Psalm Chapter 104 – Chronological

Bless the Lord, O my soul. O Lord my God, thou art very great; thou art clothed with honour and majesty.

Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment: who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain:

Who layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters: who maketh the clouds his chariot: who walketh upon the wings of the wind:

Who maketh his angels spirits; his ministers a flaming fire:

Who laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be removed for ever.

Thou coveredst it with the deep as with a garment: the waters stood above the mountains.

At thy rebuke they fled; at the voice of thy thunder they hasted away.

They go up by the mountains; they go down by the valleys unto the place which thou hast founded for them.

Thou hast set a bound that they may not pass over; that they turn not again to cover the earth.

10 He sendeth the springs into the valleys, which run among the hills.

11 They give drink to every beast of the field: the wild asses quench their thirst.

12 By them shall the fowls of the heaven have their habitation, which sing among the branches.

13 He watereth the hills from his chambers: the earth is satisfied with the fruit of thy works.

14 He causeth the grass to grow for the cattle, and herb for the service of man: that he may bring forth food out of the earth;

15 And wine that maketh glad the heart of man, and oil to make his face to shine, and bread which strengtheneth man’s heart.

16 The trees of the Lord are full of sap; the cedars of Lebanon, which he hath planted;

17 Where the birds make their nests: as for the stork, the fir trees are her house.

18 The high hills are a refuge for the wild goats; and the rocks for the conies.

19 He appointed the moon for seasons: the sun knoweth his going down.

20 Thou makest darkness, and it is night: wherein all the beasts of the forest do creep forth.

21 The young lions roar after their prey, and seek their meat from God.

22 The sun ariseth, they gather themselves together, and lay them down in their dens.

23 Man goeth forth unto his work and to his labour until the evening.

24 O Lord, how manifold are thy works! in wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy riches.

25 So is this great and wide sea, wherein are things creeping innumerable, both small and great beasts.

26 There go the ships: there is that leviathan, whom thou hast made to play therein.

27 These wait all upon thee; that thou mayest give them their meat in due season.

28 That thou givest them they gather: thou openest thine hand, they are filled with good.

29 Thou hidest thy face, they are troubled: thou takest away their breath, they die, and return to their dust.

30 Thou sendest forth thy spirit, they are created: and thou renewest the face of the earth.

31 The glory of the Lord shall endure for ever: the Lord shall rejoice in his works.

32 He looketh on the earth, and it trembleth: he toucheth the hills, and they smoke.

33 I will sing unto the Lord as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.

34 My meditation of him shall be sweet: I will be glad in the Lord.

35 Let the sinners be consumed out of the earth, and let the wicked be no more. Bless thou the Lord, O my soul. Praise ye the Lord.

  1. 33 I will sing unto the Lord as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.

34 My meditation of him shall be sweet: I will be glad in the Lord.

The psalmist finished the chapter here with praise to God. God is to be praised because he is a great God and a matchless God that reigns in perfection. As the psalmist has stated before the glory of the Lord shall endure for ever. He shall endure to the end of time and he shall endure to the end of time in his creation and providence. Gods grace shall be in his creation as long as we praise him for all he has done. We are the ones that have been shown his love and filled with his spirit to carry on his purpose. But without praise to the most high God, then we are merely specks of dust. We have to continually lift him up each day.

Without the choice to praise God, we would simply pass away and be consumed with the sin of this world. Putting first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, He will walk beside us and carry us when we are weak Hid great hand will pick us up when we are down. That is why we should continually carry His praise in our mouths and his word in our hearts. It’s all about Jesus and Jesus is about people. So it’s our duty to live Jesus to give Jesus through our praise and worship.

  2. Thank you Jesus as I continue meditating on King Jesus Christ – we continue the good fight of faith

Bless the Lord , O my soul! O Lord my God, You are very great: You are clothed with honor and majesty, Who cover Yourself with light as with a garment, Who stretch out the heavens like a curtain.
    Psalms 104:1‭-‬2

  3. Verses 31-35 MSG “The glory of God—let it last forever! Let God enjoy his creation! He takes one look at earth and triggers an earthquake, points a finger at the mountains, and volcanoes erupt. Oh, let me sing to God all my life long, sing hymns to my God as long as I live! Oh, let my song please him; I’m so pleased to be singing to God. But clear the ground of sinners—no more godless men and women! O my soul, bless God!” What a beautiful chapter of awe inspiring words that describe the wonders of my God. But, at the same time, a tear of great sorrow, asking the Lord to please forgive us for what we have made it! There is so much corruption, deceit, and misconceptions that only through God’s loving mercy and grace can bring us through. I encourage you to read today’s Proverb chapter.

Proverb 29:18 MSG says “If people can’t see what God is doing, they stumble all over themselves; But when they attend to what he reveals, they are most blessed.” It is time for us to get back to “The Heart of Worship”:

I’m coming back to the heart of worship
And it’s all about You, it’s all about You, Jesus
I’m sorry, Lord, for the thing I’ve made it
When it’s all about You, it’s all about You, Jesus

  4. Ps.104: 3-4 [ amp] Who lays the beams of the upper room of His abode on the waters [ above the firmament] , Who makes the clouds His chariot , Who walks on the wings of the wind.
[ 4] Who makes winds His messengers, flames of fire His mininisters.
Heb 1: 7 [ amp] I was looking notes and find this chapter and I was amazed.
Referring to my angels He says, [ God] Who makes His ministering servants flames of fire.
Jesus is the Bread of life!
Is your altar on fire for Jesus!
What seed on we planting to today!
    Praise God.

  5. 15 And wine that maketh glad the heart of man, and oil to make his face to shine, and bread which strengtheneth man’s heart.
True happiness and contentment is only possible because the Lord fills the void in mankinds heart. It is from this in dwelling that we obtain the strength to persevere.

  6. 35 Let the sinners be consumed out of the earth, and let the wicked be no more. Bless thou the Lord, O my soul. Praise ye the Lord.

If God we’re to do this who would be left. 1 Corinthians 15:31 I protest by your rejoicing which I have in Christ Jesus our Lord, I die daily. We are all sinners and MUST repent and die daily for we all fall short of God’s Grace. With this virus we have lost many great servants of God, many young Pastors and ministers have passed living behind beautiful families. So many keep asking why???? Matthew 5:45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. That’s right we have an equal opportunity employer!!!! We were ALL born with a free will to do what we please, must of us try to do that which pleases the Lord but the actions of those that don’t submit to His authority still affect us. God does not impose His will on anyone, He can; but He won’t!!!! That’s what makes our God such a fair and just God. So pray daily and lift Him up with Praise for our God the Lord Jesus Christ still ALIVE FOREVER MORE!!!

  7. I love the word, I love to read about all the good things God does even though I see it everyday. He does not miss one thing! We are so blessed. The beauty and luxury we have all around us we should not take for granted. Praise continually be in my mouth.

  8. Aunque no lo merezcamos nuestro Rey cuida de nosotros, se esforzo en hasta el Mas minimo detalle nos provehio con to-do y su Amor por nosotros estan Grande que no tiene comparacion.gracias senor JESUS.

  9. “He waters the hills from His upper chambers; The earth is satisfied with the fruit of Your works. He causes the grass to grow for the cattle, And vegetation for the service of man, That he may bring forth food from the earth,”
    ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭104:13-14‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
“I will sing to the LORD as long as I live; I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.”
    ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭104:33‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

From the beginning of time, God created the earth with the purpose of providing for needs man. He knew our needs before He made us. Praise the Lord
while you are able. One day it will be too late.

  10. “You placed the world on its foundation so it would never be moved. You clothed the earth with floods of water, water that covered even the mountains. At your command, the water fled; at the sound of your thunder, it hurried away. Mountains rose and valleys sank to the levels you decreed. Then you set a firm boundary for the seas, so they would never again cover the earth.”
    ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭104:5-9‬ ‭NLT‬‬

This scripture reminds me of this past days by the sea.
Indeed God’s creations are perfectly designed. What God built, He built well.
When the waters had covered the earth long enough, God made them recede to the place God had appointed for them, and He set a boundary for the waters so they could never again cover the earth, as He promised.
The waters of the sea are not only prevented from destroying the earth, but, by a wonderful machinery, are rendered the means of preserving every living thing which moveth thereon.

God Blessed us with beautiful places in this earth so that we can see HOW GREAT OUR GOD IS IN ALL THAT HE THAT CREATED!!!

From the seas 🌊 to the Mountains 🏔 everything was created PERFECT by Him.

  11. 24 O Lord, how manifold are thy works! in wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy riches.

How great is our God! Everything hand crafted and set in order. How can we not stand in awe that the God who created the heavens and the earth, loves us, knows us, and wants relationship with us!

  12. 1 Bless the Lord, O my soul. O Lord my God, thou art very great; thou art clothed with honour and majesty.
2 Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment: who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain:
3 Who layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters: who maketh the clouds his chariot: who walketh upon the wings of the wind:
4 Who maketh his angels spirits; his ministers a flaming fire:
5 Who laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be removed for ever.

I cannot find enough words to say how great is my God the Creator of heaven and earth full of glory and righteousness. Everlasting father who is the same yesterday today and forever he is AWESOME!

  13. 19 He appointed the moon for seasons: the sun knoweth his going down.
20 Thou makest darkness, and it is night: wherein all the beasts of the forest do creep forth.
21 The young lions roar after their prey, and seek their meat from God.
22 The sun ariseth, they gather themselves together, and lay them down in their dens.

I love this part of the scripture because it reminds us who is really in charge. While people run in the street and there seems to be chaos all around, at the end of the day the Lord causes the sun to rise and to set, he’s at the Moon out among the Stars oh, he created the seasons and the rotation of the Earth. God knows what he’s doing and at the end of the day he has control of our situations. Even during the chaotic times God knows the outcome. This puts my faith completely in Him who knows the end

  14. 24O LORD, what a variety of things you have made!
In wisdom you have made them all. The earth is full of your creatures.

What an incredible place we live in—Earth. God made it perfect. The land to live on and produce food, the waters to provide drink, the stars to provide light and darkness, animals to provide meat, grass and trees to provide shelter, and people to provide comfort, security and support for each other. Only God could have created all this, it did not happen by chance. Give God praises and glory for it.

  15. LIVE – GIVE JESUS
    THIS IS HOW WE PRAISE

1 Bless the Lord, O my soul. O Lord my God, thou art very great; thou art clothed with honour and majesty.

In seasons such as we experience now, it is convenient to become discouraged and lethargic in our FAITH and WORSHIP. A major key to building and developing FAITH and WORSHIP is passionate and adequate PRAISE. When we PRAISE we give thanks and honor to GOD for all HE is and has done.

The lesson is demonstrated here from the psalm that when we recognize the accomplishments and benefits of our GOD. We can’t help but Bless the LORD O my soul and all that is within me. But, when we are distracted from those beautiful attributes of our GOD we are discouraged and despondant.

Stop today and take a look around at life. consider the sun, moon, stars, the lakes, hills and valleys and remember that JESUS spoke all of these into existence. Our Father (JESUS) is the creator of all things in heaven and earth and our Savior (JESUS) controls it all. Lets be in awe of HIM and HIS wonders rather than in aww of all that is happening in the world today.

    iRepent
    iPraise
    iPray
    iWork
    iGive
    iReap
    iGo
    iBlessYouInTheNameOfTheLordJESUS

  16. 24 O Lord, how manifold are thy works! in wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy riches.

Everything we see on this earth shouts about the creation of our Lord. Scientists believe this earth is millions of years old but God just laughs at them. The new style of the day is making new stuff look old. My wife even did it with a new picture frame. She made a brand new frame look like it was about 100 years old. Why, because it’s the “cool” thing to do. That’s what God did with his art work like the Grand Canyon. Scientists think it took a million years to form…Wrong, only a day. In your face science.

  17. “I will sing to the LORD as long as I live; I will sing praise to my God while I have my being. May my meditation be sweet and pleasing to Him; As for me, I will rejoice and be glad in the LORD.”
    ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭104:33-34‬ ‭AMP‬‬
No matter what difficulties I may face, my praise and worship goes to my first love as He awakens me every morning, and throughout the day.
His love for me is patient and kind! He’s faithful and true.

“But as for me, I will sing of Your mighty strength and power; Yes, I will sing joyfully of Your lovingkindness in the morning; For You have been my stronghold And a refuge in the day of my distress.”
    ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭59:16‬ ‭AMP‬‬

  18. 23 “Man goeth forth unto his work and to his labour until the evening.”

man go all throughout his business day and day out the Lord has everything in control. He takes care of his creation all by himself with no help of man. He has the whole world in his hand I’m telling you he have this.

    A.L.M.A.S.

  19. AMP 9 You set a boundary [for the waters] that they may not cross over,
So that they will not return to cover the earth.

Boundaries – a line that marks the limits of an area; a dividing line:

Even in creation of the waters, God established boundaries so that it would cover the earth, but have separation and distinction. As Apostolic, Holy living people, we should love the boundaries that we live by. They establish distinction that others can see that we are “children of the King.”

A Kings Heir has protocol that they live by which establishes them in the eyes of the people as royalty. So it is in the Kingdom of God. He has established boundaries of distinction for us to live by which exhibits the holiness of who He is to us. Wear that distinction proudly!! Don’t be intimidated by this world or pressured to become like the world.

  20. 104:34 my meditation of him shall be sweet
I will be glad in the Lord😀.
    —-
    Yes, let it be so!!!
Many times ( talking for myself, for my experience… )
Start thinking about God, and his marvelous works
And all the sudden loose track and start meditating on other things.
    —-
He is righteous and just, merciful and kind.
My meditation of him shall be 👉🏼Sweet.
—- I will leave my problems for prayer time.
I WILL BLESS YOU LORD, AS LONG AS I LIVE
AND IN YOUR NAME, I WILL LIFT UP MY HANDS.

  21. Psalms 104
10 He sendeth the springs into the valleys, which run among the hills.

Daily we can drink from the Springs of Living Water.
When nothing else can satisfy or meet the need within the soul of man or woman, God can .
His Word comes to life to refresh.

We need to take more time to enjoy His Springs in the valley. There was a place where Daddy every time we would go visit ,he would take us to . And even on a Sunday morning on our way to the little church that sat right on the side mountain we stop the car and get out at this particular spot . It was a spring of water flowing from the side of the mountain. We would all get out and watch as Dad filled up his gallon jugs of water and a small individual bottle which would be placed on the pulpit at the church . Sharing the spring of water with someone else. In this life we must fill our water bottles and share the living water which flows so freely. Just as we can become naturally dehydrated we can become spiritually dehydrated. What a wonderful God to create streams in the valley where all creatures can come to drink and how glorious He is the spring in the valley for us to drink .

Drinking from the Springs of Living Waters
    Oh wonderful and bountiful supply

  22. Psalm 104

6 Thou coveredst it with the deep as with a garment: the waters stood above the mountains.

7 At thy rebuke they fled; at the voice of thy thunder they hasted away.

8 They go up by the mountains; they go down by the valleys unto the place which thou hast founded for them.

  23. So in Psalm Chapter 104 verses 1-8 it’s talking about how Jesus was Clothed with light and honor and he could stretch like a curtain then he could lay in the waters of the chambers and he could walk with wings in the air then his angel spirits minister a flaming fire then the foundations of the earth should not be removed but covered with a garment then they fled at the voice of thunder then they went up to the mountains by the valleys where the place they were founded

  24. 24 O Lord, how manifold are thy works! in wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy riches.

God blessed his creations with this unique place to live. We should praise him for it all-whether we see the beautiful sunset or experience the cooling rains, he made it all and we are thankful.

33 I will sing unto the Lord as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.
34 My meditation of him shall be sweet: I will be glad in the Lord.

  25. Psalms 104:27-28 (NLT)
    27) They all depend on you to give them food as they NEED it.
    28) When you SUPPLY it, they gather it. You open your hand to feed them, and they are RICHLY satisfied.

Philippians 4:19 says, “But my God shall SUPPLY all your NEED according to his RICHES in glory by Christ Jesus.”

So Thankful that when we have a NEED, He will SUPPLY it. He will open His hand, and we will be RICHLY satisfied.

    Thank You JESUS!!

  26. “And wine which makes the heart of man glad, So that he may make his face glisten with oil, And bread to sustain and strengthen man’s heart.”
    ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭104:15‬ ‭AMP‬‬

In the Bible we find types and shadows from the Old Testament to the New Testament. Wine is often symbolic to the Holy Ghost. Oil is symbolic of anointing and Bread is symbolic to the Word of God or Bible . So this could read:

And the Holy Ghost which makes the heart of man glad, So that he may make his face glisten with Anointing, and the Word of God to sustain and strengthen man’s heart.

  27. 13. He watereth the hills from his chambers: the earth is satisfied with the fruit of thy works.

    33. I will sing unto the Lord as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.

God has certainly watered us Hills with water that could only come from Him! We can’t help but praise Him as long as we live, He is so good to us!

  28. 33 I will sing unto the Lord as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.

Our God is worthy to be praised, for He is worthy to be praised. He is our everything,

    He is our refugee
    He is our Savior
    He is our helper
    He is our comforter
    He is our healer
    He is our everything

Praise Him all the time 🙌🙏

  29. Psalm 104
1 Bless the Lord, O my soul. O Lord my God, thou art very great; thou art clothed with honour and majesty.
33 I will sing unto the Lord as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.
34 My meditation of him shall be sweet: I will be glad in the Lord.
What is between those verses the very actions of God. We sing praises to hour God. We speak praises to Him.
This is the Day that the Lord has made I will rejoice and be glade in it. What a way to start our days in Praise to our King in thankfulness.

  30. Psalm 104:1–7
    1. Bless the LORD, O my soul.
    O LORD my God, thou art very great;
thou art clothed with honour and majesty.

    2. Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment:
who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain:

    3. Who layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters:
who maketh the clouds his chariot:
who walketh upon the wings of the wind:

    4. Who maketh his angels spirits;
    his ministers a flaming fire:

    5. Who laid the foundations of the earth,
that it should not be removed for ever.

    6. Thou coveredst it with the deep as with a garment:
the waters stood above the mountains.

    7. At thy rebuke they fled;
at the voice of thy thunder they hasted away.

    Psalms 8:3
When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers,
    the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained;

If my God took His time creating all the beauty in this world, SURELY He can take care of me and my needs!

As long as I am alive I will have a praise on my lips. Regardless of how bad things may seem, regardless of what may come my way I will praise your name for I know that you will bring me through. I know that if you did it before you can do it again. It may not be on my terms but you always show up on time.

  32. 33 I will sing unto the Lord as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.

God is always worthy of all the praise. When we wake up in the morning we should praise the Lord and when we lie our heads down at night. The enemy will do his best to keep you from giving God the praise. We must not let him succeed.

We must be willing to give God all we have if we want to see change come in our life. Our praise is what will set the atmosphere around us. It is what will give us the strength to press through our day and go above and beyond. Our praise is our weapon against the enemy. We will remain victorious when we praise.

  33. “I will sing unto the Lord as long as I live: I will sing praise unto my God while I have my being.” Psalms 104:33

We must praise God for we exist because of Him. Everything we own is because of Him. We must endure our life and situation because of Him. I have a job because of Him. I have hope and love because of Him. I truly thank you God!!!!

  34. 31: The glory of the Lord shall endure for ever: the Lord shall rejoice in his works.
33: I will sing unto the Lord as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.

The Lord endures forever, the always deserves the glory and praise. I will always praise the Lord for as long as I live. The Lord does so many things for me that I don’t deserve Him after doing so many things that displeases Him. Why does he still love me and forgive me even when I do wrong? If the mountains roar your praises so will I.
    🎵And as you speak,
A hundred billion galaxies are born,
In the vapor of Your breath the planets form,
If the stars were made to worship so will I. 🎵
    So Will I- Hillsong

  35. Psalms 104:5
You placed the world on its foundation so it would never be moved.
God you are my firm foundation.
    Psalms 18:1-2
    [1]I love you, lord;
        you are my strength.
    [2]The lord is my rock, my fortress, and my savior;
my God is my rock, in whom I find protection.
He is my shield, the power that saves me,
        and my place of safety.

  36. 35 Let the sinners be consumed out of the earth, and let the wicked be no more. Bless thou the Lord, O my soul. Praise ye the Lord.

    Amen

  37. At your command, the water fled; at the sound of your thunder, it hurried away. Mountains rose and valleys sank to the levels you decreed.
    Psalms 104:7‭-‬8 NLT

He formed everything in to existence for a reason or a purpose. He made everything according to His will and liking. He is the master builder and He formed me and you for a purpose. That is to worship Him and tell other about Him. The question is are we fulfiling His purpose?

  38. “Let all that I am praise the Lord. O Lord my God, how great you are! You are robed with honor and majesty.”
    ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭104:1‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Let all that I am; every word that I speak, every move that I make, every thought that I have, let it all glorify You, Lord!

  39. 33 I will sing to the Lord all my life;
I will sing praise to my God as long as I live.
    34
May my meditation be pleasing to him,
as I rejoice in the Lord.
    35
But may sinners vanish from the earth
and the wicked be no more.
    Praise the Lord, my soul.
    Praise the Lord.

All praise we give to Him is pleasing to Him, every song we sing, every praise we send up, It all belongs to Him, but He doesn’t need it, He wants it, even though He gives us the option to not live for Him, rejecting Him would get us no where. I choose to sing to the Lord all my life.

  40. “Then you set a firm boundary for the seas, so they would never again cover the earth.”(‭‭Psalms‬ ‭104:9‬ ‭NLT‬‬)

If the Lord can instructor a strong boundary for the seas. Then I believe that he can give us all power over our enemies and instructor a boundary between our enemies from harming us.

  41. “O Lord, how manifold are thy works! in wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy riches.”
    ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭104:24‬ ‭KJV‬‬

We serve a God that has made His glory shine in all things. He surrounds our lives with beautiful creations, from the vibrant colors of the world we live in to the unique texture of hair. He is a God of detail and anything He makes is miraculous! This is why we should be confident that God has not created us by mistake but with purpose to worship Him and serve His Kingdom. We are miracles, hand crafted by God.

I thank God He has made us in His image! I pray we never forget whose we are and who we are!

  42. 1 Bless the Lord, O my soul.

What a grand poetic moment we share with the psalmist. Who takes us into his thoughts about who God is and His majesty. There is nothing that we could ever need that He cannot supply for us. There is no moment in time that He is not looking out for us. He truly loves us as His greatest and most valued possession.

Thank you Jesus for your love and for your faithfulness towards us

  43. 33 I will sing to the Lord as long as I live; I will sing praise to my God while I have being.

How great is our God! In everything He shows His great works that He created. There will always be a reason to praise God, we must make up in our mind to daily give praise to Him. What an awesome God we serve!

  44. My meditation of him shall be sweet: I will be glad in the Lord.

My thoughts trail along to how sweet, loving and kind You are. My meditation of You can take me deeper than the ocean or soaring high. Your love knows no bounds. You’re loving embrace shelters me.
There is nothing that could possibly compare to the beauty and sanctity of a deep relationship with God.

  45. 1 Bless the Lord, O my soul. O Lord my God, thou art very great; thou art clothed with honour and majesty.

Bless the Lord, O my soul…
We see so many and great reasons why we should bless the Lord. The psalmist explains it very eloquently and for all those things we should bless the Lord. Yet the things that stands out the most, is that it is personal. It’s an intimate, relational activity. Who? MY soul. Bless the Lord, o my soul. Not the neighbor, not your family member, your soul. .You. I am the one that needs and should bless the Lord. Putting all the described things in this chapter, we should be able to make it personal and bless Him for what He is for you and what He has done for you. Bless the Lord

  46. 5 Who laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be removed for ever.

6 Thou coveredst it with the deep as with a garment: the waters stood above the mountains.

7 At thy rebuke they fled; at the voice of thy thunder they hasted away.

8 They go up by the mountains; they go down by the valleys unto the place which thou hast founded for them.

9 Thou hast set a bound that they may not pass over; that they turn not again to cover the earth.

As the waters receded, God had appointed a place for them, and set a boundary for the waters so they could never again cover the earth as God promised In (Genesis 8:11-17).

  47. The missing prayer

“My meditation of him shall be sweet: I will be glad in the Lord.”
    ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭104:34‬ ‭KJV‬‬

When I was a babe in the Lord I thought that in prayer I always had to be speaking or I wasn’t praying. It wasn’t till I grew a little in the Lord and I heard him say, “ are you going to listen or just talk the whole time?” Prayer is a conversation with God. His words are much more powerful than mine so why not let him speak. Meditation is the missing part of prayer. We say speak Lord but we don’t give him a chance to speak. If we could learn to voice our prayers then stay in the spirit in meditation we wouldn’t be searching for answers all the time. Slow down and wait in the Lord he won’t run out of time.

  48. 35 Let the sinners be consumed out of the earth, and let the wicked be no more. Bless thou the Lord, O my soul. Praise ye the Lord.

The day is coming where there will be no more sin, no more wicked people. We will walk on a new earth and a new heaven. What a day that shall be, this place we live in is not our homes we’re just passing through. The hour of the arrival of Jesus is soon and all our worries heartaches and pains will be no more. Thank you Jesus what a beautiful day that shall be.

  49. “He makes grass grow for the cattle, and plants for people to cultivate— bringing forth food from the earth: wine that gladdens human hearts, oil to make their faces shine, and bread that sustains their hearts.”
    ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭104:14-15‬ ‭NIV‬‬

With your trust in God there is nothing you could ever long or want for, he has everything in his hands.

  50. 7 At thy rebuke they fled; at the voice of thy thunder they hasted away.
8 They go up by the mountains; they go down by the valleys unto the place which thou hast founded for them.

It is so nice to know that just at his simple rebuke all enemies flee from God’s thunderous voice.

33 I will sing unto the Lord as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.
34 My meditation of him shall be sweet: I will be glad in the Lord.

We will sing unto Him as long as we live. We must sing unto Him new and old songs, we must always sing His praises! That we may be glad in Him.

35 Let the sinners be consumed out of the earth, and let the wicked be no more. Bless thou the Lord, O my soul. Praise ye the Lord.

“. . . Bless thou the Lord, O my soul. Praise ye the Lord.”

  51. 26 There go the ships: there is that leviathan, whom thou hast made to play therein.

These things have always intrigued me. If we truly believe the word of God, then according to scripture, the earth and everything in existence is only about 6,000 years old. That means that the previously thought of dinosaurs didn’t exist millions of years ago, the were around in biblical times.

Were most died in Noah’s time because of the flood, the surviving animals, were hunted as trophies to prove strength or dominance.

We can only speculate but it’s worth mentioning.

  52. 33 I will sing unto the Lord as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.
34 My meditation of him shall be sweet: I will be glad in the Lord.
35 Let the sinners be consumed out of the earth, and let the wicked be no more. Bless thou the Lord, O my soul. Praise ye the Lord.

A heart of worship. When we lift Him up, we position ourselves, to be in His presence, as God inhabits the praises of His people,. Also as we lift Him up He will draw all men unto himself.
