And in that day thou shalt say, O Lord, I will praise thee: though thou wast angry with me, thine anger is turned away, and thou comfortedst me.

Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the Lord Jehovah is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation.

Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.

And in that day shall ye say, Praise the Lord, call upon his name, declare his doings among the people, make mention that his name is exalted.

Sing unto the Lord; for he hath done excellent things: this is known in all the earth.

Cry out and shout, thou inhabitant of Zion: for great is the Holy One of Israel in the midst of thee.

In that wonderful day you will sing: “Thank the lord! Praise his name! Tell the nations what he has done. Let them know how mighty he is!

Thank you Jesus. Praise the Lord. He’s a miracle worker. He’s a waymaker. He makes a way when there seems to be no way. We have victory in Jesus name.

  2. Isaiah 12
Isaiah means “Yahweh is salvation”. Isaiah the prophet pictures so clearly God’s intention to save his people. He conveys hope, linked to the coming Messiah who will win salvation for individuals and for whole world.
Thank you Jesus for this day.

  3. 2 Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the Lord Jehovah is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation.

Amidst all of the judgment that is going out against Israel for the evil that they have done, God uses Isaiah to show that he is still merciful and willing to save. No matter how bad things get or whether or not we think we deserve the judgment of God against us, God’s mercy and Grace still abounds more than any sin.

  4. Verse 2 MSG “Yes, indeed—God is my salvation. I trust, I won’t be afraid. God—yes God!—is my strength and song, best of all, my salvation!” Is God really your song??? Anyone can sing (give a lot of lip service); but, can you sing from the core of your very being??? From your heart??? In the VOICE version the caption before verses 3-4 says “God has given His people a new surety and confidence, a new sense of purpose, strength, and determination.” Verses 3-4 tells us “With joy in each step, you will drink deeply from the springs of salvation. You’ll want to sing out that day,…….”. When God is in the center of it all, that means all distractions/evil have been cut out, because that cannot be if the Lord’s really there. You will find yourself happy, confident and with a song that cannot be contained. You will be oozing (give a powerful impression of (a quality), exude, gush, drip, pour forth, give out, send out) with that song that the angels cannot sing.

  5. 4 And in that day shall ye say, Praise the Lord, call upon his name, declare his doings among the people, make mention that his name is exalted.

I will always praise the Lord, and share what he’s doing in our community, in our ministries, in our own lives..I don’t have a problem sharing all the hard times if I could give someone hope by sharing how the Lord has pulled through Everytime!

  6. 1 And in that day thou shalt say, O Lord, I will praise thee: though thou wast angry with me, thine anger is turned away, and thou comfortedst me.

We serve a good God. Our Lord restrains His wrath and His mercies are great. The Lord is due our praise.

  7. Isaiah 12:2 Behold, God is my salvation I will trust, and not be afraid: for the Lord JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation.

Psalm 83:18 That men may know that thou, whose name alone is Jehovah, (Lord), art the most high over all the earth.

I praise God for salvation 🙌🏼

  8. 4. You’ll want to sing out that day, People: Give thanks to the Eternal; call on His name. Spread the news throughout the world of what He has done and how great is His name! Voice

    O Lord, our Lord
    How majestic is
Your name in all the earth
    O Lord, our Lord
    How majestic is
Your name in all the earth
O Lord, we praise Your name
    Worship You Lord
    Magnify Your name
O Lord, we magnify Your name
O Lord, we worship You Lord
    Magnify Your name
    Prince of peace, mighty God
    O Lord, God Almighty

  9. 3 Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.

This is why we have joy when we go up and give our offering God loves seeing us be joyful

  10. Isaiah 12
2 Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the Lord Jehovah is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation.

3 Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.

He is my strength and my song !

  11. Isaiah 12:1-6

On the glad day, the church will sing songs of thanksgiving and trust. With joy, the saved remnant will quench its thirst by drawing water from the wells of salvation. The church will also sing as God’s Evangelist to the nation, inviting them to come to Christ for fulfillment.

  12. 2 “Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation.”

I will trust the Lord at all times. He will never lead you astray.

“I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust.””
    ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭91:2‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

  13. 4 And in that day shall ye say, Praise the Lord, call upon his name, declare his doings among the people, make mention that his name is exalted.

Why wait until that day, LET US BEGIN TODAY!!! PRAISE THE LORD FOR HE IS GOOD!! Let us declare His greatness together! He is exalted above all!!! Jesus is the God we serve!!! What a MIGHTY GOD!!! Hallelujah!!! Praise the Lord! He is my Great Physician!!!

  14. Isaiah 11: 2-3 Behold , God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid; for the Lord Jehovah is my strength and my song; he also is became my salvation.
    (3) Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out the wells of salvation.
Numbers 21: 17 Then Israel sang this song, Spring up, O well, sing ye unto it.
No matter what trail I have to go through Jesus is strength and my joy.
For I will lift him up and praise him at all times.
Magnify the Lord for he is so good.

  15. 2 Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the Lord Jehovah is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation.

This should be like a daily declaration in our lives. Because of His love and mercy, we are saved. Because of His goodness we h a e hope in His promises, never to fear or worry. Lord You are, my strength and my song!

  16. LIVE – GIVE JESUS
    THE WELL IS FULL

3 Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.

The christian life is one of great JOY. As we ponder that thought, our mind is flooded with someone who has passed on from this life, someone who is sick, someone who is bound by sin, someone who has hurt us or spoke against and lied on us. Then the decisions that didn’t go your way. JOY seems to have leaked out is at least hard to find.

Water satisfies THIRST, JOY is the bucket or source of the WATER (salvation) that satisfies. Understanding that JOY is the bucket, makes me wonder about all the people without JOY who claim salvation.

Often JOY is confused with HAPPINESS. HAPPINESS is a fruit of JOY. JOY is a Fruit of the SPIRIT of GOD.

Galatians 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,

Romans 14:17 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.

Salvation is the well or source of JOY and JOY is the source of experiencing that salvation.

    HOW MUCH JOY?

Romans 15:13 Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.

We should be FILLED with JOY therefore be FILLED with the Holy Ghost.

1Thessalonians 1:6 And ye became followers of us, and of the Lord, having received the word in much affliction, with joy of the Holy Ghost:

Every time I pray in the Spirit (speak in tongues) I am drawing from the wells of salvation and being FILLED with JOY.

Check you JOY guage today and see if you need a refill. A good gauge is to get a REFILL every DAY. At least one time a day we should pray in the Spirit and be refilled with JOY, SALVATION, HOLY GHOST.

  17. “Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation.”
    ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭12:2‬ ‭KJV‬‬

As I read this verse I was reminded of a song we sing at church.

‘Bless that wonderful name of Jesus
    No other name I know.’

“The LORD is my strength and song, And is become my salvation.”
    ‭‭Psalm‬ ‭118:14‬ ‭KJV

  18. 12:2 behold God is my salvation
I will trust and not be afraid for the Lord Jehovah
Is my strength and my song he also is become my salvation.,
    ——
Ok, if this verse #2 has been stablished in my heart, because i have believed it ever since, and lived it and experienced it, then the rest of this chapter would
Come out naturally, with a fire that no circumstance or no one would be able to extinguish , quinch.
    🙏.
    I will trust.
    Hallelujah.
Sing to the Lord, a new 🎶
Sing to the Lord, all the earth.
Sing to the Lord, and bless his name
    Proclaim the good news
    His salvation is here🎶🎶🎶
Come on in Lord, feel among us
    Saturated us, we need you
Right now, right now, right now, right now..🎶🎶🎶

  19. And in that day shall ye say, Praise the Lord, call upon his name, declare his doings among the people, make mention that his name is exalted.
This says that we need to say his name while people are seeing us do the great works. We can’t be shy and leave his name out of the things he called us to do. So while at church today when your doing your ministry’s remember what this verse is saying and don’t have a bad attitude either.

  20. In verse 2 it says that surely god is my salvation , I will trust and not be afraid this should apply to our everyday life we have to trust the lord and not be afraid of the obstacles of the devil

  21. 5. Sing unto the Lord; for he hath done excellent things: this is known in all the earth.

The Lord has done great and excellent things. I will praise his Holy name! I was recently having a discussion about music and it prompted me to search some things out. I listed to an apostolic minister teach on why we shouldn’t listen to world music. It was GOOD.

  22. 3 Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.

Everyday we can drink from the well of living water, filling up our souls until we overflow with joy, that others might see and desire the same.

We live way below our privileges and many times just go through the motions, without experiencing the joy that Jesus desires us to have. If your joy is empty, visit the well and be refreshed and renewed.

  23. Vs 2
Behold God is my salvation I will trust and not be afraid for the Lord Jehovah is my strength and my song he also has become my salvation.
    my salvation is God Himself
The Lord Jehovah is our strength and salvation

And in that day thou shalt say, O Lord, I will praise thee: though thou wast angry with me, thine anger is turned away, and thou comfortedst me.

Whoa!!! This is the boomshakala verse…WOW! If yall think God is mad at you then there is an easy solution…Just praise HIM. Yep, there it is, praise him with a repented heart and He will comfort you. This is great

  25. 1 And in that day thou shalt say, O Lord, I will praise thee: though thou wast angry with me, thine anger is turned away, and thou comfortedst me.

I have always believed that worship is the great equalizer. Wether you have been in God or you are a sinner repenting worship gets Gods attention all the same.

It was the case for the woman from Cannan. She was not from the right bloodline, she didn’t have any right to a Miracle or even Jesus attention. It wasn’t until she fell to Jesus feet and worshipped that she was able to access the forbidden.

Even though you were angry with me, when I praised you, your anger turned from me.

  26. Isaiah 12:6 (KJV)
“Cry out and shout, thou inhabitant of Zion: for great is the Holy One of Israel in the midst of thee.”
    Isaiah 12:6 (NIV)
“Shout aloud and sing for joy, people of Zion, for great is the Holy One of Israel among you.”

Today is a wonderful day to “Cry Out, Shout Aloud, and Sing For Joy” POFW church (Zion) for great is JESUS (the Holy One of Israel) who is among and in the midst of you.
God doesn’t want a dead and quiet church today. Give Him All The Praise!!
We’ll be watching and Praising JESUS with you from Gibson City, Illinois.

  27. 5 Sing unto the Lord; for he hath done excellent things: this is known in all the earth.

There is nothing like a good song. Songs have power. They can make you or break you. This is why it’s important why we need to pay attention to what we listen to. We can not just listen to any type of song and expect God to move in our life while we’re filled with bad words from the lyrics. If we listen to good anoi music, not only will your day go better, but you can also send the enemy back to where he came from.

  28. Songs for Salvation

“In that day you will sing: “I will praise you, O Lord! You were angry with me, but not any more. Now you comfort me. See, God has come to save me. I will trust in him and not be afraid. The Lord God is my strength and my song; he has given me victory.””
    ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭12:1-2‬ ‭NLT‬‬

The Lord saw me fit to be forgiven
I am nothing he made me something.
Lost walking around. I found you.
Sinful in my guilt. Forgiven and set free.

    Songs of salvation.

  29. Sing unto the Lord; for he hath done excellent things: this i s known in all the earth. God is great and greatly to be praised. God is our saving grace. LIVEJESUSGIVEJESUS2 I love POFW!

  30. They will praise within not angry
At first they had angry and then
It turned away and they all
    Became happily with praise and
    Worship.

    • They will praise with not anger and go within to peace and go within praise
Unto the lord and go with
      Joy.

  31. 2 Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the Lord Jehovah is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation.

When God is everything to you, you will be able to trust him like no one else, you will be able to talk with him constantly. You will not make any haste decisions without him. When you have a relationship when it’s about him and him alone, you will be able to sing the goodness and mercy of God. He will be your refuge in the time of trouble. You will not be ashamed of him at all. That is why it is so important to be covered in his blood and carrier of his name.

    Trust him always.

  32. 5 Sing unto the Lord; for he hath done excellent things: this is known in all the earth.
6 Cry out and shout, thou inhabitant of Zion: for great is the Holy One of Israel in the midst of thee.

I will sing praises to my God his name is Jesus the Holy One of Israel.

  33. “See, God has come to save me. I will trust in him and not be afraid. The Lord God is my strength and my song; he has given me victory.””
    ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭12:2‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Faith and trust go hand in hand. Trust is when you rest in the knowledge that Jesus is acting on your behalf in every situation, and you know all is well. The fact that we know we are Holy Ghost filled , puts a song of praise in our heart.

  34. 1 And in that day thou shalt say, O Lord, I will praise thee: though thou wast angry with me, thine anger is turned away, and thou comfortedst me.

At some point we have to realize that we should have been destroyed long ago, but His compassion, His mercy, His LOVE gave us time to repent.

  35. 2 Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the Lord Jehovah is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation.

Salvation is in the name of Jesus

    Short but oh how sweet

  37. 3 Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.

He is more than cable of doing way more than we can ever ask or think! In His name anything and everything is possible and more! I hope that we are trusting and believing in the great and mighty things to come! I pray tonight that we all trusting Him with a full and willingly heart y’all!

  38. “In that wonderful day you will sing: “Thank the Lord! Praise his name! Tell the nations what he has done. Let them know how mighty he is!”
    ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭12:4‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Tell the world about the goodness of the Lord!
Praise him for he is wonderful. Spread his word and love.

  39. mention that his name is exalted.
This says that we need to say his name while people are seeing us do the great works.

  40. “In that wonderful day you will sing: “Thank the Lord! Praise his name! Tell the nations what he has done. Let them know how mighty he is!”
    ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭12:4‬ ‭NLT‬‬

As the children of the Lord we need to be giving all our praise and thanks unto the Lord daily! God has saved each and everyone of us from our sins from our past mistakes and renewed us and forgave us. The Lord gave his life for our sins. We know the truth, we know the Bible now it is time for us to go out in this world filled with evil speaking preaching the word of God. Tell those lost reach out to them tell them your testimony show them how God has saved you and how he is able to save them right then and there. Lord you are greatly to be praised! Your love fills my life, I give you all my praise and thanks for all your goodness!

  41. “See, God has come to save me. I will trust in him and not be afraid. The Lord God is my strength and my song; he has given me victory.””
    Isaiah 12:2 NLT

God is in control. His ways and thoughts are higher than ours. His name is above every other name. God reigns forever victoriously and His mercy will remain forever. If my God for me who can stand against me! So why should I worry?

  42. “And you will say in that day, “I thank you, God. You were angry but your anger wasn’t forever. You withdrew your anger and moved in and comforted me.”
    ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭12:1‬ ‭MSG‬‬

This Scripture means that, God has Mercy on His People and Corrects them to do Right.

  43. “See, God has come to save me. I will trust in him and not be afraid. The Lord God is my strength and my song; he has given me victory.””
    ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭12:2‬ ‭NLT‬‬

The Lord is my song! Despite what we feel, the Lord is still our song. We could be happy, relaxed, ready for a praise or a devotional – He can be applied in spite of whatever we are feeling because He is our song. Stressed out – sing Jesus! Feeling alone – sing Jesus! Feeling joyful – sing Jesus!

  44. “And in that day thou shalt say, O Lord, I will praise thee: though thou wast angry with me, thine anger is turned away, and thou comfortedst me.”
    ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭12:1‬ ‭KJV‬‬

I am thankful for a god who love us in spite of our flaws. No matter what he will always be there for us. So why wouldn’t I praise his name. He loves us so much that he died in the cross for us. We owe all our praises to him no matter what.

  45. Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the Lord Jehovah is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation.
God is my everything. There is no need or desire that cannot be met by Him. It would behoove us to put all our trust in Him.

  46. “See, God has come to save me. I will trust in him and not be afraid. The Lord GOD is my strength and my song; he has given me victory.””(Isaiah‬ ‭12:2‬ ‭NLT‬)

When we have a fervent relationship with God and come to him daily and give our selves to him we are showing him that we are hungry for righteousness and that we want to be apart of his kingdom. I believe that the Lord will eventually show us that our fears and unbeliefs aren’t nothing for him to handle for us. When realizing that God is worthy of our praises and that he is our strength and that there’s no distractions of this world that can pull us away from our determination knowing we have been given victory!

  47. Wednesday marks my 8th Holy Ghost birthday. To have never been taught salvation until I was 26 years old. God, You are miraculous. You ARE the God of my Salvation!!

  48. 2 Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the Lord Jehovah is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation.

Trust may not come easy for adults like it may for children. I’ve heard trust should be earned and not given. However, kids are innocent that they believe what parents, teachers and society tell them. This is why teaching up a child in the way of the Lord is detrimental. This way when they grow up they can live it and pass it on.

Here’s our part. We simply must be that example. Kids and new believers are looking and paying attention even when we don’t think so. Our actions and conversations matter. When we sing, worship and praise God they see that. When we declare God is our strength and salvation they hear that. Our song means something even if no one but the Lord hears. It’s all for His glory!

  49. Say the name

4 And in that day shall ye say, Praise the Lord, call upon his name, declare his doings among the people, make mention that his name is exalted.

Our Pastor teaches that the word Jesus should be the most commonly used word in our vocabulary. We must say his name everywhere we go. His name brings authority to every situation. His name is shits down devils. We must declare his name among our community. We cannot be afraid of rejection because his name rises above rejection. Jesus name is the only way we will save our city.

  50. Reading this chapter again this evening
A chorus I wrote years ago

I will trust and not be afraid
I will trust for Jesus leads the way
I will trust though the path may be strange
I will trust and not be afraid

Simple but the path of life leads us down unfamiliar roads but the scripture reassurance is that we can trust in God and have no fear. No matter what the turn unexpectedly is or the obstacles that may occur right in the middle of the path . I have a calm assurance that God already knows the path and thus I do not have to fear . Thank you Jesus.

  51. 2 Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the Lord Jehovah is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation.

3 Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.

The key in this verses is salvation. I am reminded how the psalmist said, restore unto me oh Lord the joy of thy salvation. (Psalm 51:12)
This let’s me know that we might loose grasp of what value it has. Perhaps the cares of life, or maybe unmet needs or desires. Although we are not of this world, we are still in it, and are born in it and the natural desires become something that we deal with and even struggle. But, who are we to blame? We are created and shaped with certain innate desires. I, you we didn’t choose to feel, need and or want certain things. The young wife wants to be a mom, the single person wants to be married, the young lad want to grow up and be independent. Is any of this wrong?? Is it a wicked desire? The need for a sense of belonging, companionship, or feeling loved. Is that evil? I’d say no. We were created in his likeness and in his image. There is something that God wanted, and or perhaps venture to say needed, and he created us. His most loved creation, and possession. He is coming back for a bride. We the church are his bride. We are also his children. He also calls us friends.

Yet are we wrong to feel the way we feel at times? No. I would say not at all. We would stop being like him if we would stop feeling or desiring.
    He wants our hearts.

My son, give me thine heart, And let thine eyes observe my ways.
    Proverbs 23:26 KJV

Yet it may just be that we loose the sense of value of such great salvation. We stop realizing of such great love.

May we be reminded of that salvation. May we treasure and value it. May the Lord restore the joy of his salvation. And may we with joy draw water, which is living water out of the wells of salvation.

He is our Father, our Lover, our Protector, or Friend. Whatever we need He Is. I AM that I AM.
We dont know our hearts like he knows our hearts. May we talk to him about our hearts and may we learn who we are from the Lord our God.

After the end of it all…its all a matter of Love. He wants to be loved by me, as much as I want to be loved.

For God so loved the world…

  52. 5 Sing unto the Lord; for he hath done excellent things: this is known in all the earth.
6 Cry out and shout, thou inhabitant of Zion: for great is the Holy One of Israel in the midst of thee.

When was the last time you sang unto the Lord?? I sing to him multiple times a day, every day. Literally almost all day I have a song of praise in my mouth! Because just as the scripture says, “. . . he hath done excellent things:”. And no one can deny these excellent things. Cry out daily, because he is great and greatly to be praised!!

  53. 2 Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the Lord Jehovah is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation.
3 Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.

Praise God for his promises! The Holy Ghost IS joy unspeakable and FULL of glory!
