Acts 2

1 And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.

2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.

3 And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.

4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

5 And there were dwelling at Jerusalem Jews, devout men, out of every nation under heaven.

6 Now when this was noised abroad, the multitude came together, and were confounded, because that every man heard them speak in his own language.

7 And they were all amazed and marvelled, saying one to another, Behold, are not all these which speak Galilaeans?

8 And how hear we every man in our own tongue, wherein we were born?

9 Parthians, and Medes, and Elamites, and the dwellers in Mesopotamia, and in Judaea, and Cappadocia, in Pontus, and Asia,

10 Phrygia, and Pamphylia, in Egypt, and in the parts of Libya about Cyrene, and strangers of Rome, Jews and proselytes,

11 Cretes and Arabians, we do hear them speak in our tongues the wonderful works of God.

12 And they were all amazed, and were in doubt, saying one to another, What meaneth this?

13 Others mocking said, These men are full of new wine.

14 But Peter, standing up with the eleven, lifted up his voice, and said unto them, Ye men of Judaea, and all ye that dwell at Jerusalem, be this known unto you, and hearken to my words:

15 For these are not drunken, as ye suppose, seeing it is but the third hour of the day.

16 But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel;

17 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:

18 And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy:

19 And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke:

20 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and notable day of the Lord come:

21 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.

22 Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know:

23 Him, being delivered by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, ye have taken, and by wicked hands have crucified and slain:

24 Whom God hath raised up, having loosed the pains of death: because it was not possible that he should be holden of it.

25 For David speaketh concerning him, I foresaw the Lord always before my face, for he is on my right hand, that I should not be moved:

26 Therefore did my heart rejoice, and my tongue was glad; moreover also my flesh shall rest in hope:

27 Because thou wilt not leave my soul in hell, neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.

28 Thou hast made known to me the ways of life; thou shalt make me full of joy with thy countenance.

29 Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day.

30 Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up Christ to sit on his throne;

31 He seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell, neither his flesh did see corruption.

32 This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses.

33 Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear.

34 For David is not ascended into the heavens: but he saith himself, The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand,

35 Until I make thy foes thy footstool.

36 Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made the same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.

37 Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?

38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

39 For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.

40 And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation.

41 Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.

42 And they continued stedfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.

43 And fear came upon every soul: and many wonders and signs were done by the apostles.

44 And all that believed were together, and had all things common;

45 And sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all men, as every man had need.

46 And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart,

47 Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.

  1. 39. For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.

I am forever indebted and grateful that He didn’t just offer this invitation to those of that time period, but saw through time and loved us enough to allow us to experience “IT” as well!

I can’t find who wrote this old song, but it keeps going through my mind:

It’s for me, it’s for you
    It’s for your children
    And their children too
    I’ve got something
    And nothing else will do
    In Acts the second chapter
You can read it for yourself
    You don’t have to ask
    Anyone else
    IT’s the Holy Ghost
    That Jesus is giving away

  2. 39 For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.

43 And fear came upon every soul: and many wonders and signs were done by the apostles

This Holy Ghost promise came to all that followed them. This great message was noised abroad and is still the same, we must save ourselves from this wicked generation.
Saving ourselves as in doing what we know as right and repenting , giving our lives to God. We must do something to be saved, if we do nothing we know we will be lost.
What are you doing to save yourself?

  3. And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation. (‭Acts‬ ‭2‬:‭40‬ KJV)

Salvation has come to all mankind. But not all want to leave their way(s) of living. Many live for the now moment, gratification of the flesh. Even brothers and sisters that once walked, talked, and lived according to the scriptures. Sadly…..many will be lost!

Here you have the man of GOD exhorting “save yourselves,” knowing the time that they were living in, and now we see the times that we are currently living, seeing that we are closer to the coming of The Lord. It is time that our hearts return and be obedient to the word of GOD, and stop taking salvation so lightly.

For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (‭Romans‬ ‭6‬:‭23‬ KJV)

It’s time to renew your faith in Christ.

  4. 2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.

3 And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.

4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

Let there a mighty sound, the sound of a rushing mighty flow through POFW this sunday in Jesus name! I pray for many souls to start speaking in tongues like as happened 2,000 years ago in the upper room. We need an upper room experience so that many people from this great city we live in can be touched and saved in Jesus name!

  5. 2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.

What is a rushing wind? What is a mighty wind?
Why do most people misquote this verse and down play the POWER OF GOD?
When we think of a mighty wind, we picture a tornado, when we think of a rushing wind, we think of the wind as the car or train whizzes by.
When the HOLY GHOST hit, there was much noise, before the people began to speak in tongues. Whether the people in the street heard this or not, we don’t know, but isn’t it possible as tornadoes can be heard, sounding like trains when they’re close, maybe the people in the street first heard a train and came to see what the sound might be.

  6. Verses 38-39 MSG “Peter said, “Change your life. Turn to God and be baptized, each of you, in the name of Jesus Christ, so your sins are forgiven. Receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. The promise is targeted to you and your children, but also to all who are far away—whomever, in fact, our Master God invites.” Same verses AMP “And Peter answered them, Repent (change your views and purpose to accept the will of God in your inner selves instead of rejecting it) and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of and release from your sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. For the promise [of the Holy Spirit] is to and for you and your children, and to and for all that are far away, [even] to and for as many as the Lord our God invites and bids to come to Himself.” This promise (IT) is for you….Now is the time to change your life and turn to God as Peter says in the above verses of scripture. In Jesus name I pray for all of my little Sovereign Soldiers and their families who committed to come this Sunday.

  7. WHAT TO DO?

37 Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?
38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
39 For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.

We live in a confused world a society of selfish ambitions, sinful nature and moral corruption. Not too often do we meet people that are really seeking the path of GOD for their life. Deception and sin rule in some many lives, while others through generations have been estranged from GOD, HIS WORD and HIS will. However, soon and very soon, I believe we will witness a spiritual call from GOD to this sinful society.

Then the question will be asked. WHAT TO DO?

The answer is the same as it has been for over 2000 years!

    Repent
Be Baptized every one of you in the name of JESUS
Receive the gift of the Holy Ghost

Lets purpose in our hearts to be faithful to share our testimony of this miraculous event in our lives with everyone. Sharing with everyone that we know from the WORD of GOD.

    WHAT TO DO?

    iRepent
    iPraise
    iPray
    iWork
    iGive
    iReap

  8. iLove to eat More Word

And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with “other tongues”, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

Many might be alittle confused about the gift of the Holy Ghost and the Spiritual gift of tongues. When a person receives the Holy Ghost, they speak with “Other Tongues” and when a person is operating in the gift of tongues they are speaking in an “Unknown Tongue.” Proof, glad you asked.

Notice when the 120 were filled with the Holy Ghost in this chapter. The Word says that they spoke in another tongue and others around them understood what they said. They were speaking the wonderful works of God. But notice in the book of Corinthians when Paul is explaining the gifts of the Spirit.

1Co 14:2 For he that speaketh in an “unknown tongue” speaketh not unto men, but unto God: “for no man understandeth” him; howbeit in the spirit he speaketh mysteries.

So, there it is. When folks receive the Holy Ghost for the first, they speak in other tongues (a language that other people understand, but not the speaker) and when folks exercise the Spiritual gift of tongues they speak in an unknown tongue that no man understands (except God).

  9. NLT 28 You have shown me the way of life, and you will fill me with the joy of your presence.

God will guide and direct our lives, all have to do is submit to him. At the same time, God will fill with joy and blessings. As mentioned last night, let us bring the largest oversize basket or net we can find. God will fill it to the rim with love, peace, joy and blessings.

  10. 5 And there were dwelling at Jerusalem Jews, devout men, out of every nation under heaven.

6 Now when this was noised abroad, the multitude came together, and were confounded, because that every man heard them speak in his own language.

    Matthew 28:19
Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing in the NAME of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Ghost

Can you imagine? the disciples did as Jesus and said but in one day, in one city, when all the nations came together.

  11. Acts 2:21 (KJV Strong’s)
21 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Call – cry, worship, summon, invoke

No matter what you may be going through the Lord is nigh. He hears our cry and responds to his children. When we call on his name we shall be saved. Though he may not deliver us from the situation we will be saved because we will be in his arms. Saving sometimes is more than deliverance but it is his closeness through hard times.

  12. 37 Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?
38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
39 For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.
40 And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation.

Praise God this still applies to us today! Just like it was then, this generation has turned itself away from God but we are called by Him. He has given us the opportunity to repent, receive His Spirit, and be baptized in His great name so that we may spend an eternity with Him!

  13. v38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be batixed everyone of you in the name of JESUS Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

    Kingdom minded….
For a person to enter into GOD’S KINGDOM and RIGHTEOUSNESS, The HOLY GHOST GOD’S SPIRIT MUST fill our heart.
    MORE HOLY GHOST

  14. 1 And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.
38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
41 Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.
The church has to be in one mind and one accorded! Many of the lost souls don’t know that they still have a chance, if we just told them they did joy and love of God will be overflowing within them! In Jesus name a three thousand soul revival at Gods time will happen at the Pentecostals of Fort Worth!!! 🙂

  15. Holy Ghost !!!! 1. AND when the day of Pen’-te-cost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. 2. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. 3. And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. 4. And they were all filled with the Ho’-ly Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spir’-it gave them utterance. THANK YOU for the Holy Ghost !!!! Thank you for the day of Pentecost !!!! Thank you for tongues !!!! But most of all Thank You for you !!!!

  16. 41, “Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.”
42, “And they continued stedfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.”

1 Thess. 2:13 says, “For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe.”

When we come together and pray for our church services, we need to pray that people will Gladly Receive the Word of God, and receive it not as a word of men, but as the True spoken Word of God. We need to pray that it will do an effective work in them. For when they receive and believe it as the True Word of God, they will see their need to Repent, be Baptized in JESUS Name for the remission of sins, and they will receive the Holy Ghost. (IT). When they receive salvation, they can grow in doctrine, fellowship, and prayer.

  17. This is how it should be done. Acts 2 gives us instructions on how to get to heaven and shows us the power of God. It also shows us that as Christians fellowship is important. When we fellowship we gain strength from each other. In this chapter they did it daily from house to house. Our God is great!

  18. 42 And they continued stedfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers. 43 And fear came upon every soul: and many wonders and signs were done by the apostles. 44 And all that believed were together, and had all things common.

Unity, and more of God and less of self is the answer to “wonders and signs”. Dear God, forgive me; “Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done”. In God we trust! What a mighty God we serve! Thank God for his word. God bless America, Jerusalem, and you all in Jesus name, Amen!

  19. 17 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:

Amen!!! Our young ones shall prophesy because it is a promise and it shall happen:) my children will see the vision of The Lord and will put it into action for the kingdom of The Lord!!!

4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
I recieve it and thanking God for everything he is going to do tmr with The adults and children!!!! Pour your spirit in us Jesus 🙂

  20. 39 For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.

40 And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation.

It’s if you have received the Holy Ghost then it’s time to testify. It’s time to let people know that the promise is there. You may ask, but what shall we do, or say? Peter answered that here; repent and be baptized in the name of Jesus :).

  21. 25 For David speaketh concerning him, I foresaw the Lord always before my face, for he is on my right hand, that I should not be Moved

The right hand symbolizes power. If you were in the army in those days you had to be rights handed because left handed meant you were weak. If you came to the army a strong left handed they would teach you to be right handed. The right hand is where the sword is wheeled. When the bible
Talks about anything being on the right hand it means in the position of power. When Jesus is on your right hand nonenemy shall prosper

  22. 41 Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.

It all starts with listening. And they heard a sound…. And they gladly received his word….
I can’t wait for what God is going to do in our services tomorrow. This is why we are here. To gain the relationship back with Gid that was lost at the garden. To be one with him again.

    More revival
    More 440
    More of it

  23. And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. (‭Acts‬ ‭2‬:‭1‬ KJV) One of the signs that the people of God are being filled And led by the spirit Is there unity and the outpouring of the Holy Ghost .
And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. (‭Acts‬ ‭2‬:‭2‬ KJV)

  24. And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. (Acts‬ ‭2‬:‭21)

Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call. (‭Acts‬ ‭2‬:‭38-39‬ KJV)

The second half of verse 21. Don’t just call on the name. Have purpose when you call

  25. And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation. (‭Acts‬ ‭2‬:‭40‬ KJV)

This is the only way out! Save yourselfs from this wicked world.

Millions of people in the world don’t know about this acts 2 church. It’s the only way to heaven. The only way to salvation. JESUS help us spread this message to this city, our country, this world. They have to hear it! JESUS help me to show your love everywhere I go. Let my life be an example of you! Cause I want the world to know who you are and what you have done!!!

  26. Act 2:28
    28 You have made known to me the paths of life;
you will make me full of gladness with your presence. ’
    (ESV)

Through His Spirit He guides us Through every situation of life and He makes every situation better even though we don’t see it. Through His Spirit He gives us happiness and makes things easier.

  27. 17 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:

18 And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy:

I’m expecting the same spirit that fell onthe day of Pentecost so long ago to fall tomorrow in Jesus name! I pray we all enter into the house of God with a high level of expectancy tomorrow because our God is able!!!!!

  28. 13 Others mocking said, These men are full of new wine.

    16 But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel;

17 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men
16 And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.

    Matthew 16:17-19

17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.

18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

in both passages Peter speaks to correct a miss perception Matthew 16 speaks of Peter receiving the keys to the Kingdom which is set into motion in acts 2. The keys where not give just for Peter but for him to show others the way in.

We too have been given the same privilege. We must experience the Holy SpirIT, keep the Holy SpirIt, and share the Holy SpirIT!!

40 Days of more fire is coming to a end but the SpirIT if God being poured out is still happening. For He is moving and changing!

  29. The Spirit’s Pressence

The prophet Joel pointed to this day of Pentecost (Joel 2:28-32). He promised the people of Israel that one day the Holy Spirit of God would be poured out in power on all His people. Young and old, men and women -and no one would be able to deny His power and presence. It was promised through Joel. It comes to pass in Pentecost. The burning question is: Is this a one time event when the Spirit comes in power, or is this the same Holy Ghost ready to work in and through men and women today? The way we answer this question makes all the difference in our lives –and in our world. The Holy Spirit is still active and operating in us, giving us power (Ac 1:8) and hope (Ro 15:13), just as Jesus was resurrected and ascended into heaven alive and omnipotent. That same Spirit lives in us today. His presence is avaliable to us everyday.

  30. 39 For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.

I may not have any thing to leave my children, homes, properties, possessions, or any earthly merit, but I can rest assure on the words Peter left for me, that not only would I receive power from above, but that I can count the promise to my children, and even to all those the will come after them.
Nothing on this earth I can show my children better then to be guided by Gods Spirit. Everything in this world will fail but my Jesus.

  31. This Is That

15 For these are not drunken, as ye suppose, seeing it is but the third hour of the day.

    16 But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel;

If we should so choose to walk out in faith on the Wors of God, we will quickly find our actions will be met with criticism that we are “crazy” and making a mistake. Not everyone will share our same faith or the vision that our faith less us to. But when the promises of God are brought to pass in our lives, everyone around us has the opportunity to see “this is that” which God spoke and promised.

    Hebrews 11:1
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

  32. David the Prophet

Acts 2:29 My brothers, I can speak to you confidently about the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried and his tomb is with us to this day.

Acts 2:30 Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that God promised him with an oath that he would place one of his descendants on his throne,

We often think of David as the giant slayer, King, and Psalmist, but many do not initially think of prophet at the mention of David. David was very prophetic, and prophesied just as much, if not more, than the other known OT prophets. David is an example of the extent that God will use someone who seeks after God. To know God is to know his thoughts and his plan, at least in part. The more I know someone, the more likely it is that I know what they are thinking on occasions. It is the same with God. The more we know him, the more he will show us and we will know of his plan.

  33. Peter replied, “Each of you must repent of your sins and turn to God, and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. Then you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. This promise is to you, to your children, and to those far away —all who have been called by the Lord our God.” Then Peter continued preaching for a long time, strongly urging all his listeners, “Save yourselves from this crooked generation!” (‭Acts of the Apostles‬ ‭2‬:‭38-40‬ NLT)

I am so thankful that this precious gift of the Holy Ghost is not specified for only certain types of people, it is for everyone who desires it. God is using this opportunity to reach down and connect with His people intimately. There is nothing better than having that one on one connection with the king of kings. God is so good!

  34. 1 And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.

2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.

Everyone was filled …… today I hear the sound of that mighty rushing wind as it begins to blow preparing to fill everyone with the Holy Ghost. It was noised abroad and spread to all the regions around. Just like we are praying for the region of Fort Worth.

  35. 46 And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart,
47 Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.

  36. 1 And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.

They were in the right place at the right time!

  37. And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. (‭Acts‬ ‭2‬:‭1-4‬ KJV)
