Psalm 138
1 I will praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods will I sing praise unto thee.
2 I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.
3 In the day when I cried thou answeredst me, and strengthenedst me with strength in my soul.
4 All the kings of the earth shall praise thee, O Lord, when they hear the words of thy mouth.
5 Yea, they shall sing in the ways of the Lord: for great is the glory of the Lord.
6 Though the Lord be high, yet hath he respect unto the lowly: but the proud he knoweth afar off.
7 Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou shalt stretch forth thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me.
8 The Lord will perfect that which concerneth me: thy mercy, O Lord, endureth for ever: forsake not the works of thine own hands.
The POFW Daily Bible Reading 
I will praise the lord and worship him for his mercy endureth forever. The lord will be with me no matter what.
Psalms 138:8 (NLT)
“The LORD will work out his plans for my life – for your unfailing love, O LORD, endures forever. Don’t abandon me, for you made me.”
This scripture goes along with Friday night’s VBS.
The theme was “God made you for a reason.” WOW GOD!
The Bible verse was, “For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord…” (Jeremiah 29:11)

Verses 1-3 NLT “I give you thanks, O Lord, with all my heart; I will sing your praises before the gods. I bow before your holy Temple as I worship. I praise your name for your unfailing love and faithfulness; for your promises are backed by all the honor of your name. As soon as I pray, you answer me; you encourage me by giving me strength.” I come with such a grateful heart for all that the Lord blessed us (POFW) with in this year’s VBS. Lord I pray abundant blessings upon each and every person that gave of their time, their talent and most of all their heart. We come today (wrapping up our 2017 VBS) with our Expectancy Level: High!

3 On the day I called, You answered me; and You made me bold and confident with [renewed] strength in my life. (AMP)
How amazing is it to know the God of the universe hears me when I call, He turns to answer me and renew me – hallelujah!
Hallelujah it good to know Jesus is always there and hear us when we call Hallelujah thank you Jesus
GO AHEAD AND PRAISE THE LORD
1 I will praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods will I sing praise unto thee.
Praise is what I do. When we decide in our lives that: Psalm 34:1 I will bless the Lord at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth. When Praise the LORD JESUS is not conditional on what we feel or do, how situations and circumstances work out or if situations work out in our favor.
I believe we are privileged a clearer understanding here as to why GOD described David as a man after GODs heart.
1Samuel 13:14 But now your kingdom shall not continue; the Lord has sought out [David] a man after His own aheart, and the Lord has commanded him to be prince and ruler over His people, because you have not kept what the Lord commanded you. AMP
The willingness and determination to Bless the LORD at all times and to Praise the LORD with all of his heart are the qualities that GOD identifies with. We are BLESSED with the same privilege and opportunity when we whole heartedly PRAISE the LORD.
Lets choose today to REJOICE in what JESUS is doing for and through us at The POFW and lets PRAISE the LORD in advance for what we hope for and desire to see JESUS do.
May the BLESSING of the LORD JESUS be upon you!

3 In the day when I cried thou answeredst me, and strengthenedst me with strength in my soul.
He doesn’t mute his ears to anyone. He hears all and sees all he is our God. You may feel down and disgusted, but Jesus is already planning your comeback with a breakthrough. My strength comes straight from the lord! Thank you Jesus!

Everything we do for God cannot be done half halfheartedly, He died on the cross with his whole heart full of Love for Us, So how much more should we praise him with our whole heart, with every fiber of our being, full of love, and gratitude, in front of whoever it doesn’t matter who is watching, GET YOUR PRAISE ON!

Come in praising and continually worship the LORD. There is not much that I can say except when I come into praising GOD and worshiping HIS name: things begin to happen. Yes there are times where I don’t feel worthy to worship at HIS throne, but you know the HOLY GHOST has other ideas. No matter how busted or disgusted I feel; GOD tends to open my heart and let me know that nobody can have my joy. So GO praising HIM and worship at HIS throne.
Phil. 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who strengtheneth me.

The Word of God is magnified above the name of God…I guess this scripture pretty much destroys the concept of the trinity. The doctrine of the trinity teaches God is co-equal in three people. The Word of God right here teaches that the Word is “above” the name of God. Boom. The Word was made flesh and His name is Jesus.

“I will praise thee with my WHOLE HEART…” We should serve God and do things for His kingdom with our WHOLE HEART. Psalms 119:2 says “Blessed are they that keep His testimonies, and seek Him with a WHOLE HEART.” Psalms 119:34 says “Give me understanding, and I shall keep thy law: yea, I shall observe it with my WHOLE HEART.” Psalms 119:10 says “With my WHOLE HEART have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments.” So, let us GO WHOLE HEARTEDLY in the kingdom of God! LET EVERYTHING THAT HATH BREATH PRAISE THE LORD! PRAISE YE THE LORD!

Lord im so thankful for your love and kindness! I will for ever praise the one and only God his name is Jesus. He is the reason I Live. Thank you God for being a prayer answering God!
We have a powerful revelation to give thanks to God and praise his name… in the fullness of the revelation of what that name signifies. We are not just baptised in his name, we are the people of the name! We are known for the assocation and revelation of the oneness of God that is revealed in that name. His name is not something we’re ever going to lay aside or make less of. Let everything we do in word or deed be done in Jesus name!
And yet, as powerful as that revelation is, the psalmist reminds us, ‘thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.’ Regardless of how much were value his name, if his word is not written within our hearts, that glimpse of revelation is not going to save us. We need to go on to the weightier matters and allow his word to make a difference in our life! If we understand the power and significance of his name, then allow his word to reign supreme in our lives. If his name is going to be written upon our lives, allow his word to transform our lives into something that is recognizable as being associated with that name! Let our heavenly Father look down with favor upon his children and be glad that we proclaim his name not only by association in baptism, but by the very declaration of our lives before all!

The proud will not prosper with the Lord, all of the glory isn’t going toward God like it should so if you shun God he will shun you. It doesn’t matter where you came from nor what you came out of God uses the average, the ordinary any individual that’s willing to humbly come to him asking for forgiveness . He will pick you up out of the pits of hell and show you what he’s all about. The no match for the Lord so surrender while the opportunity arises. Listen to the voice of Hod and obey because that’s where your blessing lies.
“And Samuel said, Hath the Lord as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the Lord? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams.”

1-3 Thank you! Everything in me says “Thank you!” Angels listen as I sing my thanks. I kneel in worship facing your holy temple and say it again: “Thank you!”
Thank you for your love, thank you for your faithfulness; Most holy is your name,
most holy is your Word. The moment I called out, you stepped in; you made my life large with strength.
Thank you Lord for everything you have done you are my strength and protector! God you have never failed me, you hear me when I call on you and you come to my rescue and give me strength! Thank you God! Let my praises forever be lifted up with the highest praise, Hallelujah! What a awesome God we serve!
Praise Him everywhere in all things. It’s really that easy. Just praise his holy name. Keep the faith and know that he is God. Trust in him and he will direct your path. Serve the almighty God. He is who we serve.

God is merciful to His people even though he sits high he looks low. Thank God for his love and kindness to His children.

If the name of Jesus is powerful, just think of the power of his word! If he was spoken a word into your life, all the power of God is behind it.

I have high expectation to see his word fulfilled in my life, the lives of my loved one, the church and in each ministry of POFW.
I Love To Worship The Lord
David vow to praise God publicly for answering his prayers and wishes that all the kings on the earth might praise God too. He is confident for his sovereign God will fulfill His purpose in Davids life

When we humble ourselves before God we position ourselves that He may hear our cry and answer our prayer. Pray that you may keep a humble spirit at all times and repent if you find yourself being prideful.

Of I will continually submit to His will s d to the Spiritual authority over my life God will perfect the areas of my life that are in need of strengthening.
My God is faithful. His love never fails and He is near continually.
His Strength is Perfect

Lord in my time of need you are always here for me in the good times and the bad times. I will praise you and bless your holy name.

God will never quit on us. He desires to do a work in each of our lives. He will not start a work and then decide he just does not feel like finishing it. We are the ones that decide whether it not we will let God do the work in our lives that He desires. I pray to always keep my flesh and will under subjection to the complete will of God. He will always far better than I ever could.

God truly does answer our prayers! Even when it may seem as if He is not doing anything, He has already heard our prayers. As a Bishop Davis of Bethel in NY said in December, God is not bound by the laws of time, when you pray for something, He can literally reach into the future and answer that prayer at a time He sees is the best point in time to answer that prayer. So don’t get discouraged! God hears our every cry, the answer may be yes, no or even just wait, but God will answer our cry! HE will give us that strength for our souls when we need it! Praise the Lord for His mercy endures forever! The Lord, He is good!
I’m fettered praise

The gods of this world are found everywhere. We find them on the TV, on the beverage isle of the supermarket, behind the counter of the convenience store, on the field at the stadium, parked in your driveways, locked up in your safes, on the radio….. they are everywhere. When we give praise to God almighty outside of the sanctuary it is in the face of the gods. Next time you buy a soda at the convenient store and you get tot the counter with it greet the clerk with a ” Praise the Lord” you never know the response you will get. Today I did it and the clerk said, ” what church do you go to?” I told her and she wrote it down. She said she grew up Pentecostal and really just hadn’t found her way back yet but she wanted to come check us out. I believe it was because I wasn’t afraid to praise Him wherever I go. It supposes people when we are really walking with God and it just comes out naturally. It should become a culture and we would really see the church GROW. Let us GO without reservation and with unfettered praise. It will change our world.

With so many things that people praise this reminds us that God is first. People today have little idols orgods out of tv, sports, work, anything. When we give God his spot it shows the other things that they are not as important.

The joy or the Lord is our strength (Nehemiah 8:10). He will hear us when we call out for him. I’m distress he saves us and keeps us from harm. Our mighty God is the source of our joy and worthy to be praised.

This just reminds me that I need to praise God with my whole heart. There can be no part of it reserved for the items of this world doubts or anything else. When I praise him my whole heart soul and mind should be committed to him.
