Isaiah 53

Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed?

For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him.

He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.

Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.

But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.

He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.

He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken.

And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth.

10 Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in his hand.

11 He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities.

12 Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.

  1. Verse 6 AMP “All of us like sheep have gone astray, We have turned, each one, to his own way; But the Lord has caused the wickedness of us all [our sin, our injustice, our wrongdoing] To fall on Him [instead of us].” John 3:16 AMP says “For God so [greatly] loved and dearly prized the world, that He [even] gave His [One and] [a]only begotten Son, so that whoever believes and trusts in Him [as Savior] shall not perish, but have eternal life. Same verse in the VOICE “For God expressed His love for the world in this way: He gave His only Son so that whoever believes in Him will not face everlasting destruction, but will have everlasting life.”

  2. 6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.

7 He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.

8 He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken.

Jesus paid it all when he died on the cross for us so we wouldn’t have to pay for our sins. This is why each and every day we should repent of our sins. He has given us the opportunity and chance after chance to repent but there is coming a time when, time shall be no moreeveryone will be paying for their sins. It is wise of to repent daily he has called us out of Darkness into His Marvelous Light and we cannot take his Mercy for granted. I want my God to know how grateful I am for his love and him sacrificing his life for me so I can be free.

  3. 5 But he was hurt because of us; he suffered so. Our wrongdoing wounded and crushed him. He endured the breaking that made us whole. The injuries He suffered became our healing.

7 And in the face of such oppression and suffering-silence. Not a word of protest, not a finger raised to stop it. Like a sheep to a shearing, like a lamb to be slaughtered, He went-oh so quietly, oh so willingly. Voice

Can you imagine if they had tried to whip and hang Him on the cross against His will? Never would have happened! It would have probably resembled one of the times where God defeated an opposing army for the Israelites without a battle – they never knew what hit them. But it’s because He was willing to let it happen that we have healing and salvation.

  4. 6 We all, like sheep, have gone astray., each of us has turned to his own way; and the Lord has laid on him the iniquity of us all.
7 He was a oppressed and afflicted, yet he did not open his mouth; he was led like a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her sheares is silent, so he did not open his mouth.

  5. Isaiah 53:5
But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

Christ knew the path for our redemption. He did took that path knowing many would reject him. This is why we know His immense love for us, in that we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

We are healed by his stripes because he took sickness and infirmity to the grave and defeated it by rising from the dead, that they his name we can be healed totally.

  6. 6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.

How selfish to know the truth and not believe it, not share it. Jesus kept His mouth shut and remained the victim, remained the sacrifice for our sins so that we could have the victory. What a word this world needs to hear!

  7. An important question here that each of us must answer for ourselves, ‘Who hath believed our report?’ Without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. Our first step with God is a step of faith into his will… BUT OUR WALK DOES NOT END THERE!

Notice what the passage goes on to say: ‘Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in his hand. He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities.’

He was crucified without having any natural seed to carry on his name, yet we are the seed that declares his generation if we’ve truly made his soul an offering for our sin. His days… the walk of a perfect holy man… can be prolonged in our life if we present ourselves as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable unto him! That is not just our reasonable service.. the prophet declares that he shall be satisfied when that is the case in our life! Think about that… God will be satisfied with our service! The world may despise us, the secular Christian world may mock us for going too far, but God shall be satisfied! O let us worship him in spirit and in truth!

  8. Isaiah 53:17 (English Amp) But no weapon that is formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that shall rise against you in judgment you shall show to be in the wrong. This [ peace, righteousness, security, triumph over opposition] is the heritage of the servants of the Lord [ those in whom the ideal Servant of the Lord is reproduced]; this is the righteous or the vindication which they obtain from Me [ this is that which they which I impart to them as their justification, says the Lord. If God be before us who can be against us, Yes I will give God all the glory.

  9. 12 Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.

My GOD made intercession for me…….

    Psalm 8:4-6 (KJV)
4 What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?
5 For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour.
6 Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet:

I love you DADDY!!! YOU ARE SO GOOD, YOU ARE FAITHFUL AND YOU LOVE meeee little ol meeee. Thank you JESUS!!!

  10. 3 He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.

4 Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.

This whole chapter has meant so much to me over the years. It gives clear details about Jesus and His love for us. It helps me to know that He understands my struggle and grief because he’s been through it before too.

  11. 1 Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed?

    Whose report will you Believe

His report says I am filled
His report says I am free
    His report says victory

  12. This chapter gives an perfect example of what Jesus did for us sinners! This is also a perfect tool when witnessing to the Jewish people due to it being in the Old Testament. Don’t tell me Jesus doesn’t love us, look at the Cross. He grafted the gentiles into the family of God, in which; we had no bloodline to connect us with God. We weren’t Jewish nor had any biblical right or covenant with God. But, the Blood of the Lamb, is now our bloodline to God. Jesus took care of it all, and for all, once and for all. Jesus Christ is calling us all! Make the right choice get connected with the real King of Glory!

    “Be connected, be covered”………….

JESUS died on the cross so that we can be save so our sin can be forgiven he did it so we can have joy and peace by his stripes and in the Name of JESUS Christ all sickness and disease is heal

  16. Isaiah 53:5-7
    5) But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
    6) All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.
    7) He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.

    1 Peter 2:19-25
    19) For this is thankworthy, if a man for conscience toward God endure grief, suffering wrongfully.
    20) For what glory is it, if, when ye be buffeted for your faults, ye shall take it patiently? but if, when ye do well, and suffer for it, ye take it patiently, this is acceptable with God.
    21) For even hereto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps:
    22) Who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth:
    23) Who, when he was reviled, reviled not again; when he suffered, he threatened not; but committed himself to him that judgeth righteously:
    24) Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.
    25) For ye were as sheep going astray; but are now returned unto the Shepherd and Bishop of your souls.

JESUS died on the cross for our sins, took a whipping (His stripes) for our healing, and became an example to us of how we should respond when enduring grief and suffering for His Name’s sake.

Isaiah 53:9-10 KJV  And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth.  (10)  Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand.

You might say to yourself, how could the Jews miss these scriptures…How could they not see how Jesus fulfilled all these prophecies. Well, it’s easy…it’s the same way people miss the truth today. It is so easy and so clear, and yet folks just cannot see the simple and easy truth. It’s called spiritual blindness. We must all look deep into our hearts and open our eyes to the truth no matter what that truth is.

    • Good point! It is like Pastor taught last night: the carnal man cannot understand the things of God; and when we are insisting on having things our own way, we are being carnal. The Jews were so insistent on getting the victory over their enemies the way they wanted it that they missed the mercy God wanted to show the world. God help us not to make the same mistake by pushing headlong into our own plans when there are people all around us in need of mercy and compassion.

      • I just can’t leave this thought of how we are so prone to see the Word of God according to our own desires. The Jews rejected their Messiah regardless of Scripture because He came as a suffering servant. Today, many likewise miss the plan of God because they believe that becoming a Christian promises them nothing but good in this life. Then, their faith is shaken when sickness or tragedy hits, or when Christians are persecuted, attacked, or slaughtered for His name’s sake. Does not the Word tell us that we will be hated of all men? Does not Scripture foretell that there will be multitudes under the altar who have died because of their faith? We should not be dumfounded or shaken by the cruelty of the wicked or by the sacrifice of the innocent; God has warned us that such things shall increase until the day of His coming. We must stop living and thinking like the whole plan of God is to make us happy and comfortable in this world. God does everything with eternity in mind. The “pursuit of happiness” in this life has crippled the faith and the effectiveness of many Christians. It is better that we believe the whole truth laid out in God’s Word, even if it makes us uncomfortable.

Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life. He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death.
        Rev. 2:10-11, KJV

And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held:
        Revelation 6:9 KJV

Making it to Heaven, regardless of the means, makes us victors, not victims!

  18. 10 Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in his hand.

“It pleased the Lord to bruise him”

Just as Pastor preached last night, with a victor mentality we to shall see the seed of our pain. We will find pleasure in the pain for whats to come.

If we can take the example from above and apply to our daily life struggles we too can live the victorious life.

  19. “Therefore, I will divide and give Him a portion with the great [kings and rulers], And He shall divide the spoils with the mighty, Because He [willingly] poured out His life to death, And was counted among the transgressors; Yet He Himself bore and took away the sin of many, And interceded [with the Father] for the transgressors.”
    ‭‭ISAIAH‬ ‭53:12‬ ‭AMP‬‬

“Interceded” I’m so thankful for people who are willing to stand in the gap. Jesus was a perfect example of this. Let us be Christ like and intercede for the lost. Go make disciples!

“Therefore He is able also to save forever (completely, perfectly, for eternity) those who come to God through Him, since He always lives to intercede and intervene on their behalf [with God].”
    ‭‭HEBREWS‬ ‭7:25‬ ‭AMP‬‬

  20. 3 He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.
4 Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.
5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

I’m thankful for the blood he shed on Calvary to cover my sins; thankful that he understands our sorrows and grief. He is wonderful, counselor, prince of peace, the mighty God who has offered himself as the lamb slain for our redemption. I’m thankful he reached for me.

  21. 4 Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.

5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

  22. WHAT DO YOU SEE?

1 Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed?

People in general are sign seekers, or proof seekers. We witnessed it at the resurrection of JESUS and we witness it today. In a world filled with deception and lies, trust and confidence is very low in humanity. What do we trust? Who do we trust?

Here is an absolute about in general about the people and Kingdom of GOD. We don’t make up stories to look good or make GOD look good. His stories make HIM look good and make us look good.

The question that reveals our FAITH level is presented in verse 1.

    Who hath believed our REPORT?

To whom is the arm of the LORD REVEALED?

When we are privileged to witness the FAVOR of GOD through HIS Blessing, HIS Healing, HIS Power then we have seen the arm of the LORD revealed. I am thankful that when we see and hear miracles of salvation, healing, deliverance and blessing we give a REPORT of the LORD.

  23. …He was struck because of my people’s rebellion.
    Isaiah 53:8c HCSB

This verse reminded me of an old, old song that had a great impact on my life as a young Christian:

    Feel the Nails
    By Ray Boltz

    They tell me Jesus died
    For my transgressions
And that He paid that price
    A long, long time ago
When He gave His life for me
    On a hill called Calvary
    But there’s something else
    I want to know

Does He still feel the nails
    Every time I fail?
Does He hear the crowd cry
    Crucify, again?
    Am I causing Him pain?
Then I know I’ve got to change
I just can’t bear the thought
    Of hurting Him

It seems that I’m so good
    At breaking promises
And I treat His precious grace
    So carelessly
    But each time He forgives
    What if He relives
The agony He felt on that tree?

Do you still feel the nails
    Every time I fail?
    Have I crucified you, Jesus
    With my sin?
    I’m tired of playing games
    I really want to change
I never want to hurt You again

Songwriters: Ray Boltz / Steve Millikan

  24. 1 Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed?

    Crazy Faith

Because we believe the report of The Lord, we get to see how He bore His mighty arm. We see hoe He came as a helpless babe, grew into a man, laid His life down for our transgressions, and rose again, conquering Hell and the grave.
We live a such an awesome time, where we get to see Jesus move, like never before. When we really grasp that, that Jesus, The King of all Kings, laid His life down for us, to give us power over the enemy, that we might walk with the expectation that we will see greater miracles than the Apostles did, then we truly believe His report and others will say we have CRAZY FAITH.

  25. 6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.

Today I’m thankful that He has become my salvation. All of us were born in iniquity, and regardless of how much of a sinner we were, He still took everyone of those sins upon himself that we might be saved. We are so unworthy of that type of salvation, but He choose death that we might have life and life more abundantly.

  26. 5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

Oh yes lord I am so thankful for your will and your timing, and if it wasn’t for you I would have fallen, but you picked me up at the right time! Your sacrifIces will never be forgotten we pray in your name, for there is power in your name and deliverance. The devils bow to the sound of your name and they hear you, you have all power and authority in Jesus name!

  27. “But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.”
    ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭53:5‬ ‭KJV‬‬

    Our Transgressions
    Our Iniquities
    The Chastisement of Our Peace
And By HIS stripes we are HEALED

This is what hit me like a brick when I was handpicked by the Lord Hod himself. How in the world do even begin to Thank Him for saving you, I’ve brought it up before and we basically got it boiled down to giving it all you got. You might also even call that “SOULED OUT”.
I’m not here to impress anyone but God and just like Pastor said if your reason to serve the Kingdom is to Impress someone here on Earth like your aunt or uncle, mom or dad, or anyone you’re gonna end up disappointed.
We believe the Word of God so why can’t our Faith be risen and accept what the Bible says “By His Stripes we are HEALED.” it’s scriptures like these that will help you with your faith. It’s time to strengthen our Faith Revival is here and the Lost is Hungry! Just like you and I prayed for! Be ready cause it’s time.
iBless you in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ!

  28. 5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities, the chastisement .of our peace was upon him. And with his stripes we are healed. Thank you Jesus for your blood that you shed for by us all.

  29. “But he was pierced for our rebellion, crushed for our sins. He was beaten so we could be whole. He was whipped so we could be healed. All of us, like sheep, have strayed away. We have left God’s paths to follow our own. Yet the Lord laid on him the sins of us all.”
    ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭53:5-6‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Knowing we would sin, knowing we would fail, knowing we would be rebellious and disobedient, HE still died for us. Because HE also knew we would need someone to save us from ourselves, HE knew that throughout our lives we would become broken and that we would need a healer, HE knew that we would need a Savior, so HE sacrificed all that HE was just for us. And that alone should be enough for us to give all that we have to HIM! Thank you Jesus!

  30. 12 Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.

He Bare The Sins Of Many…

How many is many? He took it upon himself, to pay for our sins. What we should have to pay has been paid forward for eternity. Never to be remembered and it has been forgiven. Image your biggest Bill Payment, now times that 1000. it still doesn’t compare to what Jesus has done for us. He is the great sacrifice, the lamb that was slain for you and me.
Thank you Jesus for what you have done, we own our lives to you.

  31. “He was despised and rejected— a man of sorrows, acquainted with deepest grief. We turned our backs on him and looked the other way. He was despised, and we did not care. Yet it was our weaknesses he carried; it was our sorrows that weighed him down. And we thought his troubles were a punishment from God, a punishment for his own sins! But he was pierced for our rebellion, crushed for our sins. He was beaten so we could be whole. He was whipped so we could be healed. All of us, like sheep, have strayed away. We have left God’s paths to follow our own. Yet the Lord laid on him the sins of us all.”
    ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭53:3-6‬ ‭NLT‬‬

  32. [Isa 53:2 KJV] 2 For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, [there is] no beauty that we should desire him.

Jesus is a root out of a dry ground because he grew under the worst circumstances and so can we. We can follow His example of staying connected to the Spirit of God when tried and suffering in our flesh.
[Jhn 8:29 KJV] 29 And he that sent me is with me: the Father hath not left me alone; for I do always those things that please him.
[Jhn 5:19 KJV] 19 Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise.

  33. 11 He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities.

12 Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.

Our father gave his only son so that we may live. He didn’t correct anyone nor stop them from nailing him to the cross. He gave his life so our sins could be forgiven. Jesus help me to do your will and not mine to serve you till the end of my days.

  34. Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.
5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

If dying for our sins wasn’t enough, if the cross alone and just the Mee atonement for soon doesn’t do enough to shaken or spirits, then knowing he was beaten, and afflicted, wrongly accused. The price for peace was also paid by him…. All done while we were yet sinners and gone astray. He didn’t die for a repented nation but the people who had no thought to him in the first place. That should stir or hearts everyday

  35. V5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our inequities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

JESUS CHRIST, our substitute and sinless sacrifice, took responsibility for our awful sins and received the just punishment we deserved.

    Thank you heavenly Father

  36. 6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lordhath laid on him the iniquity of us all.

People are commonly depicted as sheep in the Bible. Mostly because we are naturally wanderers. Our natural self would rather go our own way- even if it leads to destruction. The beauty of this picture is that as sheep we have a shepherd, a leader who is loving and compassionate to lead us in the right direction. I am grateful for our Pastor who is our shepherd. He stands in the balance for us. Just like Jesus. Just as a shepherd will put himself in danger in order to fight off the wild beasts that threaten his flock, so our shepherd was willingly “oppressed and afflicted” (Isa 53:7) so that we might be saved. Jesus himself used the sheep/shepherd analogy when he told the disciples, “I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.” (Jn 10:11).

  37. 4 Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.
5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

That’s be to God for all he has done and is doing. He took on all that I would only have to endure some.

  38. No other God would die for your sins and give you a chance at eternal life. There is only one who is able to free us from the evil of this world and his name is Jesus. Thank God for all he has done.

  39. 5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

Jesús knew His calling and even though it was hard and painful He still did it. We are all called to do something for His Kingdom and yet many run away, I am here pushing and fighting because I am victorious!!! I am not going to let the enemy steal my blessing, my family, my gift,, my talents, or anything! Thank you Jesus for going till the end! Give me the strength to finish this race Lord! I need you every step! Thank You Jesus!

  40. 5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

Wounded, bruised, chastised and with his stripes we are healed.. all for us. Despite we rejected he still loves and welcomes. While we were yet sinners he loved us and gave himself. Why should I praise him because he gave.

  41. 5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

We having healing through the blood of Jesus. He heals us from any physical and emotional pain. Thank you God!

  42. “He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.”
    ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭53:7‬ ‭KJV‬‬

So many times when things happen the first thing that we do is tell someone. Family, friends, even strangers find out about all the mess you go through. I think we sometimes need to take a lesson on being quiet.

  43. 6 All of us, like sheep, have strayed away. We have left God’s paths to follow our own. Yet the LORD laid on him the sins of us all.

We have a choice to either follow Jesus or not. God gave us that opportunity to decide which path each of us will take. Sadly, many stray away from God, and do their own thing. I’m glad that me and my family have decided to follow God’s path.

  44. But it was the Lord ’s good plan to crush him and cause him grief. Yet when his life is made an offering for sin, he will have many descendants. He will enjoy a long life, and the Lord ’s good plan will prosper in his hands.
    Isaiah 53:10 NLT

  45. Don’t be afraid or ashamed and don’t be discouraged. You won’t be disappointed. Forget how sinful you were when you were young; stop feeling ashamed for being left a widow.(Isaiah 54:4 CEV)

There’s no need to be afraid jesus didnt give us For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. (2 Timothy 1:7 KJV ), if we put our trust in the Lord and have him take control then there’s no reason to be disappointed, What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? (Romans 8:31KJV).

  46. 4. Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. 5. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. Thank you Jesus for your stripes .

  47. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
    (Isaiah 53:5 KJV)

Jesus knew that his time was up when it came to being crucified but even thou he knew what kinda pain he was about to go through but he still took the punishment for us. So it doesn’t matter if we get wounded, bruised, chastised we are healed by his strips. THNAK YOU JESUS !!
