Revelation 19

1 And after these things I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honour, and power, unto the Lord our God:

2 For true and righteous are his judgments: for he hath judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand.

3 And again they said, Alleluia And her smoke rose up for ever and ever.

4 And the four and twenty elders and the four beasts fell down and worshipped God that sat on the throne, saying, Amen; Alleluia.

5 And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our God, all ye his servants, and ye that fear him, both small and great.

6 And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth.

7 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.

8 And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.

9 And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.

10 And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.

11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.

13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.

14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.

15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.

16 And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, King Of Kings, And Lord Of Lords.

17 And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God;

18 That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great.

19 And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army.

20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.

21 And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh.

  1. 7. Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.

We, as a body, are the bride of Christ. To be counted in that body, you have to make yourself ready. Don’t wait until it’s too late, make yourself ready now and stay ready because we know not when He will return for His bride.

  2. 17 And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God;

Even at the end he is still feeding the birds!
This is one dinner table I want to avoid.
How much greater is the feast of his chosen people?

    Revelation 3:
20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.
21 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.
22 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

We always have to be ready for that knock at the door. He’s on his way!

  3. Revelation 19:13
Talks about god is the word of the bible and his clothes was dipped in blood .

we must have the word of god in are life and use it for others to help them have Faith and Prayer and Revival. MORE. AMEN

  4. 11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.

13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.

In the beginning and in the end it is the blood of Jesus that saves us and he is the word of God made flesh for in the beginning the word was God and the word was with God. So everytime we read the word of God, we are getting to know God himself more and more. The same God that died for us on the cross for our sins and for our healing. And the same God that will come back again on a white horse so we can rule with him on Earth forever.

  5. 1 And after these things I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honour, and power, unto the Lord our God:

2 For true and righteous are his judgments: for he hath judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand.

We should always praise and honor our great God, because true and righteous are his judgements. God will judge everybody even the false prophets that have deceived many people for many years. God will settle the score with those that made war with the saints of the living God and killed them. You will not get by with dishonoring God’s people at any time, you will repay!!

  6. The gift of righteousness

    Revelation 19:8 (KJV Strong’s)
8 And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.

The word righteousness comes from the Greek word where we get justify. Justification, and righteousness are not things that we earn by our own efforts. Rather these things are give to us by God.

    1 Samuel 26:23 (KJV Strong’s)
23 The Lord render to every man his righteousness and his faithfulness: for the Lord delivered thee into my hand to day, but I would not stretch forth mine hand against the Lord’s anointed.

    2 Corinthians 11:15 (KJV Strong’s)
15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.

    Romans 3:30 (KJV Strong’s)
30 Seeing it is one God, which shall justify the circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith.

    Titus 3:7 (KJV Strong’s)
7 That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.

Although we reap the benefits of righteousness and justification we cannot take the credit or glory for any of it at all. We rely totally and completely upon him for this wonderful gift.

This doesn’t mean we need to sit back and do nothing. Our part is obedience to his word. Through obedience to him he imputes to us righteousness.

    James 2:23 (KJV Strong’s)
23 And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God.

  7. iLove to eat More Word

Wow, it’s about to go down. If we could look into this great vision as John writes about the future, would we be able to see ourselves in this great army of heaven? This army in heaven is preparing to go to the great wedding feast…I know you might have thought that the great wedding feast would be more romantic than this great battle. Yeah, maybe like a great Thanksgiving feast, with all the food, fixings, and fellowship included. “Uh, excuse me Jesus, could you please pass the mash potatoes?” Well, at least according to these scriptures that will not be the case.

    17 And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the ”supper” of the great God;

18 That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great.

  8. 13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.

HIS NAME IS JESUS!!! HE IS FAITHFUL AND TRUE!!! IT MUST BE JESUS!!! YES JESUS!!!

  9. Then I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse! The one sitting on it is called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he judges and makes war. His eyes are like a flame of fire, and on his head are many diadems, and he has a name written that no one knows but himself. He is clothed in a robe dipped in blood, and the name by which he is called is The Word of God. And the armies of heaven, arrayed in fine linen, white and pure, were following him on white horses. From his mouth comes a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations, and he will rule them with a rod of iron. He will tread the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God the Almighty. On his robe and on his thigh he has a name written, King of kings and Lord of lords. (‭Revelation‬ ‭19‬:‭11-16‬ ESV)

The whole earth is full of your Glory. Our God is Holy! He’s mighty and powerful! My God is awesome!

  10. THE MARK WE WANT TO MISS

20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.

The BIBLE clearly states that anyone who accepts the “Mark of the beast” is DECEIVED. We should not ever entertain the thought of receiving the mark of the beast.

The cost of deception is being cast alive into a “lake of fire”.

    The mark of the beast.

Revelation 13:14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.
15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.
16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

The Christians answer to the mark of the beast:

Philippians 4:19 But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

THE MARK WE WANT TO MISS is the “mark of the beast” “666”

  11. White as snow…
7 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.
8 And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.

The old gospel tune comes to mind…
Are you washed in the blood,
In the soul-cleansing blood of the Lamb?
Are your garments spotless? Are they white as snow?
Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?
Are you walking daily by the Savior’s side?
Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?

Have you been to Jesus for the cleansing pow’r?
Are you fully trusting in His grace this hour?
Do you rest each moment in the Crucified?
When the Bridegroom cometh will your robes be white?
Will your soul be ready for the mansions bright,
Lay aside the garments that are stained with sin,
There’s a fountain flowing for the soul unclean,
Oh, be washed in the blood of the Lamb!

  12. Have you made your RSVP yet? If yours is made, what are you doing to help lost souls make theirs?

9 And the angel said to me, “Write this: Blessed are those who are invited to the wedding feast of the Lamb.” And he added, “These are true words that come from God.” (NLT)

At some point, we all, as His chosen people have been given an “invitation” (an opportunity) to “RSVP” (go through His plan of salvation: repent, be baptized in Jesus Name, and receive the Holy Ghost). There are many though who many not have had this opportunity and it’s such a shame, because this is our duty as servants of Christ to invite people that they may have opportunity to be saved. But before we can ever begin to teach others we must insure our hearts are right with God; we cannot be hypocrites and deceitfully sin and pose as a good leader as we invite souls in. What kind of example does that set for the new souls that are watching us? We must be righteous leaders, separated from this world and its sin. Use us Lord that that day when you return for Your bride there will be a great multitude of we servants who have obediently done the commands of Your word.

  13. A ROBE DIPPED IN BLOOD
The blood is not of his enemies for the battle has not been fought. It is most likely the blood he shed on the cross to redeem humankind.

  14. 10 And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellow servant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.

Don’t allow anything else to replace God and become an idol in your life. Not a person, place or thing! For our God is more than worthy of the glory!

Leviticus 19:4 Turn ye not unto idols, nor make to yourselves molten gods: I am the Lord your God.

    Leviticus 26:1
Ye shall make you no idols nor graven image, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall ye set up any image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for I am the Lord your God.

  15. 7 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.

8 And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.

9 And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.

I will be that bride in Jesus name. Apart of the church that Jesus comes back for, faithful in living for him and lovingbhim. I will be part of his bride the church in Jesus name

  16. 4 And the four and twenty elders and the four beasts fell down and worshipped God that sat on the throne, saying, Amen; Alleluia.

There will be lighting and thunder, miracles and wonders, sounds of many waters, and ALL nations will bow down before him!! Our God shall reign forevermore!!

  17. 1 And after these things I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honour, and power, unto the Lord our God:

If we are challenged to praise Him while here on earth, how will we ever be among the throng of people singing praises throughout eternity. I was created to praise, to bring honor to His name. That should be my nature. Everyday I should awaken to praise Him, preparing me for that day when I lay my crown at His feet and for all eternity worship saying:

You are Holy, You Are Holy
We will offer you a praise in a mighty chorus
You are Holy, You are Holy
    Wonderful in all Your Ways
    Holy You are Holy Lord.

  18. 13, “And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called the Word of God.”

St. John 1:1, “IN the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”
St. John 1:14, “And the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.”

God became flesh and dwelt among us. His name is JESUS!
We see here that this Word (JESUS) was, is, and always will be God the Word.

His name is called the Word of God!
    His name is JESUS!!

  19. Rev 19:15
15 From his mouth comes a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations, and he will rule them with a rod of iron. He will tread the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God the Almighty.
    (ESV)

God is so powerful and mighty that with His Word He will strike down the nations. When Jesus was was not he dessert he rebuked the devil with the word and so defeated him. God has give us this same weapon. Every time the enemy attacks us and uses temptations, lies, even our own carnality to make us fall. We have the perfect weapon, His Word. That is why it is so important to read, study and know His Word so we too can defeat the enemy every time he attack.

    Ephesians 6:17
17 and take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God,
    (ESV)

  20. 12 His eyes were like flames of fire, and on his head were many crowns.

His eyes were like fire, why? Because Jesus is capable to see right through our soul. He’ll search our hearts on this day and past judgement. There will be no secrets, your sins will be revealed. The many crowns, the symbol that Jesus is the King of Kings, and there is no other!

  21. 1 And after these things I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honour, and power, unto the Lord our God:

Your pain, sickness, and weakness is all for the glory of God no matter what you do give all the glory to God!

  22. 11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

His name is Jesus. He is the word of God. He is the sharp sword. He is the living king. He is my all my everything. There is none like him or will ever be.

  23. 7 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.

I will be ready for The Lord because Jesus is my destiny! Jesus you are my IT and I want MORE of IT!!!! His fire and love consume me that I can’t have enough!!! I WANT MORE OF IT!!!

  24. Alleluia!

    Praise Yah!!

“Sing to God! Sing praises to his name! Extol him who rides on the clouds: to Yah, his name! Rejoice before him!” (Psalm 68:4) “Yah is my strength and song.” (Exodus 15:2) Yah appears most often in the formulaic ‘hallelujah’ (hallelu-Yah), which means, “praise Yah.” “Then Moses and the children of Israel sang this song to Yahweh, and said, ‘I will sing to Yahweh, for he has triumphed gloriously. The horse and his rider he has thrown into the sea. Yah is my strength and song. He has become my salvation. This is my God, and I will praise him; my father’s God, and I will exalt him. Yahweh is a man of war. Yahweh is his name.’” (Exodus 15:1-3)

The same as in this chapter in Revelations.

  25. “Be Ready”………………

7 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.

    God Bless…………….

  26. “And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.” The deceiver (satan) fell because he believed he was worthy of worship. Sadly one need not look far and see that same spirit is hard at work today, trying to deceive one and keep one from worshipping Jesus (God). Dear God, let me not fall into deception and place anything before you; “Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done”. In God we trust! What a mighty God we serve! Thank God for his word. God bless America, Jerusalem, and you all in Jesus name, Amen!

  27. Just as we were exited for the day of our wedding, we must be exited for the wedding of the Lamb and us the bride dressed in the finest white linen cloth.
Oh my God, how great YOU ARE!!!

    Rev 19:6-8
The Marriage Supper of the Lamb
6 Then I heard what seemed to be the voice of a great multitude, like the roar of many waters and like the sound of mighty peals of thunder, crying out,
    “Hallelujah!
    For the Lord our God
    the Almighty reigns.
7 Let us rejoice and exult
    and give him the glory,
for the marriage of the Lamb has come,
    and his Bride has made herself ready;
8 it was granted her to clothe herself
with fine linen, bright and pure”—
for the fine linen is the righteous deeds of the saints.
    (ESV)

    • All day I was thinking of this song in Spanish after I read this chapter.

Y a su esposa se le a consedido,
que se vista de lino fino,
      lino fino y resplandeciente
      para resivir al Rey.

      Yo celebrare cantare a Él,
      cantare nueva cansion
yo le alabare, cantare nueva cancion,

      Aleluya, Aleluya, Aleluya
      Cantare nueva cancion.
      – Marcos Barriento

  28. Alleluia !!!! 1. AND after these things I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, Al-le-lu’-ia; Salvation, and glory, and honour, and power, unto the Lord our God: 2. For true and righteous are his judgments: for he hath judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand, Deut. 32 : 43 3. And again they said, Al-le-lu’-ia. And her smoke rose up for ever and ever. Isa. 34 : 10 I LOVE YOU JESUS !!!! Exalt ye the LORD our God, and worship at his footstool; for he is holy.

  29. 11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.
Before it is even written of the might of God and what He is capable of doing, His description here portrays great power and might. This is the God we serve; God of power and love, God who loves righteousness and justice. Praise be to God Almighty!

  30. He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God. And the armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses. Now out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should strike the nations. And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron. He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. And He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written: KING OF KINGS AND Lord OF LORDS. (‭Revelation‬ ‭19‬:‭13-16‬ NKJV)

His name is called the Word of God.. Wow!  He is the Word that we read in the bible.  He is every instruction and command, He is the love and passion written in it.  By this Word, all mankind will be judged.  In Him, His Word, we find life.  This same word will kiss he wether we make it in and are called good and faithful servant, like the Word says, or are cast into the lake of fire like so it also says.  We must let the Word of God transform our life and allow it to be part of us.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. (‭John‬ ‭1‬:‭1-4‬ NKJV)

  31. 5 And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our God, all ye his servants, and ye that fear him, both small and great.

6 And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent

All his people No matter how small or big you will praise him , all nations will bow down unto the lord he reigns forever more

  32. The voice of the Lord is powerful and nothing is able to go against it. When God speaks everything and everyone will give homage. The devil cannot prevail anytime God opens his mouth.

  33. What’s His name?

13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.

    John 1: 1-2
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God.

What a great scripture that not only proves the oneness of God but to show us we are to be clothed with Him. Ephesians 6 talks about taking the whole armor of God. The. It goes on to say taking the sword of the spirit to quench the devils. The sword of the spirit and if we are to take it with us we are taking God with us l.

  34. And from the throne came a voice that said, “Praise our God, all his servants, all who fear him, from the least to the greatest.” (‭Revelation‬ ‭19‬:‭5‬ NLT)

Praise the Lord! We must honor the most high with the praises from our lips, hands, feet, and even our actions. God sees everyone and admires the true servants heart! Praise ye the Lord, hallelujah!

  35. To The End

9 And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.

It is a blessing to not only have the opportunity to fight the fight of faith but make it to the end. The finish line does not always seem as close as we would like but we must press on nonetheless if we are to reach it. When we reach the other side, we can look back on all the obstacles overcome and how God was glorified through the process of our salvation.

    Matthew 24:13
But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

    Ecclesiastes 9:11-12
11 I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favour to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all.

12 For man also knoweth not his time: as the fishes that are taken in an evil net, and as the birds that are caught in the snare; so are the sons of men snared in an evil time, when it falleth suddenly upon them.

  36. And the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who did mighty miracles on behalf of the beast—miracles that deceived all who had accepted the mark of the beast and who worshiped his statue. Both the beast and his false prophet were thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur. Their entire army was killed by the sharp sword that came from the mouth of the one riding the white horse. And the vultures all gorged themselves on the dead bodies. (‭Revelation‬ ‭19‬:‭20-21‬ NLT)

The followers of evil. The ones that found a easy way out of living. Live for sin surly you’ll die with it. But us we need to stand firm and faithful so that one day when he comes we will be Apart of that church that becomes the bride of Jesus!!

  37. And from the throne came a voice that said, “Praise our God, all his servants, all who fear him, from the least to the greatest.” (‭Revelation‬ ‭19‬:‭5‬ NLT)

An a voice shouted from heaven directed towards Gods throne from up above the earth beside the great almighty came a voice that said praise and worship your everlasting God, for he is the one that commendeth his love toward us while we are sinners yet Christ died for us on the rugged cross, for we are all his children that we are here for his purpose to do for what he commands us to do for him, for we should all fear our Father that sits on the throne .,Jesus Christ for (if God is for us who can ever be against us ) In Jesus Name Amen !!!!

  38. v8 And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.

Praise GOD !!! HIS bride the Church radiates with heavenly beauty from the indwelling Holy Spirit.
    More Holy Spirit

  39. 12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.

It’s amazing how even in the book of Revelation their is still more to be revealed to us. Here it says that he had a name written that nobody knew but he himself. He is dressed in a blood dipped robe no doubt signifying that the is the Lamb slain from the foundation of the earth “Jesus”. Since Jesus is the only one who is omnipotent and coming out of heaven, this sqaushes therories of trinity doctrine. He is coming back for his bride to be clothed in white linen free of spot or blemish because he has washed her in his blood. This is something to praise Him for as the servant says. Hallelujah!

  40. Verses 6-8 MSG ” Then I heard the sound of massed choirs, the sound of a mighty cataract, the sound of strong thunder: Hallelujah! The Master reigns, our God, the Sovereign-Strong! Let us celebrate, let us rejoice, let us give him the glory! The Marriage of the Lamb has come; his Wife has made herself ready. She was given a bridal gown of bright and shining linen. The linen is the righteousness of the saints.” These verses reminded me of the song that says “Come Let Us Sing, Let Us Rejoice”.

  41. And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints. (‭Revelation‬ ‭19‬:‭8‬ KJV)

The purity of the saints does matter. The reason that we keep standards is not just to be different, but to be pure and righteous.
