Acts 22

Men, brethren, and fathers, hear ye my defence which I make now unto you.

(And when they heard that he spake in the Hebrew tongue to them, they kept the more silence: and he saith,)

I am verily a man which am a Jew, born in Tarsus, a city in Cilicia, yet brought up in this city at the feet of Gamaliel, and taught according to the perfect manner of the law of the fathers, and was zealous toward God, as ye all are this day.

And I persecuted this way unto the death, binding and delivering into prisons both men and women.

As also the high priest doth bear me witness, and all the estate of the elders: from whom also I received letters unto the brethren, and went to Damascus, to bring them which were there bound unto Jerusalem, for to be punished.

And it came to pass, that, as I made my journey, and was come nigh unto Damascus about noon, suddenly there shone from heaven a great light round about me.

And I fell unto the ground, and heard a voice saying unto me, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me?

And I answered, Who art thou, Lord? And he said unto me, I am Jesus of Nazareth, whom thou persecutest.

And they that were with me saw indeed the light, and were afraid; but they heard not the voice of him that spake to me.

10 And I said, What shall I do, Lord? And the Lord said unto me, Arise, and go into Damascus; and there it shall be told thee of all things which are appointed for thee to do.

11 And when I could not see for the glory of that light, being led by the hand of them that were with me, I came into Damascus.

12 And one Ananias, a devout man according to the law, having a good report of all the Jews which dwelt there,

13 Came unto me, and stood, and said unto me, Brother Saul, receive thy sight. And the same hour I looked up upon him.

14 And he said, The God of our fathers hath chosen thee, that thou shouldest know his will, and see that Just One, and shouldest hear the voice of his mouth.

15 For thou shalt be his witness unto all men of what thou hast seen and heard.

16 And now why tarriest thou? arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord.

17 And it came to pass, that, when I was come again to Jerusalem, even while I prayed in the temple, I was in a trance;

18 And saw him saying unto me, Make haste, and get thee quickly out of Jerusalem: for they will not receive thy testimony concerning me.

19 And I said, Lord, they know that I imprisoned and beat in every synagogue them that believed on thee:

20 And when the blood of thy martyr Stephen was shed, I also was standing by, and consenting unto his death, and kept the raiment of them that slew him.

21 And he said unto me, Depart: for I will send thee far hence unto the Gentiles.

22 And they gave him audience unto this word, and then lifted up their voices, and said, Away with such a fellow from the earth: for it is not fit that he should live.

23 And as they cried out, and cast off their clothes, and threw dust into the air,

24 The chief captain commanded him to be brought into the castle, and bade that he should be examined by scourging; that he might know wherefore they cried so against him.

25 And as they bound him with thongs, Paul said unto the centurion that stood by, Is it lawful for you to scourge a man that is a Roman, and uncondemned?

26 When the centurion heard that, he went and told the chief captain, saying, Take heed what thou doest: for this man is a Roman.

27 Then the chief captain came, and said unto him, Tell me, art thou a Roman? He said, Yea.

28 And the chief captain answered, With a great sum obtained I this freedom. And Paul said, But I was free born.

29 Then straightway they departed from him which should have examined him: and the chief captain also was afraid, after he knew that he was a Roman, and because he had bound him.

30 On the morrow, because he would have known the certainty wherefore he was accused of the Jews, he loosed him from his bands, and commanded the chief priests and all their council to appear, and brought Paul down, and set him before them.

  1. 10 And I said, What shall I do, Lord? And the Lord said unto me, Arise, and go into Damascus; and there it shall be told thee of all things which are appointed for thee to do.

    The beautiful thing about this chapter is how it speaks on where Paul came from and where he was and what he was doing. Like Paul we all come from different walks of life some of us so deep into sin you never thought you’d make it out, blinded in a sense, but God washed away the “old” us in baptism and filled and inspired us with the Holy Ghost to help shape the people we are today. We like Paul have a testimony that frees us and helps others relate to us because of where we have been. Thank you Jesus for my testimony.

  2. Then Ananias told me, “The God that our ancestors worshiped has chosen you to know what he wants done. He has chosen you to see the One Who Obeys God and to hear his voice. You must tell everyone what you have seen and heard.

    We have a testimony that needs to be shared, we have been chosen hand picked by GOD to do so❤
    I like how v.16 says ‘what are you waiting for?’

    This question applies to all. I have been up since 3:00a.m. with children’s ministry on my mind. And thankful for that. As you hear a child, a little girl asking for the Holy Ghost….yeah it moves you to continue to testify. She’s hungry for the Lord!!! She shall be filled with the Holy Ghost!!!! Revival in our city of Fort Worth!!

  3. Verse 16 MSG “So what are you waiting for? Get up and get yourself baptized, scrubbed clean of those sins and personally acquainted with God.’” The question is posed here…..what are you waiting for???…..for someone else to step up, for another to speak up, or have we taken the time to personally get acquainted with God? This also reminds me of when God called on Samuel and he answered “Speak. I’m your servant, ready to listen.”

    You don’t have to be a Bible scholar to witness, you just have to tell people your story about your encounter with God. Witnessing is just about loving people and telling them how your life was changed because of Jesus, so they can experience it to. Anywhere Paul went, he told people about how God changed his life, no matter where he was or what the setting was, he told people his story

    Each of us must hear the voice of God in our own lives; however, everyone can see the results when we heed that voice.
    Lord, help me be sensitive to hearing your voice and willing to obey.

  6. 16 And now why tarriest thou? arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord.

    As we stand in the wake of things going on around us in the world today, we have to obtain a sense of urgency, because we are living on borrowed time. We have to lose the mentality of “ why do today what can be put off until tomorrow”

    We need to heed that call of God that got to an alter with a repented heart and felt the power of the Holy Ghost fall on us. Why do we tarry waiting on others to be convicted by God, when we are commanded to unto all the world and preach the Gospel. Just like John crying in the wilderness- for the kingdom of God is at hand. We have very little time to reach all that we can.

    I love the Kingdom!

  7. Acts 22:13-14 (Amp) Come to see me, and standing by my side said to me, Brother Saul, look up and receive back your sight. And in that very instant I
    [ recovered my sight and looking up saw him. [14] And He said, The God of our forefathers has destined and appointed you to come progressively to know His will [ perceive, to recognize more strongly and clearing, and to become better and more intimately acquainted with His will]. and see the Righteous One[ Jesus Christ, the Messiah], and hear a voice from His [ own] mouth and message from His [ own lips] . Be a witness to this world to rise up and be washed clean from your sins and be baptizein Jesus name. There nothing my God can’t do. Here hear to save this world. Halaula!

  8. 15 For thou shalt be his witness unto all men of what thou hast seen and heard.
    16 And now why tarriest thou? arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord.

    No one can take your testimony from you. That is your personal account that bonds you to your walk in Truth. It is a tool and weapon that cannot be stolen from you. Not everyone will receive the truth from ur testimony, but that’s on them. It doesn’t take away from the validity and power of your testimony. Let’s stand up and TESTIFY of His GOODNESS and GRACE!!

  9. 16 And now why tarriest thou? arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord.

    I just finished a bible study with Deogratias and Fabiola. They had both been baptized in the titles back in Berundi but in our bible study they saw the light. They knew that they needed to be baptized. Fabiola told us that she just could not wait and you all saw her get baptized a couple of weeks ago. Deogratias sees the truth as well but he said he wanted to wait. I Asked Deo why he wanted to wait, he said that he didn’t know but he just wanted to wait. I sent Deo this scripture this morning. You all please pray with me that he will do what he knows he should do and wait no more. In Jesus name.

  11. 26When the centurion heard that, he went and told the chief captain, saying, Take heed what thou doest: for this man is a Roman.
    27 Then the chief captain came, and said unto him, Tell me, art thou a Roman? He said, Yea.
    28 And the chief captain answered, With a great sum obtained I this freedom. And Paul said, But I was free born.
    29 Then straightway they departed from him which should have examined him: and the chief captain also was afraid, after he knew that he was a Roman, and because he had bound him.

    Who are you?

    I am a child of the Living God. He is my Father. And whenever the enemy comes in and trys to discourage me, all I have to do is remember that my Father is the Creator. What do I have to be worried about. He will supply my every need, he has Saved me, he rescued me, he loves me,. I am a child of God! That is who I am.

  13. iLove the Kingdom

    I’m sure we have all experienced this before…We give our testimony thinking it’s going to change the world. These Jews were not trying to hear it though. They didn’t care that Saul had been like them. They didn’t care he had be under the law and had persecuted Christians. They didn’t care about “Saul’s” new life. They only cared about their own opinions based on their own beliefs.

    When Saul made the transition and received the Holy Ghost, scales fell off his eyes. This is the same thing that needs to happen in our world today. Remove the scales of pride from the eyes oh Lord of those we witness to.

    Equipped with a Testimony

    19-20 “At first I objected: ‘Who has better credentials? They all know how obsessed I was with hunting out those who believed in you, beating them up in the meeting places and throwing them in jail. And when your witness Stephen was murdered, I was right there, holding the coats of the murderers and cheering them on. And now they see me totally converted. What better qualification could I have?’

  15. That night the Lord appeared to Paul and said, “Be encouraged, Paul. Just as you have been a witness to me here in Jerusalem, you must preach the Good News in Rome as well.” “This man was seized by some Jews, and they were about to kill him when I arrived with the troops. When I learned that he was a Roman citizen, I removed him to safety. Then I took him to their high council to try to learn the basis of the accusations against him. I soon discovered the charge was something regarding their religious law—certainly nothing worthy of imprisonment or death.

    The Lord will provide and protect us let’s go and preach the gospel of Jesus Christ

  16. THY KINGDOM COME
    THE PRICE OF FREEDOM

    28 And the chief captain answered, With a great sum obtained I this freedom. And Paul said, But I was free born.

    The reality came today that the freedom that I received over 30 years ago when I was Born Again or “Free Born”, millions of people spend millions of dollars and hours on an endless and empty search for this freedom.

    True freedom is only found in JESUS.

    John 8:36 If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.

    In a world that is bound by the law of sin and death, the apostolic church knows truth and is the hope for their freedom. For this cause we must reach them with the gospel of JESUS.

    The chief captian in verse 28 reveals THE PRICE OF FREEDOM for him. However, the apostle also revealed the GOD plan for being Born Again.

    The captains freedom is temporary, but our freedom is eternal.

    THE PRICE OF FREEDOM is sacrifice of our will for HIS will.

    We must be willing to do what the Lord speaks to us like Paul states in these scriptures. Sunday night Bro Stark said that when God sends you he also provides you the tools to use. Whether he sends us to coworkers, across town or across the world, he will provide so you can accomplish what he sent you to do.

    We are in a world where Gods annointed are being persecuted every day. Lest we forget that those put before us and to teach us the truth. Today’s world has not the understanding that God is ruler over all and just. Consider the possibility that the world with the right teaching can live an eternal life. Do my profit no harm; it seems so simple. Yet it’s something that the world just doesn’t get. My prayer is that all who are annointed of God shall be free of persecution and reach the broken of this world. Thank you Jesus for the annointed ones.

    Paul was a persecutor of Christians and of Jesus, until a great light from heaven shone round about him, and he heard the voice of JESUS.
    Paul was trying to explain to the crowd that he used to be just like them (taught according to the perfect manner of the law of the fathers, and was zealous toward God, as ye are this day), until he had an encounter with JESUS, and his life was forever changed. He was baptized, had his sins washed away, and called upon the name of the Lord.

    1 Cor. 6:9-11 says…
    9) Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,
    10) Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.
    11) And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord JESUS, and by the Spirit of our God.

    We too were at one time just like people in the world, but when JESUS’ light shone into our life, and we heard His voice, we were forever changed. We have been washed, we are sanctified, we are justified in the name of the Lord JESUS, and by the Spirit of God.

    NOW is the Time to GO Witness and Testify about the things which we have seen and heard!

  21. Saul was considered one of the worst threats to christians, fulfilling what he thought was his mission. Yet God had a greater mission for him to fulfill. The transformation when he came in contact with “The Light” of this world turned the darkness in him to the light of Jesus Christ. It totally changed his disposition. There is hope for anyone. It doesn’t matter what background people come from, we must not judge them, because one encounter with Jesus the LIGHT of this world, everything changes.

  22. “I saw a vision of Jesus saying to me, ‘Hurry! Leave Jerusalem, for the people here won’t accept your testimony about me.’ “‘But Lord,’ I argued, ‘they certainly know that in every synagogue I imprisoned and beat those who believed in you. And I was in complete agreement when your witness Stephen was killed. I stood by and kept the coats they took off when they stoned him.’”

    Reading this particular part I thought wow look at Gods grace and mercy. Yes I know Paul was beat for his beliefs too and sharing the gospel but, he use to be doing the same thing. Now look, Gods using him. I’m sure some of us have a part of our pst we wouldn’t want to share, but Gods using many mighty men today to share his word

  23. 14 And he said, The God of our fathers hath chosen thee, that thou shouldest know his will, and see that Just One, and shouldest hear the voice of his mouth.

    15 For thou shalt be his witness unto all men of what thou hast seen and heard.

    It was important for Paul to know the Will of the Lord for his life. Which was to be an apostle to the Gentiles. To open their eyes, to lead them out of darkness into His light, and to turn them to God.

    If it was important for Paul, is it important for us to know the Will of the Lord for our life? How do we come to know what that is?
    Well to find something, you must first actively seek for it.
    It won’t be too far off from Paul, as we are ALL called to be a witness.

    “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”
    ‭‭Romans‬ ‭12:1-2‬ ‭KJV‬‬

    To find the Will of God for our life we must
    1. Present ourselves to God to use for His purpose.
    2. Do not conform to the selfish ways of the this world.
    3. Be transformed by the renewing of our mind.

    As you offer your body to God that He might use it as an instrument to do His work, when in your mind you desire God’s will for your life above everything else, you will see the Will of God begin to take place in your life.

    It is also important that while in this season, we continue to work where we are, and if God wants to move us, He will. Grow where you are planted!

    Thy Kingdom Come, Thy Will Be Done!

  24. Our testimony is a powerful tool used by God. Some will come and some will mock. Some will want the peace God has given, some will push you away. The joys and hurts, the tears of joy, the weeping of sorrow will all be worth it some day when Jesus takes us home and says well done thy good and faithful servant.

  25. Acts 22:15,16 For thou shalt be his witness unto all men of what thou hast seen and heard. And now why tarriest thou? arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord.

    26:16 But rise, and stand upon thy feet: for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose, to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee;

    I Corinthians 6:11And such were some of you: but you are washed, but ye are sanctified, but you are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.

    We are ministers and witnesses to this list world, we must share the gospel everywhere we go!

  26. 10 And I said, What shall I do, Lord? And the Lord said unto me, Arise, and go into Damascus; and there it shall be told thee of all things which are appointed for thee to do.

    15 For thou shalt be his witness unto all men of what thou hast seen and heard.

    What shall we do Lord??
    Well He’s done all these great things hasn’t He? We’ve seen Him show us what He can do when His Kingdom Comes and all I can say is WOW GOD!! With all that’s happening, all the lives being saved and healed, there’s so much to testify about. Go and tell of all the goodness that you’ve seen and heard! Go share with someone what God’s done for you!

  28. And I said, WHAT SHALL I DO, Lord? And the Lord said unto me, Arise, and go into Damascus; and there it shall be told thee of all things which are appointed for thee to do.

    And he said, The God of our fathers hath chosen thee, that thou shouldest know his will, and see that Just One, and shouldest hear the voice of his mouth. For thou shalt be his witness unto all men of what thou hast seen and heard. And now WHY TARRIEST THOU? arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord.

    Paul’s immediate response to a visitation from the Lord was “what wilt Thou have me to do” (Acts 9:6). Paul assumed this visitation required obedience, and he was ready to do anything that this heavenly manifestation told him to do.

    However, instead of telling him directly, Jesus sends him to a man to share with him the plan of salvation (similar to the angel telling Cornelius to send for Peter). We cannot obey the Gospel in isolation. We must submit to being taught and baptized by men.

    Ananias taught Paul about the New Birth and then asked, “Why TARRIEST thou?” The actual Greek says, “And now, what INTEND you?” In other words, Ananias asked Paul what he intend to do with the message he had received, was he still as intent on obedience as he was when he kneeled before Jesus on the road to Damascus?

    As a sidebar, “wash away thy sins” and “calling on the name of the Lord” became synonymous with baptism in Jesus name. These terms stated the “why” (to wash away sins) and the “how” (calling on Jesus name) of baptism. “Calling” in “calling on the name of the Lord” is an aortist participle signifying a simple, one-time event. It is what they did when they were baptized: they called on Jesus to wash away their sins.

    Paul’s life had been focused on finding and persecuting all that called on Jesus name (Acts 9:14); in other words, all that were baptizing in, and had been baptized in, Jesus name. Now, Ananias tells him that he must do exactly what he had been fighting against, and he asks Paul what he intends to do with this command from the Lord. Would he obey once he knew it would make him a target of the same persecution he had been dishing out? Would he listen to this man and choose to become what he once hated?

    We know from history that Paul didn’t hesitate, he accepted the truth (with the ensuing persecution) and obeyed the Gospel immediately. Moreover, from that moment, Paul went everywhere preaching the need of everyone to “call on the name of the Lord” to be saved (Rom. 10:13).

    Paul obeyed, though he knew it could cost him everything. What do we intend to do?

  29. 10 And I said, What shall I do, Lord? And the Lord said unto me, Arise, and go into Damascus; and there it shall be told thee of all things which are appointed for thee to do.

    GOD will do his part but it is the obeying part that often gets over looked……..

  30. The words of Ananias could be spoken to many a person today. ‘And now why tarriest thou? arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord.’ He wanted Paul to understand that God was moving upon his life and there was a choice that had to be made. It wasn’t enough to just hear from God, he had to choice to respond!

    So many people in the world today have heard the truth and even believed what they hear, yet the continue to put off surrendering their lives unto God. They were there when God orchestrated an entire service to speak specifically to where they were, and yet they chose not to submit to to his call. Heaven itself was waiting to rejoice, and yet they walked away unchanged.

    Such a response can be difficult for believers to understand. Our choice to respond comes from an entirely different perspective, yet God is still reaching! Pray we can be effective in stirring the hearts of those who are stuck in the tarry mode. Pray our passion moves them. Pray our testimony speaks to them. Pray we can make the difference in a single soul… over and over and over again!

  31. And it came to pass, that, as I made my journey, and was come nigh unto Damascus about noon, suddenly there shone from heaven a great light round about me. And I fell unto the ground, and heard a voice saying unto me, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? And I answered, Who art thou, Lord? And he said unto me, I am Jesus of Nazareth, whom thou persecutest.

    Its so awesome, that even though Paul persecuted the men of God, God was still set on using him!God has a plan for everyone

  32. 15 For thou shalt be his witness unto all men of what thou hast seen and heard.

    God’s promises are sure. Just look at Paul, God said he shall be his witness unto all men. And today his witness is written and read. And as the gospel is being preached unto all nation’s, Paul witness is also being preached unto all men fulfilling the word of God unto Paul even to this day.

  33. What a testimony, to have God literally open your blinded eyes to see the truth and call you into the ministry. Paul as whole heartedly embraced the truth and holds nothing back to share with all who are willing to hear.

  34. “I saw a vision of Jesus saying to me, ‘Hurry! Leave Jerusalem, for the people here won’t accept your testimony about me.’ “‘But Lord,’ I argued, ‘they certainly know that in every synagogue I imprisoned and beat those who believed in you.”

    Sometimes the Lord speaks to us in different ways and we don’t accept it. We argue with Him and it can be dangerous to disobey God. Our testimony has a lot to do also because we are afraid that people might refused us, so we argue with God because it takes us out of our comfort zone.

  35. Men, brethren, and fathers, hear ye my defence which I make now unto you.

    2 (And when they heard that he spake in the Hebrew tongue to them, they kept the more silence: and he saith,)

    3 I am verily a man which am a Jew, born in Tarsus, a city in Cilicia, yet brought up in this city at the feet of Gamaliel, and taught according to the perfect manner of the law of the fathers, and was zealous toward God, as ye all are this day.

    4 And I persecuted this way unto the death, binding and delivering into prisons both men and women.

    5 As also the high priest doth bear me witness, and all the estate of the elders: from whom also I received letters unto the brethren, and went to Damascus, to bring them which were there bound unto Jerusalem, for to be punished.

    6 And it came to pass, that, as I made my journey, and was come nigh unto Damascus about noon, suddenly there shone from heaven a great light round about me.

    The apostle addressed the enraged multitude, in the customary style of respect and good-will. Paul relates the history of his early life very particularly; he notices that his conversion was wholly the act of God. Condemned sinners are struck blind by the power of darkness, and it is a lasting blindness, like that of the unbelieving Jews. Convinced sinners are struck blind as Paul was, not by darkness, but by light. They are for a time brought to be at a loss within themselves, but it is in order to their being enlightened. A simple relation of the Lord’s dealings with us, in bringing us, from opposing, to profess and promote his gospel, when delivered in a right spirit and manner, will sometimes make more impression that laboured speeches, even though it amounts not to the full proof of the truth, such as was shown in the change wrought in the apostle.

  36. 7 And I fell unto the ground, and heard a voice saying unto me, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me?

    Even God spoke to Saul a man who hated him and persecuted his people. Your past does not define who you are! God makes you Inti who you are and your past will mold you though

    Paul, speaking in his defense, begins to relate to the crowd. I am a Jew, who grew up here and zealously persecuted people of this way just like you are persecuting me! It is like Bishop Stark said, you have to get people to like you but it all went south for Paul when he plainly told them about Jesus! Sometimes even our best efforts at relating end up angering our audience when speaking the truth in love!

  38. Josiah: 2 Peter 3:17‭-‬18 Ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know these things before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own stedfastness. But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.
    Not only are we meant to understand the word as shown in 2 Peter 1:20, 2 Timothy 3:16,2:7 and other verses, but studying the word is a Biblical commandment also shown in 2 Tim. 2:15. When we know the word there is less chance of being led aside by evil because the word shows us what is evil and what is good. So, let us GO GROW IN KNOWLEDGE OF THE WORD and not be led astray by doctrines of the world!

  39. 15 You are to tell all men what you have seen and heard. 16 What are you waiting for? Get up! Be baptized. Have your sins washed away by calling on His name.’

    Jesus is very clear here. He doesn’t tell him if he wants to but commands him to tell all the men his testimony.

    They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death. Revelation 12:11

    Many people run away from thier problems but without realizing that THAT TESTIMONY, THAT MIRACLE can save a soul from the pits of hell. In order to get healed, someone has to be sick, for someone to resurrect, someone has to die, in order for someone to get a miracle, a trial must come. I haven’t experienced so many miracles in my own life till this year. At first I would worry when a trial would come but I have learned that God is building me up, he is stretching my faith, and through these miracles I will be able to testify and help someone else that might be going through the same thing. Just like how in the physical we have growing pains, same in the spiritual. Pain that will help us be set on solid ground, pain that will mature us, pain that will take us to a new level, pain that will glorify the Name of Jesus!!! Lets not be ashamed of what God has done but glorify His Name and give Him Thanks for giving us the strength and the tools to endure through it.

  40. 15 For thou shalt be his witness unto all men of what thou hast seen and heard.

    All we have to do is be witnesses and tell the people all that God is doing. Even this year there has been so many signs and miracles that God has done. Tell them your testimony for that is our greatest witnessing tool. Let people know what Jesus has done in your life.

    We are overcomers by the blood of the Lamd and the word of our testimony.

  41. Acts 22:12- 16 Amp

    12 “And one Ananias, a devout man according to [d]the standard of the Law, and well spoken of by all the Jews who lived there, 13 came to [see] me, and standing near, he said to me, ‘Brother Saul, receive your sight!’ And at that very moment I [recovered my sight and] looked up at him. 14 And he said, ‘The God of our fathers has appointed you to know His will, [and to progressively understand His plan with clarity and power] and to see the Righteous One [Jesus Christ, the Messiah] and to hear a message from His [own] mouth. 15 For you will be His witness to all men testifying of what you have seen and heard. 16 Now, why do you delay? Get up and be baptized, and wash away your sins by calling on His name [for salvation].’
