Galatians 6

Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.

Bear ye one another’s burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.

For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself.

But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another.

For every man shall bear his own burden.

Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teacheth in all good things.

Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

10 As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.

11 Ye see how large a letter I have written unto you with mine own hand.

12 As many as desire to make a fair shew in the flesh, they constrain you to be circumcised; only lest they should suffer persecution for the cross of Christ.

13 For neither they themselves who are circumcised keep the law; but desire to have you circumcised, that they may glory in your flesh.

14 But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world.

15 For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature.

16 And as many as walk according to this rule, peace be on them, and mercy, and upon the Israel of God.

17 From henceforth let no man trouble me: for I bear in my body the marks of the Lord Jesus.

18 Brethren, the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Amen.

  1. Verses 9-10 MSG “So let’s not allow ourselves to get fatigued doing good. At the right time we will harvest a good crop if we don’t give up, or quit. Right now, therefore, every time we get the chance, let us work for the benefit of all, starting with the people closest to us in the community of faith.” Same verses VOICE “May we never tire of doing what is good and right before our Lord because in His season we shall bring in a great harvest if we can just persist. So seize any opportunity the Lord gives you to do good things and be a blessing to everyone, especially those within our faithful family.” Let us not go weary; but, push forward putting First the Kingdom as we encourage one another, pray for one another and take every opportunity to work with one another for the benefit of all.

  2. 4. Pay careful attention to your own work, for then you will get the satisfaction of a job well done, and you won’t need to compare yourself to anyone else.

    5. For we are each responsible for our own conduct. NLT

    2 Corinthians 10:12
For we dare not make ourselves of the number, or compare ourselves with some that commend themselves: but they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise. KJV

  3. 4 But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another.
5 For every man shall bear his own burden.
6 Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teacheth in all good things.
7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

We all have our calling in life from God and the direction in which he is trying to take us. And every man is responsible for following that direction and doing those things which he is called to do. I must continue in the work of Christ and sowing the seeds that he has given us to plants to reap the harvest God has called us to reap

  4. The immediate pleasure of sin – what could go wrong?

7-8 Don’t be misled: No one makes a fool of God. What a person plants, he will harvest. The person who plants selfishness, ignoring the needs of others; ignoring God, harvests a crop of weeds. All he’ll have to show for his life is weeds! But the one who plants in response to God, letting God’s Spirit do the growth work in him, harvests a crop of real life, eternal life.

Sin is sin. Likely we have all heard this. There are greater punishments for some sinners than other sinners; the punishment is dependent on the sinner’s motives. In Luke 12 47 and 48 the servant who knew better received a greater punishment than one was ignorant of the rules. Both were still punished but the punishment was different. Verse 48 proclaims: “Great gifts mean great responsibilities; greater gifts, greater responsibilities”. Sin may be fun today but there will be a day we have to answer for our actions.

It’s only a little sin. Many have likely heard the story of how to boil a frog. If you drop him into a boiling pot he will jump out. However, if he is placed in a warm pot and the temperature is slowly raised he will sit there until it is too late. The same can said about sin. If we partake in “little” sins too often, when presented with an opportunity to partake of a “big” sin, it will not seem that much of a stretch. One may think, I have been doing this for so long and no one has noticed, there has been no consequences; one more step in this direction wont hurt.

Remember – it only took one bite of the forbidden fruit to separate Adam and Eve from God’s presence.

  5. Galatians 6:15 For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth anything, nor and circumcision, but a new creature.

I Corinthians 7:19 Circumcision is nothing, and and I’m circumcision is nothing, but the keeping of the Commandments of God.

Only thing that matters is keeping his commandments!

  6. We often hear people speak of the law of grace as somehow being less than the law of Moses… but God’s revelation has never gone backwards, nor have his expectations ever been diminished as the progression of his revelation goes forth. The Bible even clearly declares that love is more demanding than the law could ever be… because love binds us together as no law is capable of achieving.

With that in mind, consider Paul’s statement here: ‘Bear ye one another’s burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.’ The law of Moses commanded us concerning ourselves, and our actions as they pertained to others, but it’s primary focus was still upon the individual and his relationship both towards God and towards one another. The law of Christ, which ushered in the dispensation of Grace, is also concerned about the focus of our actions towards others… the demonstration of our love! We aren’t just ambassadors declaring his love to the lost… we demonstrate that love in the burden we have for one another. Our prayers have been elevated in intercession for others and their needs, because our saviour’s desire is that all might be saved! Our burden is not about ourselves, because we know God will always provide for our every need, our burden of love in faith is that his strength would be imparted to others as well that they may join us in his eternal sanctuary!

  7. 9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

I find that all we for the kingdom of God, many would tell us that work will not pay off. I am convinced that no matter how hard I work for the world it does not pay off like the dividends of the kingdom of God. I am holding on to be accounted for his righteousness. I am striving for him to tell me well done thou good and faithful servant. If we seek first the kingdom of God then everything we do will not be in vain. We will reap the spiritual things of the kingdom if we sow in the spirit.

    I love the Kingdom!!!

  8. The tortise and the hare

1 Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.

When we are living together in The Kingdom with such a diversity of people, backgrounds, cultures, we have to realize that we are all on a different growth pattern because of our differences and commitment levels. It is wise to let someone grow at their own pace. We need to admonish one another and provoke each other to good works but we have to always feel after the spirit to guide us in leading other believers. We cannot push too hard or we will scar them but we have to push enough sometimes to keep them moving. I am thankful for Pastor and Soster Watts and elders that have more experience than me in these things that I can lean on. Sometimes you are the tortise and sometimes you are the hare. Which one makes no difference, as long as we are moving the right direction.

    First the Kingdom!

  9. “As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.”
    ‭‭Galatians‬ ‭6:10‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Helping and encouraging others is what we should do. The way we prepare ourselves for that is to spend time getting full of Jesus. Read, pray, fast, and put Jesus first. That gives you something to pour into others because you get back what you put in.

  10. So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.
    Galatians 6:9 NLT

And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
    Galatians 6:9 KJV

Walking in the Spirit and working in the Kingdom. Walking and Working. Those are two action words signifying movement/exercise. You cannot train/or exercise your physical body continuously without rest and nourishment. That’s why being renewed in prayer everyday (REST/WATER) and reading the Word (FOOD/NUTRIENTS) are so important as a DAILY practice! We have to keep ourselves spiritually fit for the work the Lord has put in our hearts. Going without adequate prayer time or absorbing His Word we leave ourselves Malnourished and deficient in necessary nutrients for our spiritual body. And just like our physical body if we are trying to operate without all the nutrients we need we are not efficient in our work.
    So I say LETS EAT!

  11. 7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.
9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
10 As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.

  12. “Dear brothers and sisters, if another believer is overcome by some sin, you who are godly should gently and humbly help that person back onto the right path. And be careful not to fall into the same temptation yourself.”
    ‭‭Galatians‬ ‭6:1‬ ‭NLT‬‬

It’s the approach, if my fellow brother in Christ is struggling or barely hanging on, I gotta love them back to health.
I can’t condemn and condemn and condemn until they change their mind. I have to encourage every Kingdom minded decision they make and not support every Secular decision they ever make. I can’t laugh at their carnal jokes or even give in to the slightest worldly ideas. It’s kingdom kingdom kingdom, and God will take care of the rest. When I got tattoos on my hands my aunt Annie never condemned me once instead she looked at me and really discerned how I felt. She said those are your grieving scars aren’t they. I started to tear up but never once did she make me feel bad for my decisions. She loved me and kept praying! So pray for those that are slipping, pray for those just barely hanging on.

  13. iLove the Kingdom
1 Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.

This right here is the reason…yep, that is the scripture that proves a point I had been thinking about recently. I was meditating on the following…Why do the folks that give new converts such a hard time on “holiness issues” find themselves in the same boat. The scripture admonishes us to “restore one in the spirit of meekness”. The thing about it is, folks that “put the foot down” on others normally do not do it in the spirit of meekness, but most of the time it is done with an attitude of pride. The scripture defines what will happen to those who correct in such a manner. The scripture clearly says that person will be tempted with the same sin they are judging.

I have seen this multiple times. Ladies will destroy another for cutting their hair only to cut their hair later in life. Why and how did this happen? It is a spiritual law that is set into motion and it should be a warning to each and everyone of us. “Judge not lest we be judged”. We should restore those who are overtaken, but we should do it with meekness and not in judgement.

Wow, we all need to practice this principle in the Word of God.

  14. 7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

I find this verse so motivating!!!! I see what is to come for POFW!! NEVER GIVE UP! NEVER THROW IN THE TOWEL!!!!! It’s just a little more work and soon we will see the harvest of all the hard work, to God be all Glory and Honor!!!! God is so Good!!! Keep talking about the wonderful things God is doing to everyone you see and believe me like the saying says “curiosity killed the cat” even if they come just out of curiosity the seed is planted and God will make sure that it gives fruit in Jesus Name!!!
Don’t you EVER give up!!!! Keep working, keep plowing, keep planting and the reaping time is just around the corner!!!! Praise be to God!!! 🤗

  15. 9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

My God does all things well and if we walk in the spirit, if we walk forward Kingdom minded, then those good and well things will be sown and reaped in our lives.

  16. Galatians 6
9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

Again I wonder if Paul was encouraging himself in the Lord. He has written a lot of letters but I never see anywhere a letter in return to him . He had to find the strength to continue itheough his trying times. Again he must have spent many night talking to God. Allowing Gods presence to saturate his mind and refresh his spirit. Sometimes we just have to be still and hear the voice of God in the quietness of His presence. Soak in the Word His love that surrounds us.
Mary swaddled Jesus at His birth. Not many today even understand swaddling. But Mary took a portion of an undergarment she had on tore it from her clothing most possible to wrap her new born in swaddling Him. Swaddling means to wrap tightly. Today we can be swaddled in His presence . He wraps us tightly and holds us in the precise moment right as we may be approaching weariness. He holds us so tenderly in those moments until we once again are refreshed in His presence. Thank you for your swaddling arms of love . Strength is found joy is renewed in His presence. These are the moments we can hear His voice and sometimes even an audible voice utter in the Spirit through someone sensitive in the Holy Ghost. Wait He is right there don’t faint don’t give up . He cares.

8″ Isaiah 40:31 They That Wait Upon The Lord, Shall Renew Their Strength, They Shall Mount Up With Wings of Eagles, They Shall Run and Not Be Weary Walkand not faint……..teach me Lord to wait
Be still and know He is God

  17. Galatians 6 : 3-4 (Amp) For if any person thinks himself to be somebody [ too important to condescend to shoulder another”s load] when he is nobody [ of superiority except in his own estimation]. He deceives and deludes and cheats himself. [4] But let every person carefully scrutinize and examine and test his own conduct and his own work. He can then have the personal satisfaction and joy of doing something commendable ( in itself alone) without [ resorting to boastful comparison with his neighbor. I remember what mother use say ” You never get tall , Where you don’t Fall. We all have made bad decisions in our lives ! As you get older you learn by your mistakes. Be kind to one another , pray for one another. Don’t worry God will take of us. Love God with all your heart ! Sow good things of him. Keep on planting and sowing.

  18. 9 So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.

Webster dictionary defines “long-suffering” as : patiently enduring lasting offense or hardship. I once read long-suffering is a fusion of Power and Patience.

Sin is fun, if it wasn’t fun, everyone wouldn’t be doing it. Living for God is fun as well, but there are prices to pay, and time to be spent. It is all to easy to focus on the negatives of your walk with God. There will be times of long-suffering and times of reaping.

We receive POWER from the Word of God to work through the longevity and PATIENCE from time in Prayer for the suffering.

God is not against us. He is not out to just make us suffer, He is trying to equip us. Mold and prepare us. Without spending the proper time in prayer and the Word of God, your time of long-suffering, will be long and suffering.

With prayer and the word of God, there will be other fruits of the spirit along with long-suffering; such as joy. And I don’t know about you, but I would rather go through long-suffering with joy, then without it.

  19. 7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

Bro Godwin always says we are all that and a bag of potato chips…meaning we are as high and mighty as we might think we are! We all need to rule over our flesh daily, repent daily, line up to Gods word daily…we never just arrive at sainthood and are perfect, rather we strive for perfection daily. A made up mind over the little things that trip us up goes a long way. Work on one fault at a time then if there is another, work on the next one. Sow to the Spirit because when we are full of the Holy Ghost we will have our minds on Gods will, not our own, and living an overcoming life will be so much easier.

  20. As many as desire to make a fair shew in the flesh, they constrain you to be circumcised; only lest they should suffer persecution for the cross of Christ. For neither they themselves who are circumcised keep the law; but desire to have you circumcised, that they may glory in your flesh. But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world.
    Galatians 6:12‭-‬14 KJV
    https://bible.com/bible/1/gal.6.12-14.KJV

I believe what Paul us saying here is a circumcision of the spirit; not actual circumcision. Our spirit needs to be cleansed; therefore it needs to be circumcised from our flesh. God can’t fulfill any promises if we are walking in the flesh. Our flesh must die to live. Man will seek to glory to n the flesh; but I know I must seek to glory in the Kingdom. How then can I strive to stay on the Kingdom; prayer, blogging, getting more into the word, going to church and being fed of His great Kingdom. I thank you Jesus for always being the truth in my life and continuing to guide me closer to your Kingdom.

When we give our lives to Jesus, Circumcision of the heart is what replaces Circumcision of the flesh, Can we handle it, when God begins to remove those extra layers and exposes what’s really in our hearts, he does it so we can continually grow, and the more he exposes the more we repent, the more he exposes the more we see who we were, and what we are now, we can either look at what we were and beat ourselves up, or Repent and move on, I love how He Does every thing in he can to bring us to a point of Holyness, What am I doing to be or stay holy, I wear skirts, so am I holy? I serve in two ministries am I Holy? I wear privacy shirts am I holy? I am being taught a bible study am I Holy? Is my inward appearance/action the same as my outside? Is my integrity the same in my personal time when I’m by myself as when I’m in front of Pastor Or First Lady? I have To examine myself daily, and thank you Jesus for Forgiveness!

  22. “Brothers, if anyone is caught in any sin, you who are spiritual [that is, you who are responsive to the guidance of the Spirit] are to restore such a person in a spirit of gentleness [not with a sense of superiority or self-righteousness], keeping a watchful eye on yourself, so that you are not tempted as well. Carry one another’s burdens and in this way you will fulfill the requirements of the law of Christ [that is, the law of Christian love].”
    ‭‭GALATIANS‬ ‭6:1-2‬ ‭AMP‬‬

Ministry of Restoration is a very much needed ministry that we all need to be apart of. We will have backsliders come back home and we must put this into action. In this life anyone can find themselves in a backslidden state of mind. We must have balance. We must approach them with gentleness and humble spirit and examine ourselves daily to make sure we stay on the mark.

  23. FIRST THE KINGDOM
YOU WILL FIND WHAT YOU SEEK

7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.
9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

Investment is imperative to our future. When we invest time we reap experience, when we invest money we reap riches, when we invest Spirit we reap LIFE, when we invest flesh we reap corruption.

Wise investments are made once we seek the best path of return. Lets make wise investment into our eternal future today as we SEEK First The Kingdom of GOD.

  24. 1 Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.

We reap what we sow therefore if we want to reap mercy, should we fall into temptation, we must show mercy. There have been numerous times, I have seen people judge someone for something they did that caused them to fall, and not very long after, the same temptation would come to the one that did the judging.

Life is a circle – you give, you get, you plant, you reap, you judge, you will be judged. I must learn to show mercy and grace and help people find restoration, because you never know when I will need restoration myself.

  25. 8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.
9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

If we sow into the Spirit of GOD ,how? By praying, reading The Word of GOD , fasting, attending and participating in church, serving and seeking HIM at All times. We cannot go wrong and most definitely will not lose anything (but desires of the flesh)by submitting unto the will of GOD. We actually gain and WE WIN!!!

  26. Galatians 6:1-2
    1) BRETHREN, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.
    2) Bear ye one another’s burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.

If we help restore someone or bear someone’s burden, we are fulfilling the law of Christ, and that law is LOVE. Everything we do must be done in LOVE.
Yesterday in Gal. 5:14 it says, “For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this, Thou shalt LOVE thy neighbor as thyself.”

  27. So Jesus is telling to forbid the glory and the honor and Jesus is also telling me that I should save the cross for our lord Jesus Christ, and Jesus is also telling me that the world is crucified of me and Jesus is also telling me that I should pray for him more and read my bible more.

  28. Dear brothers and sisters, if another believer is overcome by some sin, you who are godly should gently and humbly help that person back onto the right path. And be careful not to fall into the same temptation yourself. Share each other’s burdens, and in this way obey the law of Christ. If you think you are too important to help someone, you are only fooling yourself. You are not that important.
    Galatians 6:1‭-‬3 NLT

I have noticed over the years that many of those who condemn others for falling into sin, or for a lack of holiness, generally do not have a love for holiness themselves. They obey outward holiness, but for the wrong motives. They are either being obedient for acceptance’ sake or to build a super-spiritual facade for pride’s sake. Either way, they are exalting self, and the inner holiness of God (expressed by love and humility) is never developed within them.

These condemners have made themselves “tow the line” and they have no compassion toward those who could not, or would not, do the same. Tension and resentment build within them, because they are trying to be something they are not—holy. They eventually begin to lash out, first at people, and finally at the standards themselves, falling into similar temptations that they once condemned in others. This is inevitable, because holiness cannot be lived out by sheer force of the will (as the OT law shows us); it must be birthed from within by a transforming relationship with the Holy One.

Those caught in this trap of trying to live holiness without the transforming love of holiness are often the ones who later are “liberated” from the “bondage” of holiness standards. Though they may attempt to keep the Apostolic doctrine, unfortunately, the standards are usually only the first of a long list of convictions that are cast aside while trying to find acceptance by larger audiences.

However, when outward holiness is the by-product of an inner holy relationship, humility, meekness, and love issue forth from the believer that tenderly reaches for the fallen while protecting himself from the same temptations. These believers are not looking for acceptance, approval, or validation from others, because they have found all they need in Christ. The world’s standards of beauty and pleasure are no longer attractive to them and their priority becomes sharing the holy love they have received with the fallen one who does not yet understand it.

In short, holy living that is born of love will stand the test of time. It will always cause self to diminish, while the compassionate desire to help others increases. Those who have not this desire to pull their brother from the fire, have not the love of God in them and are not spiritual (or holy) regardless of how they look on the outside.

  29. I Love To Worship The Lord
    DO GOOD TO ALL( 6-10)
The old obligation to love ones neighbor still exists. But a new and even more important to love ones neighbor still exists. But a new and even more important obligation has been created by our membership in the family of faith. We now have brothers and sisters and they must be our first concern when it comes to doing good.
    REACH OUT
DONT GET TIRED OF DOING GOOD

  30. 9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
10 As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.

If we do good to all men, we shall reap good from all men. So let us so do good to all. Especially in the church, because we do not want to reap evil or corruption, in our lives or in our church.

  31. “For the one who sows to his flesh [his sinful capacity, his worldliness, his disgraceful impulses] will reap from the flesh ruin and destruction, but the one who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life.”
    ‭‭GALATIANS‬ ‭6:8‬ ‭AMP‬‬

A farmer reaps what he has sown, but not exactly.

What I mean is, he plants an apple seed but he doesn’t get just a bunch of apple seeds in return, he gets apples with more seeds. The initial thought is the same, because he cannot plant a pear seed and reap apples. But he can expect to reap greater than what he has sown.

When we sow into our flesh by giving into those worldly impulses, even if it seems “small” we can expect to reap worse than what we have sown. When we sow into the Spirit we can expect to reap greater than what we have given.

  32. A Helping Hand

2 Bear ye one another’s burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.

Let’s help one another. None of us should ever have to go through burdens alone. The body helps and heals itself, and we as the body of Christ should do none the less. If you need help, ask. We should never judge someone if they ask for help. So for His Kingdom to be First in our lives we must be willing to get down and dirty and help one another.

  33. 1 Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted. 2 Bear ye one another’s burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ. 3 For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself. 4 But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another. 5 For every man shall bear his own burden.

Put yourself in someone else’s shoes. Think of how you would feel if you were in that situation. If you see someone struggling don’t just watch. Pray for them and pray with them. Don’t think to highly of yourself. We all go through trials and tribulations but When we see a brother or sister in need we should show them the love and compassion we would want shown to us.

  34. 2 Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ . For if anyone thinks himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceives himself.

  35. or he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

10 As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.

  36. 7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

What have you sown? Prayers, fasting, worship, praise, the Word in your heart… sowing takes work on itself. Work must have purpose an end result in mind and therefore be purposeful about what we sow and where. All of this is work with purpose. And in the midst of all this the Lord knows it can get weary and the reaping is only if we faint not. Never are we told to stop but rather to keep going forward, keep growing, to pray without ceasing. The reaping will come will we be ready?

  37. “Brothers, if anyone is caught in any transgression, you who are spiritual should restore him in a spirit of gentleness. Keep watch on yourself, lest you too be tempted.”
    ‭‭-Galatians‬ ‭6:1‬ ‭ESV‬‬

Jesus wants us to help and encourage one another. We need each other to keep ourselves accountable in pursing this walk of righteousness.

  38. Galatians 6:1
Bretheren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.

  39. If you think you are too important to help someone, you are only fooling yourself. You are not that important.
    Galatians 6:3 NLT

I love this version’s straight talk to get us off our high-horse. We are never too important to help someone get back on their feet again.
