1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
2 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:
3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.
4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.
5 They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them.
6 We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.
7 Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.
8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.
9 In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.
10 Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.
12 No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.
13 Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit.
14 And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world.
15 Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God.
16 And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.

Just like it said; we have overcome. Why is that we can overcome; because God loves us and we can do all things through him. No matter what it is we’re going through; God is there and will always be there. I can’t trust nobody, why am I even here, I feel so lonely. 🤔 Gee that sounded like me years ago: this is where I really thought there was nothing for me. I was on the fence about what yo do. Yes even I thought about why am I on this rock taking up space. Even them there was a whisper that would come through once and a while saying it’ll be alright; trust in yourself and believe. That voice was right; look at where I’m at today. I have my wife back, I got promoted beyond what I expected, I have learned to somewhat manage what God has given me. Trust in Him and Jesus will guide us. Thank you Jesus for being my path through the dark.

For we are a peculiar people to the Lord Jesus. He went to Calvary for each of us, she’d his blood for the remission of our sins, (because without the shedding of blood, there would not have been a remission of sins). He suffered and died for so that we would come to know a greater love that no ordinary man or women could give. But when he gave up the ghost on the cross and said it is finished, that was the showing of a love that would cast out all fear because Jesus was a perfect sacrifice. That is why the scripture tells us that perfect love casteth out fear.
What is fear- I learned a long time ago that fear is nothing more that False Evidence Appearing Real. The enemy will try to convince us that we are under attack and that we will not be victorious. The psalmist David wrote “though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I shall fear no evil”. We have to continue to move and progress in our trust with Jesus and to know that as long as I have his spirit in me, then greater is he that is in me than he that is in the world. There is no circumstance, no situation, no problem, no mountain, no person or persons that will be victorious over us. For we possess the power and authority over everything in this world.
Let’s be the church that is gaining the souls that we are destined to reach. By seeking first the kingdom we have all the resources we need.

Perfect Love
There is no fear.
God’s Love pushes out demands fear to be gone. When fear tries to grip you because if the dates of life we can be assured that God is right there. In the moment that we think the situation will engulf us His love rises up with a peace an assurance of His love. My little girl would wake us from time to time in the middle of the night or just before we were about to fall asleep and say “Mommy sing Master “
Any doubt fear would just fade away and soon she would be asleep. In the past my life has been dominated by fear almost of everything and everyone but when I began to realize if God’s Love was perfect and if I proclaimed His power why was I allowing tormenting fear to dominate. One day after a battle of fear and being paralyzed in my everyday life peace came on like I’d never had before. Still in His presence He began to flood my very being with a fresh love for who He God really was. That day I came face to face with Him no not a near death experience but just sitting in a big overstuffed chair where His sweet voice said “Be Still and know that I am God” a scripture is known for it seemed like a life time. I found from that day forward His love superseded every situation and I’ve had to learn that in my most fearful moments of life only His love was great enough to destroy the author of fear. He has more outer over darkness for He is Lighr and His love goes to perfection . Yes His Love cast out fear. I can rest assured that if I truly know Him His Love will flow through out and cast away all fear on Jesus name!

So we will not be afraid on the day of judgment, but we can face him with confidence because we live like Jesus here in this world.” Live, love and grow…..in Jesus!
5Those people belong to this world, so they speak from the world’s viewpoint, and the world listens to them.
It should sadden us with millions of people do not know God. They want to see signs, miracles and wonders. But they view miracles from the worldly side, physically. If they can’t see it, they won’t believe. If they only could realize that God has already blessed and guarded them in some manner. We have to continue to reach the lost and tell them about God.

God is greater than anything in my life, the enemy is defeated already, and the only power he has is what we give him! Imagine if used it in prayer,and worship, and we left the enemy in a heap lying there defeated!

This is why I don’t go with everything I feel in the inside because sometimes I know it’s my flesh just trying to do what it wants and edify itself. EveryTime I feel something I wait pray for the peace of God which passes my understanding to see where that is coming from. Our flesh the most deceptive thing in our life so we must not trust it because it can justify anyting and say that it’s of God. I pray that we as a church the walk in complete love and edification to the spirit of Christ can be attentive to what God directs us to do and not according to tradition
Dear friends, don’t believe every spirit. Test the spirits to see if they are from God because many false prophets have gone into the world. This is how you know if a spirit comes from God: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come as a human is from God, and every spirit that doesn’t confess Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you have heard is coming and is now already in the world.

Where’s that in the Bible? Those should be some of our famous last words. They are words to live by and can keep us safe from all kinds of atrocities.
So anyone who denies Jesus has the spirit of the antichrist. So, if there is someone in your life that is resisting this Gospel but you don’t want to give up on them you can pray for the spirit of the antichrist to be removed from their lives and for them to be illuminated to the beautiful revelation of Jesus Christ.

Many want to see miracles, signs and wonders physically. If they can’t see it they won’t believe. They don’t realize God has already blessed and gaurded them in some manner. The worldly viewpoint is “seeing is believing” mentality.
FIRST THE KINGDOM
NO FEAR

Knowing JESUS the ONE true GOD is understanding and accepting HIS Love for us. No one has earned or deserved HIS Love. Therefore HE gave it in advance of the wrong and sinful nature that we are born into. However when we receive HIS Love we are empowered with TRUTH.
4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.
HIS Love makes me greater than my opposition or opponents. Knowing and understanding this FACT empowers me to LIVE LIFE with NO FEAR.
The LOVE of JESUS “casteth out fear”
Casteth – 906. ballo; a primary verb; to throw (in various applications, more or less violent or intense):
Out – 1854. exo; out(-side, of doors), literally or figuratively: — away, forth, (with-)out (of, -ward), strange.
Fear – 5401. phobos; (to be put in fear); alarm or fright: — be afraid, + exceedingly, fear, terror.
If fear is present this means LOVE is weak or absent. GO back to the altar and renew and revive or return to your FIRST Love.

Evidence that God is abiding in us and not just stopping by like Sis. Smith explained to us. If we do not love everyone, He is not in us.

7. For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
Isaiah 43:
5. Fear not: for I am with thee: I will bring thy seed from the east, and gather thee from the west;
6. I will say to the north, Give up; and to the south, Keep not back: bring my sons from far, and my daughters from the ends of the earth;
We have nothing to fear; we just need to go out in His power and love and gather the harvest.
1 John 4:12 (msg), “No one has seen God, ever. But if we love one another, God dwells deeply within us, and his love becomes complete in us – perfect love.”
The greatest evidence their is that God dwells deeply within us, and His love is complete in us is by the love that we have for one another.

We are of God and He dwells within is. As The Word was spoken to us Wednesday night, what condition is our alter in? He needs a place to abide and have we prepared such a place or have we let is get run down and in need of repair? Greater is He that is in us when we have prepared a place for Him to dwell and not just visit.
5 They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them.
The gifts of the spirit bear witness to kindred spirits of God and can quicken you when someone is a little off in their spirit. If you still speak the same and act the same as when you were in the world can you say you’re truly changed? Some can possess the look of a saint but be totally different inside and not have a relationship with God at all. It’s not wise to “play church” because that can lead you to a permanent spot by the lake of fire.
6 We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.
Know what spirits you choose to entertain. God talks to everyone and gifts everyone with different things and never think you can cover up what’s done away from the church and it’s people, your sins come to light whether it be on the day of judgement or God speaking to a man or woman of God. As stated before your spirit can tell if another is of God and truth or of the world and error. Be Blessed today and let’s come prepared and expecting great things!

Do you know Him?
My thoughts go back to the story of Elijah and the prophets of Baal. The prophets believed in their gods, but nothing happened. Yet when Elijah called on God,He answered by Fire! God is the only God, that will answer you, because He is the only living God. When we read in vs. 2 about how that if someone will confess that Jesus come in the flesh is of God, that is a good Spirit. There is an “evangelist” that comes to my bank, and he tells me how many received Jesus as their Lord and Savior. I asked Him about Acts 2 and he started to get nervous, I then asked him why, if he believes it that he wont tell them about the true power? He exact words were, “That’s too complicated for them, I’m just trying to give them some hope.” Wow, just because someone says they are a minister, doesn’t mean they are telling you the truth.
That is why I thank God everyday for our man of God Pastor. Because all he teaches us is what the Bible Says. I would rather someone tell me that their is a train behind me, than for them to say just lay down.
Try the spirits through the Alter. It was at the alter that God answered. FIRST THE KINGDOM
iLove the Kingdom
1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
Many folks walk around and say, “God just revealed such and such to me.” Well, that’s great…but where is that strange doctrine from? As saints of God, we are instructed to “try” the spirits. The word try here does not mean to test like one might test a new ice cream flavor. The word means to scrutinize until you prove whether it’s genuine or not by examination. A good way to start y’all is to ask the feller, “hey, where’s that in the Bible?” If you can’t find it in the WORD, it is antichrist because CHRIST is the WORD made flesh.
Don’t believe every spirit even if folks tell you the “word” came from God.
AMP – 5 They [who teach twisted doctrine] are of the world and belong to it; therefore they speak from the [viewpoint of the] world [with its immoral freedom and baseless theories—demanding compliance with their opinions and ridiculing the values of the upright], and the [gullible one of the] world listens closely and pays attention to them. 6 We [who teach God’s word] are from God [energized by the Holy Spirit], and whoever knows God [through personal experience] listens to us [and has a deeper understanding of Him]. Whoever is not of God does not listen to us. By this we know [without any doubt] the spirit of truth [motivated by God] and the spirit of error [motivated by Satan].
We must guard our heart and our spirit against false prophets that have “words of wisdom” but from themselves and not of God. Twisting God’s word to suit their own fleshly desires.
God is specific in His word about hating sin, hating evil and coming out from among the world and being separated, holy unto Him. Light and darkness has no fellowship. Sin and Godliness have no fellowship. You cannot be hot and cold at the same time. You cannot be spiritual and carnal, you cannot serve two masters, either you will hate the one and love the other or vice versa. We must choose this day whom we will serve and let everything else fall by the wayside. I choose the KINGDOM FIRST!

We are the royal priesthood. We are those that he called to lift him higher and praise his name. I’m confident that Jesus has given us dominion over the things of this world. So when the world try’s their best to press against us. I know greater is he that is in me!
You can everything from me. But greater is he!

If they do not belong to God, they do not listen to us. That is how we know if someone has the Spirit of truth or the spirit of deception.

Which worldview guides our thoughts, words, and decisions? Do we speak as if this world is all that matters? As if happiness, wealth, fame, etc., in this world is our ultimate goal? Are we only concerned with this life? With protecting this life? Are our decisions guided by the here and now? Or by eternity?
Living in love means that we always do what is for the eternal good of others, but this world preaches that we should live for self, take care of #1 (us). Thus, how we live and love reveal which viewpoint governs our lives. We only have difficulty with “First the Kingdom” because we have bought into the worldview of self-preservation and self-idolization. We have too much antichrist in our thinking.
The world will tell you to think of yourself; God tells us to love others self-sacrificially. The world tells us to protect ourselves; God tells us to lay down our lives. The world tells us to listen to our fears; God says that perfect love casts out fear. The world tells us the job is more important than church, sleep is more important than prayer, recreation is more important than outreach, living excessively is more important than giving abundantly, etc., etc., etc. Our excuses tell us which viewpoint we are living by.
Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

Heed the warning of the Lord!!! What’s the best way to know His voice have a daily talk with Jesus!!! When we talk to our Lord and Savior daily we know His Voice!!!!! What a wonderful thing it is to be in His presence and talk with Him daily!!!!
18 Such love has no fear, because perfect love expels all fear. If we are afraid, it is for fear of punishment, and this shows that we have not fully experienced his perfect love.
Love- brotherly love, affection, good will, love, benevolence, love feasts.
Fear is something that bounds you down because of the unknown. It is something that freezes you and doesn’t let you think properly. However, when we have the love of the Lord inside of us it creates that peace, joy, tranquility that everything will be okay. As long as we show the love of God to others, everything will be okay. We will break the chains of fear that are binding others. Love is something so beautiful and powerful that just a simple prayer or hug can release that fear out of someone.
I Love To Worship The Lord

Love and fear or not compatible. When we experience Gods love for us our whole attitude toward him is transformed. We still stand in awe of Him but that awe is without terror or fear of punishment. The more we live in love and living in love means expressing as well as receiving love the more confident we become in our relationship with the Lord.

Here I know the spirit of god but every person on earth needs to confess every time they did wrong and every spirit they confess god will forgive them where Jesus is the flesh of god

18 Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth.
Knowing love and giving love are two different things. Knowing love is telling about it but not showing love. Giving love is action to show love to everyone. We are Gods children and we must show him by our actions not just our words. We are greater than anything in this world with God on our side, we must stay close to him and his word that we are separate from this world. Being notice by others that we are different from what this world does in saying and doing is our mission so we may show his light, love, and salvation to them!

Try or Test the spirits:
There are 3 tests you need to use when it comes to your salvation and the message someone is trying to teach or preach to you. 1. Do they believe Jesus Christ has come in the flesh? 2. Do they believe and teach what the apostles taught? We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.

3. Do they pass the love test? If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?

There will be no racist, prejudice over skin color, size, shape, age, class hating, going on in heaven. You better pray through that mess down here! Otherwise, you will not make it up there, except you repent!

I don’t wanna sound too original but I really don’t see a problem with it if it pertains the word of God. I keep hearing testimonies of people going through the fire, people going through the flame. They’re saying they don’t know what to do that they’ve been attacked from all sides. The only thing I can tell them is He will make a way! He will make a way when there is no way. This world don’t stand a chance with god on our side. So fight the good fight and hold your ground don’t lose faith and Iesus will make a way every time! Put your trust in him and quit worrying about how you’re gonna make it to work, quit worrying about the good on the table cause he’s gonna make a way.
9 In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.
Might. So many people live by “Greasy Grace”, or “once saved always saved”, but the word “might”, leaves so much room for this to go either way. With tomorrow not being promised, we must show and encourage Jesus to all our families and our friends, that the epistle of our lives that they read of us, leads them to Jesus and his mercies..

We have got to try the spirits! We can only know what God can tell us so we have to visit our altar to know the game plan. Jesus is the answer to all our needs

We have got to Try each and every spirit. We can only know things of the spirit if we operate in the spirit by visiting our altar and staying there for a game plan.
I John 4:10 This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.
What a wonderful difference love makes in our world! And it all started with God. He is the root from which all love springs, John says

This is why we can not have peace when fear is in operation. We can not be at peace because fear doesn’t come alone. Like any evil spirit it tag teams to destroy the individual. This scripture runs side by side with “great peace have they that LOVE thy law”
20 If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?
21 And this commandment have we from him, That he who loveth God love his brother also.
You can’t fake this one. There are witnesses all around. This is why some folks find it so hard to win someone to Christ. The truth is if you don’t love your brother, he knows it. People can see right through you. The real love of Christ is shown through is toward our brothers and sisters. If you have ought against your brother or sister, you need to check your altar. We have hit a vein with this. Every scripture we read is going to lead us right back to the altar. Love won’t be a problem if we truly repair our altar.
This is real love—not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as a sacrifice to take away our sins.

even though I didn’t deserve it or was even destined to recieve this. God still sent and sacrificed His Son for me. He showed me love when I didn’t know what it was. Thank you Jesus!

Made perfect in love. Love does not harm anybody it does not seek to take advantage but rather gives a sense of peace and security. When we are filled with Gods Spirit we can walk and love like he did. We can give that kind of love that gives safety.
“Dear friends, do not believe everyone who claims to speak by the Spirit. You must test them to see if the spirit they have comes from God. For there are many false prophets in the world.”

In my walk with God, i have learn to be very careful with people who say they have a word from God for me… I am very picky about it, not everyone is lead by God and some people are guided by emotions, one thing I have learn is always ask God for confirmation, why? Because you want to make sure that it is God who is using them. I believe when God speaks to us, He will use my Pastor for he is my shepherd and I know he prays for me. He can also speak by reading His word, by prophets and evangelist who are approved by our Pastor be cause I trust that he has our best interest in our lives.
“Dear friends, do not believe everyone who claims to speak by the Spirit. You must test them to see if the spirit they have comes from God. For there are many false prophets in the world.”

6 And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.
17 Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.
18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.
19 We love him, because he first loved us.
20 If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?
21 And this commandment have we from him, That he who loveth God love his brother also.
God hath made our love perfect through his love for us and because He lives in our love. I love the parallels such as how could you say you hate your brother who you’ve seen but you love God whom you haven’t seen. In so many verses He puts things into perspective.
“But we come from God and belong to God. Anyone who knows God understands us and listens. The person who has nothing to do with God will, of course, not listen to us. This is another test for telling the Spirit of Truth from the spirit of deception.”
1 John 4:4-6 MSG
When I read this scripture I took it a step further than what it seems to imply….
If you ever get to a point where you decide not to heed to what the man of God has to say, check your spirit. Are you operating in the spirit of truth or deception at that point?
We need to talk about Jesus and show his live to prove that we love him. This is us being a witness and inviting others to Christ. We are feeding the sheep. If we can’t do these things then we aren’t showing the love of Christ and that means we aren’t a part of the kingdom.

God’s love sent His only son to the cross but before the cross, the sons love performed miracles and saw the needs of others, causing Him to accept the responsibility of the cross. Even after all this and death, there was still an act of love to perform. The Holy Ghost would be sent to draw the hurting and lead them to Jesus.
Are we ready to love in this manner? When a need arises will we give our all and work until its complete? Will we reach our world with the love of God?
This is how we know that we live in him and he in us: He has given us of his Spirit.

those qualities regarded as forming the definitive or typical elements in the character of a person, nation, or group or in the thought and attitudes of a particular period.
Think of Christ’s qualities the different elements that make up his character. If Christ abides in us then so do these qualities or elements of character. So it’s no wonder that if a person has the spirit of Christ in them then they should surly act according to the spirit that abids in them. So… Check yourself is your character like Christ or not? Are your actions towards others effection or affliction?
