Proverbs 17

Better is a dry morsel, and quietness therewith, than an house full of sacrifices with strife.

A wise servant shall have rule over a son that causeth shame, and shall have part of the inheritance among the brethren.

The fining pot is for silver, and the furnace for gold: but the Lord trieth the hearts.

A wicked doer giveth heed to false lips; and a liar giveth ear to a naughty tongue.

Whoso mocketh the poor reproacheth his Maker: and he that is glad at calamities shall not be unpunished.

Children’s children are the crown of old men; and the glory of children are their fathers.

Excellent speech becometh not a fool: much less do lying lips a prince.

A gift is as a precious stone in the eyes of him that hath it: whithersoever it turneth, it prospereth.

He that covereth a transgression seeketh love; but he that repeateth a matter separateth very friends.

10 A reproof entereth more into a wise man than an hundred stripes into a fool.

11 An evil man seeketh only rebellion: therefore a cruel messenger shall be sent against him.

12 Let a bear robbed of her whelps meet a man, rather than a fool in his folly.

13 Whoso rewardeth evil for good, evil shall not depart from his house.

14 The beginning of strife is as when one letteth out water: therefore leave off contention, before it be meddled with.

15 He that justifieth the wicked, and he that condemneth the just, even they both are abomination to the Lord.

16 Wherefore is there a price in the hand of a fool to get wisdom, seeing he hath no heart to it?

17 A friend loveth at all times, and a brother is born for adversity.

18 A man void of understanding striketh hands, and becometh surety in the presence of his friend.

19 He loveth transgression that loveth strife: and he that exalteth his gate seeketh destruction.

20 He that hath a froward heart findeth no good: and he that hath a perverse tongue falleth into mischief.

21 He that begetteth a fool doeth it to his sorrow: and the father of a fool hath no joy.

22 A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.

23 A wicked man taketh a gift out of the bosom to pervert the ways of judgment.

24 Wisdom is before him that hath understanding; but the eyes of a fool are in the ends of the earth.

25 A foolish son is a grief to his father, and bitterness to her that bare him.

26 Also to punish the just is not good, nor to strike princes for equity.

27 He that hath knowledge spareth his words: and a man of understanding is of an excellent spirit.

28 Even a fool, when he holdeth his peace, is counted wise: and he that shutteth his lips is esteemed a man of understanding.

  1. 8 A gift is as a precious stone in the eyes of him that hath it: whithersoever it turneth, it prospereth.

Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder!!! As long as my beholder is JESUS !!! WE ARE MADE IN HIS IMAGE!!!

  2. 17 A friend loveth at all times, and a brother is born for adversity.

I love a song that simply states I have never been loved liked I had when I was loved by a man named Jesus. Never been been cared for like my savior cared for me. Never felt freedom like that day he saved me. This is a song that describes Jesus when he saved me. Nothing like the love of Jesus, who died for me and she’d his precious blood to wash all my sins away. The friend that we have in Jesus is one that will never leave us nor forsake us. He will walk with us through the fire and through the valleys. He is as close as the mentioning of his name.

If you really want to find out who your friends are call some of them when you get in a pickle to see if they are willing to drop everything to come to your aid. Guess what? Jesus is that friend.

  3. 15 He that justifieth the wicked, and he that condemneth the just, even they both are abomination to the Lord.

The Lord is everywhere and all knowing. There is a time of judgement and the Lord will judge every idle word and thought.

  4. 1 Better is a dry morsel, and quietness therewith, than an house full of sacrifices with strife.

2 A wise servant shall have rule over a son that causeth shame, and shall have part of the inheritance among the brethren.

  5. Prov. 17: 22 [ amp] A happy is good medicine and a cheerful mind works healing, But a broken spirit dries up the bones.
Prov. 15 : 13 [ amp] A glad heart make a cheerful countenance, But by sorrow of heart the spirit is broken.
There is so much Anxiety going in people lives today. That it will make you sick and weigh you down.
But a encouraging word make your heart glad.
You actually have to make yourself happy.
Why worry about the situation get it to God, in prayer.
    Who will you encourage today!
    Dont worry be Happy!
Smile and make someone Happy today.
    Jesus2.

  6. 17 A friend loveth at all times, and a brother is born for adversity.

We should love one another at all times.
That love doesn’t mean I love you but I pray, I help, I give a helping hand at all times.
We as the church should be helping one another not trying to hurt or out do one another WHY because we are all in this race called life and we need each other. Learn from one another.

Today we need to ask God who we can help.

  7. 17 A friend loveth at all times, and a brother is born for adversity.

Jesus is the best friend you can ever have. What a privilege it is to carry everything to God in prayer.

  8. Proverbs 17:1
Does your meal leave a belly ache or nourishment?

A meal of bread and water in contented peace
is better than a banquet spiced with quarrels.

An atmosphere of peace and true love.
Contention and strife against a friend a family member truly is a miserable way to live. Wisdom speaks strongly here there is a way to live that is pleasing to God.
It gives us choices whether to walk in peace with wisdom or walk in chaos with a contentious attitude.

Oh what peace we often forfeit when we do not take it to the Lord in prayer.

The first verse truly has a deep meaning to it sitting at a banquet or an elaborate meal means nothing when the attitude of the one serving it is filled with contention. Bread and water served with love will fill the tummy much more and bring nourishment to not only the body but to the soul.

  9. 17 A friend loveth at all times, and a brother is born for adversity

If you look back in time To the times you were hurting and going through some rough stuff, but you have a friend that never left your side trying to cheer you up? That’s a good friend. If Lord forbid, a parent passes the way and you have a friend that cries with you because he feels that pain that’s empathy, if he is the first to get with you and th last to leave, that’s a good fried. Jesus was a friend like that to His disciples. If your friend act like that, he is a friend closer than a brother. If he is the first one to call you the next day to see how you doing amd what are you doing amd somehow invites himself because he hears sadness in you voice, that’s a brother!!!! There aren’t many like this so if you have one treasure it, protected, for you have been greatly blessed.

  10. 17 A friend loveth at all times, and a brother is born for adversity.

A true friend loves in adversity as well as in prosperity. Often it takes a hard time to show which friends are genuinely loyal. A quaint note from D.L. Moody’s Bible says,” A true friend is like ivy— the greater the ruin, the closer he clings.”
A brother is born for adversity, That is, One of the greatest privileges of brotherhood is to be at your side when you need him most, it is not hard to find Lord Jesus in this verse.

There’s not a friend like the lowly Jesus,
No, not one! No, not one!
None else could heal all our soul’s diseases,
No, not one! No, not one!
    Refrain:
Jesus knows all about our struggles,
    He will guide till the day is done;
There’s not a friend like the lowly Jesus,
No, not one! No, not one!
No friend like Him is so high and holy,
No, not one! No, not one!
And yet no friend is so meek and lowly,
No, not one! No, not one!
There’s not an hour that He is not near us,
No, not one! No, not one!
No night so dark but His love can cheer us,
No, not one! No, not one!
Did ever saint find this Friend forsake him?
No, not one! No, not one!
Or sinner find that He would not take him?
No, not one! No, not one!
Was e’er a gift like the Savior given?
No, not one! No, not one!
Will He refuse us a home in heaven?
No, not one! No, not one! Johnson Oatman (1895)

  11. 22 A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.

With all the tragedy going on around us and the division that’s being caused, we have to find a way to keep our joy. That doesn’t mean we have to always be happy but holding on to Joy can save us from falling into the pits of despair. I love this proverb right here because it is saying that when we find ways to be joyful and be merry then it is going to help our hearts. Finding things to be joyful about and things that encourage us throughout the day help us to get through the hard times

  12. It is better to eat a piece of bread and drink water than have fancy drinks and carefully thought out fancy foods with strife ( these are my words). God loves a cheerful giver. This is an important thing to remember because it will keep your mind productive and your heart seeking Jesus.

  13. Verse 3 AMP “The refining pot is for silver and the furnace for gold, But the Lord tests hearts.” Verse 20 ESV “A man of crooked heart does not discover good, and one with a dishonest tongue falls into calamity.” Verse 24 VOICE “Those who understand look to wisdom for guidance, but fools fasten their eyes on some distant horizon.” Keeping our heart and eyes focused on Jesus will guide us to leading others to know Him.

    Proverbs 4:20-27 says “My son, pay attention to my words and be willing to learn;
Open your ears to my sayings. Do not let them escape from your sight; Keep them in the center of your heart. For they are life to those who find them, And healing and health to all their flesh. Watch over your heart with all diligence, For from it flow the springs of life. Put away from you a deceitful (lying, misleading) mouth, And put devious lips far from you. Let your eyes look directly ahead [toward the path of moral courage] And let your gaze be fixed straight in front of you [toward the path of integrity]. Consider well and watch carefully the path of your feet, And all your ways will be steadfast and sure. Do not turn away to the right nor to the left [where evil may lurk]; Turn your foot from [the path of] evil.”

  14. A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a broken spirit saps a person’s strength.
    Proverbs 17:22 NLT

Being broken or wounded you cannot operate to full capacity. That’s why Bro Shatwells message about the wounded spirit is so profound and God has used it so much. We cannot go marching into spiritual wars or even go home to rest and be with our families with wounds and broke was. If you had a gunshot wound or a broken arm you would have it taken care of properly before doing anything else. But we carry our wounds around proudly (stubbornly) thinking we can carry on with “business as usual”. Why?
Sustaining an injury and not seeking medical attention is foolishness…..which are we? Among the wise or among the foolish?

  15. iLove the Kingdom of Jesus2
A wise servant shall have rule over a son that causeth shame, and shall have part of the inheritance among the brethren.

This is how the Gentiles made it into the Kingdom! Jesus came for those who were called after his name, but they rejected him. The son (the nation of Israel) brought great shame upon themselves but the Gentiles entered into role of servanthood. This ingrafted the Gentiles into the Kingdom. This is great news that we (servants) are accepted into the kingdom of God. Can you imagine a world without salvation for the Gentiles? That is rough!

  16. “He that hath knowledge spareth his words: and a man of understanding is of an excellent spirit. Even a fool, when he holdeth his peace, is counted wise: and he that shutteth his lips is esteemed a man of understanding.”
    ‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭17:27-28‬ ‭KJV‬‬

It takes more strength to shut up than to keep on talking. We will always have something to say but that doesn’t mean it needs to be said. I thank God He tells us when to shut up. I also pray we are wise enough to listen and obey!

  17. LIVE – GIVE JESUS2
    DECEIVERS UNITE

4 A wicked doer giveth heed to false lips; and a liar giveth ear to a naughty tongue.

It is obvious to me that the old adage “birds of a feather flock together” came from this proverb. It is our human nature to seek people of kindred spirit. This verse struck me as just that.

A wicked doer, gives heed to false lips. People that live wicked entertain lies and there we have GOSSIP.

    Then

A liar gives ear to a naughty tongue, or a gossip.

A WICKED DOER – 7489. raʿaʿ, raw-ah´; to spoil (literally, by breaking to pieces); figuratively, to make (or be) good for nothing, i.e. bad (physically, socially or morally):—afflict, associate selves (by mistake for 7462), break (down, in pieces), + displease, (be, bring, do) evil (doer, entreat, man), show self friendly (by mistake for 7462), do harm, (do) hurt, (behave self, deal) ill, x indeed, do mischief, punish, still, vex, (do) wicked (doer, -ly), be (deal, do) worse.

NAUGHTY TONGUE – 1942. havvah, hav-vaw´; desire; also ruin:—calamity, iniquity, mischief, mischievous (thing), naughtiness, naughty, noisome, perverse thing, substance, very wickedness.

The wicked and the liar jump on a merry go round of lying to each other to deceive and cause harm. We should separate ourselves from these damaging relationships.

Live HOLY, RIGHTEOUS and HONEST before GOD and man.

    iRepent
    iPraise
    iPray
    iWork
    iLive
    iGive
    iReap

  18. The contrast again between the Upright and the Wicked is the header for this chapter in the Amplified Bible.

    AMP – 14 The beginning of strife is like letting out water [as from a small break in a dam; first it trickles and then it gushes];
Therefore [a]abandon the quarrel before it breaks out and tempers explode.

Sometimes as christians we feel we are always right, and sometimes we are. However, there are times when although we are right, we need to keep our mouth shut. Proving our point to be right is not always the right thing to do. Sometimes we antagonize others to the point of tempers flying just to prove our point. If we know and God knows, what does it matter so much that others know as well.

I must do my part to not cause contention and uproar.

    Matthew 5:9
“Blessed [spiritually calm with life-joy in God’s favor] are the makers and maintainers of peace, for they will [express His character and] be called the sons of God.

Much is said in the Word of God about making peace, being a peace maker, living peacably with all men. Just because we don’t agree, doesn’t mean we have to express that to bring opposition.

  19. 3 The fining pot is for silver, and the furnace for gold: but the Lord trieth the hearts.

“You’re a fire, the refiner; I wanna be consumed. I wanna be tried by fire, purified. You take whatever you desire, Lord here’s my life. Clean my hands, purify my heart – I wanna burn for you, only for You. Take my life as a sacrifice – I wanna burn for you, only for You.”

How many are willing to not only go into the fire, but to stay in the fire until God says its time to come out? How many are willing to allow God to purify and purge out all those unclean things? Take my life Jesus and set it ablaze by Your Spirit and Your Fire!

  20. Proverbs 17:27,28 He that hath knowledge spareth his words: and a man of understanding is of an excellent spirit. Even a fool, when he holdeth his peace, is counted wise: and he that shutteth his lips is esteemed a man of understanding.

James 1:19 Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath:

Job 13:5 O that ye would altogether hold your peace! and it should be your wisdom.

  21. “A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.”
    ‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭17:22‬ ‭KJV‬‬

The joy of the lord is our strength, but if we have no joy then we have no strength. When we do things on our own without Jesus then it’s like we have no power, no strength. It’s like we are dried up in the valley of dry bones.

  22. 6 Children’s children are the crown of old men; and the glory of children are their fathers

Our grandchildren and our children are our pride and joy. We take pride in their accomplishments as they grow up and the love we have for them brings great joy when we are all together. As we watch over their lives it’s natural to guide them ever chance we get and lead them to a loving savior.

  23. 27 He that hath knowledge spareth his words: and a man of understanding is of an excellent spirit.
28 Even a fool, when he holdeth his peace, is counted wise: and he that shutteth his lips is esteemed a man of understanding.

Knowledge is good but understanding is better. Use your words wisely.

  24. Proverbs 17:22
A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a broken spirit saps a person’s strength.

The proverb “means a heart rejoicing in God, and serving him with gladness, and then taking the comfort of outward enjoyments and particularly that of pleasant conversation.” The joy that is good for the soul and the body is the joy that we find first in the Lord and then in the simple pleasures that He has created for human beings. Ecclesiastes is filled with admonitions to take joy in the ordinary goodness of the created order—the satisfaction of a hearty piece of bread, the taste of a nice glass of wine (Eccl. 9:7). Over and over again, the book of Psalms exhorts us to rejoice in the Lord (Pss. 32:11; 53:6). We rejoice in the Lord and in the goodness of what He has made in order to bring Him glory (1 Cor. 10:31), but today’s passage indicates that His glory is not all that results from the cheerful hearts of His people. Our joy glorifies God and  it benefits us. By His grace, the Lord has ordained that what glorifies Him is what is good for us.

The opposite of a cheerful heart is a “crushed spirit” that “dries up the bones”. Here, “bones” is used to represent the whole person. A cheerful heart brings tremendous benefits to all that we are, and a broken spirit brings harm to the whole person. The crushed spirit that dries up the bones is not the broken spirit of repentance (Ps. 51:17), for repentance restores us to the Lord and is a means to life. Instead, the writer refers to the heart that cannot rejoice in the Lord, that has become so cynical that it cannot find joy in the simple things. May none of us possess such a heart. A cheerful heart does not pretend that all is well, and it grieves at the appropriate time (Eccl. 7:2). A cheerful heart responds appropriately to a given situation, all the while possessing a deep and enduring peace that enables one to trust in the Lord and know that He is the source of true, eternal joy. A cheerful heart may not always show itself with a smile, but even when it is not in happy circumstances, it is confident that an eternal weight of glory is being prepared for us
    (2 Cor. 4:17).

  25. “He who covers a transgression seeks love, But he who repeats a matter separates friends.”
    ‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭17:9‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

“He who covers and forgives an offense seeks love, But he who repeats or gossips about a matter separates intimate friends.”
    ‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭17:9‬ ‭AMP‬‬

    Whatcha talkin’ bout Willis?
Love is the key to keeping the unity. Love overlooks the unkindness and sin. And truly has the best interested in others.

“Above all, have fervent and unfailing love for one another, because love covers a multitude of sins [it overlooks unkindness and unselfishly seeks the best for others].”
    ‭‭1 Peter‬ ‭4:8‬ ‭AMP‬‬

  26. 21It is painful to be the parent of a fool;
there is no joy for the father of a rebel.

As parents, we want our children to do what is right all the time. We want to see then serve God, have good jobs, and raise a family. But not all children grow up making the right choice. God gives each one of us the ability to make choices in life. We can only teach our children and pray they will make the right decisions.

  27. “Friends love through all kinds of weather, and families stick together in all kinds of trouble.”
    ‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭17:17‬ ‭MSG

Thankful and blessed of The LORD for giving me family and friends that have helped me along the way of truth throughout my life. But most of all My Friend and lover of my soul, which has given His life for me.

“Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.”
    ‭‭John‬ ‭15:13‬ ‭KJV‬‬

  28. Sometimes we will have a arugements with family or friends . sometimes we can not talk to them for days, weeks, and even mounths but what we need to know is that we have to stick together no matter what and yes we might fight and get into agurements. But we are a family and family never leaves eachother

So what ive learn is that we gotta stick like glue when it comes to family.

  29. Proverb 17
22 A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.
May we heed this verse for my joy is in Jesus .
He has preserved me and sustained me through my years. Jesus gives me strength daily.

Isa 57:19 I create the fruit of the lips; Peace, peace to him that is far off, and to him that is near, saith the LORD; and I will heal him.
Let us rejoice in Christ Jesus that our hearts be full of Joy.
For unforgiveness and strife which causes a broken spirit and dries the bones. brings us to despair. Spend time in the word and pray that our faith may increase.

Psalm 33:1 Rejoice in the LORD, O ye righteous: for praise is comely for the upright.
Isaiah 61:10 I will greatly rejoice in the LORD, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh himself with ornaments, and as a bride adorneth herself with her jewels.
Philippians 4:4 Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice.

  30. 7 Excellent speech becometh not a fool: much less do lying lips a prince.

8 A gift is as a precious stone in the eyes of him that hath it: whithersoever it turneth, it prospereth.

Excellent words are better than words of distain. In other words… “Loose lips sinks ships”! When I taught the nursery class we use to sing a little song that simply said….
“Be careful little mouth what you say
Be careful little mouth what you say
For our Father up above is looking
Down from above…. So be careful
    little mouth what you say.”

And my mother would say… If you gotta talk about it, just talk about it to Jesus and leave it there!

  31. Proverbs 17:22, “A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.”

“A Merry Heart vs. A Broken Spirit”
Our emotions really do affect our physical being.
A broken spirit is someone who feels wounded, crushed, defeated, or depressed, no joy and usually all they have is negative thoughts. Negative thoughts only lead to feeling broken and dried up.
    Whereas…
A merry heart, doesn’t deny the “negatives” in life, it just doesn’t allow the “negatives” to overtake us or rob us of our JOY in the LORD.
We think ourselves happy. (Acts 26:2)
We think on honest, just, pure, lovely things and things of a good report. (Phil. 4:8)
We Rejoice in the LORD alway: and again I say, Rejoice. (Phil. 4:4)
We encourage ourselves in the LORD. (1 Sam. 30:6)
We build ourselves up on our most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost. (Jude 1:20)
We sing a new song. Keep Singing!!

    Today…
    I choose to be Happy!
I choose to think on the good things of God!
I choose to Rejoice in the LORD!
I choose to Encourage myself in the LORD!
I choose to Build Up myself on my most holy Faith, Praying in the Holy Ghost.
I choose to Sing a New Song!

  32. Even though people are beautiful on the outside, being beautiful is not for outward appearance, it is on the inside, the emotion.

  33. Proverbs 17:22 A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.”

Even in challenges I need to exhibit peace and joy. Sometimes it is hard and that is when I need to be encouraged by my Lord and Saviour Jesus. I am trying to see the glass “half full” and not “half empty”!

Thank you Jesus for this day.

  34. 15 He that justifieth the wicked, and he that condemneth the just, even they both are abomination to the Lord.

If you live your life justifying the wrong doings of the wicked you as well are an abomination to the Lord.

  35. 4 A wicked doer giveth heed to false lips; and a liar giveth ear to a naughty tongue.
5 Whoso mocketh the poor reproacheth his Maker: and he that is glad at calamities shall not be unpunished.

Those that are in the wrong are giving ear and listening to those that are not telling the truth. Don’t listen to liars. This verse is basically saying that liars give in to liars. Liars spread gossip of other lying gossipers. Don’t be put in this category. Keep out of drama, lies, and untruthfulness.

  36. 22 A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broke spirit drieth the bones.
    Proverbs 17:22 KJV

Our joy and strength comes from the Lord, he brings us the wise words, he teaches us how to speak and teach like him. But those in this world are hiding in their sin in worry, and fear. As the image of the Lord, he is encouraging us to help find those seeking saving and guide them to him. Let us fill our spirit with the Lord and the goodness he brings us and spread it to those in this world, the Lord sees all you do for him and all the sacrifices and he will remember all you do. He will pour blessings in your life, as you continue to sacrifice more for him, the more closer you get to victory with the Lord.

  37. Proverbs 17:9

“Love prospers when a fault is forgiven, but dwelling on it separates close friends.”
‭you should have forgiveness if someone does something wrong with your friends and family so you can be closer and make you a better person in the world 🌎

And also don’t get back at someone for what they did because two wrongs don’t make a right

  38. 17 A friend loveth at all times, and a brother is born for adversity.

18 A man void of understanding striketh hands, and becometh surety in the presence of his friend.

Good friends do not allow outwardly circumstances to cause their love and addiction to be tainted. Please understand that wrong is wrong and a good friend will tell you when your wrong. What is often lacking is the wisdom on how to express it and not cause harm.

You see the greatest friend we have is Jesus and our love and devotion first belongs to Him. A wise person will devote themselves to God first and then to loved ones and friends. This doesn’t mean we allow our words and guidance to hurt our friends but allow our actions and love to lead them to the King.

  39. Proverbs 17

This Chapter means that, We should be like The Wise not the fool because, the fool’s actions lead to destruction and wages of death, while The Righteous follows and Obey The Word Of The Lord.

  40. 28 Even a fool, when he holdeth his peace, is counted wise: and he that shutteth his lips is esteemed a man of understanding.

Every one is so quick to voice their opinions or thoughts… or simply give a piece of their mind. Yet it is rather better to be quiet. To consider matters even when they bother you. Listen don’t just hear the sounds but process what is being said. Then accordingly answer.

  41. Oh how your opinion will get you in trouble

28 Even a fool, when he holdeth his peace, is counted wise: and he that shutteth his lips is esteemed a man of understanding.

It’s like the kid in class that always raised his hand and blurted out the wrong answer. I figured if I wasn’t sure then I would just wait and see but he couldn’t help himself. It was as if he was blinded to the fact that he was making a fool of himself. This is what pride does to you, you can’t see things fir what they really are. It’s a good thing to just be quiet and let the fools do the talking.

  42. In this chapter it reminded me of decisions we can interfere in life. We may go through trails and have no clue what to do. We should always know that there is a one true God that loves us and has the answers to it all! Sometimes when I get lost or need help I look up yo God, as should you! He knows it’s kk Pofw!!!

  43. 22 A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.

Let us always have a kind and loving heart to give to others. Especially now during this times, is where we must shine brighter than ever. Let us represent our Lord Savior Jesus Christ to those who are worn out! Church let us be the medicine that this world desperately needs!

  44. “Friends love through all kinds of weather, and families stick together in all kinds of trouble.”
    ‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭17:17‬ ‭MSG

A friend will love throughout all kinds of season of storm no matter how great the storm is in your life. Families will stick together in all kinds of tribulations and will push back against the agenda of the enemies in your life. Pray for one another have each other’s back let there be unity in every relationship and let us glorify the Kings of kings and Lord of lords together!

  45. 3 The fining pot is for silver, and the furnace for gold: but the Lord trieth the hearts.

    Psalms 139:23-24
23 Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts:

24 And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.

We should want God to examine our lives everyday to show us what we can do better in him. God let me know everyday what I can do better in you, so I can be the example in my family to make a difference. In Jesus name.

  46. 3 The fining pot is for silver, and the furnace for gold: but the Lord trieth the hearts.

The hearts of men cannot be searched and known by any human art, but by God only. God will always search our heart to see what’s inside.

  47. 19 He loveth transgression that loveth strife: and he that exalteth his gate seeketh destruction.

Moral of it all mind your business. Seems simple enough, the problem is minding your own business and saving yourself from this untoward generation. We dot worry enough about our own salvation when it comes to this stuff. instead of calling your brother out Pray for him. Instead of timor her losing trust or confidence in you just seek the Kingdom, thats what we need to continue to do anyways. We gotta keep this fire going and can let off the gas. some may stumble but pray for them like you would want them to pray for you.
