Isaiah 43

But now thus saith the Lord that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.

When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

For I am the Lord thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour: I gave Egypt for thy ransom, Ethiopia and Seba for thee.

Since thou wast precious in my sight, thou hast been honourable, and I have loved thee: therefore will I give men for thee, and people for thy life.

Fear not: for I am with thee: I will bring thy seed from the east, and gather thee from the west;

I will say to the north, Give up; and to the south, Keep not back: bring my sons from far, and my daughters from the ends of the earth;

Even every one that is called by my name: for I have created him for my glory, I have formed him; yea, I have made him.

Bring forth the blind people that have eyes, and the deaf that have ears.

Let all the nations be gathered together, and let the people be assembled: who among them can declare this, and shew us former things? let them bring forth their witnesses, that they may be justified: or let them hear, and say, It is truth.

10 Ye are my witnesses, saith the Lord, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.

11 I, even I, am the Lord; and beside me there is no saviour.

12 I have declared, and have saved, and I have shewed, when there was no strange god among you: therefore ye are my witnesses, saith the Lord, that I am God.

13 Yea, before the day was I am he; and there is none that can deliver out of my hand: I will work, and who shall let it?

14 Thus saith the Lord, your redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; For your sake I have sent to Babylon, and have brought down all their nobles, and the Chaldeans, whose cry is in the ships.

15 I am the Lord, your Holy One, the creator of Israel, your King.

16 Thus saith the Lord, which maketh a way in the sea, and a path in the mighty waters;

17 Which bringeth forth the chariot and horse, the army and the power; they shall lie down together, they shall not rise: they are extinct, they are quenched as tow.

18 Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old.

19 Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.

20 The beast of the field shall honour me, the dragons and the owls: because I give waters in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert, to give drink to my people, my chosen.

21 This people have I formed for myself; they shall shew forth my praise.

22 But thou hast not called upon me, O Jacob; but thou hast been weary of me, O Israel.

23 Thou hast not brought me the small cattle of thy burnt offerings; neither hast thou honoured me with thy sacrifices. I have not caused thee to serve with an offering, nor wearied thee with incense.

24 Thou hast bought me no sweet cane with money, neither hast thou filled me with the fat of thy sacrifices: but thou hast made me to serve with thy sins, thou hast wearied me with thine iniquities.

25 I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins.

26 Put me in remembrance: let us plead together: declare thou, that thou mayest be justified.

27 Thy first father hath sinned, and thy teachers have transgressed against me.

28 Therefore I have profaned the princes of the sanctuary, and have given Jacob to the curse, and Israel to reproaches.

  1. Isaiah 43

1 But now thus saith the Lord that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.

2 When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

God’s favour and good-will to his people speak abundant comfort to all believers. The new creature, wherever it is, is of God’s forming. All who are redeemed with the blood of his Son, he has set apart for himself. Those that have God for them need not fear who or what can be against them. What are Egypt and Ethiopia, all their lives and treasures, compared with the blood of Christ? True believers are precious in God’s sight, his delight is in them, above any people. Though they went as through fire and water, yet, while they had God with them, they need fear no evil; they should be born up, and brought out. The faithful are encouraged. They were to be assembled from every quarter. And with this pleasing object in view, the prophet again dissuades from anxious fears

  2. Verse 10 CEV “My people, you are my witnesses and my chosen servant. I want you to know me, to trust me, and understand that I alone am God. I have always been God; there can be no others.” Let us GO witness and serve as we were created to do this next weekend in Jesus name.

  3. In this chapter God has shown shown Israel how much he loves them and will take care of their every need. He shown them that they weren’t always perfect but he’s still forgave their sins. He was constantly remind them not to fear that whenever they go into battle whenever opposition comes their way that he will be with them. It is encouraging to see his blessing and favor over isreal and how he protected them.I am so grateful today that the same God that was with isreal is with me today. He is a just and fair God. Im so thankful that I can just whisper his name and he will be right there letting me know he is in control and is able to fix any situation.

  4. Isaiah 43
19 Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.

    A New Thing
When it looksIke everything around you had come crashing down the Lord declares He is going to do something brand new. He is making a change in our life. He us paving new roads for us to walk down to see His miraculous works. He brings rivets of refreshing in the desert places and leads us as we walk through the wilderness.
We must keep our eyes clear to see the New things He is trying to show us. His promises are new daily His ways are in power to reach out to do His work and to show others the joy of serving Him. Yes new and wonderful things in store for us His children His ways are beautiful. His drink refreshing like a stream flowing in the heat of the desert. Thank you Lord for in your presence there is joy there is strength as we walk through this world.
I am blessed to be a part of your kingdom.

  5. Isaiah 43:2 When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.

God doesn’t say, ” If you pass through the rivers,” or “if you walk through the fire.” No, He says WHEN; it’s a given that we will have these experiences. But God does say that we will not go through these experiences alone. He will be with us.He knows how much we can bear, and He will not let the water drown us or the fire burn us up. I matter how dark and awful the battle we face, God will bring us safely through.

Deuteronomy 31:6 Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the Lord thy God , he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.

  6. A Saviour

11 I, even I, am the Lord; and beside me there is no saviour.

Many are looking for a saviour yet look in all the wrong places. Only God can save man from their sins, heal him from inside out, and then transform him. All without any help.

Others are looking for a saviour yet try to find it within themselves and they are like an animal stuck in bob wire. The more the move the worse the situation becomes. It would be better for them to “be still and know that He is God.” Than to keep trying to save themselves.

I’m greatful that the God that I serve is God all by Himself! Yet, He often uses people to help lead us to safety. This is why it is vital for us to seek Godly council in all things. For a wise and Godly man will give you the Word if God to lead you to God and once you find Him in your situation then you must obey him.

  7. 11I, yes I, am the LORD, and there is no other Savior.

There are many who say they are a Christian but really aren’t. Celebrities will say “I believe in God”, but never mentioning what god. They never mention Jesus. Many will say, there are several paths to salvation, and all roads lead to heaven. Be aware of those who say they are a Christian, but won’t acknowledge Jesus as God.

Jesus said, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life; no one comes to Father except through Me.’ One way, one Savior, no exceptions.”

  8. 10 Ye are my witnesses, saith the Lord, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.
11 I, even I, am the Lord; and beside me there is no saviour.

25I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins.

This scripture is quite interesting to me for the fact that it says that God blots out our sin for His sake. What exactly does that mean? I thought forgiveness was for “our” sakes? There is another scripture in the New Testament that seems similar.
Luke 7:29 KJV  And all the people that heard him, and the publicans,” justified God”, being baptized with the baptism of John. How do you justify God…I thought you justified yourself.

The answer to these questions are found in the following verse. Isaiah 48:11 KJV  For mine own sake, even for mine own sake, will I do it: for how should my name be polluted? and I will not give my glory unto another.

Sometimes God delivers us just so He wont look bad. WOW

  10. GO! ITS HARVEST TIME

    5 Fear not: for I am with thee: I will bring thy seed from the east, and gather thee from the west;
    6 I will say to the north, Give up; and to the south, Keep not back: bring my sons from far, and my daughters from the ends of the earth;

GOD has spoken and just as creation; IT will Happen. Today lets push fear to the back of our minds and remember that GOD is with us. When we GO for and with GOD; we GO with courage, confidence and conviction. GOD is able, so we are able.

GOD is sending the HARVEST to us. We must prepare for the HARVEST. Souls are coming. Sons and Daughters are coming HOME to JESUS, coming HOME to TRUTH.

GOD is preparing to SPEAK and CONFESS the last day CALL of the lost to return. Just as HE spoke to the animals to GO to the ark in Noahs day. HE will speak to souls to GO to the CHURCH in the last days.

Lets GO prepare the path, make a way and ready ourselves for the GOD sent REVIVAL and HARVEST.

  11. 1 But now thus saith the Lord that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.

2 When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

In these verses we see the personal relationship that God has with His people. We see how God feels about them and the Love that he has for them. Gods Love and kindness is beyond words and emotions, it is agape love.
We should posses this same type of love and affection for him… it should be our hearts desire to love Him like he loves us…

  12. 1 But now, O Jacob, listen to the Lord who created you. O Israel, the one who formed you says, “Do not be afraid, for I have ransomed you. I have called you by name; you are mine.
2 When you go through deep waters, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown. When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you. (NLT)

Hallelujah, what a word of peace to know we are never alone, that we are loved by the King. How can we not go share this good news?! This is exactly what many people I know, are looking for: to be loved, to be in relationship, to be in peace!

  13. 19 Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.
20 The beast of the field shall honour me, the dragons and the owls: because I give waters in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert, to give drink to my people, my chosen.
21 This people have I formed for myself; they shall shew forth my praise.

  14. But now, O Jacob, listen to the Lord who created you. O Israel, the one who formed you says, “Do not be afraid, for I have ransomed you. I have called you by name; you are mine. When you go through deep waters, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown. When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you. For I am the Lord , your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior. I gave Egypt as a ransom for your freedom; I gave Ethiopia and Seba in your place. Others were given in exchange for you. I traded their lives for yours because you are precious to me. You are honored, and I love you.
    Isaiah 43:1‭-‬4 NLT
We are his he his our father that will provide and protect us save us and love us JESUS is more than that

  15. Isaiah 43:10-12
    10) Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen; that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.
    11) I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour.
    12) I have declared, and have saved, and I have shewed, when there was no strange god among you: therefore ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, that I am God.

We are His witnesses and His servant whom He has chosen. We Know, Believe, and Understand that HE is God, and that there is no other, and HE is our Saviour.

GO Witness, GO Serve – telling others that HE IS GOD and HE IS THE SAVIOUR of the world!

  16. 4 Others were given in exchange for you. I traded their lives for yours because you are precious to me. You are honored, and I love you.

    Exodus 19:3-6
As Moses went up to meet God, God called down to him from the mountain: “Speak to the House of Jacob, tell the People of Israel: ‘You have seen what I did to Egypt and how I carried you on eagles’ wings and brought you to me.

If you will listen obediently to what I say and keep my covenant, out of all peoples you’ll be my special treasure. The whole Earth is mine to choose from, but you’re special: a kingdom of priests, a holy nation.’

“This is what I want you to tell the People of Israel.”

We can read the passage above how to become a precious jewel to God. If we will listen, obey, and keep the covenant. We all have the opportunity to become a precious jewel in God’s sight.

  17. The Potter

2 When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

When you put your trust in God. When you commit to live for God fully. You will then know you can walk through the fire and not be scorched.
Today makes one year I’ve been living for God. A year full of trials, a year full test after test after test.
A lot of people thought it was just a phase. Little did they know my drive for God was only getting stronger. There were times I wanted to walk away. Times I wanted to scream and cuss. I wanted to cry and ask God why.
A lot of people thought it was just a phase. Little did they know my drive for God was only getting stronger. There were times I wanted to walk away. Times I wanted to scream and cuss. I wanted to cry and ask God why.
I didn’t scream and cuss but I did ask God why. The answer was as clear as it could be. He said all I’m doing is what you asked. All I’m doing is what you prayed.

You see I prayed for God to shape and mold me. He is the potter and I am the clay. God told me I’m shape and you just told on my molding you just hold o you see I prayed for God to shape and mold me. He is the potter and I am the clay. God told me I’m shaping you just hold on, im molding you just hang in there.

You can’t expect to grow without a little heat.

iBless you in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ!

  18. 7 Even every one that is called by my name: for I have created him for my glory, I have formed him; yea, I have made him.

When God calls someone He enables us to respond to that call in faith. Jesus chose the disciples and says that we are called. Which is it? Is being called the same thing as being chosen? Do we choose Him or does He choose us? It is actually both of these because God chooses those to who are willing to be chosen?

  19. “But I, yes I, am the one who takes care of your sins—that’s what I do. I don’t keep a list of your sins. (‭Isaiah‬ ‭43‬:‭25‬ MSG)

You can always see His faithfulness and how God honors his word. The sad thing is that many ‘Christians and backsliders walk in defeat..daily. A true repented heart will get you out of condemnation. his blood still can be applied to your life today. We serve a loving and merciful GOD.

  20. 2 When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

3 For I am the Lord thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour: I gave Egypt for thy ransom, Ethiopia and Seba for thee.

Amen! We may go through trials and burdens but never shall we be consumed for God is with us. We might feel like we’re being consumed but everything happens for the good to those that love God!! We have to put our trust on Jesus! I have passed through fires, waters, but I’m still standing!!! Thank you Jesus!!

  21. When someone really takes the time to read their Bible, there really is no excuse for misunderstanding the Godhead. There is no need to shy away and God does not expect us to. Instead he declares: ‘Ye are my witnesses, saith the Lord, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me. I, even I, am the Lord; and beside me there is no saviour.’

God is clearly speaking here and he specification declares that there is not another saviour standing beside him. He is our Lord, he is our God, and he alone is our saviour! And he is calling upon us to be witnesses of that truth to those in the world who have not received that revelation. He has chosen us for that task! It is essentially to our role in his service, as his ministry of reconciliation, to declare who he is! The opinion of those happy in their sin doesn’t matter and cannot dissuade us because those who are seeking need to know who he is!

  22. 9 Let all the nations be gathered together, and let the people be assembled: who among them can declare this, and shew us former things? let them bring forth their witnesses, that they may be justified: or let them hear, and say, It is truth.

  23. Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth, shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert. What a mighty God we serve.

  24. Isaiah 43:5 (English Amp) Fear not , for I am with you; I will bring your offspring (Sons and daughters) from the east [where they are dispersed] and gather you from the west. Acts 18:10 FOR I am with you, and no man shall assault you to harm you, for I have many people in this city. God is preparing us for the harvest of revival. There are many souls coming home. A hungry soul revival too. God is speaking to everyone heart. Come to the alter of repentance.

  25. Hannah: “15 I am the Lord, your Holy One, the creator of Israel, your King.” He is the Holy One! He is my king and my salvation! Without him no one would be saved and every day I am thankful that he gave his life for each and every one of us. His mercy endureth and he says to reach out to all the ends of the Earth and teach his word. It is my continual desire to always be a light to those around me and reach out to who ever will receive the Lord in their life. All of heaven rejoices when one soul is saved and it is always a blessing to see someone come to the Lord.

  26. 5 Fear not: for I am with thee: I will bring thy seed from the east, and gather thee from the west;
    6 I will say to the north, Give up; and to the south, Keep not back: bring my sons from far, and my daughters from the ends of the earth;
7 Even every one that is called by my name: for I have created him for my glory, I have formed him; yea, I have made him.

We have nothing to fear, the Lord good has brought every increase and prepared, and has his hand on everything we are doing. We are not called for the results but for the work of Christ.

  27. 1 But now thus saith the Lord that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.

Jacob here is referring to the old man, who we used to be. Israel, the church, the man of God we are becoming. He loves each one of us, wherever we are, and has already paid the price for us.

    Such an AWESOME GOD!!!!

  28. 10 Ye are my witnesses, saith the Lord, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.

11 I, even I, am the Lord; and beside me there is no saviour.

12 I have declared, and have saved, and I have shewed, when there was no strange god among you: therefore ye are my witnesses, saith the Lord, that I am God.

  29. v11 I, even I, am the LORD; and inside me there is no saviour.

We can depend on HIM for our every move we make.
There is no other Saviour. Thank you JESUS!

  30. We all love to hear people call us by name, especially if it’s said in a kind or loving way. A “hey you” or nickname doesn’t carry the same impact as hearing our real name specifically and tenderly called by al over one. A name is our identity and using that name gives us value and sense of belonging. How wonderful is it that God, with his vast amount of things he does, call us by name and says, “You are mine”. Jesus reinforces this truth in John 10:3. Referring himself as the shepherd, he says, “He calls his own sheep by name and leads them out.” The Lord individually notices, names and nurtures us for his will.

  31. 23 You have not brought me sheep for burnt offerings,
nor honored me with your sacrifices.
I have not burdened you with grain offerings
nor wearied you with demands for incense.
24 You have not bought any fragrant calamus for me,
or lavished on me the fat of your sacrifices.
But you have burdened me with your sins
and wearied me with your offenses.

Have we forgotten what the Lord has done for us? When we were first saved, how in love we were with our Lord. We acted like a teenager in love. Always glad to see you God, always joyful to be in your presence. Couldn’t wait to speak to you in prayer, rejoiced because you would speak. We would sacrifice anything and everything if you asked, never withheld a thing to you.

Now we have such low sense of conscience that we don’t fret when we say or do wrong. We get over our sin without asking for your forgiveness, because shame doesn’t phase us.

But you wait patiently like a Good Father. Waiting on his prodigal to come to, and come home. Even in sin, you still love us. The heavens rejoice to see us repent.

Jesus awaken your church from its terrible sleep, there is a lost and dying world waiting for us to be your hands!

  32. 2 When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.
8 Bring forth the blind people that have eyes, and the deaf that have ears.
9 Let all the nations be gathered together, and let the people be assembled: who among them can declare this, and shew us former things? let them bring forth their witnesses, that they may be justified: or let them hear, and say, It is truth.
10 Ye are my witnesses, saith the Lord, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.
11 I, even I, am the Lord; and beside me there is no saviour

Reading this chapter is really cool because it shows how no matter what, you can always see the oneness of God. Literally, physical ailments or disabilities do not stop you from knowing and seeing that God is ONE! This is because even the very acts of God and the things that He does not just in our own lives but in the lives of those around us, prove even more that the Lord, He is ONE! There is no other God beside Him! Hallelujah! We can give Him the highest praise and never worry that we are praising the wrong person! His Word very clearly states that God is the Lord, that there is no saviour beside Him; He is the Saviour! Praise the Lord! He will be with us in our times of trial, because He is our Lord! Thank you Lord for your love and mercy!

  33. “Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.”
    ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭43:18-19‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Help me not remember the old ways. I know You are doing a new thing! You said it yesterday through tounges and interpretation. You have brought us to the Kingdom for such a time as this. I need to Seek your face and prepare our hearts and you Will work miracles signs and wonders

  34. Ye are my witnesses, saith the Lord , and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.(Isaiah 43:10 KJV)

As followers of Christ, we are called to be witnesses of what Jesus has done in us and for us. Behold my servant, whom I uphold; mine elect, in whom my soul delighteth; I have put my spirit upon him: he shall bring forth judgment to the Gentiles.(Isaiah 42:1 KJV). The way for christians to know God and believing in him is when you know God is the Holy Spirit and that he is always here to help us and to manage the challenges in our lives and to have a direct experience of love, power and wisdom that is God. When our hearts are open to learn about love and truth then we know God. And he is the radiance of his glory and the exact representation of his nature, and upholds all things by the word of his power. When he had made purification of sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high (Hebrews 1:3).

  35. 10 Ye are my witnesses, saith the Lord, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.

11 I, even I, am the Lord; and beside me there is no saviour.

Besides the Lord Jesus there us no other that can save. There is only one name given by which we might be saved. No other name, no one else has the power to save. That’s what we are witnesses off. His saving power his mercy and grace.

  36. 1 But now thus saith the Lord that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.

I am redeemed and set free in the name of Jesus! My mind Ian healed and my heart is pure in Jesus name! All my trials and tribulations are covered by the blood of Jesus!

  37. 10. Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen : that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me. 11. I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no savior. JESUS YOU ARE THE ONE TRUE GOD !!!!

  38. 7 Even every one that is called by my name: for I have created him for my glory, I have formed him; yea, I have made him.

8 Bring forth the blind people that have eyes, and the deaf that have ears.

I and everyone that is called by his name through water and spirit. God has created him for his glory. How awesome is that. May i always do what I was created to do in his name Jesus.
