  1. The sons and daughters to God.

I love the Lord. And I pray for victory during this walk w Jesus. I live far away from church but i try to look to Jesus in all things. I was in a good church and I pray for all my brothers and sisters in Christ. I know I don’t have much to say But I’m glad I am able to blog I know that JESUS keeps tract in heaven what we put on this blog. Thankyou dear Lord.

    When God speaks He speaks.
Ezekiel 13:23/ Therefore he shall see no more vanity, nor devine divinations; for I will deliver my people out of your hand; and he shall know that I am the LORD.

I am glad that we have a God who speaks to us. I tried to sleep but I kept see this big King James Bible I have on my nightstand in my heart and I got that God is trying to speak.
    I love you Jesus.

  2. Once again this chapter speaks of “The Family of …….” and brings family to mind. As the end of Joshua 24:15 CEV says “My family and I are going to worship and obey the Lord!”

Deuteronomy 11:19 AMP says “You shall teach them [diligently] to your [a]children [impressing God’s precepts on their minds and penetrating their hearts with His truths], speaking of them when you sit in your house and when you walk along the road and when you lie down and when you rise up.” Same verse through 21 MSG says “Place these words on your hearts. Get them deep inside you. Tie them on your hands and foreheads as a reminder. Teach them to your children. Talk about them wherever you are, sitting at home or walking in the street; talk about them from the time you get up in the morning until you fall into bed at night. Inscribe them on the doorposts and gates of your cities so that you’ll live a long time, and your children with you, on the soil that God promised to give your ancestors for as long as there is a sky over the Earth.”

  3. Multiplication. Children continually being born. Sons and daughters. Oh for the kingdom shall we multiply and bring in sons and daughters from this world into the church. I pray I can reach someone who is just waiting to be born into this wonderful family of God.

    In Jesus name.

  4. He knows my name
    He sees my heart
He knows each step I take
    He knows my deepest thoughts
Before I breathed my first breath
My life was in His hands
He had a plan for me

God knows our names. We may come and go in others’ minds and memories, but He is the one that matters most.

  5. 1 Now these were the sons of David, which were born unto him in Hebron; the firstborn Amnon, of Ahinoam the Jezreelitess; the second Daniel, of Abigail the Carmelitess.
It was important to God,who was in who’s family and how many were numbered. God cares about us and his people and we should care as well be keeping attendance.

  6. We’re all a part of this great lineage tracing back to Adam and Eve. I mean it’s kind of crazy to think about; this family tree extends all the way to present times with you and me!

  7. 1 Now these were the sons of David, which were born unto him in Hebron; the firstborn Amnon, of Ahinoam the Jezreelitess; the second Daniel, of Abigail the Carmelitess:

We are all of the lineage of David through Jesus Christ. This is where our heritage starts.

  8. 4 These six were born unto him in Hebron; and there he reigned seven years and six months: and in Jerusalem he reigned thirty and three years.

5 And these were born unto him in Jerusalem; Shimea, and Shobab, and Nathan, and Solomon, four, of Bathshua the daughter of Ammiel:

  9. 1 Chronicles 3
As I read this chapter, I was thinking about all the people’s names that are written in the Bible, and how we and children get excited to find out that we have a “Biblical” name.
But what should be more important and exciting to us is that our names are written in the Lambs Book of Life. (Rev.21:27)

    St. Luke 10:19-20 says…
    19) Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
    20) Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather REJOICE, because Your Names Are Written in Heaven.

  10. GLORY very much detail in who was who. We are seeing that report not only physically but spiritually of all the souls we are winning for the kingdom of God. We must be witnesses of the Lord, be the light, the salt, the difference people are looking for and make disciplines for His kingdom and glory. Let’s not get tired of raising up our spiritual babies.

  11. “We plan the way we want to live, but only GOD makes us able to live it.”
    ‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭16:9‬ ‭MSG‬‬

Walking through life blindly, with our heads in the clouds, waiting for whatever might happen – to happen to us – is not God’s plan for our life. Some might plan for a higher education, family or career. “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”
    ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭6:33‬ ‭KJV‬‬

It is good to have a plan, there’s nothing wrong with making plans. However when we are making our plans our motives and goals should align with a Godly purpose.

  12. FAMILY MATTERS

9 These were all the sons of David, beside the sons of the concubines, and Tamar their sister.

The sons of David are listed, the ones that he had in wedlock. However, the names are not mentioned of those that are not. The significance being, you cannot choose your family, however you can choose your destiny.

Even though you may be born into an anointed successful family, you may choose to disown them and have nothing to do with them. But if you were born into a family of spiritual insignificance you may choose to be connected to a royal family thorough the Blood of JESUS.

Those that are not listed were not at fault, they could not chose their parents. Thankfully today we may have our name recorded in the lambs book of life through the New Birth.

If you were born into the family of GOD, choose to stay in that family. If you were not born into the family of GOD, choose today to enter thorough the New Birth.

  13. As we continue to read chronicles we see the promise that god made. To Abram

  14. iLove to Grow in the Word
2 The third, Absalom the son of Maachah the daughter of Talmai king of Geshur: the fourth, Adonijah the son of Haggith:

As I read this verse the light came on…Yep, the Master Electrician Jesus allowed the circuits of my brain to connect and Boom there it was so clear. (By the way, most folks just speed read through the genealogies written in these chapters, but it is amazing to connect the pieces together if you just take alittle time to do it.)

Ok, so we remember from previous chapters ago that it was Absalom that rebelled against King David and drove him out of the kingdom for a short time. Well, as I read this scripture I noticed that Absalom’s mom was originally the daughter of King Talmai of the land of Geshur. Putting two and two together I figured, “Hey, that means King Talmai of Geshur was the granddad of Absalom. Wow, then I researched this king and found the following:

In the time of David, Geshur was an independent Aramean kingdom, and David married Maachah, a daughter of Talmai, king of Geshur (2 Samuel 3:3, 1 Chronicles 3:2). Her son Absalom fled to his mother’s native country after the murder of his half-brother and David’s eldest son, Amnon. Absalom stayed there for three years before being rehabilitated by David (ib. 13:37, 15:8). By the 9th century BCE the kingdom of Geshur had disappeared from history.

Wow, so little buddy Absalom went and stayed with King Granddad for 3 years and when he came back home with dad David, he tried to take over the kingdom….

    hum…are you thinking what I’m thinking…

  15. He knows my name!!! We are adopted and wear His Name as ours By the gift of baptism and the Holy Ghost. As I read this I wonder if in the book of life we are listed the same way! Maria I Van Ness Rondon daughter of Jose and Margarita adopted in Christ September 21, 1984!!! Thank you Jesus for your Precious Blood!!!!

  16. 4 These six were born unto him in Hebron; and there he reigned seven years and six months: and in Jerusalem he reigned thirty and three years.

Growth makes changes in one’s life. Physically, spiritually, and mentally.

  17. In these lists of sons, we can find Jesus’ lineage from King David. It’s interesting that some of the men have no sons listed after them …in this chapter at least. The lineage was important in general so that the priesthood would not polluted from marrying outside of their race and religion. They had to be found I the book! And so do we, we must be found in the Lambs Book of Life.

  18. In this lineage there were some that ruled well in the eyes of God and those that did evil. Just because the parents did right that does not mean their children will do right. Everyone must do what is right individually. We will all be judged by the choices we make, not the choices of others.

  19. “Now these were the sons of David”. The word of God (Creator) records the sons of the one that was after God’s own heart. Unfortunately as the list continues we now know not all chose to worship Jesus (God). One would be wise to consider, where one’s own name would be recorded if today was ones last. Dear God, help me too consider, repent, and change my own actions as necessary so that they please you. God Bless America, Israel, Jerusalem, and you all in Jesus name, Amen!

  20. “And these were born unto him in”. It is common knowledge that children are reliant on those that they were born unto for sustenance and other necessities of life. It should therefore be the same that we should look too our heavenly Father for the same. God help us to recognize that you are the source, in Jesus name.

  21. Growth matter to God. Just as the sons of David are listed here I am thankful that our names are listed in the lambs book of Life as a sons of the Most High. As the years grow the list grows and so in the spirit. As time goes by it is our duty to reach those around us with the gospel in return we grow the list of names written in the Book.

  22. It’s crazy to think that all of these names were tied to a living breathing people who had a soul. That concepts makes reading these passages so much more real.

  23.  Now these were the sons of David who were born to him in Hebron: The firstborn was Amnon, by Ahinoam the Jezreelitess; the second, Daniel, by Abigail the Carmelitess;

Thanks to Jesus dieing for us we are His children and come from a lineage of royalty. We must recognize that and know that we are privileged and must conduct ourselves in a different manner. We have higher standards and expectations because we are royalty.

  24. 5 And these were born unto him in Jerusalem; Shimea, and Shobab, and Nathan, and Solomon, four, of Bathshua the daughter of Ammiel:

Solomon was born in Jerusalem now the capitol of Israel. Just an interesting fact that God knows who and where you are.

  25. Names names and more names. The continued genealogy.

Important in interpreting the genealogies is recognizing that they reflect not only blood relationships but geographical, social, economic, religious, and political realities as well. Not all these are expressed at one time. The relationship changes from time to time.

  26. Each one of these names made many mistakes, but they are all there in this God given Scripture. No matter the things you have done in your life you are still an important piece in God’s master plan. Your life matters.

  27. Ammon-
Means “faithful” in Hebrew. In the Old Testament this is the name of the eldest son of King David. He was killed by his brother Absalom in revenge for the rape of his sister Tamar.

  28. 1 Now these were the sons of David………..

Just recently the genealogy of the spiritual sons of Valentin was birth. With the main vision cast and all hard work that is yet to be made, we are set to GROW Los Pentecostales de Fort Worth and reach the lost people of this region. How many pages of new believers will I have that will themselves produce new believers and them produce new believers. Because God is our guide, we will reach this city for HIS glory!
But we all have a father, David himself never made a name for himself.
    1 Samuel 17
57 As soon as David returned from killing the Philistine, Abner took him and brought him before Saul, with David still holding the Philistine’s head.

58 “Whose son are you, young man?” Saul asked him.

David said, “I am the son of your servant Jesse of Bethlehem.”

Never forget your daddy in the faith! So when I’m asked, “Whose son are you?” I’ll be standing before my authorities holding the panthers head in my hand and say:

“I am the son of your servant Michael Watts of Fort Worth, TX”

  29. David had many sons. These sons all were trying to take pry in his lineage by following after their father as King. It must have been difficult to watch your children fight over who was going to follow the closest in your footsteps. Even with all that, which one caught his heart…
