Leviticus 26

Ye shall make you no idols nor graven image, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall ye set up any image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for I am the Lord your God.

Ye shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I am the Lord.

If ye walk in my statutes, and keep my commandments, and do them;

Then I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.

And your threshing shall reach unto the vintage, and the vintage shall reach unto the sowing time: and ye shall eat your bread to the full, and dwell in your land safely.

And I will give peace in the land, and ye shall lie down, and none shall make you afraid: and I will rid evil beasts out of the land, neither shall the sword go through your land.

And ye shall chase your enemies, and they shall fall before you by the sword.

And five of you shall chase an hundred, and an hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight: and your enemies shall fall before you by the sword.

For I will have respect unto you, and make you fruitful, and multiply you, and establish my covenant with you.

10 And ye shall eat old store, and bring forth the old because of the new.

11 And I set my tabernacle among you: and my soul shall not abhor you.

12 And I will walk among you, and will be your God, and ye shall be my people.

13 I am the Lord your God, which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, that ye should not be their bondmen; and I have broken the bands of your yoke, and made you go upright.

14 But if ye will not hearken unto me, and will not do all these commandments;

15 And if ye shall despise my statutes, or if your soul abhor my judgments, so that ye will not do all my commandments, but that ye break my covenant:

16 I also will do this unto you; I will even appoint over you terror, consumption, and the burning ague, that shall consume the eyes, and cause sorrow of heart: and ye shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it.

17 And I will set my face against you, and ye shall be slain before your enemies: they that hate you shall reign over you; and ye shall flee when none pursueth you.

18 And if ye will not yet for all this hearken unto me, then I will punish you seven times more for your sins.

19 And I will break the pride of your power; and I will make your heaven as iron, and your earth as brass:

20 And your strength shall be spent in vain: for your land shall not yield her increase, neither shall the trees of the land yield their fruits.

21 And if ye walk contrary unto me, and will not hearken unto me; I will bring seven times more plagues upon you according to your sins.

22 I will also send wild beasts among you, which shall rob you of your children, and destroy your cattle, and make you few in number; and your high ways shall be desolate.

23 And if ye will not be reformed by me by these things, but will walk contrary unto me;

24 Then will I also walk contrary unto you, and will punish you yet seven times for your sins.

25 And I will bring a sword upon you, that shall avenge the quarrel of my covenant: and when ye are gathered together within your cities, I will send the pestilence among you; and ye shall be delivered into the hand of the enemy.

26 And when I have broken the staff of your bread, ten women shall bake your bread in one oven, and they shall deliver you your bread again by weight: and ye shall eat, and not be satisfied.

27 And if ye will not for all this hearken unto me, but walk contrary unto me;

28 Then I will walk contrary unto you also in fury; and I, even I, will chastise you seven times for your sins.

29 And ye shall eat the flesh of your sons, and the flesh of your daughters shall ye eat.

30 And I will destroy your high places, and cut down your images, and cast your carcases upon the carcases of your idols, and my soul shall abhor you.

31 And I will make your cities waste, and bring your sanctuaries unto desolation, and I will not smell the savour of your sweet odours.

32 And I will bring the land into desolation: and your enemies which dwell therein shall be astonished at it.

33 And I will scatter you among the heathen, and will draw out a sword after you: and your land shall be desolate, and your cities waste.

34 Then shall the land enjoy her sabbaths, as long as it lieth desolate, and ye be in your enemies’ land; even then shall the land rest, and enjoy her sabbaths.

35 As long as it lieth desolate it shall rest; because it did not rest in your sabbaths, when ye dwelt upon it.

36 And upon them that are left alive of you I will send a faintness into their hearts in the lands of their enemies; and the sound of a shaken leaf shall chase them; and they shall flee, as fleeing from a sword; and they shall fall when none pursueth.

37 And they shall fall one upon another, as it were before a sword, when none pursueth: and ye shall have no power to stand before your enemies.

38 And ye shall perish among the heathen, and the land of your enemies shall eat you up.

39 And they that are left of you shall pine away in their iniquity in your enemies’ lands; and also in the iniquities of their fathers shall they pine away with them.

40 If they shall confess their iniquity, and the iniquity of their fathers, with their trespass which they trespassed against me, and that also they have walked contrary unto me;

41 And that I also have walked contrary unto them, and have brought them into the land of their enemies; if then their uncircumcised hearts be humbled, and they then accept of the punishment of their iniquity:

42 Then will I remember my covenant with Jacob, and also my covenant with Isaac, and also my covenant with Abraham will I remember; and I will remember the land.

43 The land also shall be left of them, and shall enjoy her sabbaths, while she lieth desolate without them: and they shall accept of the punishment of their iniquity: because, even because they despised my judgments, and because their soul abhorred my statutes.

44 And yet for all that, when they be in the land of their enemies, I will not cast them away, neither will I abhor them, to destroy them utterly, and to break my covenant with them: for I am the Lord their God.

45 But I will for their sakes remember the covenant of their ancestors, whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the heathen, that I might be their God: I am the Lord.

46 These are the statutes and judgments and laws, which the Lordmade between him and the children of Israel in mount Sinai by the hand of Moses.

    Rather it be bitter sweet or sweet bitter God always provides away out, depending on how much you go against determines the the lost that occurs.

    [12] Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.

    Hosea 14:1-9 KJV
    [1] O Israel, return unto the Lord thy God; for thou hast fallen by thine iniquity. [2] Take with you words, and turn to the Lord : say unto him, Take away all iniquity, and receive us graciously: so will we render the calves of our lips. [3] Asshur shall not save us; we will not ride upon horses: neither will we say any more to the work of our hands, Ye are our gods: for in thee the fatherless findeth mercy. [4] I will heal their backsliding, I will love them freely: for mine anger is turned away from him. [5] I will be as the dew unto Israel: he shall grow as the lily, and cast forth his roots as Lebanon. [6] His branches shall spread, and his beauty shall be as the olive tree, and his smell as Lebanon. [7] They that dwell under his shadow shall return; they shall revive as the corn, and grow as the vine: the scent thereof shall be as the wine of Lebanon. [8] Ephraim shall say , What have I to do any more with idols? I have heard him , and observed him: I am like a green fir tree. From me is thy fruit found. [9] Who is wise, and he shall understand these things ? prudent, and he shall know them? for the ways of the Lord are right, and the just shall walk in them: but the transgressors shall fall therein.

    Isaiah 28:10-13 KJV
    [10] For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little: [11] For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people. [12] To whom he said, This is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear. [13] But the word of the Lord was unto them precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken.

    When e follow God’s commandments as He has instructed us, His anointing and protection shall follow us. We just have to be molded according to His standards and not our own!

  3. 2 Ye shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I am the Lord.

    3 If ye walk in my statutes, and keep my commandments, and do them;

    4 Then I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.

    5 And your threshing shall reach unto the vintage, and the vintage shall reach unto the sowing time: and ye shall eat your bread to the full, and dwell in your land safely.

    7 And ye shall chase your enemies, and they shall fall before you by the sword.

    8 And five of you shall chase an hundred, and an hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight: and your enemies shall fall before you by the sword.

    This chapter distinctly lays out the promises of the obedience for the children of Israel. It also lays out the discipline if the Israelites disobey what God has spoken. There are so many times where God’s word promises the very best in blessings. This is one of those times. It tells the Israelites that if they obey to keep the statutes and commandments, they would receive rain in due season and increase their yield.

    The POFW needs to have faith in the prophetic word spoken to us concerning the unrestricted revival and a surprised revival that will allow our yield to increase. We have to be ready to receive that which was spoken by God through the men of God. We need not to be afraid because he has stated that our threshing will reach the vintage and the vintage will reach the sowing time. We shall eat of the bread to the full and we shall dwell in the land safely

    We shall have the power to chase our enemies and they shall fall before us by the sword. Our sword being the word of God that is sharper than any two-edged sword. As we bind together in unity, five will chase a hundred and a hundred of us will put ten thousand to flight and our enemies of Fort Worth shall fall by the our sword (the word of God). You see the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty through God to the pulling down the strongholds.

    It’s time to seek first the kingdom to bind us together in unity, to brings us to the front lines and stand together against any devil that brings the hoards of demons and spirits with them. We shall see these enemies fall at our feet with the sword. Let’s not be a hindrance to the unrestricted and surprise revivals that is coming to the POFW.

  4. iLove the Kingdom
    Lev 26:34 Then shall the land enjoy her sabbaths, as long as it lieth desolate, and ye be in your enemies’ land; even then shall the land rest, and enjoy her sabbaths.

    This scripture reminds of the words of our pastor when says, “Some people don’t think they can afford to pay tithes…You can’t afford not to pay tithes”. God informs Moses that all the promises of God are contingent on obedience. The land needs a break and if you don’t listen, it will not bear it’s fruit and it will turn against you..

    Pay your tithes and you will be blessed y’all! Follow the Word of God.

  5. 7 And ye shall chase your enemies, and they shall fall before you by the sword.
    8 And five of you shall chase an hundred, and an hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight: and your enemies shall fall before you by the sword.
    9 For I will have respect unto you, and make you fruitful, and multiply you, and establish my covenant with you.

    12 And I will walk among you, and will be your God, and ye shall be my people.

    If we knew the power that we could tap into and how much strength and warrior-like abilities we had given from God oh, there would be literally nothing that could stop us from achieving our mission to reach the lost. The enemy spend some more time tacking from within then on the outside bc it is only ourselves that could be held back. God has given us such great power and the ability to accomplish what he’s called us to do. We just have to learn how to tap into that power by continually connecting with Christ and overcome those mental obstacles. #ifollowpofw

  6. Leviticus 26
    11-13 “I’ll set up my residence in your neighborhood; I won’t avoid or shun you; I’ll stroll through your streets. I’ll be your God; you’ll be my people. I am God, your personal God who rescued you from Egypt so that you would no longer be slaves to the Egyptians. I ripped off the harness of your slavery so that you can move about freely.

    Blessed Assurance!!!!!

  7. 1 Ye shall make you no idols nor graven image, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall ye set up any image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for I am the Lord your God.

    I don’t think God could say it any clearer!!! God is simple, written in black and white. Nothing left to interpretation!!!! No idols!!!! May the Lord open out eyes to see what it’s written in a very simple form and may conviction fill everyone’s heart so they will remove anything that may be getting between them and God!!!

  8. Thank you Jesus

    In fact, you will chase down your enemies and slaughter them with your swords. Five of you will chase a hundred, and a hundred of you will chase ten thousand! All your enemies will fall beneath your sword. I will walk among you; I will be your God, and you will be my people. I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt so you would no longer be their slaves. I broke the yoke of slavery from your neck so you can walk with your heads held high.

  9. 26 6 and I will give peace in the land, and ye shall lie down and non shall make you afraid, and I will read evil beast out of the land, neither shall the sword go through the land .
    ——-
    The Lord will do this if we 👉obey his commandments and statutes…..
    So with that said; I will read his WORD, believe it , hide it in my HEART, and ( speak)declare it with my MOUTH.
    In Jesus name.

  10. 2. Ye shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I am the Lord.

    This is something my parents pounded into me (sometimes with a belt) – to respect His Sanctuary, and I am forever grateful!
    It saddens me to see so few people respect God’s house today, but I know they just haven’t been taught or aren’t thinking about where they really are… His house is where the broken are restored, the lost are found, the sick are healed, and where He has placed His Name and where His presence dwells!
    Let’s gain a renewed respect for the Sanctuary and help others realize that God takes His house seriously, and we should too.

  11. FIRST THE KINGDOM
    THE BLESSINGS OF WALKING FAITHFULLY

    2 Ye shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I am the Lord.
    3 If ye walk in my statutes, and keep my commandments, and do them;
    4 Then I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.
    5 And your threshing shall reach unto the vintage, and the vintage shall reach unto the sowing time: and ye shall eat your bread to the full, and dwell in your land safely.
    6 And I will give peace in the land, and ye shall lie down, and none shall make you afraid: and I will rid evil beasts out of the land, neither shall the sword go through your land.

    The LORD is very clear in regard to HIS FAVOR, PEACE and BLESSING on the FAITHFUL. The expectations are clearly communicated here.

    1. Keep the Sabbath. (GO to Church and don’t miss)
    2. Reverence HIS Sanctuary. (Respect the House of GOD)

    With obedience to these 2 simple commands we are PROMISED REVIVAL NOW. A SURPRISE HARVEST and an UNRESTRICTED REVIVAL.

  12. In the MSG version this chapter is broken down into “If You Live by My Decrees . . .” or “But If You Refuse to Obey Me . . .”. In reading them both, you think well who wouldn’t live by His decrees??? But, so many have been misinformed, some have no information and it is our opportunity to share “On the Other Hand, If They Confess . . .”. POFW, the land has to be ready to receive what the Lord is bring forth and into our midst. We must willingly help our leaders with the harvest that is here and the surprise harvests that are already on their way.

  13. As long as the land lies in ruins, it will enjoy the rest you never allowed it to take every seventh year while you lived in it.
    Leviticus 26:35 NLT
    https://bible.com/bible/116/lev.26.35.NLT

    The importance of REST can not be over stated. Disease and destruction comes when we don’t allow our bodies the time to recooperate.

  14. Leviticus 27 : 42 [ Amp] Then will I earnestly] remember My covenant with Jacob, My Covenant with Abraham, and [ earnestly] remember the land.
    [ Ps.106: 44-45] Neverthless He regarded their distress when He hears their cry.
    [45] And He [ earnestly] remember for their sake His covenant and relented their sentence of evil
    [ comforting and easing Himself] according to the abundance of His mercy and loving kindness [ when they cried out to Him]. GIve, Pray, Read, and work, for Jesus he will hear your cry. Let all people say Amen, Praise the Lord.

  15. Leviticus 26:9-10 (MSG)
    9) I’ll give you my full attention: I’ll make sure you prosper, make sure you grow in numbers, and keep my covenant with you in good working order.
    10) You’ll still be eating from last year’s harvest when you have to clean out the barns and make room for the new crops.

    “Grow in numbers” and “Make Room For The New Crops”
    It’s okay to Enjoy and Rejoice in what God is doing and has done this past year at POFW, “Growing In Numbers,” BUT it’s time NOW to prepare and “Make Room For The New Crops” (HARVEST) that’s coming to POFW. Unrestricted Revival and Surprise Revival!!

  16. 9 For I will have respect unto you, and make you fruitful, and multiply you, and establish my covenant with you.

    When we abide by the commandments of the Lord we earn His respect, and in exchange we receive His favor and His blessings.

    It is a two way street. We give, we receive.

  17. Broken the bands of your yoke, and made you go upright.
    We have been given authority and power over spirits

    Sometimes my biggest problem isn’t the devil coming at me.
    Sometimes my problem isn’t God not handing me freedom and blessing.
    Sometimes and JESUS HELP ME, I put my umbrella up when God is right here trying to give me the rain.
    Jesus help me not to be a umbrella with my own human spirit that stops your blessing from raining/flowing down..

    Leviticus 26:4 KJV
    [4] Then I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.

    2 Corinthians 10:1-18 KJV
    [1] Now I Paul myself beseech you by the meekness and gentleness of Christ, who in presence am base among you, but being absent am bold toward you: [2] But I beseech you , that I may not be bold when I am present with that confidence, wherewith I think to be bold against some, which think of us as if we walked according to the flesh. [3] For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: [4] (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) [5] Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; [6] And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled. [7] Do ye look on things after the outward appearance? If any man trust to himself that he is Christ’s, let him of himself think this again, that, as he is Christ’s, even so are we Christ’s. [8] For though I should boast somewhat more of our authority, which the Lord hath given us for edification, and not for your destruction, I should not be ashamed: [9] That I may not seem as if I would terrify you by letters. [10] For his letters, say they, are weighty and powerful; but his bodily presence is weak, and his speech contemptible. [11] Let such an one think this, that, such as we are in word by letters when we are absent, such will we be also in deed when we are present. [12] For we dare not make ourselves of the number, or compare ourselves with some that commend themselves: but they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise. [13] But we will not boast of things without our measure, but according to the measure of the rule which God hath distributed to us, a measure to reach even unto you. [14] For we stretch not ourselves beyond our measure , as though we reached not unto you: for we are come as far as to you also in preaching the gospel of Christ: [15] Not boasting of things without our measure, that is , of other men’s labours; but having hope, when your faith is increased, that we shall be enlarged by you according to our rule abundantly, [16] To preach the gospel in the regions beyond you, and not to boast in another man’s line of things made ready to our hand. [17] But he that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord. [18] For not he that commendeth himself is approved, but whom the Lord commendeth.

    • 1 Corinthians 9:11-27 KJV
      [11] If we have sown unto you spiritual things, is it a great thing if we shall reap your carnal things? [12] If others be partakers of this power over you, are not we rather? Nevertheless we have not used this power; but suffer all things, lest we should hinder the gospel of Christ. [13] Do ye not know that they which minister about holy things live of the things of the temple? and they which wait at the altar are partakers with the altar? [14] Even so hath the Lord ordained that they which preach the gospel should live of the gospel. [15] But I have used none of these things: neither have I written these things, that it should be so done unto me: for it were better for me to die, than that any man should make my glorying void. [16] For though I preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory of: for necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel! [17] For if I do this thing willingly, I have a reward: but if against my will, a dispensation of the gospel is committed unto me. [18] What is my reward then? Verily that, when I preach the gospel, I may make the gospel of Christ without charge, that I abuse not my power in the gospel. [19] For though I be free from all men , yet have I made myself servant unto all, that I might gain the more. [20] And unto the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might gain the Jews; to them that are under the law, as under the law, that I might gain them that are under the law; [21] To them that are without law, as without law, (being not without law to God, but under the law to Christ,) that I might gain them that are without law. [22] To the weak became I as weak, that I might gain the weak: I am made all things to all men , that I might by all means save some. [23] And this I do for the gospel’s sake, that I might be partaker thereof with you . [24] Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain. [25] And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible. [26] I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air: [27] But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.

  18. Leviticus 26

    1 Ye shall make you no idols nor graven image, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall ye set up any image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for I am the Lord your God.

    2 Ye shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I am the Lord.

    3 If ye walk in my statutes, and keep my commandments, and do them;

    4 Then I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.

  19. 6And I will give peace in the land, and ye shall lie down, and none shall make you afraid: and I will rid evil beasts out of the land, neither shall the sword go through your land.

    Seek ye first the Kingdom of God

  20. 1 Ye shall make you no idols nor graven image, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall ye set up any image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for I am the Lord your God.

    2 Ye shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I am the Lord.

    3 If ye walk in my statutes, and keep my commandments, and do them;

    4 Then I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.

    God was determined to reveal Himself to the world through Israel, either by making them so blessed, the world would know only God could have blessed them so; or by making them so cursed, that only God could have cursed them and cause them to still survive. The choice was up to Israel.

  21. Chasing your tail

    20 And your strength shall be spent in vain: for your land shall not yield her increase, neither shall the trees of the land yield their fruits.

    There are times in our love where we feel like we are not getting anywhere. Where it feels like we are spinning our wheels or chasing our tails. I’ve learned when this happens God is slowing things down for me to see something or teach me something. I’ve learned to take a step back and ask God what he is trying to show me. Often times I would have missed it if I hadn’t been stuck. Gods ways are not my way and most of the time I don’t understand them until I’ve already come through the trial. When you see your work start to be unfruitful ask God what he trying to show you.

  22. 9 For I will have respect unto you, and make you fruitful, and multiply you, and establish my covenant with you.
    10 And ye shall eat old store, and bring forth the old because of the new.
    11 And I set my tabernacle among you: and my soul shall not abhor you.
    12 And I will walk among you, and will be your God, and ye shall be my people.

    If we will do his will then he will be among us and walk among us.
    We should do whatever it takes to get Jesus walking among us every day.
    If we had Jesus walking among us everyday how much better would our lives be? How much better would our day go He could lead us and guild us to and from places.

    It said he would walk among us.
    That tells me it is a statement a promise from God saying if you do your part I’ll do my part.
    I must do my part everyday.

  23. 1 And if ye walk contrary unto me, and will not hearken unto me; I will bring seven times more plagues upon you according to your sins.

    We are to walk according to the word of God! He has planned our steps and we must be willing to walk in them. He loves us and will not lead us anywhere that will hurt us.

  24. And I will set my tabernacle among you: and my soul shall not abhor you. And I will walk among you, and will be your God, and ye shall be my people.
    Leviticus 26:11‭-‬12 KJV

    God is establishing a relationship with them, all he is saying, is as long as you walk with me, obey my statutes, then I will walk with you and be your God, but there will be consequences for rejecting me! That’s all he wants is for us to have a relationship with, because he loves us, and HE IS OUR GOD!

    First the Kingdom

  25. 14 But if ye will not hearken unto me, and will not do all these commandments;

    Such a bad place to be, running from Jesus, because you don’t want to listen and obey His Word.

  26. 13 I am the Lord your God, which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, that ye should not be their bondmen; and I have broken the bands of your yoke, and made you go upright.

    Amen! We are free and no longer slaves.

  27. It is essential that we yield to what God is saying. In his instructions we will find what we need to grow stronger. His word is the key to spread the gospel and make it to heaven. Put God first and watch him do great things.

  28. “And I will set my face against you, and ye shall be slain before your enemies: they that hate you shall reign over you; and ye shall flee when none pursueth you.”
    ‭‭Leviticus‬ ‭26:17‬ ‭KJV‬‬

    Hello fear. Ye shall flee when none pursue the you. The reason people run out hen no one is after them is fart. God hasn’t given us a spirit of fear, but power, love, and a sound mind. We also know that this part of the chapter is if they don’t choose God, so if you don’t choose God, hello heartache and fear.

  29. 3 If ye walk in my statutes, and keep my commandments, and do them;

    4 Then I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.

    If, then… yes we know God is good, yet he also set up boundaries. If we do our part then God will do his.

  30. 3 If ye walk in my statutes, and keep my commandments, and do them;

    4 Then I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.

    These 2 verses are impactful as they demonstrate the request of God as to how we should walk. To walk in his statutes, and to keep his commandments is a demonstration of the fear of God in operation in my life.

    He promises rain in due season, and a land that will yield increase if I obtain his commandments and statutes.

    Primarily it is crucial to honor and respect the statute of God, to not override his limits and boundaries that he has set before us as for our protection.

    His commandments are essentially in my opinion a covenant before God – each is to be observed and practiced as written therein.

    When we place this in perspective in our life God is taking note no doubt, I don’t serve God to be rewarded for the good deeds that I have done, what causes an appreciation for him is his grace & mercy his blood that was shed.

    It amazes me that in spite of the great sacrifice he paid for us, he continues to state that blessings will come to those that uphold his statutes and commandments. He continually compasses his people with blessings.

    He is a mighty God!

  31. 3 If ye walk in my statutes, and keep my commandments, and do them;
    4 Then I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.

    If we are obedient it will bring us favor and increase!

  32. The land also shall be left of them, and shall enjoy her sabbaths, while she lieth desolate without them: and they shall accept of the punishment of their iniquity: because, even because they despised my judgments, and because their soul abhorred my statutes.
    Leviticus 26:43 KJV

    I thank God for always welcoming us back with open arms and not holding a grudge against us for turning away from Him. He is love and a merciful God, however, we still have to reap what we sow. Our actions will always have consequences, whether they are good or bad depends on us.

  33. 1 Ye shall make you no idols nor graven image, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall ye set up any image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for I am the Lord your God

    So many blessings come from obedience to this verse and yet some will do it the hard and have to figure it out for themselves. Why have the struggles when we can be blessed? There is no god like our God!

  34. We have choices to make and obedience is one of them. God says follow my commands and you’ll be blessed otherwise your cursed. There’s no easy way it’s a sacrifice and I know in faith all is possible through God.

  35. Ye shall make you no idols nor graven image, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall ye set up any image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for I am the Lord your God.

    2 Ye shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I am the Lord.

    3 If ye walk in my statutes, and keep my commandments, and do them;

    4 Then I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.
