Isaiah 65

I am sought of them that asked not for me; I am found of them that sought me not: I said, Behold me, behold me, unto a nation that was not called by my name.

I have spread out my hands all the day unto a rebellious people, which walketh in a way that was not good, after their own thoughts;

A people that provoketh me to anger continually to my face; that sacrificeth in gardens, and burneth incense upon altars of brick;

Which remain among the graves, and lodge in the monuments, which eat swine’s flesh, and broth of abominable things is in their vessels;

Which say, Stand by thyself, come not near to me; for I am holier than thou. These are a smoke in my nose, a fire that burneth all the day.

Behold, it is written before me: I will not keep silence, but will recompense, even recompense into their bosom,

Your iniquities, and the iniquities of your fathers together, saith the Lord, which have burned incense upon the mountains, and blasphemed me upon the hills: therefore will I measure their former work into their bosom.

Thus saith the Lord, As the new wine is found in the cluster, and one saith, Destroy it not; for a blessing is in it: so will I do for my servants’ sakes, that I may not destroy them all.

And I will bring forth a seed out of Jacob, and out of Judah an inheritor of my mountains: and mine elect shall inherit it, and my servants shall dwell there.

10 And Sharon shall be a fold of flocks, and the valley of Achor a place for the herds to lie down in, for my people that have sought me.

11 But ye are they that forsake the Lord, that forget my holy mountain, that prepare a table for that troop, and that furnish the drink offering unto that number.

12 Therefore will I number you to the sword, and ye shall all bow down to the slaughter: because when I called, ye did not answer; when I spake, ye did not hear; but did evil before mine eyes, and did choose that wherein I delighted not.

13 Therefore thus saith the Lord God, Behold, my servants shall eat, but ye shall be hungry: behold, my servants shall drink, but ye shall be thirsty: behold, my servants shall rejoice, but ye shall be ashamed:

14 Behold, my servants shall sing for joy of heart, but ye shall cry for sorrow of heart, and shall howl for vexation of spirit.

15 And ye shall leave your name for a curse unto my chosen: for the Lord God shall slay thee, and call his servants by another name:

16 That he who blesseth himself in the earth shall bless himself in the God of truth; and he that sweareth in the earth shall swear by the God of truth; because the former troubles are forgotten, and because they are hid from mine eyes.

17 For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.

18 But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy.

19 And I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and joy in my people: and the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in her, nor the voice of crying.

20 There shall be no more thence an infant of days, nor an old man that hath not filled his days: for the child shall die an hundred years old; but the sinner being an hundred years old shall be accursed.

21 And they shall build houses, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and eat the fruit of them.

22 They shall not build, and another inhabit; they shall not plant, and another eat: for as the days of a tree are the days of my people, and mine elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands.

23 They shall not labour in vain, nor bring forth for trouble; for they are the seed of the blessed of the Lord, and their offspring with them.

24 And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear.

25 The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the bullock: and dust shall be the serpent’s meat. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain, saith the Lord.

  1. Verse 2 AMP “For all these things My hand has made, So all these things came into being [by and for Me],” declares the Lord. “But to this one I will look [graciously], To him who is humble and contrite in spirit, and who [reverently] trembles at My word and honors My commands.” Same verse NLT “My hands have made both heaven and earth; they and everything in them are mine.[a] I, the Lord, have spoken! “I will bless those who have humble and contrite hearts, who tremble at my word.” This reminded me of song “Bless The Lord Oh My Soul” and Psalm 103. Verses 17-18 NLT says “But the love of the Lord remains forever with those who fear him. His salvation extends to the children’s children of those who are faithful to his covenant, of those who obey his commandments!”

  2. I will answer them before they even call to me. While they are still talking about their needs, I will go ahead and answer their prayers! (‭Isaiah‬ ‭65‬:‭24‬ NLT)
    God is faithful to His word!
    He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence. He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler. Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day; (‭Psalms‬ ‭91‬:‭1-5‬ KJV)

  3. 1. The LORD says, “I was ready to respond, but no one asked for help. I was ready to be found, but no one was looking for me. I said, ‘Here I am, here I am!’ to a nation that did not call on my name.

    2. All day long I opened my arms to a rebellious people. But they follow their own evil paths and their own crooked schemes.

    5. Yet they say to each other, ‘Don’t come too close or you will defile me! I am holier than you!’ These people are a stench in my nostrils, an acrid smell that never goes away.

    6. “Look, my decree is written out in front of me: I will not stand silent; I will repay them in full! Yes, I will repay them NLT

    God has a lot of patience, but there comes a time when He draws the line and says, “Enough!”. Don’t risk it; you don’t know where that line is, and the consequences are eternal.

  4. Isaiah 65: 17 (English Amp) For behold, I create new heavens and a new earth. And the former things shall not be remembered or come into mind. God coming back without spot or blemish and peace , Free with fears, no more pain, no more hurts, no more moral conflicts. What that be a glorious day when we see Jesus.

  5. RD says, “I was ready to respond, but no one asked for help. I was ready to be found, but no one was looking for me. I said, ‘Here I am, here I am!’ to a nation that did not call on my name.

    2. All day long I opened my arms to a rebellious people. But they follow their own evil paths and their own crooked schemes.

    God sits on His throne waiting and willing to meet our needs and provide for us. We must be willing to be open and vulnerable before the Lord so that He can save us and meet our needs.

  6. 1 I am sought of them that asked not for me; I am found of them that sought me not: I said, Behold me, behold me, unto a nation that was not called by my name.
    2 I have spread out my hands all the day unto a rebellious people, which walketh in a way that was not good, after their own thoughts;

    Ever been left hangin’ on a high five, handshake, etc.? God’s arms are open, they are extended for His people but many are just too busy, some distracted, some with scrambled priorities. Someone once told me that as servants we shouldn’t have to be begged to work, begged to be involved, begged to keep relationship; rather, as people who were saved and redeemed, we should cheerfully be volunteering before even asked, with joy in our hearts we should inherently do what’s right and work for the Kingdom. Don’t leave God hangin, the Kingdom is at hand!

  7. Isaiah 65:22 MSG No more building a house that some outsider takes over, Nov more planting fields that some enemy confiscates, For my people will be as long-lived as trees, my chosen ones will have satisfaction in their work.

    Psalm 92:12 The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon.

  8. It is very important to listen and obey the lord and not turn to sinful ways . it could cause you and your whole generation . God destroyed the bad grapes but kept the good grapes . his servants ate while the unrighteous starved . his servants drank
    While the unrighteous were thristy. The unrighteous names were a curse word amoung God’s people. Please listen and follow the lord.

  9. A dangerous calling

    2 Therefore will I number you to the sword, and ye shall all bow down to the slaughter: because when I called, ye did not answer; when I spake, ye did not hear; but did evil before mine eyes, and did choose that wherein I delighted not.

    How would we feel if we called our children over and over again but they continued ingnoring us? The God of Heaven is calling us for this last day revival, we have to answer the call. We cannot just ignor it. If you are truly called of the Lord and you don’t do something about you are walking on dangerous ground. The Word of God is full of contingencies, if we do this he will do that. God doesn’t make deals. He says if you want what I have, this is how you get it and there is no short cuts.

  10. The Lord says, “I was ready to respond, but no one asked for help. I was ready to be found, but no one was looking for me. I said, ‘Here I am, here I am!’ to a nation that did not call on my name.
    Isaiah 65:1 NLT

    GOD ready he ready to to every respond that we ask

    4Which remain among the graves, and lodge in the monuments, which eat swine’s flesh, and broth of abominable things is in their vessels;

    No Pork on my Fork, No Swine in Mine
    Back in the Old Testament, the people of God could not eat certain meats. Thank the Lord for the New Testament in the which the Gentiles were included into the covenant along with our diet.

    We can compare the Old Testament swine to the New Testament “spiritual food”. We must remain free from “spiritual” pork on our forks. Be careful of the voices you allow into your temple. Be careful of the sermons you hear on YouTube. There are many false prophets and conspiracy theorist out there that are just waiting to deceive folks. Stay away from that “unclean” doctrine. It’s ok to eat a pork chop under grace, but it’s not ok to consume spiritual swine! Open up your ears to the pure doctrine of the Lord Jesus Christ and put yourself under the authority of Pastor.

  12. THY KINGDOM COME

    1 I am sought of them that asked not for me; I am found of them that sought me not: I said, Behold me, behold me, unto a nation that was not called by my name.
    2 I have spread out my hands all the day unto a rebellious people, which walketh in a way that was not good, after their own thoughts;
    3 A people that provoketh me to anger continually to my face; that sacrificeth in gardens, and burneth incense upon altars of brick;

    The prophet declares of a people that refuse to seek GOD, even though HE patiently awaits the opportunity to reveal HIS Kingdom. JESUS stretched out HIS hand with Favor and Blessing only to be rejected and unnoticed. JESUS the KING of Kings desires relationship with us. However, too few will give HIM the time of day, no personal prayer time, no personal devotional time, no personal witness time, minimal worship time and no sacrificial time. Because they walk after their own thoughts. Seek their own pleasure, people will sacrifice for idols, but not for GOD. Will give time and money to entertainment; but turn their nose up at giving time and money to the Kingdom of GOD. This passage very much describes our world today. A people that expect GOD to protect them, but refuse to seek HIM. People spend more money on entertainment than on HIS Kingdom, can quote more movies and worldly songs than SCRIPTURES. We must PRAY.

    THY KINGDOM COME

    17 For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.

    A personal Prayer and concern for me is this:

    The Kingdom of GOD is HERE now within us. If we fail to recognize, seek after and live in HIS Kingdom now; how can one expect to be involved in HIS Kingdom when verse 17 occurs?

    NOW is the TIME to be BORN AGAIN of the WATER (outward) and the SPIRIT (inward). We must allow daily the WORD of GOD to transform us into HIS image.

    Lets GO seek FIRST the Kingdom of GOD and HIS Righteousness to ensure we are on the path to HIS Holiness. THY KINGDOM COME and convict me, rearrange my thinking, change my heart and lead me to you JESUS.

  13. 1 I revealed myself to those who did not ask for me; I was found by those who did not seek me. To a nation that did not call on my name, I said, “here am I, here am I.”
    2 All day long I have held out my hand to an obstinate people, who walk in ways not good, pursuing there own imaginations
    3 a people who continually provoke me to my face, offering sacrifices in gardens and burning incense on alters of brick

  14. 2 I have spread out my hands all the day unto a rebellious people, which walketh in a way that was not good, after their own thoughts;

    The Ways of the World
    A rebellious people seeking after everything this world has to offer. Their own thoughts. We have to clothe our mind daily pray without ceasing is what the word admonishes us to do. We must stay in the word lest we top we seek after the things if this world. Satan paints beautiful pictures in this world he gets us to thinking about the future and soon our minds are so overwhelmed we can no longer be kingdom minded. Today is the present we must leave all in the hands of God being assured to keep our minds stayed right on Him. When we allow our minds to stray we become rebellious wanting our own way which will eventually lead to destruction. So we must just allow the peace if God to saturate every crevus of our mind keeping Him in focus.
    If we follow our mere thoughts

  15. Isaiah 65:12-15
    12) Therefore will I number you to the sword, and ye shall all bow down to the slaughter: because, when I called, ye did not answer; when I spake, ye did not hear; but did evil before mine eyes, and did choose that wherein I delighted not.
    13) Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, my servants shall eat, but ye shall be hungry: behold, my servants shall drink, but ye shall be thirsty: behold, my servants shall rejoice, but ye shall be ashamed:
    14) Behold, my servants shall sing for joy of heart, but ye shall cry for sorrow of heart and shall howl for vexation of spirit.
    15) And ye shall leave your name for a curse unto my chosen: for the Lord GOD shall slay thee, and call his servants by another name.

    A true servant of God will answer when He calls, hear when He speaks, and do those things that are right and delightful to the Lord.
    A true servant of God will be blessed. He will eat, drink, rejoice, sing, and be called by another name.

  16. 2 I have spread out my hands all the day unto a rebellious people, which walketh in a way that was not good, after their own thoughts;
    3 A people that provoketh me to anger continually to my face; that sacrificeth in gardens, and burneth incense upon altars of brick;

    This is some of the message we heard Sunday night: will we do our will or His will? Do our own thing our own way or seek His kingdom and be a part of it. Joshua gathers the people and in chapter 24 asks them to decide who they will serve: Joshua 24:13-15
    13 And I have given you a land for which ye did not labour, and cities which ye built not, and ye dwell in them; of the vineyards and oliveyards which ye planted not do ye eat.
    14 Now therefore fear the Lord, and serve him in sincerity and in truth: and put away the gods which your fathers served on the other side of the flood, and in Egypt; and serve ye the Lord.
    15 And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.

  17. This verse is often mentioned, although there is another aspect of it which comes to mind. ‘For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind. But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy. And I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and joy in my people’

    Notice that when we’re standing in his perfection, our former lives shall not even come to our minds. The glory of his presence and perfection of his new creation will so stand out before us that we won’t even remember the days that came before. We will rejoice with him and the Bible declares God will rejoice in us! Just like our sins, it doesn’t say the former days are forgotten, it says they’ll no longer be remembered… they’ll no longer be brought up even in our own minds!

    That is the heaven we look forward too and there is a lesson to be had there. If our thoughts are plagued by our former lives, it’s time to look up! It’s time to so dedicate our lives to the work of the kingdom that the memories of sin begin to fade. It’s time to be so occupied with what we are doing for him that our conversation becomes inundated with what God is doing! Let the focus of our thoughts and prayers look forward to where the kingdom is going rather than back to where we’ve been. The enemy can always attack our past if we make room for it, but he has no hope in our future! God’s kingdom will not only prevail, it will be the only kingdom that remains!

  18. now I will ‘destine’ you for the sword. All of you will bow down before the executioner. For when I called, you did not answer. When I spoke, you did not listen. You deliberately sinned—before my very eyes— and chose to do what you know I despise.”
    Isaiah 65:12 NLT

    For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,
    Hebrews 10:26 KJV

    It’s a dangerous thing to knowingly and deliberately choose sin over obedience to God’s Word! God’s desire has always been to do His people good, to bring them joy, peace, and safety; therefore, He has given us His Word to follow. However, the arrogance of man always seems to think that sin can give them “the best of both worlds,” that they can have the pleasures of sin AND the promises and blessings of God. This is the height of delusion. To walk in His blessings, one must deliberately forsake sin and choose daily to walk in His Word.

    • Our generation is so deluded that we now teach that sin is a sickness and not a choice. They say, “Surely God will not judge us for our sicknesses.”

      And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
      2 Thessalonians 2:10‭-‬12 KJV

  19. Hannah: “24 And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear.” The Lord knows our every thought and everything thing we do. He knows what we will need before we need it and knows how we will respond before we respond. He is an awesome God and without him there would be no real peace and joy. He is my redeemer and every day I am thankful to be able to serve him and show others how marvelous he is. He is mighty and worthy of all our praise so every day we need to lift up his glorious name and place him first in our lives.

  20. 1 I revealed myself to those who did not ask for me; I was found by those who did not seek me. To a nation that did not call on my name, I said, “here am I, here am I.”
    2 All day long I have held out my hand to an obstinate people, who walk in ways not good, pursuing there own imaginations

    I remember a message preached awhile back called GO get your blessing. Many of us should know that God is an arms reach away and many times we’ve found ourselves in situations questioning how we’re suppose to get out of them. when all we have to do is lift our hands to the one the loves us best. He’s an arms reach away and we’re looking everywhere but the right place. SEEK his face first, that’s your answer, SEEK his KinGdOm first that’s your answer. After all he’s right there saying “here am I, here am I”

    iBless you in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ!

  21. 17 For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.

    So great a promise that is before us!. This life of dedication and consecration; turning aside from the things of this world that bound us before we surrendered our lives to Jesus and continuing to lay aside all the things that can so easily keep us away from Him. It is all worth it! Having the peace, protection, provision and blessing of God upon our lives and that of our family, as we endeavor to do His will on this Earth.
    How much more rejoicing will there be when we see him face to face and hear those words will done thy good and faithful servant:)
    Nothing in this world is worth missing hearing those words from God.

  22. 2 “All day long I have stretched out My hands to a disobedient and contrary people.”
    God’s judgment sounds severe but He had reached out to His people for many years and sent many prophets to warn, to correct , to reprove but they would not hear and repent.
    [2Pe 3:9 KJV] 9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

  23. 17 For behold, I create new heavens and a new earth, and the former shall not be remembered or come to mind. But be glad and rejoice forever in what I create, for behold, I create Jerusalem as a rejoicing, and her people a joy. I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and joy in my people, the voice of weeping shall no longer be heard in her, nor the voice of crying. Thy kingdom come.

  24. 17 For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.
    18 But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy.

    When we are born again, we become new people. God has created a new heaven and a new earth for His children Who are saved By His Grace.

  25. All the lord wants is our full and 100% effort for his kingdom, lord I plead the blood of Jesus over everyone that seeks to serve you with their full heart and soul and mind, I rebuke every sickness. Have your way in Jesus name!

  26. 5 Yet they say to each other, ‘Don’t come too close or you will defile me!
    I am holier than you!’ These people are a stench in my nostrils, an acrid smell that never goes away.

    Yes, there are those who feel they are super holy, or holier than others. Yet they fail to realize, they have sin just like any other person. No one is perfect, only of God, Jesus. We can only try to be holy by growing more like Jesus. But never get to the point, that I’m holier than anyone else. Don’t compare yourself to others, or try to be holier than others: now in a sense your making judgement on others.

  27. I am sought of them that asked not for me; I am found of them that sought me not: I said, Behold me, behold me, unto a nation that was not called by my name.

    2 I have spread out my hands all the day unto a rebellious people, which walketh in a way that was not good, after their own thoughts;

    3 A people that provoketh me to anger continually to my face; that sacrificeth in gardens, and burneth incense upon altars of brick;

    4 Which remain among the graves, and lodge in the monuments, which eat swine’s flesh, and broth of abominable things is in their vessels;

    5 Which say, Stand by thyself, come not near to me; for I am holier than thou. These are a smoke in my nose, a fire that burneth all the day.

    6 Behold, it is written before me: I will not keep silence, but will recompense, even recompense into their bosom,

    7 Your iniquities, and the iniquities of your fathers together, saith the Lord, which have burned incense upon the mountains, and blasphemed me upon the hills: therefore will I measure their former work into their bosom.

    The Gentiles came to seek God, and find him, because they were first sought and found of him. Often he meets some thoughtless trifler or profligate opposer, and says to him, Behold me; and a speedy change takes place. All the gospel day, Christ waited to be gracious. The Jews were bidden, but would not come. It is not without cause they are rejected of God. They would do what most pleased them. They grieved, they vexed the Holy Spirit. They forsook God’s temple, and sacrificed in groves. They cared not for the distinction between clean and unclean meats, before it was taken away by the gospel. Perhaps this is put for all forbidden pleasures, and all that is thought to be gotten by sin, that abominable thing which the Lord hates. Christ denounced many woes against the pride and hypocrisy of the Jews. The proof against them is plain. And let us watch against pride and self-preference, remembering that every sin, and the most secret thoughts of man’s heart, are known and will be judged by God.

  28. Josiah: 18 But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy.
    What God creates for us to rejoice and be glad in we should. We should be THANKFUL. However we do not have to, should not, wait for God to create a new Heaven and earth to start being THANKFUL. We should be THANKFUL for what is around us. Our parents. Our siblings. Our other family, grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins, and etc. If they are not in Church we can be THANKFUL that we can be a family member who is a light. So, let us GO BE THANKFUL ALL YEAR LONG not just around Thanksgiving! HALLELUJAH!!!!!!!…….

  29. 7 For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.
    18 But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy.

    The Lord calls us to rejoice and be glad, to move forward and not look back to see into our new territory and walk in the joy God has given us in strength

  30. “Pay close attention now: I’m creating new heavens and a new earth. All the earlier troubles, chaos, and pain are things of the past, to be forgotten. Look ahead with joy. Anticipate what I’m creating: I’ll create Jerusalem as sheer joy, create my people as pure delight. I’ll take joy in Jerusalem, take delight in my people: No more sounds of weeping in the city, no cries of anguish; No more babies dying in the cradle, or old people who don’t enjoy a full lifetime; One-hundredth birthdays will be considered normal— anything less will seem like a cheat. They’ll build houses and move in. They’ll plant fields and eat what they grow. No more building a house that some outsider takes over, No more planting fields that some enemy confiscates, For my people will be as long-lived as trees, my chosen ones will have satisfaction in their work. They won’t work and have nothing come of it, they won’t have children snatched out from under them. For they themselves are plantings blessed by God , with their children and grandchildren likewise God -blessed. Before they call out, I’ll answer. Before they’ve finished speaking, I’ll have heard. Wolf and lamb will graze the same meadow, lion and ox eat straw from the same trough, but snakes—they’ll get a diet of dirt! Neither animal nor human will hurt or kill anywhere on my Holy Mountain,” says God .
    Isaiah 65:17‭-‬25 MSG

  31. 16 That he who blesseth himself in the earth shall bless himself in the God of truth; and he that sweareth in the earth shall swear by the God of truth; because the former troubles are forgotten, and because they are hid from mine eyes.

  32. 12 Therefore will I number you to the sword, and ye shall all bow down to the slaughter: because when I called, ye did not answer; when I spake, ye did not hear; but did evil before mine eyes, and did choose that wherein I delighted not.

    It doesn’t take much searching in our society to realize that lawlessness is rampant in my out society. Massacres, genocide, famine, pestilence, and so much more. It is all of the product of one thing, SIN. There is a sin problem, and as long as we do not acknowledge it, we can not successfully combat it.

    We bring Jesus back into society and we end the problem.

  33. 2 I have spread out my hands all the day unto a rebellious people, which walketh in a way that was not good, after their own thoughts;
    3 A people that provoketh me to anger continually to my face; that sacrificeth in gardens, and burneth incense upon altars of brick;

    Sad to say that we live in a world that is full of people that are after their own thoughts, feelings, emotions, etc. They don’t have Jesus in kind because all is “good” living in this nation. Yet other countries have to hide to be able to worship God!! The Lord is waiting with His hand stretched out to us willing to guide us, help us, lift us up, give us the strength, comfort, peace….but yet many turn the other way, reject His help and find “help” in something or someone else. As a mother I’m always willing to give my hand to my children in things I know they need help in HOWEVER they have rejected my help thinking that they can do it alone and that they know more than I do. BUT they either end up getting hurt or making things worst. I see that this is how we can be in the spiritual….God is there waiting and willing to help us BUT instead we make things worst or end up getting hurt. Lord help me to never reject your hand!! I need you daily Lord!!

  34. “I am sought of them that asked not for me; I am found of them that sought me not: I said, Behold me, behold me, unto a nation that was not called by my name.”
    ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭65:1‬ ‭KJV‬‬

    When Reality Sets In

    This is going to be what it is like very soon. People who have denied God are going to have a face to face encounter with their maker. Agnostic, atheist, and any other non-Holy Ghost filled Jesus believing religious group are going to have a shock. God is looking for those who don’t believe. He will find them, even if they don’t know he’s looking.

    Jesus help us to reach hem before their time is up!

  35. “I am sought of them that asked not for me; I am found of them that sought me not: I said, Behold me, behold me, unto a nation that was not called by my name. I have spread out my hands all the day unto a rebellious people, which walketh in a way that was not good, after their own thoughts;”
    ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭65:1-2‬ ‭KJV‬‬

    While we were yet sinners He loved us. My mind can’t wrap itself around the unconditional love His has for us. This love goes beyond my comprehension. And yet some of us go after our own thoughts. The Word states that we should seek first the Kingdom and His righteousness. It also states that His ways are higher than ours. We must come to the point where we cast down imaginations and bring into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.

    “Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;”
    ‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭10:5‬ ‭KJV‬‬

  36. Verses 1-2 MSG say “I’ve made myself available to those who haven’t bothered to ask. I’m here, ready to be found by those who haven’t bothered to look. I kept saying ‘I’m here, I’m right here’ to a nation that ignored me. I reached out day after day to a people who turned their backs on me, People who make wrong turns, who insist on doing things their own way.” There are still so many who may not know who they can call upon. We have been saved by the blood of the lamb and must show others through our lives, through our testimony and bring them to know the One True God….Jesus.

  37. 10 And Sharon shall be a fold of flocks, and the valley of Achor a place for the herds to lie down in, for my people that have sought me.

    As I read this the valley of Achor jumped at me… Maybe it could translate like this : … And the place where my people were found in their sins, and repented, they will be able to be filled and find rest, because they sought me…

  38. All day long I opened my arms to a rebellious people. But they follow their own evil paths and their own crooked schemes.(Isaiah 65:2 NLT)

    Our Father is patient with us and has his arms wide open to forgive us when we repent. His children or Israel are rebellious and will not turn to him but follow their own evil paths and self seeking ways. They are full of the world and do not long after relationship with their Father.

  39. 3 A people that provoketh me to anger continually to my face; that sacrificeth in gardens, and burneth incense upon altars of brick;

    What caught my attention is that God was provoked to anger by the altars of brick. Why? Because Exodus 20:24 – 25 tells how God wants his altars made: 24 An altar of earth thou shalt make unto me, and shalt sacrifice thereon thy burnt offerings, and thy peace offerings, thy sheep, and thine oxen: in all places where I record my name I will come unto thee, and I will bless thee. 25 And if thou wilt make me an altar of stone, thou shalt not build it of hewn stone: for if thou lift up thy tool upon it, thou hast polluted it.

    So God was provoked because they where offering strange offerings on strange altars. May I build my altar how he wants and of living stone. Not a strange altar, with strange offerings and fire. That would provoke the Lord to wrath.

  40. 13 Therefore thus saith the Lord God, Behold, my servants shall eat, but ye shall be hungry: behold, my servants shall drink, but ye shall be thirsty: behold, my servants shall rejoice, but ye shall be ashamed:

    Choose to be a servant. In previous verse we see what happened to those that did not answer the call of God and did not hear and choose sin. They were numbered for the sword and were hungry… But to the contrary the servant of the Lord shall be blessed.

  41. 14 Behold, my servants shall sing for joy of heart, but ye shall cry for sorrow of heart, and shall howl for vexation of spirit.

    It’s is important that we make sure we are “servants of the Lord” Our service to God opens the door of blessings and safety. Once we shut the door of servanthood we close ourselves off from His inheritance.
