Matthew 7

Judge not, that ye be not judged.

For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?

Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother’s eye.

Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.

Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone?

10 Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent?

11 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?

12 Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.

13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:

14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?

17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.

18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.

19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.

20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

24 Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:

25 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.

26 And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand:

27 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.

28 And it came to pass, when Jesus had ended these sayings, the people were astonished at his doctrine:

29 For he taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes.

  1. Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?

Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.
    Matthew 7:1‭-‬2‭, ‬15‭-‬16‭, ‬20 KJV

Judging others is one of those things that seems to be engrained in human nature. Our whole society has been plagued with judging people based on their looks, their race, their gender, their socio-economic status, their IQ, their job, their religion, etc. We consider blonds to be dumb, Irish to be hot-headed, women to be bad drivers, lawyers to be dishonest, and the examples of prejudices and stereotypes go on and on.

However, judging people in this way offends God, because such judgments come from pride. Paul warned his readers: “Who art thou that judgest another man’s servant? to his own master he standeth or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up: for God is able to make him stand,” (Romans 14:4). All men are God’s servants, and He alone has the right to judge them.

Notwithstanding, this doesn’t mean that we accept and follow anyone. Though we don’t judge men on externals, Jesus did go on to say that, when it comes to ministry, we are to be fruit inspectors. We are to judge the actions of those who call themselves prophets, not to condemn them (that is not our place), but to determine whether they are true or false.

Strangely, it seems from Jesus’ following comments, that some of these false followers did not even realize themselves that they were so. They assumed that they were saved because they did a few good things in Jesus’ name, but they never judged the totality of their own fruit. They called themselves prophets and devil-caster-outers and miracle-workers and faith-healers, but God called them workers of iniquities.

Paul again instructs, “Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves…” (2 Cor. 13:5). Thus, it seems, it is just as important for us to inspect our own fruit as it is the fruit of others–lest, after having preached to others, we ourselves become castaways.

  2. Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.
It’s not Wise to judge others because the will juge you in the same way

Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.
    John 7:24 KJV

But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.
    1 Corinthians 2:15 KJV
Don’t judge a book by its cover
Don’t be the first to judge some just cause they don’t look like you because GOD will judge you

Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.
    Matthew 7:1‭-‬2‭, ‬7‭-‬8 KJV
Seek the Lord and you will find what ever you need ask and he will give
But if from thence thou shalt seek the Lord thy God, thou shalt find him, if thou seek him with all thy heart and with all thy soul.
    Deuteronomy 4:29 KJV
Don’t seek after the things of this world and expect to find him . But seek his kingdom and you will find him
But rather seek ye the kingdom of God; and all these things shall be added unto you.
    Luke 12:31 KJV
    Seek his kingdom
As we read yesterday if seek after his kingdom and his righteousness
Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him. (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
    Matthew 6:8‭, ‬32‭-‬33 KJV
Ask and it shall be giving
The people asked, and he brought quails, and satisfied them with the bread of heaven.
    Psalms 105:40 KJV

  3. Verses 13-14 MSG “Don’t look for shortcuts to God. The market is flooded with surefire, easygoing formulas for a successful life that can be practiced in your spare time. Don’t fall for that stuff, even though crowds of people do. The way to life—to God!—is vigorous and requires total attention.” We must do our part and completely put our focus/our total attention to Him (Jesus), our rock.

    Psalm 18:2 AMP “The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and the One who rescues me;
My God, my rock and strength in whom I trust and take refuge; My shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower—my stronghold.”

Verses 24-25 MSG “These words I speak to you are not incidental additions to your life, homeowner improvements to your standard of living. They are foundational words, words to build a life on. If you work these words into your life, you are like a smart carpenter who built his house on solid rock. Rain poured down, the river flooded, a tornado hit—but nothing moved that house. It was fixed to the rock.”

  4. 7 Ask and it will be given to you, seek and you will find, knock and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.

  5. “Keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks, receives. Everyone who seeks, finds. And to everyone who knocks, the door will be opened.
    Matthew 7:7‭-‬8 NLT

Thy KINGDOM COME, THY WILL BE DONE…

Every good thing given and every perfect gift is from above; it comes down from the Father of lights [the Creator and Sustainer of the heavens], in whom there is no variation [no rising or setting] or shadow cast by His turning [for He is perfect and never changes].
    JAMES 1:17 AMP

    Keep asking, seeking, and knocking!!!
    Hallelujah!!!!!!

  6. 7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

Hallelujah!! Thank you Jesus!!! Did you see it? It says EVERY ONE!!! Every one that ask shall receive!!!!! No prerequisite JUST ASK, JUST SEEK, JUST KNOCK!!! Simple, love it when God makes it so clear and so simple.

This whole chapter it’s quoted specially when you speak truth to someone. They go straight into the “Don’t Judge” I think this is directed at the fact that there are people that decide that a person it’s guilty without knowing all the facts. All for those who think salvation cat be for that person. We all fall short, and our cleanliness it’s as filthy rags. What they don’t read it’s the rest of the chapter, we are not to judge and Lord please help me never to do that because I am not worthy of you but I am grateful for your Mercy.
Keep an eye on their actions if they say one thug but do another be careful!!! Thank you Jesus for your Grace, Mercy, and Salvation.

  7. 1 Judge not, that ye be not judged.
2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.
3 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

The Bible seems to be giving a difference of what to do with other people, one says u can judge while the other says u will know who they are by what they do. I personally believe the scripture is giving directions on how to judge and being careful to not judge quickly but to observe in all situations and being self-reflective beforehand. The Bible isn’t telling us judging is bad because it’s a natural reaction to parts of our lives that we have. But it’s telling us to look at the fruits of every part of the situation before making a judgment call. That it’s equally important that we remove the things from our lives that blindness and keep us from being harsh towards others when it comes to their mistakes. Realizing that for mistakes are no less than anyone elses

  8. Matthew 7:22-23 (English Amp) Many will say to Me on that day , Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name and demons in Your name and done many mighty works in your name ? [23] And then I never knew you; depart from Me, you who act wickedly [ disregarding My commands] . [ Ps.6:8] Depart from me, all you workers of iniquity, for the Lord has the voice of my weeping. If you sow evil , You will get evil. We must put our total attention on the rock of salvation. Obey and do God’s commands. . Repent, obey, listen , study, learn, sow, pray, reap, and be obeintent to God. Just do it. For God is our stronghold of our salvation.

  9. Matthew 7
    1. Judge not that ye he judge.

John 12:47-49 King James Version (KJV)

47 And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world.

48 He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.

    Matthew 7 The Message (MSG)

    A Simple Guide for Behavior
7 1-5 “Don’t pick on people, jump on their failures, criticize their faults— unless, of course, you want the same treatment. That critical spirit has a way of boomeranging. It’s easy to see a smudge on your neighbor’s face and be oblivious to the ugly sneer on your own. Do you have the nerve to say, ‘Let me wash your face for you,’ when your own face is distorted by contempt? It’s this whole traveling road-show mentality all over again, playing a holier-than-thou part instead of just living your part. Wipe that ugly sneer off your own face, and you might be fit to offer a washcloth to your neighbor.

    John 3:17
    New Living Translation
God sent his Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through him.

If we would live according to this passage of scriptures we would all repent daily. Lord help us to.
not be so careless with our words to wound our spiritual family and those around us. We must build up the Kingdom not tear it down. God sets the standard we live according to the measure He requires for ourself. If we are truly seeking the Kingdom minded life we will be careful lest we too would fall short of what God wants in our life.
    In Jesus name.

  10. Matthew 7:1-4
4 Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?

  11. 24. Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:

    25. And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.

On Christ the solid Rock I stand
All other ground is sinking sand…

    Psalm 18:
    2. The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.

    Psalm 31:
    2. Bow down thine ear to me; deliver me speedily: be thou my strong rock, for an house of defence to save me.

    3. For thou art my rock and my fortress; therefore for thy name’s sake lead me, and guide me.

  12. When Jesus had finished saying these things, the crowds were amazed at his teaching, because he taught as one who had authority, and not as their teachers of the law.
    Matthew 7:28‭-‬29 NIV

I’m thankful to have the Pastor that we do. He could just read the law and point his finger at what we’re doing wrong, but that’s not what he does. He leads, guides, directs, builds us up, encourages, strengthens, prays. A vessel for God to orchestrate His love and discipline through. Thank you, Jesus

  13. Wise Man:
“Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.

    Foolish Man:
And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.”
    ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7:24-27‬ ‭KJV‬‬

A person could take these scriptures Matthew 7:24-27 and compare to their own foundation with Christ in their walk with Him.
Think about it, it says a wise man built his house on a rock (Jesus) a strong foundation. This is the foundation we’re looking and seeking to have in our relationship with God.

Then we see the foolish man builds his house on the sand and gives us a perfect example of

James 1:22- “But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.”

The thing is to have a solid foundation we have to Go back to yesterday’s blog “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”
    ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭6:33‬ ‭KJV‬‬

That’s where you’re gonna find your rock! Let’s go reach someone today.

    Kingdom Minded
    Kingdom Driven

  14. iLove the Kingdom
Matthew 7:7 (KJV)  Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

Wow, that word “ask” is very powerful when I researched it in the original language. When you first look at the Word in the Strong’s it just the meaning just appears to be what we might expect, however in Strong’s Concordance it tells us to compare this word with other words in the Greek.

aiteō-Of uncertain derivation; to ask (in generally): – ask, beg, call for, crave, desire, require. Compare G4441.

Strongs tells us to compare the word with #4441 which informs us that this word “ask” in Matthew 7:7 is strictly a demand for something due.

Why is all this important? Because when Jesus says “Ask” and it shall be given unto you, what He is saying is “expect to receive what is due to you.” Wow…

  15. 7Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:
8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.
9 Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone?
10 Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent?
11 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?

Have you asked? Sometimes it just pays to ask that next question. What have you been sharing go ask God about? As we read in this passage all we have to do is ask. So….ask.

  16. “Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.”
    ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7:7-8‬ ‭KJV‬‬
We have to trust the process. He already told us if we knock then Itll be open. Some times we just want the door to open with out knocking. The process is putting in work and effort in it. If just said you would do something don’t wait for it to happen. Work for it to happen.

  17. 16 Ye shall know them by their fruits.

    Matthew 7:16-19

  18. 20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

    fruit –
the fruit of the trees, vines, of the fields
the fruit of one’s loins, i.e. his progeny, his posterity
that which originates or comes from something, an effect, result
    work, act, deed
    advantage, profit, utility
praises, which are presented to God as a thank offering
to gather fruit (i.e. a reaped harvest) into life eternal (as into a granary), is used in fig. discourse of those who by their labours have fitted souls to obtain eternal life

Jus as you can tell a good tree by its consistance in produincg good fruit. People will be able to tell if we are a God people like we claim to be, by the fruits we produce, by the attitude we have, by the life that we lead, by the praise that we give, by the joy that we carry, and by how consistent we are in our walk with God.
What type of fruit are you producing in your relationship with God?
Will you be a good tree or a corrupt tree?

“Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by his fruit.”
    ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭12:33‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.”
    ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭1:3‬ ‭KJV‬‬

  19. 13-14 “Don’t look for shortcuts to God. The market is flooded with surefire, easygoing formulas for a successful life that can be practiced in your spare time. Don’t fall for that stuff, even though crowds of people do. The way to life—to God!—is vigorous and requires total attention.

There are so many things that compete for our attention and devotion: our jobs, our kids, our spouses, our hobbies—the demands and distractions of life. We have to be careful not to let them become more important or more of a priority than our relationship with God. A key to maintaining God as priority in our life is keeping Him in His rightful place in our priorities. God said to Abraham, Walk and live habitually before Me and be perfect (blameless, wholehearted, complete). How do we create this habit; by establishing daily habits of prayer, worship and consistent time spent in His Word.

  20. The Golden Rule
“Do to others whatever you would like them to do to you. This is the essence of all that is taught in the law and the prophets.
    Matthew 7:12 NLT

  21. 21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

For several days now this itsy bitsy word has stuck out to me in several passages: Do. Here in this verse it says those that DOETH (remember Pastor taught us that extra “-eth” means continual, so here: continual doing of) the will of the Father will be the ones entering Heaven. But don’t just do just to do; don’t do things just because you think it’ll make you look good or because it’s what everyone else is doing and is expecting of you.

20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

God sees our hearts, He knows our attitudes, and He knows our intentions in which we serve. We are also taught that our fruit will be evidence of those same things – so we wouldn’t be fooling anyone if we didn’t go DO with a right spirit.

Ephesians 6:6-7 (AMP) — “not in the way of eye-service [working only when someone is watching you and only] to please men, but as slaves of Christ, doing the will of God from your heart; rendering service with goodwill, as to the Lord, and not [only] to men,”

  22. 7:8 For everyone that asks receive th ; and he that seekers finders; and to him that knocked th it shall be opened.
    ———
God is guaranteeing that He for sure will open, and answer and we will find.
He is not saying when or how. If it’s going to be now or in like forever…. Let us learn to pray your will oh Lord.
And wait patiently upon the Lord with expectancy and good will.
God is good, and he answers ….
Your Kingdom come, your will be done.

  23. 1 Judge not, that ye be not judged.
2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

We cannot know what someone has gone through, is going through now nor what lies ahead of of them. God shapes and molds us and we are tested and tried. Sometimes we pass the test with flying colors and other times we fail and must get back up and start again. So, how can we judge when we may have our own times of failure. If we see another with a fault, we should pray for them & encourage them so they can overcome. Have compassion even if you don’t understand what their trial is.

  24. Matthew 7:24-29. Rock or Sand Foundation
As a great Master Counselor, Jesus reminded His listener that hearing this message alone will not change his life. He must both hear and do what Jesus has said. The man whose house collapsed was at fault, not because he failed to labor, but because he did not lay the proper foundation. The shifting sand represents human opinion and the doctrines of men as opposed to “these sayings ” (verse 28). The works done by the believer are not based on himself but on the “rock” (v.24),who ultimately is Christ Himself 1Corinthians 10:4 And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them and that Rock was Christ.

Luke 6:47-49 Whosoever cometh to me, and heareth my sayings, and doeth them, I will shew you to whom he is like: v.48 He is like a man which built an house, and digged deep, and laid the foundation on a rock: and when the flood arose the stream beat vehemently upon that house, and could not shake it: for it was founded upon a rock.

  25. 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

We can deceive ourselves into believing that since we can pretend with those around us, that we can deceive our own Heavenly Father into thinking we are something we’re not. Yet, Jesus the Creator knows who is real and who isn’t.

I was listening to a message the other day and he said; “I will not make you a JR prophet (a lesser version of a previous anointed vessel of God). Until you develop an appreciation for being you, You will never discover what God can do in You”.

Each of us has different lives, even ones under the same roof. We’ve all made different choices that have affected us in many ways. Through those individual identities, God is able to work in miraculous ways!

When we begin to act like someone else, we lose ourselves and don’t know who we are anymore. We stopped being US with God. However in Jeremiah 1:5 “Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee, and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.”

God knows you. God knows me.

Be YOU with God, so you may be able to hear Well Done rather than I never knew you.

  26. THY KINGDOM COME
    DETERMINATION

7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:
8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

JESUS grants insight here in chapter 7 into how believers are able to hear, see and partake in the WILL of GOD to fulfill HIS Kingdom work in the earth for the saving of souls.

While it is a valid fact that when we ask one time we have already asked. However, as we learn DETERMINATION from the parable of the widow and the unjust judge in
Luke 18:5 Yet because this widow troubleth me, I will avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary me. We may not need to ask with our mouth over and over again, however with our feet and actions we can reveal our DETERMINATION for response.

By the Grace of GOD we are positioned in time to witness the greatest miracles of all time. Because of this opportunity, I pray that we feel compelled to demonstrate the Greatest Level of DETERMINATION of all time to invite and provoke The Kingdom of GOD to rule and reign in our lives, homes, churches, cities and world until JESUS comes.

    Matthew 7:22‭-‬23 KJV
This Scripture is very sobering because it says Many
will be deceived thinking they are saved when they are not. They think their works are enough and being used by Him was enough but we know that we must be born again to enter into the kingdom of God. Jesus said He never knew them and I believe the key to understanding this are the next
verses. The man that knows and stands on the Word of God will stand all the tests that come our way.

  28. Josiah: 13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
It is not always wise to do what people are doing around you. It is better to do what God wants you to do. Many people are just followers and do what the newest thing is or what others do. Yet, if we just show them the Word of God they could follow God instead of following this world! So, let us GO WITNESS IN JESUS NAME!

  29. 16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?

What fruit is hanging on my tree today? It doesn’t matter how I am dressed on the outside if on the inside my fruit is rotten (rotten attitude). I have driven through many orchards and seen ripe fruit and rotten fruit. The rotten fruit stinks at times, it falls off the tree to just lay and continue rotting. The good fruit is beautiful to see (especially for those who are harvesting it.)

Our attitude and actions matter to God. We cannot be holier than thou and expect to reach our world. We cannot be self centered and expect people to want to be around us. We cannot be worldly during the week and portray God on Sunday and expect people to follow our example.

Likewise if we are not bearing fruit, the Master could walk by us and at any moment and curse our fruit just like He did the fig tree. Our fruit matters to God. Those are not producing fruit of the Spirit are not “spirit filled” daily to give life to their fruit. Daily we must walk with God in prayer, discipline and His word.

  30. Worry about yourself . You have no right to judge others when you are filthy yourself. Do to others the way you want done to you (The Golden Rule ) you don’t want someone hurting you so why hurt them . Let God be God . Attitude is Key . Are you a wolf disguised in sheep’s clothing ? Or a sheep following the shepetard? The way you act will reflect that. Build your hollines on a Good Foundation . Because a good foundation is a start for a great walk with God .

  31. 7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

Oooo plan a plan for the Kingdom at hand! The Lord knows the desires of my heart and my kingdom minded mind. Jesus open up doors that are there for me to run threw, God you have all power and authority. No one wants a bad apple or a bad grape or a bad strawberry, but they do love a ripe nice and juicy fruit that is of the Kingdom. Bad fruits are thrown to the gutters and trash. The devil is a producer of BAD FRUITS and I am not going to be a producer of bad fruits but a producer of the GOOD FRUIT!

  32. St. Matthew 7:24-27
    24) Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:
    25) And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house: and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.
    26) And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand:
    27) And the rain descended, and the floods came and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.

The wise person is someone who Hears the Word of God and Does It.
The foolish person is someone who Hears the Word of God and Doesn’t Do It.

    James 1:22-25 says,
    22) But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.
    23) For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass:
    24) For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.
    25) But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.

Don’t be just a Hearer of the Word, but be a Hearer and a Doer of the Word!

  33. 11 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?

God’s desire is to take care of His people. He wants to be a provider and a way maker if we let Him. The bible says to “cast all your care upon Him for he cares for you.”

  34. 15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

  35. 7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

Hallelujah! Often times we are not asking God or seeking oppurtunites to be blessed and we just cry about it and complain. Stop giving excuses and build your faith. Ask it shall be given knock and the door will open.

  36. 15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

  37. 20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

  38. 6 Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.

Jesus calls out a woman from Canaan as a dog, before he heals her child.

Proverbs refers to people who are lazy, drunkards, gluttons, abusive, and a whole list of other things, as evil people. It also calls wisdom like a great pearl.

Since Canaanites are a type of worldly people, could it be that we are to save the holy things, our sacrifices, for Jesus, and not so much for this world? Or even to throw away our God given wisdom helping them, when they have no care to repent?

  39. 12“Do to others whatever you would like them to do to you. This is the essence of all that is taught in the law and the prophets.

If only everyone could follow this simple verse. Yes, everyone likes to be treated with respect, dignity and honor. But there are those who treat and speak to others with no respect. We all know someone like this. If you show respect, you’ll receive respect.

  40. 21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Regardless or anything, the name of Jesus has power. It is faith, believing in Him that activates it. However, obeying his words and knowing God gives you relationship to be saved.

  41. 3 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

Sin is sin!!! Sin leads to death!!! Our fleshly ways lead us to death, sin will consume one if not repented (turn away from) …………. you can run but you can’t hide from GOD……..

  42. 24 Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:

25 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock

When we build our faith upon the word of God then the rains and storms of life will not succeed in knocking us down. Just like the strong house in this parable, we feel the rain and the wind, the trials still hurt but we don’t fall.

  43. 1 Judge not, that ye be not judged.

We shouldn’t judge because we have all made mistakes once , or twice or maybe even more so who are we to judge someone because they have made a mistake who are you to judge them and try to say if they get to go to heaven or hell

  44. Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

Just because we call on His Name doesn’t mean we are going to heaven BUT those that do His Will!!! We can’t think that once saved always saved!! We must do what He demands from us. He could’ve easily made us all robots and Him make us do what He wanted with us but He didn’t, instead He gave us the liberty to choose to follow Him or not! Many people blame God because of how wicked this world is when in reality it’s our own fault. We have the choice to do His will, to do good or bad, to deceive or say the truth, to kill or to help, to reach or destroy!!!

We have the power to change this world through Jesus Christ!!!

  45. 2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

It’s important to be careful how we judge others. The way we treat them will come back to us, whether it’s on Judgement Day or here on Earth. Let’s give mercy, grace, and compassion to those who are lost and to those who are still learning how to walk in God’s statutes. We must love each other like Jesus loves us: unconditionally.

  46. Judge not, that ye be not judged.

2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

3 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

4 Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?

5 Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother’s eye.

6 Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend yo

We must judge ourselves, and judge of our own acts, but not make our word a law to everybody. We must not judge rashly, nor pass judgment upon our brother without any ground. We must not make the worst of people. Here is a just reproof to those who quarrel with their brethren for small faults, while they allow themselves in greater ones. Some sins are as motes, while others are as beams; some as a gnat, others as a camel. Not that there is any sin little; if it be a mote, or splinter, it is in the eye; if a gnat, it is in the throat; both are painful and dangerous, and we cannot be easy or well till they are got out. That which charity teaches us to call but a splinter in our brother’s eye, true repentance and godly sorrow will teach us to call a beam in our own. It is as strange that a man can be in a sinful, miserable condition, and not be aware of it, as that a man should have a beam in his eye, and not consider it; but the god of this world blinds their minds. Here is a good rule for reprovers; first reform thyself.

  47. “What do you want with us, Son of God?” they shouted. “Have you come here to torture us before the appointed time?” Some distance from them a large herd of pigs was feeding. The demons begged Jesus, “If you drive us out, send us into the herd of pigs.” He said to them, “Go!” So they came out and went into the pigs, and the whole herd rushed down the steep bank into the lake and died in the water. Those tending the pigs ran off, went into the town and reported all this, including what had happened to the demon-possessed men. Then the whole town went out to meet Jesus. And when they saw him, they pleaded with him to leave their region.
    Matthew 8:29‭-‬34 NIV

    THE PRICE OF DELIVERANCE

Let’s do the math on deliverance 😜. One pig today costs and average of $3 a pound, so a 265 lb pig is $795. If the pig farmers had a herd of 20 pigs that’s almost $16,000 work of pig that barreled themselves off a cliff. I can understand the farmers frustration, but also peoples minds are now at ease because it’s now safe to pass through that region. These men are no longer a threat. They are delivered of what influenced them. Their identities changed, minds made new. They are new creations. They’ve been set free! Souls in bondage have been liberated! What will we pay? What are we willing to give up so we can see others liberated from strongholds and burdensome yokes of bondage? What will we let go of to see this region saved!?!?
The people of that region asked Jesus to leave, but I say we have claimed this region for You Kingdom! Establish Your Kingdom here! What else can God do for these people if we let go of everything and are consumed with the resurrecting power of Jesus Christ to see this region delivered?!?! THY KINGDOM COME! THY WILL BE DONE IN EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN!!

  48. “And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye? Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye? Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother’s eye.”
    ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7:3-5‬ ‭KJV‬‬

It is often very easy for us to see the bad things that others do, even when we do things that are way worse. It’s not that hard to understand why. In today’s culture people tend to point fingers and shift blame. It’s essier to do than examining what is happening in your own life. The thing is, if we want to help others we HAVE TO first examine ourselves and get ourselves right. Then maybe God will allow us to be used to help our brothers/sisters to fix their own sight.
