  1. Verse 6 AMP “Let everything that has breath and every breath of life praise the Lord! Praise the Lord! (Hallelujah!)” Same verse MSG “Let every living, breathing creature praise God! Hallelujah!” As we read in Psalm 148:13 CEV “All creation, come praise the name of the Lord. Praise his name alone. The glory of God is greater than heaven and earth.” As the song says “O Magnify the Lord”:

O magnify, O magnify the Lord with me
And let us exalt His name together
    O magnify the Lord
    O magnify the Lord
And may His name be lifted high forever

O worship Him, O worship Christ the Lord with me
And let us exalt His name together
    O worship Christ, the Lord
    O worship Christ, the Lord
And may His name be lifted high forever

King of kings and Lord of lords
King of kings and Lord of lords
May His name be lifted high forever

  2. 6 Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord.

    *inhales, exhales*
Yep, that’s me… Hallelujah! We will praise You Jesus the best we know how. Some may dance, some may sing, some may use an instrument, and some talented folks do it all. Doesn’t matter how, as long as it’s loud. Doesn’t matter when, as long as it’s to God. Doesn’t even matter the quality, as long as your attitude is right. So if you are breathing then there is your reason to praise. Hallelujah Jesus!!

Before I even had a chance to read it, the computer highlighted all the verses, so as I was reading them, What an ending to a awesome book, David took me to some highs, and some lows, but he inspired me to just praise, No matter the problem he still praised God, he always found the opportunity in every situation to praise him. To me David is the best example of how to praise God, Thank you Jesus forexamples of men of God who arent ashamed to praise you!

Psalms 57: 10) For thy mercy is great unto the heavens, and thy truth unto the clouds.
I Shout v 11 on my bed in the morning because it is so awesome!
    11) BE THOU EXALTED, O GOD, ABOVE THE HEAVENS: LET THY GLORY BE ABOVE ALL THE EARTH.

  27. “Let everything that has breath and every breath of life praise the LORD! Praise the LORD! (Hallelujah!)”
    ‭‭PSALM‬ ‭150:6‬ ‭AMP‬‬p

The Lord always deserves to be praised for what He is in Himself, for His works of creation and providence, for His goodness toward His creatures, and especially for the transcendent act of redemption and all the marvelous blessings that flow from it. Its always beneficial to praise the Lord.

  28. 1 Praise the Lord. Praise God in his sanctuary; praise him in his mighty heavens.
6 Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord.

God where you are there will be praise and worship! I praise your name wherever I am with all of me and not be ashamed! I built myself up to be a holy sactuary for your spirit to enter and let your praises be constantly in my mouth no matter where or what happens!

  29. Why should we praise God? Because of what He has done “His mighty deeds” and because of who He is “His excellent greatness”. We are here, with the greatest earnestness imaginable, excited to praise God. He formed you while you were in the womb, and ordained all the days of your life.

  30. PRAISE THE LORD

6 Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord.

A common christian greeting is “Praise the LORD”. Often people say this phrase to each other as a hello, how are you type greeting. However, in response and reflection today to this chapter, I am convicted that this greeting is much more than a “christian greeting” but a command from the LORD to those that identify with him.

When we realize and recognize that our life itself, the air we are blessed to breathe is a gift from GOD we will PRAISE THE LORD with our whole heart.

Praise – 1984. halal, haw-lal´; a primitive root; to be clear (orig. of sound, but usually of color); to shine; hence, to make a show, to boast; and thus to be (clamorously) foolish; to rave; causatively, to celebrate; also to stultify:—(make) boast (self), celebrate, commend, (deal, make), fool(-ish, -ly), glory, give (light), be (make, feign self) mad (against), give in marriage, (sing, be worthy of) praise, rage, renowned, shine.

Understanding the definition of PRAISE we see that PRAISE is much more than simply saying “Praise the LORD” as a christian greeting. PRAISE THE LORD is a lifestyle and an attitude that we live in.

    iPraise
    iPray

  31. Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord.

This chapter reveals a life of praise. Every living thing has breath. If we will use the breath in our lungs to give the God that gave us that breath, on a daily basis, in every situation, numerous times of the day, we will transform our thinking and our life into a life of continual praise, without having to think about praising the Lord.

You give life, You are love, You bring light to the darkness
You give hope, You restore, Every heart that is broken
    Great are You, Lord

It’s Your breath in our lungs, So we pour out our praise
We pour out our praise, It’s Your breath in our lungs
So we pour out our praise, To You only

You give life, You are love, You bring light to the darkness
You give hope, You restore, Every heart that is broken
    Great are You, Lord

All the earth will shout Your praise
Our hearts will cry These bones will sing
    Great are You, Lord

It’s Your breath in our lungs, So we pour out our praise
We pour out our praise, It’s Your breath in our lungs
So we pour out our praise To You only

  32. “Praise the Lord! Praise God in his sanctuary; praise him in his mighty heaven! Praise him for his mighty works; praise his unequaled greatness! Praise him with a blast of the ram’s horn; praise him with the lyre and harp! Praise him with the tambourine and dancing; praise him with strings and flutes! Praise him with a clash of cymbals; praise him with loud clanging cymbals. Let everything that breathes sing praises to the Lord! Praise the Lord!”
    ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭150:1-6‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Praise (halal) – to be clear (orig. of sound, but usually of color); to shine; hence, to make a show, to boast; and thus to be (clamorously) foolish; to rave; causatively, to celebrate

Let everything that has breath praise the Lord!

  33. Praise ye the Lord. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power.

The first command is to praise the LORD. The next is when and where to praise. You can praise God for absolutely everything. No need to stop and think. God is the Maker of all things. The earth is His and the fullness there of. Let everything that hath breath praise the Lord.

  34. 6 Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord.

EVERYTHING THAT HAS BREATH CAN PRAISE GOD!!! HALELUJAH!!! HALELUJAH!!!! HALELUJAH!!!
PRAISE IS CONTAGIOUS!!! IT’S PRIDE THAT KEEPS US FROM PRAISING GOD!!!

  35. Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord.

Amen!!! That is what we’re ment to do! Praise the Creator!!! Praise Him with what He has given us our talent time and treasure. Praise with our bodies! Praise Him PERIOD because He is God!!! It’s beautiful to see 34k youngters praise God! I praise God because my children are going to be there one day, praising the Name of Jesus!!! I am blessed and grateful to God for being the 1st generation of Pentecostal in my family!!! I have broken the chains and I will see the fruits of my children live and love God!!! Their testimony is going to be how God kept them!!!

  36. 1 Praise ye the Lord. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power.

2 Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness.

3 Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp.

4 Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs.

5 Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the high sounding cymbals.

6 Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord.

We are told to praise God where, why, how and with what…but must important, who: every living thing. All that have breath of life are instructed to praise God. He has given much more that life to us, yet that in itself is a great reason to praise Him. Thank you Jesus for your greatness and your powerful love that changed us. You are all powerful and worthy of glory. Blessed be the name of our Lord Jesus.

  37. 6 Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.

Thank you God for giving me life to be able to praise you. One day we all will bow before God and praise him. God gave us life with the purpose to choose to praise and worship him.

  38. 1 Praise ye the Lord. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power.

God is too powerful for us not to praise him.

  39. 3 Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp.

4 Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs.

You should praise him with anything and everything with all your might.

  40. 1 Praise ye the Lord. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power.

2 Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness.

  41. We should praise God through the good and bad times. We are nothibg without Him. Our very breath depends on God. Praise pleases God and confuses the enemy

  42. In reading this chapter; what I get is no matter what praise God. For His goodness, His Love, for what He is doing and will do in my life. Give God the glory and praise. As long as I do that: the enemy will have no place in my life. Thank you Jesus for what you are doing where you brought me from.
6 Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord.

  43. 6 Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord.

Ever think about breathing? Maybe after a long walk or run or some other strenuous exercise we may notice that we are short of breath. I would predict that most of the time, we don’t think about our breathing. A few neat factoids: the right lung is bigger than your left, which has to share space inside your chest cavity with the heart? The right one is also built up of three lobes, while the left has only two. There is a turtle in Australia that has to breathe air like we do but can stay under water for 72 hours.

No matter what our lung capacity is, God deserves our praise.

  44. How Excellent is God

2 Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness

I will praise the Lord for all He has done.
His ways are mighty. He is always providing. His love reached down so far to pick me up. He is faithful and worthy of praise!
    How excellent is Gid!

    His Strength is Perfect

  45. An appropriate closing of psalms in praise! ‘Praise ye the Lord. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power. Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness.’ Thomas declared Jesus was his Lord and his God and we share that revelation today! So praise the Lord at all times! Not just in his sanctuary, not just in the midst of a powerful move of his spirit, not just in evidence of his mighty acts, but at all times for he is great and greatly to be praised! In case there was any question, the psalmist lists a whole host of instruments with which we can praise the Lord before declaring that everything that has breath can praise him! If we don’t, the very rocks will cry out at his coming… so don’t be shamed by something that has no breath, praise the Lord at all times in all places in all situations! Get some practice for paradise!

  46. 6 Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord.
What a privilege to be able to praise the God of creation who has done so much for us. He alone deserves all of the praise and glory. He created the angels to praise him and all of nature praises him. Yet, he desires and inhabits the praises of his people. We are not forced to praise him. We do it out of a willing heart and that is what Jesus desires and loves;a people who choose to praise him and not this world.

  47. Josiah: 6 Let everything that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord.
Let us GO PRAISE the Lord for He is worthy. Even if you do not play an instrument you can still praise the Lord because we can shout with a voice of triumph! For, our God can give us victory and joy and peace that this world could never give. This world goes crazy over many things that do not give them life eternal. So, how much more crazy could we get over a God who can give us life eternal? So, let’s GO PRAISE the Lord with our WHOLE HEART! With everything we got. LET EVERYTHING THAT HATH BREATH PRAISE THE LORD. PRAISE YE THE LORD!

  48. “Praise ye the Lord.” Through the entire book of psalms you witness the psalmist in times of discouragement and uplifting times, in moods of anger/disgust and times of blessings. Yet despite it all, no matter what trials he went through he went back to praising and blessing God. David isn’t the only one either, you see examples throughout the Bible of people praising Him and blessing His name despite what trials they face, because  “I can do all things through Christ who strengtheneth me”. I can do the same thing today, while I still have the chance I can give thanks and bless His name; praise God continually! Thank you Lord for this freedom!!

  49. Hannah: “6 Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord.” Everything that has breath should praise the Lord. We can praise him in the morning, and evening. Any time of the day we can praise the Lord. He is so marvelous and I will praise him for everything that he has done for me. Praise the Lord with all the instruments and voices. He is my redeemer and without him I would have no peace and no joy. But in him there is joy ,hope, and peace. He always provides and all the days of my life I will praise the Lord our God.

  50. 3 Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp.

4 Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs.

5 Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the high sounding cymbals.

Let’s use the gifts God gave us to let God glorify Himself through us.

  51. Psalm 150:6 (English Amp) Let everything that has breath and every breath of life praise the Lord! Praise the Lord! ( HALLELUJAH !) WE should praise God through good times and bad times. Praise him for goodness , Praise him for his mighty acts.Praise him for what he has done.

  52. When we praise him we should go all out. God not only wants out praise, but all of us together in praise. Some have it confused that reverence means to be quiet and to worship means being subdued. He calls to worship encourages passionate, loud, active, and harmonious praise, inviting the use every means necessary to celebrate God’s powerful acts and supreme greatness. All our praise here is just a practice run for the awesome celebrations in heaven when the multitudes will sound “the roar of rushing waters and like loud pearls of thunder; shouting: ‘Hallelujah! For the Lord God Almighty reigns’ “. (Rev 19:6).

  53. First it tell us of why we should praise. Anyone who is alive has a reason to praise. God gave us breath and life. God gave us mercy instead of what we deserve. God is wonderful.

Then it tells of different ways to praise. I don’t think the point of the list was to be exhaustive. I think it was just a jumping off place. It lets you know that you don’t just have to praise him in one way, but many ways. Sometimes you can even combine the praises by playing instruments and dancing or singing and dancing.

The point is we just need to praise him!

  54. Psalm 150

There is always an opportunity to praise

The psalmist lists all the instruments that you can give God praise with. Then he said if you don’t have that, just open your mouth. He was basically saying that there was no excuse for not praising the Lord. So do what you’ve got to do to praise the Lord.

  55. PsaIm 149

5 Let the saints be joyful in glory: let them sing aloud upon their beds.

I remember when pastor spake on this verse and exhorted us to let the Praise of God and a new song, be on our lips as we lay down to sleep. May this message be in my mind and practiced every time I lay down to sleep. To God be the glory
