Job 22

Then Eliphaz the Temanite answered and said,

Can a man be profitable unto God, as he that is wise may be profitable unto himself?

Is it any pleasure to the Almighty, that thou art righteous? or is it gain to him, that thou makest thy ways perfect?

Will he reprove thee for fear of thee? will he enter with thee into judgment?

Is not thy wickedness great? and thine iniquities infinite?

For thou hast taken a pledge from thy brother for nought, and stripped the naked of their clothing.

Thou hast not given water to the weary to drink, and thou hast withholden bread from the hungry.

But as for the mighty man, he had the earth; and the honourable man dwelt in it.

Thou hast sent widows away empty, and the arms of the fatherless have been broken.

10 Therefore snares are round about thee, and sudden fear troubleth thee;

11 Or darkness, that thou canst not see; and abundance of waters cover thee.

12 Is not God in the height of heaven? and behold the height of the stars, how high they are!

13 And thou sayest, How doth God know? can he judge through the dark cloud?

14 Thick clouds are a covering to him, that he seeth not; and he walketh in the circuit of heaven.

15 Hast thou marked the old way which wicked men have trodden?

16 Which were cut down out of time, whose foundation was overflown with a flood:

17 Which said unto God, Depart from us: and what can the Almighty do for them?

18 Yet he filled their houses with good things: but the counsel of the wicked is far from me.

19 The righteous see it, and are glad: and the innocent laugh them to scorn.

20 Whereas our substance is not cut down, but the remnant of them the fire consumeth.

21 Acquaint now thyself with him, and be at peace: thereby good shall come unto thee.

22 Receive, I pray thee, the law from his mouth, and lay up his words in thine heart.

23 If thou return to the Almighty, thou shalt be built up, thou shalt put away iniquity far from thy tabernacles.

24 Then shalt thou lay up gold as dust, and the gold of Ophir as the stones of the brooks.

25 Yea, the Almighty shall be thy defence, and thou shalt have plenty of silver.

26 For then shalt thou have thy delight in the Almighty, and shalt lift up thy face unto God.

27 Thou shalt make thy prayer unto him, and he shall hear thee, and thou shalt pay thy vows.

28 Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.

29 When men are cast down, then thou shalt say, There is lifting up; and he shall save the humble person.

30 He shall deliver the island of the innocent: and it is delivered by the pureness of thine hands.

  1. Yea, the Almighty shall be thy defence,
and thou shalt have plenty of silver.
For then shalt thou have thy delight in the Almighty,
and shalt lift up thy face unto God.
Thou shalt make thy prayer unto him, and he shall hear thee,
and thou shalt pay thy vows.
Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee:
and the light shall shine upon thy ways.
    When men are cast down, then thou shalt say, There is lifting up;
and he shall save the humble person.
He shall deliver the island of the innocent:
and it is delivered by the pureness of thine hands.

“A soft answer turneth away wrath:
but grievous words stir up anger” Proverbs 15:1 KJV

“Death and life are in the power of the tongue:
and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof” Proverbs 18:21 KJV

Our response, during times of strife and trials, will determine the outcome of situation. Thank You, Jesus that we have a Heavenly Father that will meet us where we are and knows the condition of our hearts and still loves us, no matter what! He’s an “On-Time” God, He may not come when YOU want HIM, but He’ll be there right on time!”

  2. Submit to God and you will have peace. Give up your lust for money and God will be your precious treasure. Remember if you are looking for eternal peace and eternal tressure The awnser is with God.

  3. 4 Will he reprove thee for fear of thee? will he enter with thee into judgment?

    Psalms 112:1
Praise the LORD! How blessed is the man who fears the LORD, Who greatly delights in His commandments.

    Proverbs 19:23
The fear of the LORD leads to life, So that one may sleep satisfied, untouched by evil.

    Proverbs 22:4
The reward of humility and the fear of the LORD Are riches, honor and life.

    Psalm33:18-19
Behold, the eye of the LORD is on those who fear Him, On those who hope for His lovingkindness, To deliver their soul from death And to keep them alive in famine.

    Ecclesiastes 8:12-13
Although a sinner does evil a hundred times and may lengthen his life, still I know that it will be well for those who fear God, who fear Him openly. But it will not be well for the evil man and he will not lengthen his days like a shadow, because he does not fear God.

JFK once spoke to America that the only thing they had to fear was FEAR it’s self. I find that no matter what we have to do to allow ourselves to have a relationship with God, when we have fear of the master, it’s not the same fear as fear ( being afraid or scared) When we look at the word fear it means the unpleasant feeling by the perception of danger, real or imagined.

When the question was asked to Job will he reprove thee for fear of thee? I feel that Eliphaz had it in his mind the the Lord was going to bring wrath against them because God feared Job. But in actuality how can God fear his own creation? The scripture states that we should be the ones to fear God and we will add years to our life. But in this sense I feel that the fear is not the same as being afraid or scared. I feel this is the reverence of God. The one who can bring life or death, that can bring blessings or curses, and bring judgement or rewards. I feel we have to seek his kingdom first to find that love and hope in Jesus and we will not have to be afraid of God but we will learn reverence of his greatness.

Have that fear of God that brings wisdom and knowledge, but don’t have fear ( afraid or scared) of the world.

    I love the Kingdom!

  4. 28 Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.
    Job 22:28

Once you have truly accepted God into your life, he will take care of you in every way possible. Just have to be faithful to the Lord.

  5. Job 22
“Give in to God, come to terms with him
and everything will turn out just fine.
    Let him tell you what to do;
    take his words to heart.
    Come back to God Almighty
    and he’ll rebuild your life.

Jo had done nothing wrong. Why were his friends continually wearing him down as if he had sinned.
I pray I’m very cautious when approaching someone. A friend of mine told me about a woman who had went against a strong teaching of the church. He was most admonishing what she had done. But his words that day still ring in my ears as a precaution he said people talked and would say things and she’s just have to listen . He said they had no idea what she had been dealing with. I’ve found it so true. With my own self. If I’m going through a trial the first approach is what sin have you committed who have I not forgiven . We cannot walk in this avenue of thinking. What voices are you listening to? When in reality none of the above. Job’s friends could not say enough about what they perceived Job had done. We can run people away by words we say to when praying with them. Question was asked one day why does everyone who approaches me to pray for me ask the same questions who have I nor forgiven they looked me in the eye and said I don’t have the answer. Sadly they never felt good enough to have what they were seeking. Yes Job was righteous yet the only thing his friends could do was judge what they seen . God asks us not to judge but to encourage and pray not pry and criticize. Father help me to see with your eyes and be slow to speak . As I recall even when the woman was found in sin Jesus said nothing til the accusers had walked away. Though she had sinned He still did not bring condemnation. Words can celebrate the wonders of life, comfort the grieving, inspire with hope and make someone’s day. And words can do tremendous damage.

Oh that if we learn anything from Job to not judge the sinner nor the saint. Righteous? Unrighteous? Job’s friends ? Job was a righteous man . Who have we condemned who has walked away still broken who has been misplaced because of talk…..God forgive me lest I be one that would cause any to stumble whether in my words or actions . In Jesus name.

    Galatians 6:2
Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.

Who no longer comes to the house of God? Was it words that lifted or tore down ?
We say they made the choice but did they really. Who have we reached out to . Who have I called that has not been in church for sometime now?

    Unrestricted Revival is here
I want to be an asset not a liability nor a fatality. Guard us in Jesus name!!!!

As an example of suffering and patience, brothers, take the prophets who spoke in the name of the Lord. Behold, we consider those blessed who remained steadfast. You have heard of the steadfastness of Job, and you have seen the purpose of the Lord, how the Lord is compassionate and merciful” (James 5:10–11).

  6. 28. Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.

    Mark 11:
    23. For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.

    24. Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

    Matthew 18:
    19. Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.

    20. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

  7. Job 22:21-22 [Amp] Acquaint now yourself with Him [ agree with God and show yourself to be at peace , by that [ you shall come to yoy.
[22] Receive, I pray you, the law and instruction from His mouth and lay up His words in your heart. Submit and humble yourselfs before the mighty God.
[ Ps.119:11 ] Your word have I laid up in my heart, that I might not sin against You. Lord teach your ways . I will delight myself in Your statutes; and l will not forget Your word. For this is the day that Lord has made and I will rejoice and be glad in it. I For My lips will declare your victory . Lord make my house of prayer. You are my God and I will confess, praise , and give you thanks, and will extol you and give honer. For the Lord is so good to us. Make our house of prayer. Lord my prayer for today is to reach the hurting and be there for them. Bless them Lord.

  8. His friend still believe he is a sinner but he is not too wrong. For we are all conceived in iniquity. At least he sees that repentance is the way to return. It’s sad to have a friend like that, but I guess it can be worse, you could have one that don’t care about the estate of your spiritual life. One that can see you walking the wrong path and it doesn’t stop you. May the Lord always helps us be a beacon of light in this dark and scary world. In Jesus Name Amen

  9. 21 Acquaint now thyself with him, and be at peace: thereby good shall come unto thee.
2 Receive, I pray thee, the law from his mouth, and lay up his words in thine heart.
23 If thou return to the Almighty, thou shalt be built up, thou shalt put away iniquity far from thy tabernacles.

Right advice, wrong person. Just because someone is seemingly giving you advice on how to handle a situation it is best to weigh what they’re basing it off of and whether or not it lines up with what you are dealing with. Jobs friends weee not completely wrong woth a lot of the stuff they said if it had been another person or they were right about his sinfulness, it was Manner that they said it and the fact that it didn’t apply to Job that made them so wrong. It wasn’t about what they were saying it was about the spirit behind it as well. I don’t think that we should just allow anybody to speak into our lives unless the Lord has anointed them for it

  10. ““For example, you must have lent money to your friend and demanded clothing as security. Yes, you stripped him to the bone. You must have refused water for the thirsty and food for the hungry.

You must have sent widows away empty-handed and crushed the hopes of orphans. That is why you are surrounded by traps and tremble from sudden fears. That is why you cannot see in the darkness, and waves of water cover you.”
    ‭‭Job‬ ‭22:6-7, 9-11‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Do not listen to things that are not from Jesus. Eliphaz is literally coming up with accusations to Job because of his trial. We heard just last night when Dillon Morgan’s brother that there are two outcomes to trials “Good” and “Wicked” this is just one of those trials that’s gonna bring fourth some good in the end. Job is clueless and I’m sure we’re all familiar with that feeling but we have to be steadfast in prayer and keep pressing and going deeper in the waters of Revival!

  11. If people are in trouble and you say, ‘Help them,’ God will save them. Even sinners will be rescued; they will be rescued because your hands are pure.”
    Job 22:29‭-‬30 NLT
    https://bible.com/bible/116/job.22.29-30.NLT

The great benefits of a relationship with God. God looks for intercessors. He desires those that want to be close to Him, that desire what He desires.

  12. Acquaint now thyself with him, and be at peace: thereby good shall come unto thee. Receive, I pray thee, the law from his mouth, and lay up his words in thine heart. If thou return to the Almighty, thou shalt be built up, thou shalt put away iniquity far from thy tabernacles.
    Job 22:21‭-‬23 KJV
    https://bible.com/bible/1/job.22.21-23.KJV

It’s always good when we maintain that relationship with God. Alot of the problems we face can be avoided if we just stay put, God loves us, he never leaves us, but how long can he or will he tarry with me and my antics, my unstable ways, last night was great, we had to leave and take Dakota home, but I have never felt like I didnt want to leave church like I did last night, God shifted something last night, Joe and I said we needed to dig deep last night, and then we had to have a meeting with Kotas momma, well God made sure he laid it out there for us to get what we so desperately needed before we had to go! God knows what we need, he can lay it out there and then it’s up to us to grab it! God you are a great God! You are a MIGHTY GOD, MIGHTY AND RIGHTEOUS IS YOUR NAME OH LORD, YOU ARE A MIGHTY GOD!

  13. iLove the Kingdom
Job 22:28 Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.
Job 22:29 When men are cast down, then thou shalt say, There is lifting up; and he shall save the humble person.

Job’s friend is trying to tell him, “When a man’s ways please the Lord, God will give this man spiritual authority.” He is telling Job (in a nutshell) that your ways don’t please the Lord and this is why you do not have authority. The truth of the matter is, once again Job is being falsely accused at the moment. But beyond that, look at the spiritual authority promised to those who love the Lord. You shalt decree a thing, and it shall happen. This is powerful! As kings, priests, and prophets in the Kingdom we have the right to claim our promises.

  14. Don’t ever quarrel with God Clean up your house get it in order. Make sure you are walking with the righteous and bot with wicked.Always listen to what he says store them in your heart.Look up to God ,when you pray he will hear you. Remember if your doing the right things you will have peace. And try to always help someone that is down ,that needs lifting up

  15. 23 If thou return to the Almighty, thou shalt be built up, thou shalt put away iniquity far from thy tabernacles.

    Return to your first love.

As i was reading this, this morning, my thoughts go out to the many souls that have turned away from this gospel. There is still time to repent and come home. For those who are here, right now, seek after a God. When we are continuously seeking after what He wants and where He is going. We will never have to fear if we are not in His will. I fie daily to my flesh, because I want to stop and smell the roses. But i am reminded of when Jesus told someone to follow him, and the man asked if he could wait because he had some personal things to take care of. The Kingdom of God is continually moving forward. If we stop for even a brief moment we may miss out on a blessing that God has for us. This is why Seek ye first the Kingdom of God, is so important for us to get. When do it, we will be blessed and be a blessing to others. So…

Seek ye first the Kingdom of God

  16. “Are any of us strong enough to give God a hand,
or smart enough to give him advice?
So what if you were righteous—would God Almighty even notice?
Even if you gave a perfect performance, do you think
    he’d applaud?
Do you think it’s because he cares about your purity
that he’s disciplining you, putting you on the spot?
I got this from bible gateway the message version.
Today we need to ask ourselves these questions like……are we worthy for him? Are we ready for what he has planned for us? All of these questions should be a yes, we want to prove that we are worthy enough to be in his kingdom. We should praise and exsault his name everyday of our lives. Jesus was a caring love hearted person in the Bible. Jesus will also be these things towards us. When you are praying for someone you love you do it with hope down in you’re heart . But sometimes when God ask us to do something we question him. But we should never question God cause he knows what is best. We have to conquer the world today, go tell about 5 people your testimony and what he has done for you! We also should know that God sends down angles to talk to us and give us words, so we should also respect that. BE RIGHTEOUS POFW!!!!😁😁😁😁

  17. ““Now yield and submit yourself to Him [agree with God and be conformed to His will] and be at peace; In this way [you will prosper and great] good will come to you. Please receive the law and instruction from His mouth And establish His words in your heart and keep them.”
    ‭‭JOB‬ ‭22:21-22‬ ‭AMP‬‬

To be blessed and to be a blessing we must be close to the One who blesses.

The closer we draw to Him, the more we become like Him, the more we become like Him, the more love, peace, and joy we will have.

In Him there is delight and through Him there is victory! And when we decide to yeild our will to His and submit ourselves; we can live in that delight and victory!

  18. Thick clouds are a covering to him, that he seeth not; and he walketh in the circuit of heaven.

15 Hast thou marked the old way which wicked men have trodden?

16 Which were cut down out of time, whose foundation was overflown with a flood:

  19. 22 Receive, I pray thee, the law from his mouth, and lay up his words in thine heart

You should praise God with all your heart 😄😄😄😄😄

  20. Thou hast sent widows away empty, and the arms of the fatherless have been broken. Job 2:9

If we break our bond with Satan to go to God what will happen will Satan be furious no have to show God that we can let things go.

  21. 24 Then shalt thou lay up gold as dust, and the gold of Ophir as the stones of the brooks.

ALL OF THIS IS BEAUTIFUL AND IT IS VERY POSSIBLE ANNNND IT IS!!!! BUUUUTTTTT we cannot have all of this without GOD!!!

22 Receive, I pray thee, the law from his mouth, and lay up his words in thine heart.
23 If thou return to the Almighty, thou shalt be built up, thou shalt put away iniquity far from thy tabernacles.

IF THOU RETURN!!! SEEK YE IRST THR KINGDOM……..
HALELUJAH!!! WE ARE IN CANAAN!!! HALELUJAH!!!

  22. Submit to God, and you will have peace; then things will go well for you. Listen to his instructions, and store them in your heart. If you return to the Almighty, you will be restored— so clean up your life. If you give up your lust for money and throw your precious gold into the river, the Almighty himself will be your treasure. He will be your precious silver! Then you will take delight in the Almighty and look up to God. You will pray to him, and he will hear you, and you will fulfill your vows to him. You will succeed in whatever you choose to do, and light will shine on the road ahead of you. If people are in trouble and you say, ‘Help them,’ God will save them. Even sinners will be rescued; they will be rescued because your hands are pure.
    ‭‭Job‬ ‭22:21-30‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Submit and be faithful and God will do great things!!

  23. 21 “Submit to God, and you will have peace; then things will go well for you.

Seems like a simple process; submit = peace and things go well

Heb 13:17 “Obey your spiritual leaders, and do what they say. Their work is to watch over your souls, and they are accountable to God. Give them reason to do this with joy and not with sorrow. That would certainly not be for your benefit.”

  24. 27 Thou shalt make thy prayer unto him, and he shall hear thee, and thou shalt pay thy vows.
28 Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways

This ‘friend’ of Job’s does a lot of false accusing which is a danger in itself, yet he ends this conversation with actions the righteous can do: we can decree a thing. Mark 11:23 Paraphrased, Jesus said speak to the mountain and it will be removed. We can speak to that problem and declare the way through it or past it. First our ways need to please God as in Vs 27, then we must believe and not doubt in our hearts, and we will see it come to pass.

  25. “Come to terms with God and be at peace; in this way good will come to you. Receive instruction from His mouth, and place His sayings in your heart. If you return to the Almighty, you will be renewed. If you banish injustice from your tent and consign your gold to the dust, the gold of Ophir to the stones in the wadis, the Almighty will be your gold and your finest silver. Then you will delight in the Almighty and lift up your face to God. You will pray to Him, and He will hear you, and you will fulfill your vows. When you make a decision, it will be carried out, and light will shine on your ways.”
    Job 22:21‭-‬28 HCSB

I like lists, and in this passage Eliphaz provides Job with a list for success:

    * COME TO TERMS WITH GOD (the NLT translates this as “submit to God,” while the KJV says to “acquaint” yourself with God) – We must come to terms with the fact that He is God and we are not. Moreover, because He is God, He is to be obeyed. We must acquaint ourselves with and submit to His ways.

    * RECEIVE INSTRUCTION FROM HIS MOUTH – When He speaks, we should listen. We should not be wise in our own eyes, but understand that we need His instruction to guide us in the way that we should go. His word is important, and we should quickly attend to it.

    * PLACE HIS SAYINGS IN YOUR HEART- Not only must we listen to and obey His words,
but we need to hide them in our hearts that we might not sin against Him. We need to daily familiarize ourselves with it, so that it can be a lamp to our feet and a light to our path.

    * RETURN TO THE ALMIGHTY – Our life journey should always be headed toward Him, our faces looking upon Him, and our actions closing the gap that sin has made between us and Him. He is our compass, and being near Him is our goal.

    * BANISH INJUSTICE FROM YOUR TENT – We cannot live unjustly and draw nigh to Him at the same time. We must rid ourselves of the sin we harbor–not just in public, but the sins that are in our tents, our homes, our hearts. God knows the man that noone else sees. We cannot draw nigh with our lips and let our hearts remain far from Him. Our tents must be free from defilement, our phones and computers free from filth, and our actions toward our families free from duplicity.

    * CONSIGN YOUR GOLD TO THE DUST – No man can serve two masters. We cannot love money and God. We must put aside all desire for riches, fame, power, comfort, ease, security, and all the other things that money can buy. We must put our trust solely in Him, our affection solely on Him, and make our work solely for Him.

If we do these things, then “the Almighty will be your gold and your finest silver. Then you will delight in the Almighty and lift up your face to God. You will pray to Him, and He will hear you, and you will fulfill your vows. When you make a decision, it will be carried out, and light will shine on your ways.”

    It’s a win-win!

  26. 22:20 Surely our adversaries are cut off and destroyed 🙌🙌🙌🙌 And fire has confunde their abundance.
    ———
In Jesus name. In Jesus name.
Hallelujah Blessed be the name of the Lord.
That’s it, they have been taken care of, I believe for the word says it. I And this verse bJob 22:20 is for me.
    ——
    Rejoice I. The Lord always!!!!!
For He has been good to us.
    For his mercies are everlasting
    I say againREJOICE!!!

  27. Then shalt thou lay up gold as dust, and the gold of Ophir as the stones of the brooks.
    Job 22:24 KJV
Eliphaz is preaching the prosperity doctrine. If you live right everything will go right AND riches will come your way. Yet, we know it rains on the just and the unjust. We know the trial of our faith is more precious than gold! We are not to think it’s strange when we go through trials, it’s what causes us to grow. Now God does want us to prosper but first He prepares our character, our soul so we can handle the riches.
Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.
    3 John 1:2 KJV
    https://bible.com/bible/1/3jn.1.2.KJV

  28. “Give in to God, come to terms with him and everything will turn out just fine. Let him tell you what to do; take his words to heart. Come back to God Almighty and he’ll rebuild your life. Clean house of everything evil. Relax your grip on your money and abandon your gold-plated luxury. God Almighty will be your treasure, more wealth than you can imagine.”
    ‭‭Job‬ ‭22:21-25‬ ‭MSG‬‬

Don’t try to do things your way, his ways are always better. Don’t try to store up your own treasure, he has treasures beyond what you can imagine. Don’t try to write your own plans, he has plans to prosper you.

  29. Job 22:7, “Thou hast not given water to the weary to drink, and thou hast withholden bread from the hungry.”

2 Cor. 4:3 says, “But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost.”

Jeremiah 17:13 says, “… the LORD, the FOUNTAIN of LIVING WATERS,” and St. John 6:35 says, “And Jesus said unto them, I AM THE BREAD OF LIFE: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.”

So you see, if we are not giving water to the weary to drink, and we are withholding bread from the hungry, then we are not giving them JESUS, for HE is the FOUNTAIN of LIVING WATERS, and HE is THE BREAD OF LIFE. The gospel is being hid to the lost.

There are lost of thirsty and hungry souls in this city. Let’s give them JESUS!!

  30. 25 Yea, the Almighty shall be thy defence, and thou shalt have plenty of silver.

26 For then shalt thou have thy delight in the Almighty, and shalt lift up thy face unto God.

27 Thou shalt make thy prayer unto him, and he shall hear thee, and thou shalt pay thy vows.

28 Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shin

  31. 27 Thou shalt make thy prayer unto him, and he shall hear thee, and thou shalt pay thy vows.

28 Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.

  32. Job 21:3-6 Suffer me that I may speak; and after that I have spoken, mock on. Even when I remember I am afraid, and trembling taketh hold on my flesh. Wherefore do the wicked live, become old, yea, are mighty in power? Their seed is established in their sight with them, and their offspring before their eyes. Their houses are safe from fear, neither is the rod of God upon them.

Job 22:11 Or darkness, that thou canst not see; and abundance of waters cover thee.

Deuteronomy 6:4 Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord:
5 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.

Psalm 34:18-20 King James Version (KJV)
18 The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.
19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the Lord delivereth him out of them all.
20 He keepeth all his bones: not one of them is broke
Psalms 51:15-17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise. Do good in thy good pleasure unto Zion: build thou the walls of Jerusalem. For thou desirest not sacrifice; else would I give it: thou delightest not in burnt offering. O Lord, open thou my lips; and my mouth shall shew forth thy praise.

Isaiah 55:1-12 Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price. Wherefore do ye spend money for that which is not bread? and your labour for that which satisfieth not? hearken diligently unto me, and eat ye that which is good, and let your soul delight itself in fatness. Incline your ear, and come unto me: hear, and your soul shall live; and I will make an everlasting covenant with you, even the sure mercies of David. Behold, I have given him for a witness to the people, a leader and commander to the people. Behold, thou shalt call a nation that thou knowest not, and nations that knew not thee shall run unto thee because of the LORD thy God, and for the Holy One of Israel; for he hath glorified thee. Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near: Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon. For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands. Instead of the thorn shall come up the fir tree, and instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree: and it shall be to the LORD for a name, for an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off.

  33. Eliphaz questioned Job, is man profitable unto God? For good nor bad God will deliver the poor to the island of the innocent and the pure in heart.

  34. MSG – 21-25 “Give in to God, come to terms with him
and everything will turn out just fine.
    Let him tell you what to do;
    take his words to heart.
    Come back to God Almighty
    and he’ll rebuild your life.
    Clean house of everything evil.
Relax your grip on your money
    and abandon your gold-plated luxury.
God Almighty will be your treasure,
more wealth than you can imagine.

26-30 “You’ll take delight in God, the Mighty One,
and look to him joyfully, boldly.
    You’ll pray to him and he’ll listen;
he’ll help you do what you’ve promised.
    You’ll decide what you want and it will happen;
your life will be bathed in light.
To those who feel low you’ll say, ‘Chin up! Be brave!’
    and God will save them.
Yes, even the guilty will escape,
escape through God’s grace in your life.”

Great advice for a backslider – Although people believe they are “free” now that they have returned to Egypt, they really are in bondage, bond by something that is two faced – sin. It looks good for a season, but the end result is death. If they would just view a relationship with the Lord as Life – life giving, life thriving, joyful living, instead of a life of rules and regulations their outlook on being spirit filled would be so much different. Truly living in the Spirit and being Kingdom minded is something that should be treasured by all. It reminds me of the parable about the man would found a treasure in the field, and he bought the entire field to ensure that he would have the treasure. Whatever we have to do to ensure that we have the treasure of relationship with the Lord, is what we need to do. If that means dying out to our flesh, so that the pleasures of sin do not appeal to our carnal flesh, than that is what we must do.

  35. FIRST THE KINGDOM
FIRE ON MY ALTAR = ANSWER TO MY PRAYER

27 Thou shalt make thy prayer unto him, and he shall hear thee, and thou shalt pay thy vows.
28 Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.

The WORD of GOD is uniquely diverse in the fact that in this one chapter, we witness a friend take stabs at the wind in attempt of revealing the mystery sin of Job. Obviously this approach is painful and damaging to bring railing accusation against a FRIEND. However in his search for the mystery, Eliphaz presents some Kingdom TRUTHS that we all have access to:

    1. PRAY to JESUS
    2. HE will HEAR
    3. DECREE a Thing
    4. HE will Establish IT
    5. HIS LIGHT will Shine on our Righteousness

We must have a daily ALTAR and a Continual FIRE upon IT. To Decree the things of HIS Kingdom and HE will establish IT.

Matthew 16:19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

We are granted supernatural liberty to decree a thing based on The Kingdom of GOD and HE will will do IT. The greatest obstacle we face in this promise is that we often only ask for or decree things for The Kingdom of ME and not The Kingdom of GOD.

Lets make HIS desire and Kingdom our desire and Kingdom.

  36. 25 Yea, the Almighty shall be thy defence, and thou shalt have plenty of silver.

  37. ““God is so great—higher than the heavens, higher than the farthest stars. But you reply, ‘That’s why God can’t see what I am doing! How can he judge through the thick darkness?”
    ‭‭Job‬ ‭22:12-13‬ ‭NLT‬‬

People think that God is so far in the heavens that he can’t see what we do in darkness. But he is an all seeing God. What we darkness will come to the light.

    • Amen, when someone tries to get you to sin and they say “No one will ever know “that’s is a lie because God will know and that’s the only one that needs to know for it to bite you in the but later so when that happens stay strong in the lord

  44. Receive, please, instruction from His mouth, And lay up His words in your heart.
    Job 22:22 NKJV

Reading this verse in particular I was reminded of this:

How can a young man cleanse his way? By taking heed according to Your word.
    Psalms 119:9 NKJV
And also in the same chapter

Your word I have hidden in my heart, That I might not sin against You.
    Psalms 119:11 NKJV

It is God’s Words the only ones that can shed light, give life, and direct life.

  45. 27 Thou shalt make thy prayer unto him, and he shall hear thee, and thou shalt pay thy vows.
28 Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.

Decree and it shall be established. Last night it was spoke that as s church we are getting to a level of authority we have get to see. We are in cannon and it’s time to possess the land!

  46. Our is omnipresent. You can’t find a place where you’re able to hide from God. It is important to remember that God is always watching, so be careful of what choices you make. The wrong choice can lead you down a long road that you may not be able to return from. Trust in God with all your heart and lean not to your own understanding.

  47. 21 Acquaint now thyself with him, and be at peace: thereby good shall come unto thee.
22 Receive, I pray thee, the law from his mouth, and lay up his words in thine heart.

We must all strive to KNOW the Word, and deliver it to the world around us.

  48.  Whereas our substance is not cut down, but the remnant of them the fire consumeth.
21 Acquaint now thyself with him, and be at peace: thereby good shall come unto thee.

If you just get to know Jesus and have a relationship with him, you will find that peace. That peace you’ve been searching for. That peace your neighbors and coworkers have been searching for. Nothing but good will come from having a relationship with him. The scripture says to “acquaint” which does not even mean a relationship but just a mere acquaintance will give you peace.

  49. Verse 12 NLT “God is so great—higher than the heavens, higher than the farthest stars.” My God is so great, so strong and so mighty. There is nothing my God cannot do. He sees all things, knows all things and loves us so much, he thought we were worth dying for.

  50. 3 Is it any pleasure to the Almighty, that thou art righteous? or is it gain to him, that thou makest thy ways perfect?

    Does God need you?

Answer: No. We need God, God doesn’t need us but he chose us to reach this world. And to answer the question directly. Yes to both questions, God does take pleasure. That’s the very reason he was in the situation he was in, because of his righteousnessy/

  51. 23 If thou return to the Almighty, thou shalt be built up, thou shalt put away iniquity far from thy tabernacles.

Only when we return to him faithfully, he will listen to our cries and will answer our prayers, and his light shall illuminate our path.

    Proverbs 15:3‭, ‬5‭-‬5‭, ‬33 KJV
The eyes of the Lord are in every place, beholding the evil and the good. A fool despiseth his father’s instruction: but he that regardeth reproof is prudent. The fear of the Lord is the instruction of wisdom; and before honour is humility.

  52. 21“Submit to God, and you will have peace; then things will go well for you. 22 Listen to his instructions, and store them in your heart.

With God in your life, you’ll peace, joy and blessings. Things seem to always go in your favor. Blessing will come when you least expect them. But without God, things seems to be in turmoil. You won’t have peace and joy. But submit to God, and you can expect great things to happen.

  53. “If you return to the Almighty [and submit and humble yourself before Him], you will be built up [and restored]; If you remove unrighteousness far from your tents, And place your gold in the dust, And the gold of Ophir among the stones of the brooks [considering it of little value], And make the Almighty your gold And your precious silver, Then you will have delight in the Almighty, And you will lift up your face to God.”
    ‭‭JOB‬ ‭22:23-26‬ ‭AMP‬‬

God wants us to be saved. He wants to heal our wounded spirits and hearts. He doesn’t want to condemn anyone or send anyone away from His presence. He wants to bless us and see us prosper in everything we do. There’s power in the blood of Jesus. There’s no sin too great and you’re never too far away.
