Psalm 65

1 Praise waiteth for thee, O God, in Sion: and unto thee shall the vow be performed.

2 O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come.

3 Iniquities prevail against me: as for our transgressions, thou shalt purge them away.

4 Blessed is the man whom thou choosest, and causest to approach unto thee, that he may dwell in thy courts: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house, even of thy holy temple.

5 By terrible things in righteousness wilt thou answer us, O God of our salvation; who art the confidence of all the ends of the earth, and of them that are afar off upon the sea:

6 Which by his strength setteth fast the mountains; being girded with power:

7 Which stilleth the noise of the seas, the noise of their waves, and the tumult of the people.

8 They also that dwell in the uttermost parts are afraid at thy tokens: thou makest the outgoings of the morning and evening to rejoice.

9 Thou visitest the earth, and waterest it: thou greatly enrichest it with the river of God, which is full of water: thou preparest them corn, when thou hast so provided for it.

10 Thou waterest the ridges thereof abundantly: thou settlest the furrows thereof: thou makest it soft with showers: thou blessest the springing thereof.

11 Thou crownest the year with thy goodness; and thy paths drop fatness.

12 They drop upon the pastures of the wilderness: and the little hills rejoice on every side.

13 The pastures are clothed with flocks; the valleys also are covered over with corn; they shout for joy, they also sing.

  1. 2. O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come.

Buddha…Mohammed…Krishna, etc…None of these hear prayers, so no one is going to them. Only the one, true living God can hear prayers, and everyone will go to bow before Him!

    Romans 14:11
For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.

  2. What a Mighty God we serve. He is a prayer answering God. My God is soooo awesome, in the MSG it says “…..Earth-Tamer, Ocean-Pourer, Mountain-Maker, Hill-Dresser, Muzzler of sea storm and wave crash, of mobs in noisy riot”…..and he can “….Deck her out in spring showers, fill the God-River with living water. Paint the wheat fields golden. Creation was made for this! Drench the plowed fields, soak the dirt clods With rainfall as harrow and rake bring her to blossom and fruit. Snow-crown the peaks with splendor, scatter rose petals down your paths, All through the wild meadows, rose petals. Set the hills to dancing, Dress the canyon walls with live sheep, a drape of flax across the valleys….”. I will praise my Creator at all times.

  3. 1 Praise waiteth for thee, O God, in Sion: and unto thee shall the vow be performed.
2 O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come.
3 Iniquities prevail against me: as for our transgressions, thou shalt purge them away.
4 Blessed is the man whom thou choosest, and causest to approach unto thee

It is easy to take for granted what privilege it isn’t he able to sit in the presence of God bc he allows us to be bold and to come before His throne with Grace. But I think it is vital and imperitive that we stop and reconize what an honor it is to sit in his counsel. We have sin inside of us and he gave us the opportunity to still approach him to be made clean. That’s why we praise him

  4. 2 O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come.

How awesome to know He hears our every prayer and not only that but He answers them! There’s no other name I know to call on, and there is no other name that all flesh will one day come to, to bow before and declare Jesus is Lord.
JESUS today YOU will SAVE me!

  5. You faihfully answer our prayers with awesome deeds, O God our savior.
You are the hope of everyone on aerth, even those who sail on distant seas.
    Psalms 65:5 NLT

  6. 4 Blessed is the man whom thou choosest, and causest to approach unto thee, that he may dwell in thy courts: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house, even of thy holy temple.

    1 Peter 2:9 (KJV)
    9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light;
2 Timothy 1:9 “Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,”
Matthew 22:14 “For many are called, but few are chosen.”

I’m so thankful to be called by Him, thankful he brought me out of the ways of this world, able to lift holy hands unto Him in praise and worship. There’s no better way than ‘our way’ to live in this present generation.

  7. iLove to Go Blog
Psalms 65:9 NLT You take care of the earth and water it, making it rich and fertile. The river of God has plenty of water; it provides a bountiful harvest of grain, for You have ordered it so.

What is the “River of God”, the answer is found in John 7:38 KJV “He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.” As the Psalmist declares, “There is plenty of water” and as our Pastor says, “There is plenty of the harvest in the city of Fort Worth!”

  8. Psalms 65:11-13 Thou crownest the year with thy goodness and thy paths drop fatness. They drop upon the pastures of the wilderness and the little hills rejoice on every side. The pastures are clothed with flocks, the valleys also are covered over with corn, they shout for joy they also sing.

All the circle of the golden year had been attended by divine goodness. The meaning seems to be that God had made a year which was naturally prosperous still more abundant.

  9. 4 Blessed are those you choose and bring near to live in your courts! We are filled with the good things of your house, of your holy temple.

I am grateful for Jesus sacrifice on the cross & for the Holy Spirit that I am able to have a personal relationship with Christ.

  10. 2 O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come.

Gods eyes and ears are on us and hears our cry. When we lift our voice in prayer he hearkens to us and comes to our rescue. To Him all flesh and lives will one day come. We must be ready for that day and make sure our hearts and lives are right.

  11. 4Blessed is the man whom thou choosest, and causest to approach unto thee, that he may dwell in thy courts: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house, even of thy holy temple.

Many are called, but few are chosen.

I believe everyone has some sort of calling on their life. Everyone is good at something. Yet not everyone is called to be a pastor of congregation of a church, or a missionary to a far away land. But we are a chosen generation to show this world , at this time, the good news of what Jesus has done and will do for others. If you have ever questioned why am I here on this earth at this time in history? It is because you were chosen for this generation. God knew what kind of impact you could have in this time. But many think otherwise. We must learn to be content of where we are at in time. God has us here for a reason. Stay firm and know that He is God.
    #GOdosomething. Be blessed

  12. 8-10 They also that dwell in the uttermost parts are afraid at thy tokens: thou makest the outgoings of the morning and evening to rejoice.Thou visitest the earth, and waterest it: thou greatly enrichest it with the river of God, which is full of water: thou preparest them corn, when thou hast so provided for it. Thou waterest the ridges thereof abundantly: thou settlest the furrows thereof: thou makest it soft with showers: thou blessest the springing thereof.

I truly do not understand how people can claim there is no God; and the Earth just happened to shake rattle and roll itself into this perfectly balanced and harmonious existence we are privileged to live in. I recently watched a documentary on the giant Sequoia trees in California. There is only one scenario in which a new Sequoia grows; the environment has to be exact. First, there must be a fire. The existing trees have a super thick bark which allows them to withstand the flames of forest fires. The heat produced by the fires, forces the seed cones to open and release the seeds which fall to the ground in a few days.

The seeds lay on the freshly burnt ground until winter where they are covered with snow. In the spring, the melting snow combined with the nutrients from the fire is the perfect and only formula that will allow a new Sequoia to grow. The fires also removed trees and undergrowth that would hinder the growth of the new Sequoia trees. Thus the only and perfect condition for Sequoias to grow. What a mighty God to plan for every minute detail.

  13. 3 Iniquities prevail against me: as for our transgressions, thou shalt purge them away.

4 Blessed is the man whom thou choosest, and causest to approach unto thee, that he may dwell in thy courts: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house, even of thy holy temple.

There have been times that I have allowed my flesh to prevail against me. Those times have passed now that I’ve allowed God to take rule over my life. He is the head of me and the enemy has no place in my life. I know that no matter the situation God has to be put first in my life. I love the fact that His word is truth and by faith I can abide in it. Thank you Jesus for Who you are in my life and helping me to bring my flesh into subjection.

  14. 9 Thou visitest the earth, and waterest it: thou greatly enrichest it with the river of God, which is full of water: thou preparest them corn, when thou hast so provided for it.

How blessed are we to say were not walking this worl completely clueless. We have a doctrine to live by and know in the end it is only the beginning. God is so awesome. Leaving us his word to go by. To feed the hungry, to let his river run through us. The temple of God (us) is something we need to take care of. Not just the flesh but thw entire mind, body, and SPIRIT. We need to daily pray, and give him praise. Thats why pasture tells us the importance of maturing is on us outside of church. Church isn’t for us but for the lost that came to “See a Man”.

Mathew 9:13 But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.
Thats what the man himself said, how much more clear could that be.

Today we need to ask anyone or anybody if they need something in their life…then we need to tell them.
    Come
    See
    A
    Man
    God bless you all!

  15. 10 Thou waterest the ridges thereof abundantly: thou settlest the furrows thereof: thou makest it soft with showers: thou blessest the springing thereof.

Oh Lord You are the One that will give the increase. We are just vessels in your hands and Younwill pour out blessings beyond our on comprehension for You are God and You are all Sufficient!

  16. 8 Far and wide they’ll come to a stop, they’ll stare in awe, in wonder. Dawn and dusk take turns calling, “Come and worship.”
God is working in POFW and thru his people. People are going to be coming from far and near to experience what we have. We have to be willing to be an open vessel that God can use to reach the lost. You never know who is watching you, people are watching what kind of fruits we are producing if they want what we have. What kind of fruit are you producing today?

  17. “They also who dwell in the farthest parts are afraid of Your signs; You make the outgoings of the morning and evening rejoice. You visit the earth and water it, You greatly enrich it; The river of God is full of water; You provide their grain, For so You have prepared it. You water its ridges abundantly, You settle its furrows; You make it soft with showers, You bless its growth.”
    ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭65:8-10‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Those that come into His presence will be filled with living water that is everlasting. We don’t have to go far to find people who are hungry for this living water, so let’s GO and tell the people of this city to come see a man!

  18. 9 Thou visitest the earth, and waterest it: thou greatly enrichest it with the river of God, which is full of water: thou preparest them corn, when thou hast so provided for it.

God’s spirit dwells among us within the earth and he is the everlasting water.Revival is already here and it is harvest time! His spirit touches every corner of the earth and the living rejoice. His goodness is a blessing unto all because without him nothing is possible. When i see these scriptures i see living water flowing to everything that seeks his water.

John 7:38 King James Version (KJV)

38 He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.

His living water is within us flowing out. For he is holy and we need to be (Christ-Like) When verse 12 says the little hills rejoice i see people getting a droplet of his water (spirit) and they all rejoice with praise that they brought with them. Amen! Thank You Jesus.

  19. GO PRAY

2 O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come.

Being persuaded that JESUS hears every one of our prayers is a conversion of our FAITH. The only prayer that will never be answered the prayer that is not spoken. We must believe that the ONE GOD we pray and make petition to is the only ONE GOD that hears prayer and can respond.

As we pray and reach for the harvest this week, my prayer is that we are reminded of this verse. We PRAY to JESUS and all flesh comes to HIM. As we pray for friends, family, associates, neighbors, acquaintances and even enemies we should pray for them all to come to JESUS on their own hunger and desire.

Once we PRAY for them, we must also INVITE them to worship JESUS, Saturday at 7:00pm, Sunday at 10:00am and 6:00pm.

Mark 11:22 And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.
23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

Lets GO PRAY and be witness and partakers of what JESUS will do this weekend.

  20. MSG – 2-8 We all arrive at your doorstep sooner
    or later, loaded with guilt,
Our sins too much for us—
but you get rid of them once and for all.
Blessed are the chosen! Blessed the guest
    at home in your place!
We expect our fill of good things
in your house, your heavenly manse.
    All your salvation wonders
are on display in your trophy room.
    Earth-Tamer, Ocean-Pourer,
    Mountain-Maker, Hill-Dresser,
Muzzler of sea storm and wave crash,
    of mobs in noisy riot—
Far and wide they’ll come to a stop,
they’ll stare in awe, in wonder.
    Dawn and dusk take turns
    calling, “Come and worship.”

Everything about creation should call us to come worship the Creator. It’s overwhelming to think how God planned all of this and set it into being down to every minute detail. And yet we are leary about bringing our cares and burdens to Him…..why? He is the Master, He knows all and sees all. We would arrive at decisions and come through tests so much quicker if we would just praise our way through and let God be God.

  21. Psalms 65:4, Blessed is the man whom thou choosest, and causes to approach unto thee, that he may dwell in thy courts: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house, even of thy holy temple.”

  26. 9 You care for the land and water it;
    you enrich it abundantly.
The streams of God are filled with water
to provide the people with grain,
for so you have ordained it.

If God cares for us how much more is he going to care for us. You take such good care of us Lord that sometimes we don’t even realize it. Everything were able to do is because of you Jesus!!! I pray for this region to see that we are nothing without you, that this region would grow a hunger for you Lord!!! Thank you for loving us so Much Jesus!!!

  28. 2 O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come.

Jesus hears our prayers and he doe respond. But this verse speaks jumped out, with unto thee all flesh shall come. We pray that they will come, when they have a choice. But to the name of Jesus every knee shall bow. I just encouraged knowing that more will come unto God this weekend, as he draws all men unto him.

  29. How amazing is it that even through everything weve done said etc. God still hears us/prayers etc. Thank God for blessing us all with a man/women so inlove of searching and helping those who are lost.who are whilling to reach out to the lost/hurt. 32. 3 When we were overwhelmed by sins,
    you forgave[a] our transgressions. NIV

Our God is such a forgiving God!

  33. Olivia–Rejoyce
Rejoice in the Lord with all your dancing and praise. Do not forget that he is alive and has died for us.

    Joseph—
“They drop upon the pastures of the wilderness: and the little hills rejoice on every side.”
    ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭65:12‬ ‭KJV
This scripture tells you that the hills rejoiced on everyside. And we need to praise like tree hills on everyside.

    Michael—-
This chapter talks about how great God is and how we should praise him.

    Nicole–
“O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come.”
    ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭65:2‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Our prayers are not in vain. God hears every prayer that is prayed. When we pray we are drawing nearer to God. We ask for him to move and to be near to us, but really we are drawing nearer to him. Through this and the gentle drawing of the Lord will all flesh come to God.

  34. You take care of the earth and water it, making it rich and fertile. The river of God has plenty of water; it provides a bountiful harvest of grain, for you have ordered it so.
    Psalms 65:9 NLT

If we are drinking from the river of God there will always be great harvest. There is fertile ground we must be ready for the harvest.

  35. 4 Blessed is the man whom thou choosest, and causest to approach unto thee, that he may dwell in thy courts: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house, even of thy holy temple.

As long we dwell in the house of the Lord and praise his name by left him up. We will be blessed.

  36. Psalm65:5 English Amp) By fearful and glorious things that terrify the wicked but make the godly sing praises ,Do you answer us in righteous (rightness and justice),O God of our salvation, You Who are the confidence and hope of all the ends of the earth and of those far off on the seas. I wake up in the morning I thank god for another day of life,I know there’s hope in Jesus for everyone. We all need Jesus.

  37. 4 Blessed is the man whom thou choosest, and causest to approach unto thee, that he may dwell in thy courts: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house, even of thy holy temple.

  38. 9 Thou visitest the earth, and waterest it: thou greatly enrichest it with the river of God, which is full of water: thou preparest them corn, when thou hast so provided for it.10 Thou waterest the ridges thereof abundantly: thou settlest the furrows thereof: thou makest it soft with showers: thou blessest the springing thereof.11 Thou crownest the year with thy goodness; and thy paths drop fatness.
The Lord shows us everyday that he will and does provide for our every need. Just looking at the changing of seasons,:God displays how he is molding and shaping his creation to grow and give glory to him. He provides for all of the animals and plants without needing any assistance from anyone. If we can look around and know with confidence that Jesus will allow the leaves to bud from an apparent dead tree to bring forth fruit and beautiful flowers to carpet a green field that was completely brown only a couple of months ago; how can I fret about whether or not God will provide for both my needs today and those to come. He has never forsaken me nor my family. My faith, my willingness to submit to his will and complete obedience to him determines if I will accept and submit to what he is supplying in my life. I pray that I never let my will interfere with his will for my life or those he is using me to reach .If he can make and sustain such a beautiful creation; how much more spectacular is a life changed to now grow in Christ and reflect him!

  39. And again, ‘O thou that hearest prayer, ….’ not only is it something that can be heard, but God is the one that is listening. When we send our prayers to him we become part of the rest of that verse, ‘…unto thee shall all flesh come.’ Prayer cannot help but draw us nigh into God. Prayer is even likened unto a sweet smelling incense that ascends unto him… that is what God considers our prayers. That incense is even spoken of as being collected and saved by him. Imagine that! The God of heaven values the prayers of his righteous people that much. The same God whose wonders are spoken of in the rest of this Psalm. The one who gave his perfect sinless physical body that we might be saved. The one who for the joy that was set before him, endured the cross even though he despised the shame associated with the sin that would be laid at his charge. What that God collects and saves IS THE PRAYERS OF HIS PEOPLE!

With that perspective in mind, do we truly believe that ‘Blessed is the man whom thou choosest, and causest to approach unto thee, that he may dwell in thy courts: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house, even of thy holy temple.’ We read it and agree with it, but do we truly believe it? Do we truly understand that he chose us long before we choose him; and having chosen us, he called us and blessed us and gave us the opportunity to enter into his presence in his holy temple! If we are truly satisfied with the goodness of his house, have we invited him entirely into our own? If we’re blessed in his holy temple, have we taken the time to make ourselves a holy temple unto the Lord? It all begins with those simple steps in prayer, which begs a final question:

DO WE VALUE OUR TIME IN PRAYER as much as he does? And if we believe we do, remember the words of Paul and let us PRAY WITHOUT CEASING!

  40. Josiah: 1 Praise waiteth for thee, O God, in Sion: and unto thee shall the vow be performed.
“Which by his strength setteth fast the mountains” “unto thee shall the vow be performed.” By His strength were the mountains created. “In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth” He created the stars also. “God said, Let there be light: and there was light. And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.” God’s word IS good. There is power in his name. His word shall come to pass and the every knee shall bow. All vows made unto God shall be accomplished or counted as sin. De. 23:21 says “When thou shalt vow a vow unto the Lord thy God, thou shalt not slack to pay it: for the Lord thy God will surely require it off thee: and it would be soon in thee.”God’s word does not fail. It never has and never shall and he expects us to do the same. For by our fruits shall men know us. For out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaketh, so if our heart is not pure we can not be truthful to our words; and that is sin. BLESSED BE HIS NAME!

  41. 1 Praise awaits[b] you, our God, in Zion; to you our vows will be fulfilled.
2 You who answer prayer, to you all people will come.
3 When we were overwhelmed by sins, you forgave[c] our transgressions.

Our God is a prayer answering God! All we need to do is ask upon his name! I know the name of Jesus Christ will anwser, his name is the name that souls are going to be saved, he is the man who people will came to see! We pray for revival and I can’t wait to see how God is going to anwser and draw out the people of this city to come to his house! God you our my souls desire and fulfillment! I don’t need anything but you God and I know you will always be there! Thank you Lord for hearing my prayers and answering them with more than enough!

  42. Only God has the power to forgive us of our sin. God is able to clean you up and make you whole again. He will never leave you nor forsake you. God is our help and strength.

  43. Jehova- Jireh

This chapter describes the provision of God. He is our provider, he knows exactly what we need. He is gracious to provide for us even when we don’t deserve it. He is a good father.

  44. Psalm 65:9 Thou visited the earth, and waterest it: Thou greatly enriches it with the river of God, which is full of water: Thou prepares to them corn, when thou hast so provided for it.

Jeremiah 5:24 Neither say they in their heart, Let us now fear the Lord our God, that giveth rain, both the former and the latter, in his season : he reserve the unto us the appointed weeks of the harvest.

    God will provide!
Give thanks for rain and harvest!

  45. What joy for those you choose to bring near, those who live in your holy courts. What festivities await us inside your holy Temple.
    Psalms 65:4 NLT

Hallelujah!! What a wonderful word. Like this chapter says he is a prayer answering God and hears when we call to him. No other god can. But Jesus is alive. What is even greater is the truth found in this verses what festivities awaits us inside your holy temple. If people can just understand and catch a glimpse of this truth churches would be filled and could not contain the masses. Yet people think that they are going to suffer or hear something that is gonna harm them when they come to the house of the Lord. There are blessings and joy and peace and love…lives are transformed. What festivities awaits us this weekend at the POFW. Can’t wait to see all the marvelous things our prayer Hearing God, Jesus, will do. My God is alive and well!

  46. 1 Praise waiteth for thee, O God, in Sion: and unto thee shall the vow be performed.

There’s a praise that is bursting inside if Sion or the church waiting for direction from God. The people marched around Jericho quietly for 6 days it wasn’t until the 7th day 6 they marched and shouted on the 7th time.

Let the church be spiritually sensitive to God ready to hear His voice and respond with a shout of victory.

  47. 2 O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come.

3 Iniquities prevail against me: as for our transgressions, thou shalt purge them away.

Lord you are merciful no matter the iniquities.

  48. 2 O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come.

ALL FLESH!!! NOT some BUT ALL FLESH COME UNTO YOU JESUS!!! I PRAISE YOUR NAME JESUS!!! PRAISE YOUR NAME!!!

  49. v4 Blessed is the man whom You choose,
    And cause to approve You
That he may dwell in Your courts.
We shall be satisfied with the goodness of Your house,
    Of Your holy temple.

It’s a place where the Spirit of GOD meets with HIS people.

  50. “You formed the mountains by your power and armed yourself with mighty strength. You quieted the raging oceans with their pounding waves and silenced the shouting of the nations. Those who live at the ends of the earth stand in awe of your wonders. From where the sun rises to where it sets, you inspire shouts of joy.”
    ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭65:6-8‬ ‭NLT‬‬

God is so amazing. When we thinking and see all the Lord has created its simply amazing. You’re so beautiful to see a landscape as you’re driving down the road. When you see the mountains, trees and sky with the perfect color patterns. God is awesome!

  51. 5 By terrible things in righteousness wilt thou answer us, O God of our salvation; who art the confidence of all the ends of the earth, and of them that are afar off upon the sea:

6 Which by his strength setteth fast the mountains; being girded with power:

7 Which stilleth the noise of the seas, the noise of their waves, and the tumult of the people.

  52. 13 The pastures are clothed with flocks; the valleys also are covered over with corn; they shout for joy, they also sing.

Even creation itself sings to the LORD just for His goodness and provision❤️

  53. 3 Though we are overwhelmed by our sins,
    you forgive them all.

Satan will use your past or current sins to “overwhelm” you. To distract you, to try to make you feel inadequate. Because he knows the true potential we all have. Yet, as this verse says Jesus has forgiven them all! Don’t allow the advisory to distract you with your shortcomings, we all have them and we GrOw from them!

    Romans 3:23 (KJV)
    23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

    Micah 7:8 (KJV)
Rejoice not against me, O mine enemy: when I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, the LORD shall be a light unto me.

  54. 4 Blessed is the man whom thou choosest, and causest to approach unto thee, that he may dwell in thy courts: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house, even of thy holy temple.

Thank you Jesus that I find peace and my satisfaction in dwelling in your courts. I will enter you gates with thanksgiving and enter your courts with praise.

  55. Iniquities prevail against me: as for our transgressions, thou shalt purge them away.(Psalms 65:3 KJV)

Sometimes we don’t realize it or see it when we have sinned we have a choice. We can see it for the evil it is and repent. When we do, we find the forgiveness and cleansing of God (Jeremiah 33:8; 1 John 1:9).Or we can harden our hearts and go deeper into that sin until it defines us.

  56. As it is evident in this Psalm, God cares very deeply for His people. He cares so much for us that He goes above and beyond and takes care of everything around us to! There is no need to worry that with all the craziness going on around us that God will somehow forget about us because He is too busy. He is all knowing and all powerful; with this combination literally nothing is impossible for Him! As can be seen not just in this psalm, God’s love for us abounds all around us, we just have to look!

Psalm 34:8, “O taste and see that the Lord is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.”

  57. Hannah: “3 Iniquities prevail against me: as for our transgressions, thou shalt purge them away. 13 The pastures are clothed with flocks; the valleys also are covered over with corn; they shout for joy, they also sing.” The Lord will bless his people over abundantly and he has always done far more greater than what I ask him for. The Lord is mighty and he is always there for us. Even when there is sin all around us and when there seems to be no hope the Lord will always be there for us. He will forgive us from all our sins when we ask for his forgiveness. I could never live without the Lord, and I will praise him for everything he has done in my life. Every time we call on the Lord he will be the one to deliver us. Glory to God!
