Hebrews 8

Now of the things which we have spoken this is the sum: We have such an high priest, who is set on the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens;

A minister of the sanctuary, and of the true tabernacle, which the Lord pitched, and not man.

For every high priest is ordained to offer gifts and sacrifices: wherefore it is of necessity that this man have somewhat also to offer.

For if he were on earth, he should not be a priest, seeing that there are priests that offer gifts according to the law:

Who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly things, as Moses was admonished of God when he was about to make the tabernacle: for, See, saith he, that thou make all things according to the pattern shewed to thee in the mount.

But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises.

For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second.

For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah:

Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they continued not in my covenant, and I regarded them not, saith the Lord.

10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:

11 And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest.

12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.

13 In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away.

  1. 5 Who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly things, as Moses was admonished of God when he was about to make the tabernacle: for, See, saith he, that thou make all things according to the pattern shewed to thee in the mount.
6 But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises.
7 For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second

Being holy isn’t following a set of rules. It is following the spirit of Christ in our everyday actions and words. The Bible tells us more than once that the old covenant what’s Justice schoolmaster bring us under the New covenant. It’s never been about the rules that we follow or any type of criteria to be considered Christian. it’s always been about following the spirit of God getting separated from the things of this world

  2. For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:

    • Jesus god was the covenant that will make the house of Israel with those days faith the lord, put the laws into the mine and write in there hearts

  3. “A nd it will not be [necessary] for each one to teach his fellow citizen , O r each one his brother , saying , ‘K now [by experience, have knowledge of] the Lord ,’ F or all will know [Me by experience and have knowledge of] M e , F rom the least to the greatest of them . “F or I will be merciful and gracious toward their wickedness , A nd I will remember their sins no more .” When God speaks of “A new covenant ,” He makes the first one obsolete. And whatever is becoming obsolete (out of use, annulled) and growing old is ready to disappear.

I have heard people say that if you’re going to keep the covenant with God that you have to follow the old laws. That’s not true: I mean are people just that confused about what the bible says. I get it, but I don’t get it. Jesus fulfilled the law and made a new covenant with man. It clearly states it throughout the bible.

But as it is, Christ has acquired a [priestly] ministry which is more excellent [than the old Levitical priestly ministry], for He is the Mediator (Arbiter) of a better covenant [uniting God and man], which has been enacted and rests on better promises.

Right here it even states a better covenant. There is nothing now that says we have to give sacrifices of burnt offerings or the fatted calf. Those days are long gone. God wants us at our best. He wants us to seek Him in all things that we do, but to also reach out to those that are lost and need Him in their life. I thank you Jesus for this new covenant and for giving yourself to save my soul.

  4. 2 Cor 5:17
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

    Jeremiah 32:38
And they shall be my people, and I will be their God:

    Ezekiel 37:27
My tabernacle also shall be with them: yea, I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

All throughout the word we see that God wants us to have his word in our hearts, it’s not enough to just have it. he wants it embedded, it needs to be alive in us, we need to be walking bibles like Pastor and Jeff Arnold, being able to quote scripture is great, but to have understanding means I didn’t just memorize I pondered, I meditated, I considered, I read over and over and then over again, I studied it that’s what it is all about I’m learning! He said the Old Law is going to basically disappear, The bible says that when we are in christ the old pass away and all things become new, the old Law was for a purpose to the Child angry, but en of Isreal, they needed a foundation, guidelines, when you release a prisoner, they can go crazy, trying to make up for time they spent locked up, God wasn’t trying to bind them up, but he knew for their own Good they needed the instruction! but it’s funny to me because in Jeremiah he says I will be their God and They shall be MY PEOPLE Same as Ezekiel but her he says A people, and He says I will be Their God in Ezekiel and Jeremiah But here he says A God, To me that is a difference in how God viewed his relationship with them as My is a possessive pronoun and ( thanks Mr. Google), to me it seemed that it didn’t see personal, like he was disconnected from them, he loves us that’s for certain, but he was preparing us for greater things, in the Old Testament his spirit dwelt with the Children and in the New we had Jesus with us so we had him in the flesh, Jesus Thank you for your word!

  5. Hebrews 8:6 & 10-12
    6) But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises.

    10) For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:
    11) And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest.
    12) For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.

“A Better Covenant Established Upon Better Promises”
    1) He will put His laws into our minds, and write them in our hearts.
    2) He will be to us a God, and we will be to Him a people.
    3) All shall know Him, from the least to the greatest.
    4) He will be merciful to us, and our sins and iniquities He will remember no more.

Thank You JESUS. YOU are SO GOOD!!

  6. 7 For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second.

8 For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah:

9 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they continued not in my covenant, and I regarded them not, saith the Lord.

If man could have followed the law totally, there would have been no need for Jesus to die on a cross and rise again. But from the time of Adam sin is within us and it is impossible to according to the law. But Jesus became that ultimate sacrifice for our sins. God’s spirit was with the Israelites, but his is in us because of the gift of the Holy Ghost.

  7. 5 Who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly things, as Moses was admonished of God when he was about to make the tabernacle: for, See, saith he, that thou make all things according to the pattern shewed to thee in the mount.

When God created man in the garden, he created him in his image. When looking through the scripture, we find that every thing God told Mose to do he did it according to a pattern laid out for those to do as God said. Today many people think that they can get to heaven if they have money, position, prestige, and power. You have to follow the pattern of what Jesus gave us upon the cross to be saved and to become part of the kingdom. Very clearly stated in John 3, we must be born again of the water and the spirit in order to enter the kingdom of God. We must follow the pattern of what Peter preached in order to become born again of the water and of the spirit. We must repent be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of our sins and we shall be filled with the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues as the spirit gives the utterance.

It’s all about seeking first the kingdom of God and adapting to his pattern and not adapting God to us. God is the same yesterday, today, and forever because he never changes.

    I love the Kingdom!

  8. 12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.

An old song I used to love was called “What sin?” And it’s written from the perspective of God to us when we pray for forgiveness. God is faithful and just to forgive our sins. Once He forgives, we should move on in repentance, not looking back. Whenever we try to bring it up God will ask, “What sin? It was gone the very minute you confessed, buried in the sea of forgetfulness.” Thank You Jesus! Our sins are washed away by the blood of Jesus!!

  9. But this is the new covenant I will make with the people of Israel on that day, says the Lord : I will put my laws in their minds, and I will write them on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people. And they will not need to teach their neighbors, nor will they need to teach their relatives, saying, ‘You should know the Lord .’ For everyone, from the least to the greatest, will know me already. And I will forgive their wickedness, and I will never again remember their sins.”
    Hebrews 8:10‭-‬12 NLT
    https://bible.com/bible/116/heb.8.10-12.NLT

That’s so beautiful. Instead of getting furious and pouring out wrath God just went back to the drawing board, so to speak. He didn’t give up on His people. He found another way to reach us to bring us out of our sin.

  10. 12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.

    The new convanent.

Where would you be at, right now if it wasn’t for Gods mercy? What would become of your children and family? He is faithful and merciful to forgive a sinner like you and me. It is the least we could do to serve Him in His Kingdom. And if we decide to serve, we then live in the Kingdom. Today and everyday, we must be thankful for the power of the Blood of Jesus that washed away my sins.

  11. Hebrews 8

8 For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah:

From the inside out. Jesus Christ watched as His people continued in disobedience. He had given them written laws to follow yet they rebelled continually. He then became the sacrifice and changed the hearts of men and women. If we will start from the inside with a true love fir Jesus and what He has done then our hearts will totally be changed . His love made a difference .
    Jeremiah 31:3
    New International Version
“This is the covenant I will make with the people of Israel after that time,” declares the LORD. “I will put my law in their minds and write it on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people.

EZE 36:26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.

  12. Hebrews 8 : 10 [ Amp] For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will imprint My laws upon their minds, even upon their innermost thoughts and understanding, and engrave them upon their God, and they shall be My people. For I will be merciful and gracious toward their sins and I will remember their deeds of unrighteous no more.
” Wow what a mighty God we serve.’ And I thank him and love him with all of my heart.

  13. 10. For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:

    Psalm 119:
    11. Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.

    33. Teach me, O Lord, the way of thy statutes; and I shall keep it unto the end.

    34. Give me understanding, and I shall keep thy law; yea, I shall observe it with my whole heart.

  14. FIRST THE KINGDOM
    KINGDOM COVENANT

9 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they continued not in my covenant, and I regarded them not, saith the Lord.
10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:

Our eternal savior recognized that man was carnal, selfish and disobedient to HIM and HIS covenant or agreement with them. GOD in HIS infinite wisdom, chose to become more in us, so that we will be led of HIM, in our minds, hearts and all relations with HIM.

The eternal desire of our LORD JESUS is relationship with man. HIS desire is to love and be loved by HIS most prized and valued creation, “man”.

Covenant breakers, seem to break the heart of GOD, so HIS approach is to reveal to man, how much HE loves us, so we will choose to love HIM.

The GIFT of the Holy Ghost, empowers us to LOVE HIM as HE LOVES US. The WORD of GOD places in our mind the power and idea of The Kingdom of GOD and PRAYER is what conditions our HEART to Love as JESUS Loves.

Therefore as a song on replay or message on repeat. Our daily covenant is founded and formed EVERY DAY by:

    1. Prayer
    2. The WORD of GOD
    3. Praying in the SPIRIT

These simple covenant principals and practices will no doubt protect our KINGDOM COVENANT with JESUS our LORD.

  15. 12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.

13 In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away.

He will return again to the Israeli nation when the time of the Gentiles is fulfilled. But for anyone, there is hope of forgiveness of sins and a relationship with our God and Savior.

  16. iLove the Kingdom in Action
10For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:
11And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest.

Yall see it? It’s right there. Yep, this is why the scripture says ‘But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.’ 1 John 2:27

Back in the days of the law, the priest gave all the instruction and all the rules and let you know what God wanted, but today Jesus through the Holy Ghost will lead us into truth and plant His Word into our hearts. This is why Pastor pushes the Blog. It is the Word of God written into our hearts and he is trying to allow these scriptures to come alive in our hearts. It is not the will of God for the pastor only to know the Word, it is God’s will that we all know the Word.

  17. These priests provide only a hint of what goes on in the true sanctuary of heaven, which Moses caught a glimpse of as he was about to set up the tent-shrine. It was then that God said, “Be careful to do it exactly as you saw it on the Mountain.”
    Hebrews 8:3‭-‬5 MSG

Good advice! We should always be careful to do things exactly as God has shown us in His Word or spoken to us with His voice. We tend to be so stubborn and hard-hearted, always looking for an easier or more comfortable way to do things, too lazy to search the Bible or seek God’s face, too proud to humble ourselves to receive instruction. We are always looking for quicker answers and less painful or costly sacrifices. I marvel sometimes when people ask for intercessory prayer but want nothing to do with advice that they solve their problem by obeying God’s Word. They want their relief through someone else’s sacrifice. They want disobedience to be painless.

God rewards obedience. In fact, life would be simpler, problems fewer if we just learned to carefully and faithfully obey God. We must trust that, even when we don’t understand His plan, His way is always the best way—and generally the only way that works. We must humble our hearts and open our ears to hear His Word.

  18. 10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:

THANK GOD FOR THE NEW COVENANT!!! That the gentiles may be made heirs !!!

  19. AMP 8 However, God finds fault with them [showing its inadequacy] when He says,
“Behold, the days will come, says the Lord,
When I will make and ratify a new covenant
    With the house of Israel and with the house of Judah;
9 Not like the covenant that I made with their fathers
On the day when I took them by the hand
    To lead them out of the land of Egypt;
For they did not abide in My covenant,
And so I withdrew My favor and disregarded them, says the Lord.
10 “For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel
After those days, says the Lord:
I will imprint My laws upon their minds [even upon their innermost thoughts and understanding],
And engrave them upon their hearts [effecting their regeneration].
And I will be their God,
And they shall be My people.
11 “And it will not be [necessary] for each one to teach his fellow citizen,
Or each one his brother, saying, ‘Know [by experience, have knowledge of] the Lord,’
For all will know [Me by experience and have knowledge of] Me,
From the least to the greatest of them.
12 “For I will be merciful and gracious toward their wickedness,
And I will remember their sins no more.”

When we as a nation or a world get to the place that we have the laws and the words of the Lord imprinted on our minds and innermost thoughts (First the Kingdom) we will not need to do “outreach to our neighbor” as we know it, because the Lord’s Spirit will lead people to do His will and the Kingdom of God will be in earth as it is Heaven. What a day that will be!!!!

  20. “And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest.”
    ‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭8:11‬ ‭KJV‬‬

All shall know the Lord, but the only way this happens is us. God uses us to meet people and speak to them. He uses us to share the gospel and be his hands and feet. For all to know him we must WORK. Work is not always easy and sometimes makes us feel uncomfortable, but that is the only way that all will know.

  21. 11 And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest.

12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.

13 In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away.

All of us without Jesus dying for us aren’t righteous, but he said he didnt want to remember our sins anymore and he wanted us to be righteous in his eyes. Thank God he gave us a chance to do that. We just need to turn to him and away from our sin, ask for his forgiveness and he will wipe it away.

  22. 10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:

Eat this Book. Those were the words that came to mind. How else can we be partake of this if we don’t get the word in us.

  23. For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second.
    Hebrews 8:7 KJV
Why do people try to go back to the Old covenant or testament? The main reason Jesus came was to establish a new and better covenant with better promises for His people. For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:
    Romans 8:3 KJV
We are partakers of a much better covenant, why would we go back to one that doesn’t take your sins away? Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.
    Galatians 2:16 KJV

  24. For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second.
    Hebrews 8:7 KJV
Why do people insist on going back to living by the old covenant when we have been given a better one with better promises. The old one could not make us right because it depended on us. The new one puts Christ in us!
For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:
    Romans 8:3 KJV
Why would anyone want to go back to a covenant that could not take your sins away?
Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.
    Galatians 2:16

  25. Now, this is the covenant that I will make with the people of Israel in the days to come, says the Lord: I will put my laws in their minds and write them on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people. None of them will have to teach their fellow-citizens or say to their fellow-citizens, ‘Know the Lord.’ For they will all know me, from the least to the greatest. I will forgive their sins and will no longer remember their wrongs.”
    Hebrews 8:10‭-‬12 GNB

  26. I Love To Worship The Lord
    The Flawed Covenant
The writer argues the very prediction of a New Covenant to replace the one given through Moses proves the first was flawed
    The writings have flaws

  27. 13 When God speaks of a “new” covenant, it means he has made the first one obsolete. It is now out of date and will soon disappear.

To me the new covenant is Jesus. No more sacrifices of sheep, bulls, cows, etc. Jesus made the ultimate sacrifice for us all. All we have to do is repent and be baptized. People just have to realize how simple it is to make Jesus your savior.

  28. 10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:

If we are truly putting the Kingdom first then God’s Word will be in our minds and our hearts continually.

  29. Verse 10 MEV “This is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put My laws into their minds and write them on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.” So, what is imprinted in your mind and engraved in your heart??

Philippians 4:7 AMP “And the peace of God [that peace which reassures the heart, that peace] which transcends all understanding, [that peace which] stands guard over your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus [is yours].

  30. Jesus is a great God, I would want no other than him! I know I am not perfect and My God is!

12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.

  31. “And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest. For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more. In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away.”
    -Hebrews 8:11-13 KJV

God’s mercies are new every day! I don’t know what I’d do or where I’d be if it wasn’t because Jesus sacrificed Himself on the cross so I could be able to build a relationship with and a purpose in Him. Thank you Jesus for your forgiveness and your NEW covenant. Write your law in my mind and in my heart so that I may be more like you each day.

  32. “And since every high priest is required to offer gifts and sacrifices, our High Priest must make an offering, too.”
    ‭‭

  33. Hebreos 8:12. Porque seré propicio a sus injusticias , y nunca más me acordaré de sus pecados y de sus iniquidades ( gracias Jesús por perdonar todos mis pecados y iniquidades y no acordarte más de ellos )

  34. “And I will forgive their wickedness, and I will never again remember their sins.” When God speaks of a “new” covenant, it means he has made the first one obsolete. It is now out of date and will soon disappear.”
    ‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭8:12-13‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Being washed by the blood is the start of your new covenant, your new walk. You can’t ever let the things from your past bother you especially when it’s under the blood. The word says he cast it away and it’s forgotten. Thank you Jesus for the blood almost 3 years old in the Holy Ghost.

  35. The Kingdom is within us

10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:

His law or Word is within us. This is our means to rule and operate in the Kingdom. Not only will we not sin against Him but we will also be able to teach others to not sin against Him.

  36. 13 When God speaks of a “new” covenant, it means he has made the first one obsolete. It is now out of date and will soon disappear.

This reminded me of baptism. When we get baptized we are a new creation. Everything is new and everything else is erased. We were in sin and now all that sin was washed away. I thank God for this promise and His mercy because without it we wouldn’t be here.

  37. When we put God first, we can do great things. Don’t worry about nay sayers, God will give you strength to deal with them. He gives us strength to overcome all things.

  38. The covenant of grace

12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.

No one is good enough by themselves to Fully please God. His grace allows us the opritunity to be seen as though we have no faults. He is coming after a pure bride but he chooses to see the imperfect as perfect.

  39. “And I will forgive their wickedness, and I will never again remember their sins.””
    ‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭8:12‬ ‭NLT‬‬

The greatest gift God has given us is forgiveness of our past sins. That’s why is so important for us to forgive those who have hurt us.

    Colossians 3:13
Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.

    Matthew 6:14-15
14 For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. 15 But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.

  40. 10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:

God saw how the law effected man, they would try so hard by their own might to obey it. Were the law left off the new covenant will finish. Jesus came not to abolish the law but to fulfill it. No amount of animal blood could atone so finite as the blood of Jesus. He was the lamb without sin, slain for the forgiveness of sins he didn’t commit. He resides in us by the gift of the Holy Ghost, in our hearts, able to guide us eternally.

  41. ‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭8:8-13‬ ‭MSG‬‬

“They’ll all get to know me firsthand…” what an amazing opportunity to be able to know God in such an intimate way! “The little and the big…” my favorite part of this verse because it’s an opportunity that extends to even the smallest child of us all. A lot of times we underestimate what children perceive or know of God, but if you stand back to watch and listen to them for just a moment you’d be surprised at how well they know God. This is why Sunday school is more than a babysitting service, it’s legitimately a time for your child to learn, know, and grow in God.

  42. “When God speaks of “A new covenant,” He makes the first one obsolete. And whatever is becoming obsolete (out of use, annulled) and growing old is ready to disappear.”
    ‭‭HEBREWS‬ ‭8:13‬ ‭AMP‬‬
We serve a great God. God seen that the first covenant wasn’t working. So he already had a new plan that would make us completely free from our sins. The God we serve will not leave us the why he found us.
