Acts Chapter 26 – FIRE2 – 26/40

Day 26: Acts Ch.26. Paul finally gets an opportunity to defend himself before high ranking Roman officials. However, instead of making it a defense for his release, Paul proclaims and defends the Gospel. Pray for a desire to contend for the Gospel and see others come to Christ.

Acts 26

Then Agrippa said unto Paul, Thou art permitted to speak for thyself. Then Paul stretched forth the hand, and answered for himself:

I think myself happy, king Agrippa, because I shall answer for myself this day before thee touching all the things whereof I am accused of the Jews:

Especially because I know thee to be expert in all customs and questions which are among the Jews: wherefore I beseech thee to hear me patiently.

My manner of life from my youth, which was at the first among mine own nation at Jerusalem, know all the Jews;

Which knew me from the beginning, if they would testify, that after the most straitest sect of our religion I lived a Pharisee.

And now I stand and am judged for the hope of the promise made of God, unto our fathers:

Unto which promise our twelve tribes, instantly serving God day and night, hope to come. For which hope’s sake, king Agrippa, I am accused of the Jews.

Why should it be thought a thing incredible with you, that God should raise the dead?

I verily thought with myself, that I ought to do many things contrary to the name of Jesus of Nazareth.

10 Which thing I also did in Jerusalem: and many of the saints did I shut up in prison, having received authority from the chief priests; and when they were put to death, I gave my voice against them.

11 And I punished them oft in every synagogue, and compelled them to blaspheme; and being exceedingly mad against them, I persecuted them even unto strange cities.

12 Whereupon as I went to Damascus with authority and commission from the chief priests,

13 At midday, O king, I saw in the way a light from heaven, above the brightness of the sun, shining round about me and them which journeyed with me.

14 And when we were all fallen to the earth, I heard a voice speaking unto me, and saying in the Hebrew tongue, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.

15 And I said, Who art thou, Lord? And he said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest.

16 But rise, and stand upon thy feet: for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose, to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee;

17 Delivering thee from the people, and from the Gentiles, unto whom now I send thee,

18 To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.

19 Whereupon, O king Agrippa, I was not disobedient unto the heavenly vision:

20 But shewed first unto them of Damascus, and at Jerusalem, and throughout all the coasts of Judaea, and then to the Gentiles, that they should repent and turn to God, and do works meet for repentance.

21 For these causes the Jews caught me in the temple, and went about to kill me.

22 Having therefore obtained help of God, I continue unto this day, witnessing both to small and great, saying none other things than those which the prophets and Moses did say should come:

23 That Christ should suffer, and that he should be the first that should rise from the dead, and should shew light unto the people, and to the Gentiles.

24 And as he thus spake for himself, Festus said with a loud voice, Paul, thou art beside thyself; much learning doth make thee mad.

25 But he said, I am not mad, most noble Festus; but speak forth the words of truth and soberness.

26 For the king knoweth of these things, before whom also I speak freely: for I am persuaded that none of these things are hidden from him; for this thing was not done in a corner.

27 King Agrippa, believest thou the prophets? I know that thou believest.

28 Then Agrippa said unto Paul, Almost thou persuadest me to be a Christian.

29 And Paul said, I would to God, that not only thou, but also all that hear me this day, were both almost, and altogether such as I am, except these bonds.

30 And when he had thus spoken, the king rose up, and the governor, and Bernice, and they that sat with them:

31 And when they were gone aside, they talked between themselves, saying, This man doeth nothing worthy of death or of bonds.

32 Then said Agrippa unto Festus, This man might have been set at liberty, if he had not appealed unto Caesar.

  1. 18 To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.

Our mission is to impact the world with the gospel and show them by example how to live victoriously over sin. For this cause the Lord came as a babe to walk this earth. We may not face the same persecution as Paul did, but we must have the same tenacity to spread the gospel as he and the others did. They turned the world upside down in just a few short years. Does our neighbors know? Those we work with ? Our friends? Extended family? It starts with one and expands from there. Like wildfire it should spread until all we see knows who Jesus is and what He came for,

  2. 28 Then Agrippa said unto Paul, Almost thou persuadest me to be a Christian.

The testimony of Paul once again made an impact . At the beginning of this passage Paul states “I think myself happy.” He knows his past yet he had such an assurance of where Gid brought him from he released it into God’s hands. In this present moment he has no idea what his future holds. Yet he does not allow the accusations to detour him from the mission of his heart . Souls and his testimony.
Although sadly Agrippa did not accept the Gospel and even thought Paul had lost his senses , I am sure Paul’s testimony left a great impact upon Agrippa. Almost persuaded…..God I pray that those who are almost persuaded be reminded of testimonies they have heard and will be drawn into the kingdom before it is too late . In Jesus name.

  3. 28 Then Agrippa said unto Paul, Almost thou persuadest me to be a Christian.
29 And Paul said, I would to God, that not only thou, but also all that hear me this day, were both almost, and altogether such as I am, except these bonds.

Just by your testimony alone, telling your story or even in a place where you’re being scrutinized people, who you would never guess, could be listening. Paul was just telling you a story and defending his position after being accused of things and he was so passionate and in compelling that the ruler over the city was persuaded. That’s the type of focus the church needs. The compelling testimony that will reach people. The passion that persuades those that are listening and the love that draws them in.

  4. We too as Paul have a mission as verses 17-18 MSG say “‘I’m sending you off to open the eyes of the outsiders so they can see the difference between dark and light, and choose light, see the difference between Satan and God, and choose God. I’m sending you off to present my offer of sins forgiven, and a place in the family, inviting them into the company of those who begin real living by believing in me.’ There is Room in the House of God for Everybody! Our response should be the same as Paul’s to King Agrippa as we see in verses 19-20 “What could I do, King Agrippa? I couldn’t just walk away from a vision like that! I became an obedient believer on the spot. I started preaching this life-change—this radical turn to God and everything it meant in everyday life—right there in Damascus, went on to Jerusalem and the surrounding countryside, and from there to the whole world.” Sound familiar “Impacting Lives To Change The World”. So grateful this morning for a God fearing mother who taught and showed me how to LIVE-GIVE JESUS².

  5. 28 Then Agrippa said unto Paul, Almost thou persuadest me to be a Christian.

29 And Paul said, I would to God, that not only thou, but also all that hear me this day, were both almost, and altogether such as I am, except these bonds.

30 And when he had thus spoken, the king rose up, and the governor, and Bernice, and they that sat with them:

As Paul spoke, he had convinced them that they almost gave into what he was speaking concerning Jesus and his calling to preach the gospel. Paul was a learned man and was very versed in the knowledge of the people in whom he spoke with. That is why it’s very important that we know the word of God and when the opportunity presents itself to us we have to take it and let people know that sin is sin and
That they must choose for themselves to whom they will serve. As apostolic we have to be instant in season and out of season. We have to be ready to try to save as many as we can in this end time outpouring. We have to study to show ourselves approved. Be prepared to know the audience in whom your speaking to.

  6. v23 That Christ should suffer, and that he should be the first that should rise from the dead, and should shew light unto the people, and to the Gentiles.

Through Jesus ‘ Resurrection….our hope for a personal resurrection……The center piece in the apostles ‘ message about Jesus Christ was the truth of the Resurrection.
The apostles preached the resurrection of Jesus Christ and our hope for a personal resurrection. They proclaimed this truth to both Jews and Gentiles with powerful results.

  7. 18. To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.

The best way to turn them from darkness to light is to Live JESUS and Give JESUS to them and let them see the Fire² burning in you.

    Matthew 5:
    15. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.

    16. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

  8. 22 Having therefore obtained help of God, I continue unto this day, witnessing both to small and great, saying none other things than those which the prophets and Moses did say should come:

We can rest assured that the Lord will help us and is the reason we are able to wittness. It is from the Lord that we will be able to know how to approach false doctrine, which we see here, Paul knew that the words of the prophets and Moses was the best approach.

  9. Acts 26:17-18 “MSG ‘I’m sending you off to open the eyes of the outsiders so they can see the difference between dark and light, and choose light, see the difference between Satan and God, and choose God. I’m sending you off to present my offer of sins forgiven, and a place in the family, inviting them into the company of those who begin real living by believing in me.’”
    ‭‭
The best way to show teach and show someone how to live for Christ is by example. Live Jesus to give Jesus!

  10. 22 Having therefore obtained help of God, I continue unto this day, witnessing both to small and great, saying none other things than those which the prophets and Moses did say should come. LiveJesusGiveJesus2. God is the most wonderful thing I have in my life. I want everyone to know that he is your best friend, your companion to get advice from and your father. I live to see him face to face one day. Everyone I come in contact with in anyway I try to get in a word about my wonderful Jesus. I love POFW!

  11. 22: having therefore obtained help of God
I continue unto this day witnessing both to small and great saying no other things than those which the prophets and Moses did say should come.
    —-
…. I continue unto this day?
How is that? After everything that has happened , the ups and downs…
    Because of Jesus🙌.
It is he who has helped us all this time
It is he, who has made a way throughout these times we are living.
It is he who has revealed his truth to us and made us stand on the rock which is he.
It is through, by him and for him.
    Hallelujah 🙌.
    All glory to God.
It is because of his faithfulness and mercy toward his people
It’s HIM helping us all the time.
And if we are not there, ( will I g)he can always find someone else to do it.
Paul was willing and Jesus was there helping making a way.
    Hallelujah.
    Thank you Jesus.
Blessed be the name the Lord.

  12. LIVE – GIVE JESUS2
    CONVICTION

23 That Christ should suffer, and that he should be the first that should rise from the dead, and should shew light unto the people, and to the Gentiles.
24 And as he thus spake for himself, Festus said with a loud voice, Paul, thou art beside thyself; much learning doth make thee mad.
25 But he said, I am not mad, most noble Festus; but speak forth the words of truth and soberness.

Convictions is an often painful and powerful reality. The TRUTH about JESUS is convicting and has the potential to cause others to respond negatively. We witness here that as Paul shares his testimony about JESUS in his life that it provokes a strong response.

This is not always the response to the Gospel of JESUS, but it is a possibly response. We should be prepared to give answer to the hope that is in us in Christ JESUS. Rehearse your testimony, share with close family members and friends to practice.

Lets get busy to share the Gospel of JESUS with all.

  13. Acts 26: 16- 17 But rise ; and stand upon thy fect , for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose, to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee.
    (17) Delivering thee from the people, and from the Gentiles unto whom now I send thee.
Matt. 5: 16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father, who is in heaven.
Tell your neighbors, friends, Your family, your co- workers- your children’s about Jesus , share your Testimony to as many as you can.
Paul was willing to do want ever it took for Jesus.
Be witness and testify for Jesus in Jesus name.

  14. “Then Agrippa said unto Paul, Almost thou persuadest me to be a Christian. And Paul said, I would to God, that not only thou, but also all that hear me this day, were both almost, and altogether such as I am, except these bonds.”
    ‭‭Acts‬ ‭26:28-29‬ ‭KJV

Hallelujah! Step aside and be ready to speak why the LORD JESUS CHRIST will always put in your mouth ready to speak. This is to bring Him glory and honor, and not ourselves. The gospel of Jesus Christ is reaching our world through people like you and I that is willing to be a vessel to channel His salvation to all.

“Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving; withal praying also for us, that God would open unto us a door of utterance, to speak the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in bonds: that I may make it manifest, as I ought to speak. Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time. Let your speech be alway with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man.”
    ‭‭Colossians‬ ‭4:2-6‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“But when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what ye shall speak: for it shall be given you in that same hour what ye shall speak.”

  15. DIOS nos da la salvacion y el trabajo de esparcir su palabra en el mundo atravez de la biblia hagamos nuestra parte que el continuara la obra asi como saulo.

  16. 27 King Agrippa, believest thou the prophets? I know that thou believest.

28 Then Agrippa said unto Paul, Almost thou persuadest me to be a Christian.

Almost being a Christian is a sad state to be in especially when you believe the word of God. It is a miserable ace to be and many around us today are in this place, but God and our prayers can make a difference.

  17. 8 Why should it be thought a thing incredible with you, that God should raise the dead?

I remember this Word preached! INCREDIBLE

In my mind if I break up the word “In-Credible” I see in as NOT and Credible and True piece of info. The word of God and the works done in his name are “Amazing” or “Wonderful” my God is believable!

  18. Acts chapter 26

28 Then Agrippa said unto Paul, Almost thou persuadest me to be a Christian.

This is what I say Rev 12:11And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. Not all given the good news will receive the Gospel that makes me sad. I do rejoice with those that receive the good news of the Gospel. May we all allow ourselves to be ambassadors of Jesus Christ and the His kingdom which we are.

  19. 8 Why should it be thought a thing incredible with you, that God should raise the dead?

Paul declares that it’s nothing for God to raise the dead. It’s an easy thing for him to do. With our God having all power, that means he can. Do anything. As the children of God, we are given power as well to do great things. If we focus on him, he will show us the way.

  20. 2 I think myself happy, king Agrippa, because I shall answer for myself this day before thee touching all the things whereof I am accused of the Jews:

Some Holidays are just hard, today is one of them. We have two options dwell on it and cry all day, or rejoice with the memories. I chose the ladder!!! Paul has been through a lot but he begins with my favorite phrase “I THINK MYSELF HAPPY” and you can ask yourself happy about what you been in jail without a specific crime, but to Paul the fact that he gets to give his testimony to king Agrippa that makes him happy. I guess is almost like an appeal for Paul. As I read this I wonder what would I do if it were me? Would I do as Paul did and give my testimony or hide cowardly behind everything? Have you ever asked yourself that question? I will like to believe in Revelation 12: 11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

  21. 26:24
Ever the pragmatic Roman Festus was amazed at the idea of a resurrection he believed Paul had become so engrossed in Jewish studies that he had lost his grip on reality. He cannot imagine a spiritual reality beyond the material universe

  22. Acts 26:13-20
    13) At midday, O king, I saw in the way a light from heaven, above the brightness of the sun, shining round about me and them which journeyed with me.
    14) And when we were all fallen to the earth, I heard a voice speaking to me, and saying in the Hebrew tongue, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.
    15) And I said, Who art thou Lord? And he said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest.
    16) But arise, and stand upon thy feet: for I have appointed unto thee for this purpose, to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee:
    17) Delivering thee from the people, and from the Gentiles, unto whom now I send thee.
    18) To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.
    19) Whereupon, O king Agrippa, I was not disobedient unto the heavenly vision:
    20) But shewed first unto them of Damascus, and at Jerusalem, and throughout all the coasts of Judaea, and then to the Gentiles, that they should repent and turn to God, and do works meet for repentance.

The thing that caught my attention in reading these verses is that Paul “was not disobedient unto the heavenly vision.” He was Obedient. JESUS had chosen him to be a Minister and a Witness, and he was.
The question is, “Are we Obedient to what JESUS has chosen us to do? Are we Ministering the Gospel and Witnessing to others about what JESUS is doing? Are we telling them what they must do to be saved?”
    We must be Obedient!

  23. iLove the Kingdom of Jesus
32 Then said Agrippa unto Festus, This man might have been set at liberty, if he had not appealed unto Caesar.

Every time I read this I think the same thing, how does he say this man would have been set at liberty had he not appealed to Ceasar. We read before where he was going to send him back to Jerusaelm to do the Jews a pleasure. This would have surely been the end of Paul.

  24. “For these causes the Jews caught me in the temple, and went about to kill me. Having therefore obtained help of God, I continue unto this day, witnessing both to small and great, saying none other things than those which the prophets and Moses did say should come: that Christ should suffer, and that he should be the first that should rise from the dead, and should shew light unto the people, and to the Gentiles.”
    ‭‭Acts‬ ‭26:21-23‬ ‭KJV‬‬

This seems to have been fine with Paul. He was more interested in telling people about Jesus than in his personal freedom.
Let’s tell our neighbors our friends and everyone around us about Jesus today..

  25. “Agrippa interrupted him. “Do you think you can persuade me to become a Christian so quickly?””
    ‭‭Acts of the Apostles‬ ‭26:28‬ ‭NLT

A Paul mindset. Paul was in trial but he didn’t see as a trial but as an opportunity of outreach. If we are going through anything hard in our life we can still have an outreach mindset. If you help someone get delivered then He will deliver you!

  26. “Paul replied, “Whether quickly or not, I pray to God that both you and everyone here in this audience might become the same as I am, except for these chains.””
    ‭‭Acts of the Apostles‬ ‭26:29‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Many of us have had family once in the right path with the Lord but now they have lost their way. Yes it is hard but God can do all things! We must pray daily for them speak the word of God daily to them, so as you do God is growing more and more in them whether we see it or not. Let us not give up on our family or our friends let us continue pushing them for a miracle will come have faith in God! As we do with our family I pray we take the wisdom God gave us and his word to the world and help bring the lost home.

  27. “Having therefore obtained help of God, I continue unto this day, witnessing both to small and great, saying none other things than those which the prophets and Moses did say should come:”
    ‭‭Acts‬ ‭26:22‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Paul’s Hans were legit tied – yet he kept on witnessing. Throughout the “Nos”, the crazy looks when we invite someone to church, etc – keep on witnessing. An awesome example of how in any situation we can still serve.

  28. 15 And I said, Who art thou, Lord? And he said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest.

    16 But rise, and stand upon thy feet: for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose, to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee;

  29. 25 But he said, I am not mad, most noble Festus; but speak forth the words of truth and soberness.

Sometimes we must take a moment to calm down our anger and pray about it. We can not leg our anger and frustration get in the way with our relationship with others. I pray tonight that you are praying about your important decisions before you do them!!!

  30. 18 To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.

Paul spoke with all boldness, eloquence and knowledge of the Word. He defended himself, proving that the word of God was true. Evidence that the prophecy about Jesus told by Moses and the prophets was true. The Christ will die and will rise again.

I love always How Paul spoke. He knew the Bible and how the prophets had spoken and he recognized Jesus in the Bible. He said I did not talking anything else,, not my words but the word of God.
I am praying that my knowledge and. my vocabulary be full of the word of my Savior.

  31. 18 To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to l, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.

  32. 22 Having therefore obtained help of God, I continue unto this day, witnessing both to small and great, saying none other things than those which the prophets and Moses did say should come:

23 That Christ should suffer, and that he should be the first that should rise from the dead, and should shew light unto the people, and to the Gentiles.

We are where we are because of God. He has opened and or closed doors and every day we get is an opportunity to share this light with someone else.

Again we find Paul telling his testimony! This great man went from one end of the spectrum to the opposite and never looked back. Even when faced with imprisonment he never wavered in his faith. What a great example for us all.

  34. “Having therefore obtained help of God, I continue unto this day, witnessing both to small and great, saying none other things than those which the prophets and Moses did say should come:”
    ‭‭Acts‬ ‭26:22‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Always keep god at the center of it all. When he calls you do to do a well for no it is important to keep him at the center of it all. Continue to seek his face daily though prayer and fasting to ensure he is at the center of what you do. Never stop the work that god has called you to do.

  35. Acts 26:18 To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.

2 Corinthians 4:4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

We must let our light shine in our city and teach the Gospel.

  36. 8 Why should it be thought a thing incredible with you, that God should raise the dead?

There a a few comments here to Agrippa that say that Paul knew something about Agrippa, and about what Agrippa knew, that suggests that Agrippa knew much more than just a little about the Jewish culture…

  37. Acts of the Apostles 26:6
Now I am on trial because of my hope in the fulfillment of God’s promise made to our ancestors.

Hold onto the promises of God

    The Promises of God
    I will be with you.
    I will protect you.
    I will be your strength.
    I will answer you.
    I will provide for you.
    I will give you peace.
    I will always love you.

Thank you God for your many promises

  38. Judged by a promise

6 And now I stand and am judged for the hope of the promise made of God, unto our fathers

Prophesies are not as easily fulfilled as spoken, not because it is more difficult for God to fulfill a prophesy than to enlighten someone with it. It is because it’s harder for us to believe it is actually happening to us at this time. If we believe the prophesies, then why is it so hard for us to believe that it could come to pass at our witness? I don’t want to be the one standing in disbelief at the second coming of Jesus. I believe it could happen in my time so as for me and my family we will be looking to the eastern sky waiting for it to part hoping that that day is for us to be a part of.

  39. 20 But shewed first unto them of Damascus, and at Jerusalem, and throughout all the coasts of Judaea, and then to the Gentiles, that they should repent and turn to God, and do works meet for repentance.

As we also need in and throughout our great nation!! “. . . that they should repent and turn to God, and do works meet for repentance. . . “. Praying everyday for our country, seems as though we need more. This entire land needs to repent, turn to God, and turn away from things deeply rooted at this point. The change starts in our own prayer.

20 But shewed first unto them of Damascus, and at Jerusalem, and throughout all the coasts of Judaea, and then to the Gentiles, that they should repent and turn to God, and do works meet for repentance.
21 For these causes the Jews caught me in the temple, and went about to kill me.

  40. “And as he thus spake for himself, Festus said with a loud voice, Paul, thou art beside thyself; much learning doth make thee mad. But he said, I am not mad, most noble Festus; but speak forth the words of truth and soberness.”
    ‭‭Acts‬ ‭26:24-25‬ ‭KJV‬‬

The people of the word don’t understand the ways of God. They will always ghat that we are crazy. We like Paul have to be kind with our words and actions and encourage others to seek God and follow his name word. Many people are very unlearned when it comes to the Bible.

  41. Acts 26:26-29

For the king knoweth of these things, before whom also I speak freely: for I am persuaded that none of these things are hidden from him; for this thing was not done in a corner. King Agrippa, believest thou the prophets? I know that thou believest. Then Agrippa said unto Paul, Almost thou persuadest me to be a Christian. And Paul said, I would to God, that not only thou, but also all that hear me this day, were both almost, and altogether such as I am, except these bonds.

King Agrippa said “you almost persuaded me to be a Christian”
That’s our mission we have to go and persuade people to be a Christian. The only way we can is through testimony and the word of God. I say testimony because you’re sharing something personal and people drop walls and faith rises. Once they start believing and trusting what you tell them then you show them scripture and faith just keeps rising and rising and rising. Next thing you know Gods doing a miracle.

  42. 16 But rise, and stand upon thy feet: for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose, to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee;

The higher purpose we have all been called for is right here – to minister and reach the lost.

  43. “But God has protected me right up to this present time so I can testify to everyone, from the least to the greatest. I teach nothing except what the prophets and Moses said would happen—”
Acts of the Apostles 26:22 NLT

God turns what the enemies meant for evil into good, and we are witness to testify, and compel others of the salvation of Jesus. Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever let this be in our heart that God is in control and is using His people to share the gospel and see others be saved by Christ.

  44. “But Agrippa did answer: “Keep this up much longer and you’ll make a Christian out of me!” Paul, still in chains, said, “That’s what I’m praying for, whether now or later, and not only you but everyone listening today, to become like me—except, of course, for this prison jewelry!””
    ‭‭Acts‬ ‭26:28-29‬ ‭MSG‬‬

Oh Lord, That is my prayer! Everyone would become Christians as we testify and share the gospel. Pour your Spirit out on this region of Fort Worth and surrounding counties.

  45. 29 Paul replied, “Whether quickly or not, I pray to God that both you and everyone here in this audience might become the same as I am, except for these chains.”
Acts of the Apostles 26:29 NLT

There’s no race to see who’s better than who here in the Kingdom of God. We all strive to follow Christ and reflect Him in all that we do.
