  1. Seed….

This is a good word today. I pray today that i will plant seeds where ever I go and who I talk to today. Whether it be in my kindness to all men or being humble to God. I will today be a giver in my seed that God has given me to have.

  2. Verse 3 MSG “Mordecai the Jew ranked second in command to King Xerxes. He was popular among the Jews and greatly respected by them. He worked hard for the good of his people; he cared for the peace and prosperity of his race.” Same verse AMP “For Mordecai the Jew was second only to King Ahasuerus, and great among the Jews and in favor with his many fellow people, for he worked for the good of his people and spoke for the welfare and peace of his whole nation.” We must speak peace into this whole nation and be willing to go before the King for someone else’s need as Mordecai. We must remember that It’s not about us; but, about furthering the kingdom of God.

  3. And all the acts of his power and of his might, and the declaration of the greatness of Mordecai, whereunto the king advanced him, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Media and Persia?

3 For Mordecai the Jew was next unto king Ahasuerus, and great among the Jews, and accepted of the multitude of his brethren, seeking the wealth of his people, and speaking peace to all his seed.

  4. 3. For Mordecai the Jew was second to King Ahasuerus, and was great among the Jews and well received by the multitude of his brethren, seeking the good of his people and speaking peace to all his countrymen.NKJV

    With power comes responsibility

Mordecai didn’t use his position and power for his own good, but sought the good for his people and spoke peace instead of division.

  5. For Mordecai the Jew was next unto king Ahasuerus, and great among the Jews, and accepted of the multitude of his brethren, seeking the wealth of his people, and speaking peace to all his seed.

Much like Joseph, what started out as a plot to wipe out one man and possibly all Jews turned into the salvation of a nation and a man standing next to a king. No God like Jehovah

  6. Esther 10:3 (NLT) – “Mordecai the Jew became prime minister, with authority next to that of king Xerxes himself. He was very great among the Jews, who held him in high esteem, because he continued to work for the good of his people and to speak up for the welfare of all their descendants.”

Because Mordecai continued to work for the good of the people and to speak up for the welfare of all their descendants, the Jews held him in high esteem.
We too must “… know them which labour among you, and are over you in the Lord, and admonish you; And to esteem them very highly in love for their work’s sake…” (1 Thess. 5:12-13)

  7. Peace On Earth Peace To All

3 For Mordecai the Jew was next unto king Ahasuerus, and great among the Jews, and accepted of the multitude of his brethren, seeking the wealth of his people, and speaking peace to all his seed.

If we truly have our feet shod with the preparation of peace as Mordecaia did we are capable of bringing peace into every area we walk. We must choose peace and not have any fear of the territory will walk into. If God before who can be against. What the enemy thought would destroy a nation, a people God proved different. God use each one of us today as we walk throughout our city let us bring peace and the great message of who You truly are. In Jesus name.

  8. One thing I know, if we humble ourselves before the Lord with fasting and pray he will give us the victory. The favor of the Lord is among us. Let everything that has breath, praise the Lord for his Mercy endour forever. Hallelujah!!!

  9. 3 For Mordecai the Jew was next unto king Ahasuerus, and great among the Jews, and accepted of the multitude of his brethren, seeking the wealth of his people, and speaking peace to all his seed.
Mordechai was blessed because he blessed the people of God. He was faithful in his duties and God blessed him and made him great. If we follow after him our lives will be blessed and we will see God’s blessings extended to us.

  10. “For Mordecai the Jew was second only to King Ahasuerus, and great among the Jews and in favor with his many fellow people, for he worked for the good of his people and spoke for the welfare and peace of his whole nation.”
    ‭‭ESTHER‬ ‭10:3‬ ‭AMP‬‬

Mordecai worked for good and spoke for the well being and peace of his whole nation. He truly was thinking of others. He put the needs of others before his. I wonder if the church could apply the spirit of Mordecai to the church and kingdom of God what changes would occur…. some that come to mind are that we would have each other’s back. And we wouldn’t have to watch our own back. Everything our hands worked on would be for the good for the whole church and Kingdom. Everything that we would do and speak would cause peace for the whole church and the Kingdom. It would create trust, loyalty, joy, love and unity! And most important it would attract souls to Christ. I am challenged and stirred to possess the spirit of Mordecai.

“So, chosen by God for this new life of love, dress in the wardrobe God picked out for you: compassion, kindness, humility, quiet strength, discipline. Be even-tempered, content with second place, quick to forgive an offense. Forgive as quickly and completely as the Master forgave you. And regardless of what else you put on, wear love. It’s your basic, all-purpose garment. Never be without it.

Let the peace of Christ keep you in tune with each other, in step with each other. None of this going off and doing your own thing. And cultivate thankfulness. Let the Word of Christ—the Message—have the run of the house. Give it plenty of room in your lives. Instruct and direct one another using good common sense. And sing, sing your hearts out to God! Let every detail in your lives—words, actions, whatever—be done in the name of the Master, Jesus, thanking God the Father every step of the way.”
    ‭‭Colossians‬ ‭3:12-17‬ ‭MSG‬‬

  11. iLove to Grow in the Word

3 For Mordecai the Jew was next unto king Ahasuerus, and great among the Jews, and accepted of the multitude of his brethren, seeking the wealth of his people, and speaking peace to all his seed.

It is very important that we speak peace to our Children. Ephesians 6:4 “Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger by the way you treat them. Rather, bring them up with the discipline and instruction that comes from the Lord.”

We must be careful how we treat our families. We must be peacemakers and we must set the atmosphere to the setting of “peace and warmth”.

  12. We must often times go through a trail that will make us or break us. Just as a sword being made. We must go through the fire numerous times, Go in a cooling process several times. Sit and wait. Then one of the last steps is go through the fire and get dunked in a pool of oil. Which at that point the sword will either make it or break. Some people who have an anointing on their lives may not be able to stand up to the final step of anointing.

We must stand and stay strong.

  13. UNITY

3 For Mordecai the Jew was next unto king Ahasuerus, and great among the Jews, and accepted of the multitude of his brethren, seeking the wealth of his people, and speaking peace to all his seed.

The spirit of Mordecai is revealed, not in time of trouble and turmoil, but in time of BLESSING. Frequently when people are BLESSED by GOD, they forget about others in need. Their service changes from a MINISTRY OPPORTUNITY to an AUTHORITIVE TASK. The bottom line becomes more important than the people that make up the unit.

Mordecai LIVED for what he was willing to die for. He not only interested in saving himself, but saving all others. Selfish people become so focused on saving themselves that others are forgotten.

JESUS I pray you help me be a Kingdom minded, Kingdom purposed servant. I speak UNITY over The POFW that will prevail and that we will seek the wealth and peace of the Body of Christ.

    iRepent
    iPraise
    iPray
    iWork
    iGive
    iReap

  14. 3 Mordecai the Jew was second in rank to King Xerxes, preeminent among the Jews, and held in high esteem by his many fellow Jews, because he worked for the good of his people and spoke up for the welfare of all the Jews. (NLT)

What’s driving you to work in the kingdom of God? Mordecai worked for the good of the people. He didn’t seek promotion or authority for his own sake. Knowing the rank and power king Xerxes gave him, Mordecai could’ve done anything he wanted. He chose though, to keep the good of his people as the purpose and goal of his work.

  15. 3 For Mordecai the Jew was next unto king Ahasuerus, and great among the Jews, and accepted of the multitude of his brethren, seeking the wealth of his people, and speaking peace to all his seed.

Even though mordecao was a powerful man. He did not get caught up in himself and all what he is capable of, but he put the people that he was leading before himself. He shown us how to be a leader with humility.

  16. 3 For Mordecai the Jew was next unto king Ahasuerus, and great among the Jews, and accepted of the multitude of his brethren, seeking the wealth of his people, and speaking peace to

I pray that i am example to my friends and family. Day by day i am leading them to Christ. Then when they see me they see the Christ in me

  17. 3 For Mordecai the Jew was next unto king Ahasuerus, and great among the Jews, and accepted of the multitude of his brethren, seeking the wealth of his people, and speaking peace to all his seed.

“Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.”
    Matt 5:9
We are to spread the gospel of peace to all. Our doctrine is rooted in love, not hate and the world needs to see apostolics who love all people, all races & all ethnicities. Jesus loved us while we were yet in sin but provided us grace to come to him to receive our salvation. People we see every day are people He loves and is waiting on to come to him too. Ephesians 6:15 Have your feet shod with the gospel of PEACE. Tell someone why you have peace even when your life or the world is in turmoil. Phil 4:7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

  18. Mordecai was next unto the king. He didnt get the big head because he was blessed, instead he kept his mind on helping all of the people. Father God i pray that i remaine humble as your blessings reign down on me. I pray that i continue to help all that you put in my path

  19. Esther 10:3 For Mordecai the Jew was next to King Ahasuerus and great among the Jews and accepted of the multitude his brethren seeking the wealth of his people and speaking peace to all his seed.

Mordecai did not think only of himself but he was thinking of his people always seeking wealth and peace. This Holiday season let’s think of those that are lost as we gather around our family and neighbors.

  20. 3 For Mordecai the Jew was next unto king Ahasuerus, and great among the Jews, and accepted of the multitude of his brethren, seeking the wealth of his people, and speaking peace to all his seed.

When the hand of the Lord is upon you, you will defy all odds against you to become what God can use.

  21. Mordecai the Jew became the prime minister, with authority next to that of King Xerxes himself. He was very great among the Jews, who held him in high esteem, because he continued to work for the good of his people and to speak up for the welfare of all their descendants.
    Esther 10:3 NLT

He worked for the good of others and served them. A true minister by definition.

  22. God knows how to elevate his people. It’s not about when we believe we should be blessed. It’s about when God wants to bless us.

  23. God takes care of his own. Mordecai didn’t know how all this was going to turn out but he trusted in God and gave it all he had. God moves when we move.

  24. “For Mordecai the Jew was next unto king Ahasuerus, and great among the Jews, and accepted of the multitude of his brethren, seeking the wealth of his people, and speaking peace to all his seed.”
    ‭‭Esther‬ ‭10:3‬ ‭KJV‬‬

This is yet another example in he Bible of how someone did not try to force their way to power and greatness by exhultjng themselves, but through humility they were promoted higher than they could have expected. Wealth, greatness, and peace were his because he sought to exhault no man above God. He was humble in his actions toward those trying to kill him, and he influenced someone who had the position to change things to seek God and speak out to change their circumstances.

  25. 3 For Mordecai the Jew was next unto king Ahasuerus, and great among the Jews, and accepted of the multitude of his brethren, seeking the wealth of his people, and speaking peace to all his seed.

What are we speaking when we go to outreach or reaching the lost. Do we go with a willing heart to outreach or with a I have to go to outreach attitude. The way we pursue things is what we get out. If we think negative we’ll never produce good seed but if we go in a positive attitude that even if we haven’t seen the harvest, we have planted many seeds around this city and soon we will so a great harvest of people that are hungry for the Lord. Always have peace in your hearts for God is a God of peace.

  26. 3 For Mordecai the Jew was next unto king Ahasuerus, and great among the Jews, and accepted of the multitude of his brethren, seeking the wealth of his people, and speaking peace to all his seed.

Be a leader with love and passio for your people.

  27. “…He was popular among the Jews and greatly respected by them…”
    ‭‭Esther‬ ‭10:3‬ ‭MSG‬‬

Do we deserve respect? Did Mordecia earn the respect of his people – I believe so. We need to be sincere. If people sense that we are speaking from the heart and that we believe and will stand behind our actions, words, and beliefs, we will present ourself as a person to be respected. We should learn to be sincere among our friends, at work, in school, and in all parts of our life.

Many people wait to talk in conversations, rather than listening what the other person has to say. This can give off an unpleasantly self-centered vibe. We all have things we want to say, but learning to be a good listener will ultimately make people more interested in what you have to say. If you want to earn the respect of people you talk to, learn to listen to what they have to say.

  28. Esther 10:3 (KJV Strong’s)
3 For Mordecai the Jew was next unto king Ahasuerus, and great among the Jews, and accepted of the multitude of his brethren, seeking the wealth of his people, and speaking peace to all his seed.

Greatness follows those who make God great to others.

  29. 3 For Mordecai the Jew was next unto king Ahasuerus, and great among the Jews, and accepted of the multitude of his brethren, seeking the wealth of his people, and speaking peace to all his seed.

Seeking wealth and speaking peace should be our desire. Yet, we must do this humbly and carefully. He did this not selfishly but to better all the people.

  30. Mordecai the man who was despised of Hamann the former second in command has now taken his place. Anyone can be replaced that why it’s so important to stay in the place God has us at so he can elevate us when the time is right. He has a plan for us if we wait on the time of the Lord he will use us.

  31. And all the acts of his power and of his might, and the declaration of the greatness of Mordecai, whereunto the king advanced him, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Media and Persia?(Esther 10:2 KJV)

Great Kings keep record of their history and acts during their reign. This way they leave behind a legacy for others to follow. Many are filled with mistakes and lessons learned, battles fought and battles won or lost. This king was blessed to have a godly wife and Mordecai to guide him and in return he lifted them up. Even a king needs a hand and when we do he will lift us higher.

  32. 2 And all the acts of his power and of his might, and the declaration of the greatness of Mordecai, whereunto the king advanced him, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Media and Persia?

  33. 1King Xerxes imposed a tribute throughout his empire, even to the distant coastlands.

No matter what position you have on a team, at church, or work. Others see the example you set, and will respect you for who are.
