your most holy faith, pray in the power of the Holy Spirit,
21 and await the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ, who will bring you eternal life. In this way, you will keep yourselves safe in God’s love.
22 And you must show mercy to those whose faith is wavering.
23 Rescue others by snatching them from the flames of judgment. Show mercy to still others, but do so with great caution, hating the sins that contaminate their lives. (NLT)

It’s crucial that we keep ourselves in check not only for the sake of our eternal salvation, but for the sake of others who are lost in this world or are new to this gospel and are very weak in their faith. We need to insure that we are the ones setting a right example and not the ones being influenced by the ways of new believers because they are unlearned and may not always make the right choices but they are trying and seek a good example to follow.

  21. NLT 4 I say this because some ungodly people have wormed their way into your churches, saying that God’s marvelous grace allows us to live immoral lives. The condemnation of such people was recorded long ago, for they have denied our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ.

That is what is happening today in our society. So many are switching to these nondenominational churches. These churches have no rules or guide lines. They practically accept any way of life you desire to live and view it as acceptable to God. They don’t accept the concept of marriage being only between a man and a woman. If they accept this, what other concepts are they allowing. They believe by God’s grace they are saved, and being baptized is not necessary. We have to be on guard at all times to rebuke this mentality that God accepts us living an immoral life.

  22. Call To War

Jude’s letter begins and ends with very comforting words. In verse 1 it describes us as “those who are called, loved in God the Father and kept for Jesus Christ.” All three verbs are passive. They stress the action of God. God calls, God loves, and God keeps. We are called, are loved, and are kept. Jude is very eager to begin by stressing the security of the believer in God’s electing and preserving love.

But in the middle his concern is different. It is not to help believers feel content, but to help them feel vigilant. Having shown them the electing love of God and the unsurpassed power of God (v2–5) to keep them safe, Jude now shows them the danger that surrounds them. And he tells them to fight for the faith.

Verse 3: “Beloved, being very eager to write to you of our common salvation, I found it necessary to write appealing to you to contend for the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints.” In other words the assured victory of the believing church does not mean that we don’t have to fight to win.

Just because the Commander and Chief promises victory on the beaches doesn’t mean the troops can throw their weapons overboard. The promise of victory assumes valor in battle. When God promises that his church will be kept from defeat, his purpose is not that we lay down our sword and go to lunch, but that we pick up the sword of the Spirit and look confidently to God for the strength to fight and win. So God’s way, as we see it in Jude, is to give his people confidence that their faith will be victorious in the end (in verses 1 and 24) and then to send them out to fight for it.

  23. Keep praying in the Holy Ghost……he’s our only hope!

20 But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,

    “Be courageous”…………………………….

  24. 24 Now to him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you blameless before the presence of his glory with great joy,
25 to the only God, our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion, and authority, before all time and now and forever. Amen.

That just sums it up for me right there. I love you LORD! You keep me on the righteous path, it is Your face I seek. I glorify You!!!!!!!!!!!!

  25. 21 Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.

I’m glad we have a merciful God and were able to keep ourselves safe in his love.

  26. 16 These are the “grumpers,” the bellyachers, grabbing for the biggest piece of the pie, talking big, saying anything they think will get them ahead.

17 But remember, dear friends, that the apostles of our Master, Jesus Christ, told us this would happen:

18 “In the last days there will be people who don’t take these things seriously anymore. They’ll treat them like a joke, and make a religion of their own whims and lusts.”

19 These are the ones who split churches, thinking only of themselves. There’s nothing to them, no sign of the Spirit!

20 But you, dear friends, carefully build yourselves up in this most holy faith by praying in the Holy Spirit,

21 staying right at the center of God’s love, keeping your arms open and outstretched, ready for the mercy of our Master, Jesus Christ. This is the unending life, the real life!

22 Go easy on those who hesitate in the faith.MSG
The fastest way to split a church and cause division is talking about the leaders, Pastor and Pastor’s wife be careful who you are talking about and listening too. The ones that think only of themselves is not in the right spirit and its wrong. Be careful if you think you are all that and a bag of chips. Don’t get in a rut when we think we are better than people.

  27. 3, “Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was delivered unto the saints.”
4, “For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.”

exhort – to urge earnestly by advice, warning, etc., admonish strongly
earnestly – serious in intention, purpose, or effort; sincerely zealous
contend – to strive in combat or opposition; fight

NOW is the time to exhort (urge earnestly and admonish strongly) to fight the good fight of faith! NOW is the time to be MORE Serious and Zealous and Fight for the Faith, the truth of God’s Word. Why? Because certain men have crept in unawares, false teachers, ungodly men, who are turning the grace of God into lasciviousness (expressing lust, lewdness, wanton) and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ. This is the day in which are living in right now. It’s all around us.

So, I exhort (urge earnestly and admonish strongly) to earnestly (seriously and zealously) contend (fight) for our Faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. Our Faith should be MORE Strong and MORE Precious to us than ever before.
1 Timothy 6:12 says, “Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.”
Jude vs. 20-21 says, “But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost, Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.”

Fight For and Hold On To Your Faith!!

  28. Jude 1:5-16 shows us warnings regarding false teachers, beliefs and practices

Jude says that God “is able to keep you from falling and to present you before his glorious presence without fault and with great joy”(Jude 1:24). Then he concludes:
To the only God our Savior be glory, majesty, power and authority, through Jesus Christ our Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore! Amen. Jude 1:25

  29. 25 To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen.

He is my king. His name is Jesus.

  30. 20 But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost, 21 Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.

One is wise to seek out God’s (Jesus) mercy, while one has time. The deceiver (satan) knows the time, which even the earth is revealing the signs of the time. Jesus (God) was the answer then, and he is the answer today. Dear God, help me to build up more in you; “Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done”. In God we trust! What a mighty God we serve! Thank God for his word. God bless America, Jerusalem, and you all in Jesus name, Amen!

  31. v21 Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life

Our relationship with GOD is a covenant between two parties, because GOD will never force us into relationship against our will nor will HE ever waver in HIS commitment to us.
We must stay in the Love of GOD and love and get excited over HIS TRUTH
    MORE LOVE
    MORE RELATIONSHIP
    MORE TRUTH

  32. 4 For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.

You have to watch out for the creepers. They’re deceitful and sly. If you’re not watchful, they will be on you before you realize it. God gives us knowledge and wisdom to see those that creep before they get to close. We have the power.

  33. Jude 1:8 (NASB Strong’s)
8 Yet in the same way these men, also by dreaming, defile the flesh, and reject authority, and revile angelic majesties.

We must dream the right dreams. These dreamers are called filthy in the King James Version.

According to the definition of dreamer they are sensual and imagine lustful things.

We must keep our dreams guarded. We must dream the dreams God has given us.

We have the power to choose what we will dream about. It will either be our flesh or the purpose, plan, and will of God.

  34. Jud 1:20-23
20 But you, beloved, building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit, 21 keep yourselves in the love of God, waiting for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ that leads to eternal life. 22 And have mercy on those who doubt; 23 save others by snatching them out of the fire; to others show mercy with fear, hating even the garment stained by the flesh.
    (ESV)

Praying, waiting on the Lord, having compassion and saving souls is what outreach is all about. We must always be ready and have a loving heart to snatch lost souls from the devil. Our work is not in vain and it’s not just passing out flyers but it throwing out a life raft for someone that is sinking.

  35. And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.

If this is for those who don’t believe, we were wandering what about those who rebel???

  36. Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints. (‭Jude‬ ‭1‬:‭3‬ KJV)

It was commonly known how to become saved. Now the common beliefs mixed with false information. Someone crept in unawers. We need to get back to prayer, fasting, evangelism, and reading the word of God so that things can’t creep in.

  37. And you must show mercy to those whose faith is wavering. Rescue others by snatching them from the flames of judgment. Show mercy to still others, but do so with great caution, hating the sins that contaminate their lives. (‭Jude‬ ‭1‬:‭22-23‬ NLT)

God shows mercy to us so it is only wise for us to show mercy to others. We need to be careful how we live. There is always people watching to see if we are going to abide by the laws the Lord has placed before us or if we will be two faced, pretending to be something we are not. Again, let’s be merciful not malicious.

  38. 22 And of some have compassion, making a difference:

Lord Jesus Christ I come to you today humble before you,for I need you more than anything, for I will surrender all to you God,for all Iam asking lord is that if you can give me the strength today to stand up against my battles I face, for I know Iam not alone, for you are great that lives in me, for I know that there’s some of my brothers and sisters that are out in this worldly world that have the compassionate, for the creator lord Jesus Christ, for thoses that indecision themselves about the word of God for they will be in my prayers!! In Jesus name Amen!!!

  39. 20 But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,

21 Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.

This brought this song to mind “Tell me what can I do? Cause I can’t live with you I can’t live without you!” The Lord knows that we cannot make it on our own. I believe that not even our minds much less our hearts are capable of taking everything that this life throws at you. The enemy will try to use anything at his reach and in your path to steal, kill and destroy. That is his goal and we are the target. So how then can we live? How then can we make it..on our own? Thank God the Lord Jesus Christ. For he said I will send you the promise… The Comforter, the Holy Ghost. This is the promise, that reminds me of all the other promises. That what he says is true. It tell us to build ourselves up praying in the Holy Ghost. The promised has reached and I have received the promise…and the promise continues to be to those that are afar off. Every time we are filled with His Spirit we should know that we are recieving the most precious promise. It is the power of God that will help you overcome. The comforter that heals, restores and delivers. It is life in a valley of dead bones. All that and more is praying in the Holy Ghost building up our most holy faith… Then we can see and say “Oh taste and see that the Lord is Good”
To God be the glory! Thank you Jesus

  40. 20 But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,

21 Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.

  41. 7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.

We are truley living in those kind of days. Las Vegas was know to be similar to Sodom and Gomorrah, having similarities to the way the bible describes those cities. Now a days this kinda of atmosphere is ramped every where. The need to destroy those cities was because there evil had reached a breaking point.
The need to purify this world of the evil grows everyday. So many lives are on the balance, we need to be soul minded. Seeking to be guided by Jesus to do what matters most to Him, reach for the lost.

  42. 24 Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,

Praise God in the good and the bad. He is the only one that can keep you from falling, seek his presence.

  43. Judgment !!!! 14. And E’-noch also, the seventh from Ad’-am, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints, 15. To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him. 1 Sam. 2 : 3 Mal. 3 : 13 16. These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having men’s persons in admiration because of advantage. Prov. 28 : 21 17. But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Je’-sus Christ; THANK YOU FOR VICTORY !!!! I LOVE YOU JESUS !!!!

  44. Jude 9
    Humility
We as leaders must know that Authority comes from God, not from within!
Even Michael the archangel did not combat the enemy on his own authority, but in the name of the Lord. We as leaders MUST SWALLOW our EGOS and recognize God as OUR POWER SOURCE, so that we may walk confident in His authority, and NEVER assume credit for it.
Faith enables us to stretch, while humility enables us to stoop.

    MORE humility!
