Isaiah 22

The burden of the valley of vision. What aileth thee now, that thou art wholly gone up to the housetops?

Thou that art full of stirs, a tumultuous city, joyous city: thy slain men are not slain with the sword, nor dead in battle.

All thy rulers are fled together, they are bound by the archers: all that are found in thee are bound together, which have fled from far.

Therefore said I, Look away from me; I will weep bitterly, labour not to comfort me, because of the spoiling of the daughter of my people.

For it is a day of trouble, and of treading down, and of perplexity by the Lord Godof hosts in the valley of vision, breaking down the walls, and of crying to the mountains.

And Elam bare the quiver with chariots of men and horsemen, and Kir uncovered the shield.

And it shall come to pass, that thy choicest valleys shall be full of chariots, and the horsemen shall set themselves in array at the gate.

And he discovered the covering of Judah, and thou didst look in that day to the armour of the house of the forest.

Ye have seen also the breaches of the city of David, that they are many: and ye gathered together the waters of the lower pool.

10 And ye have numbered the houses of Jerusalem, and the houses have ye broken down to fortify the wall.

11 Ye made also a ditch between the two walls for the water of the old pool: but ye have not looked unto the maker thereof, neither had respect unto him that fashioned it long ago.

12 And in that day did the Lord God of hosts call to weeping, and to mourning, and to baldness, and to girding with sackcloth:

13 And behold joy and gladness, slaying oxen, and killing sheep, eating flesh, and drinking wine: let us eat and drink; for to morrow we shall die.

14 And it was revealed in mine ears by the Lord of hosts, Surely this iniquity shall not be purged from you till ye die, saith the Lord God of hosts.

15 Thus saith the Lord God of hosts, Go, get thee unto this treasurer, even unto Shebna, which is over the house, and say,

16 What hast thou here? and whom hast thou here, that thou hast hewed thee out a sepulchre here, as he that heweth him out a sepulchre on high, and that graveth an habitation for himself in a rock?

17 Behold, the Lord will carry thee away with a mighty captivity, and will surely cover thee.

18 He will surely violently turn and toss thee like a ball into a large country: there shalt thou die, and there the chariots of thy glory shall be the shame of thy lord’s house.

19 And I will drive thee from thy station, and from thy state shall he pull thee down.

20 And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will call my servant Eliakim the son of Hilkiah:

21 And I will clothe him with thy robe, and strengthen him with thy girdle, and I will commit thy government into his hand: and he shall be a father to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and to the house of Judah.

22 And the key of the house of David will I lay upon his shoulder; so he shall open, and none shall shut; and he shall shut, and none shall open.

23 And I will fasten him as a nail in a sure place; and he shall be for a glorious throne to his father’s house.

24 And they shall hang upon him all the glory of his father’s house, the offspring and the issue, all vessels of small quantity, from the vessels of cups, even to all the vessels of flagons.

25 In that day, saith the Lord of hosts, shall the nail that is fastened in the sure place be removed, and be cut down, and fall; and the burden that was upon it shall be cut off: for the Lord hath spoken it.

  1. Verses 4-11 in the MSG version are captioned “You Looked, but You Never Looked to Him”. The end of verse 11 says “….You looked and looked and looked, but you never looked to him who gave you this city, never once consulted the One who has long had plans for this city.” Sometimes, we are looking in the wrong place and seeking our own way; without even thinking to just look up to the One who has given us that blessed opportunity to see! Micah 7:7 AMP says “But as for me, I will look expectantly for the Lord and with confidence in Him I will keep watch; I will wait [with confident expectation] for the God of my salvation. My God will hear me.”

  2. Isaiah 22:2-4 & 11 (VOICE)
    2) What noise! The whole city is in an uproar. Don’t you realize that your fallen comrades didn’t actually die fighting,
    3) That your leaders turned tail together and ran, only to be captured without a fight, without even drawing their weapons? The rest of you tried to run far away but were still captured.
    4) This is why I said, Just leave me alone; let me weep bitterly over this travesty. Don’t tell me it’s not that bad or that everything will be all right. We’re talking about the destruction of my cherished people!

    11) … But in all this you neglected the One who could really save you;…

When was the last time we “weep bitterly” over a fallen comrade (backslider)?
When was the last time we “weep bitterly” over someone who has been taken captive by him (the devil) at his will?
When was the last time we “weep bitterly” over someone who is going down a road of destruction?
Why is our comrade fallen? Why is someone being taken captive by him (the devil)? Why is someone going down the road of destruction? Because they are neglecting the ONE – JESUS – who can really save them.
We need to “Weep Bitterly” and Intercede for souls for that are fallen (backsliden), for souls that are being taken captive, and for souls that are heading down a road of destruction.

    Vs. 1
“THE Burden Of The Valley Of Vision.”
Help Us JESUS to have a Burden for Souls.
Help Us JESUS to Weep and Intercede for Souls.

  3. 8-11 “He removed the protection of Judah. You looked in that day to the armor of the House of the Forest; You also saw the damage to the city of David, That it was great; And you gathered together the waters of the lower pool. You numbered the houses of Jerusalem, And the houses you broke down To fortify the wall. You also made a reservoir between the two walls For the water of the old pool. But you did not look to its Maker, Nor did you have respect for Him who fashioned it long ago.”

‭‭They misplaced their confidence in their defenses instead of in the Lord. No matter what situation you find yourself in always look to the Lord. He will direct your path.

22 And the key of the house of David will I lay upon his shoulder; so he shall open, and none shall shut; and he shall shut, and none shall open.

Jesus is the One who stands at the door and knocks. Jesus is the offspring of David. Jesus is the one who opens doors that no one else can and closes doors that no one else can. Jesus is the One

  5. 11 Ye made also a ditch between the two walls for the water of the old pool: but ye have not looked unto the maker thereof, neither had respect unto him that fashioned it long ago.
12 And in that day did the Lord God of hosts call to weeping, and to mourning, and to baldness, and to girding with sackcloth:

It’s as almost as God is talking to this nation right now. While America may not be the promised child of his people that Israel is he definitely gave purpose to America’s birth, which is to protect and watch over Israel. But this nation, or a lot of the people in it have forgotten that. They have forgotten what God has done

  6. 3All your leaders have fled. They surrendered without resistance. The people tried to slip away, but they were captured, too.

If you try to run from your problems the enemy will find you. We must surrender to God, and let God solve our issues. Flee the enemy and run towards God.

  7. Isaiah 22
8-11 You assessed your defenses that Day, inspected your arsenal of weapons in the Forest Armory. You found the weak places in the city walls that needed repair. You secured the water supply at the Lower Pool. You took an inventory of the houses in Jerusalem and tore down some to get bricks to fortify the city wall. You built a large cistern to ensure plenty of water.

You looked and looked and looked, but you never looked to him who gave you this city, never once consulted the One who has long had plans for this city.

God each day I pray that You will lead and guide us throughout our city of Fort Worth. Enlarge our territory that lives will be brought to the Kingdom . As pastor portrayed the thousands and thousands of people around us and within our own city there truly is not enough laborers. I must pray daily that God covers every step taken in this city will be according to His plans. It may not be a comfortable path and it will take more than just a mere effort of I did my share. If we truly are going to truly do what Jesus has planned for our city we must walk and work according
to God’s plans. My plans get altered many times by God the key though is to follow His plan and not mine. Again sometimes painful and a less traveled road yet when God says go in another direction I must submit lest I miss the opportunity God knows is right on that path. A soul waiting . Yes daily I must consult God’s plans and yes submit to it . Jesus daily I want to consult with You about Your plan not mine. In Jesus name.
You are the God of this City !

  8. Isaiah 23: 22 And the key of the house of David will I lay upon his shoulder; so he shall open , and none shall shit, and he shall shut, and none shall open.
Matt. 16:18 And I say also unto thee , That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
Jesus is the only one, He is my rock and my savior and deliverer.
Jesus is the one who stands and knock at the door.
Give God the glory and Honer.

  9. 7 And it shall come to pass, that thy choicest valleys shall be full of chariots, and the horsemen shall set themselves in array at the gate.

The Lord wants redemption from the curse of sin to be recieved by every one. The Lord uses a variety of approaches to get sinners attention. When blessings and opportunities are disregarded, we can be sure that the Lord will let calamity sir the sinners attention.

  10. 11 Ye made also a ditch between the two walls for the water of the old pool: but ye have not looked unto the maker thereof, neither had respect unto him that fashioned it long ago.
12 And in that day did the Lord God of hosts call to weeping, and to mourning, and to baldness, and to girding with sackcloth:

Even faced with war and capture they don’t look to God to be their help. Isaiah weeps now for that day of destruction and as was said before, we must weep now for the backsliders and lost before the day of the coming of the Lord. He is our help and strong tower to run into and be saved!

  11. But the Lord of Heaven’s Armies also says: “The time will come when I will pull out the nail that seemed so firm. It will come out and fall to the ground. Everything it supports will fall with it. I, the Lord, have spoken!”
    Isaiah 22:25 NLT

There’s two things for sure, pride leads to destruction and everyone is replaceable. God wants us, but never doubt, if we are out of line, He can quickly prove we are not needed. Name doesn’t matter; status doesn’t matter; age doesn’t matter. God is searching for those who are available and obedient, and will serve Him in spirit and truth!

  12. 8 And he discovered the covering of Judah, and thou didst look in that day to the armour of the house of the forest.

9 Ye have seen also the breaches of the city of David, that they are many: and ye gathered together the waters of the lower pool.

Here we see the Lord giving notice to Jerusalem and Judah because they have let their commandments go and they not turning their eyes upon the Lord and also they not allowing themselves to bow with humility before the throne of grace and mercy. We have to remember God is a jealous God. He created us for himself in his own image. We have the option to choose whether we will serve God or man. But we have to consider the consequences of our very choice. As for me and my house we will serve the Lord until the trumpet sounds.

Lift your eyes unto the hills from whence your help comes from. Remember that help comes from the Lord who created the heavens and the earth. Choose you this day whom you will serve.

  13. 1 The burden of the valley of vision. What aileth thee now, that thou art wholly gone up to the housetops?

I’m grateful to live in the period of Grace where God doesn’t pour out wrath. There’s still time to teach about the beauty of the Lord, salvation and the incredibly liberating act of repentance!

  14. Isaiah 22:11-13
[11]Between the city walls, you build a reservoir for water from the old pool.
But you never ask for help from the One who did all this. You never considered the One who planned this long ago.
[12]At that time the Lord, the lord of Heaven’s Armies, called you to weep and mourn. He told you to shave your heads in sorrow for your sins and to wear clothes of burlap to show your remorse.
[13]But instead, you dance and play; you slaughter cattle and kill sheep. You feast on meat and drink wine. You say, “Let’s feast and drink, for tomorrow we die!”

Instead of preparing Jerusalem for an attack, they should have turned their hearts in humble repentance to the LORD. Instead of humbly seeking the LORD, the people of Jerusalem had both confidence in their own preparation.

    Proverbs 3:5-6
[5]Trust in the lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding.
[6]Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take.

  15. 11 he made also a ditch between the two walls
For the water off the old pool but ye have not looked unto the maker thereof, neither have respect unto him
    That fashioned it long ago.
    —-
Wow!! Something he created, and now a human just comes
    And messes with it.
Ignoring him who was the maker.
Not giving him the glory and showing no respect at all.
    No honor…
No trust, a complete independence from the lord of host
… but what about when in trouble?

Commit your way to the Lord
    Trust also in him
    And he shall do.
    🙏

  16. In Isaiah 22 we have repeated images of judgment and the coming doom. But Isaiah also assures to Israel that God is committed to them. God is with us today as He has always been here for us. We must strive to be better stewards on a daily basis. I do not ever want the wrath of God to come down on me!
Thank you Jesus for this day.

  17. LIVE – GIVE JESUS
    JESUS MY SAVIOR

23 And I will fasten him as a nail in a sure place; and he shall be for a glorious throne to his father’s house.
24 And they shall hang upon him all the glory of his father’s house, the offspring and the issue, all vessels of small quantity, from the vessels of cups, even to all the vessels of flagons.

JESUS allows the LIGHT of prophesy shine on Isaiah, the prophet sees a vision of JESUS nailed to a tree. The sure place being the place of redemption for all men. A sure PLACE in time when the veil was rent and the sin of man was judged.

In the midst of chaos and turmoil we have a SAVIOR named JESUS that we can call on and run to at a SURE place: The CROSS.

    iRepent
    iPraise
    iPray
    iWork
    iLive
    iGive
    iReap
    iGo
    iBlessYouInTheNameOfTheLordJESUS

  18. KJV 23 And I will fasten him as a nail in a sure place; and he shall be for a glorious throne to his father’s house

AMP – 23 “I will drive him like a peg in a firm place,
And he will become a throne of honor and glory to his father’s house.

TLB – 23-24 I will make of him a strong and steady peg to support my people; they will load him with responsibility, and he will be an honor to his family name.”

MSG 23 “I’ll pound him like a nail into a solid wall. He’ll secure the Davidic tradition. Everything will hang on him—not only the fate of Davidic descendants but also the detailed daily operations of the house, including cups and cutlery.”

I have prayed this prayer many times, that I would be like a nail in a secure place. Stable, confident, secure, able to handle the load of whatever comes my way, and do with it whatever God desire me to do with it, so that He gets the glory and praise.

Lord, let me be like a nail in a sure place.

  19. 17 Behold, the Lord will carry thee away with a mighty captivity, and will surely cover thee.

    Thank You Jesus!!

  20. 4 Therefore said I, Look away from me; I will weep bitterly, labour not to comfort me, because of the spoiling of the daughter of my people.

  21. “Between the city walls, you build a reservoir for water from the old pool. But you never ask for help from the One who did all this. You never considered the One who planned this long ago.”
    ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭22:11‬ ‭NLT‬‬

When we have a problem in life, we go to the experts. Car acting up? Mechanic. Power out? Electrician. A/C out in the beginning of the summer heat? A/C Repairman. My point is, when we have problems arise in our life that we know we can’t handle alone, we seek help to avoid further damage and to gain knowledge. We should do the same spiritually. When we detect a problem arising, that is not the time for us to take matters into our own hands and attempt to remedy it knowing we are in uncharted waters. This is the time to go to Jesus, the One who knows all. The One who has created us, knowing our beginning and our end.

  22. Isaiah Chapter 22

This I will speak om two passages, one a name given in the chapter to giving us a time frame see verse 22 I will call my servant Eliakim the son of Hilkiah: and Verse 13.

    1. This name above is found in 2 kings 18 : 18-26-37 and Isaiah 22:20, and 36:3 and verse 22. the King was Hezekiah.
    2. Verse 13
13 And behold joy and gladness, slaying oxen, and killing sheep, eating flesh, and drinking wine: let us eat and drink; for to morrow we shall die.

This has been the statement of the ages for those with out Jesus What is our calling? To seek and save that which is lost. Who is respomciple all of us. We should all bring one of those love ones and friends to relationship with Jesus and have them baptized in Jesus name and for the remission of sins that they may receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit. Some have a calling to intercession we all need to be helped by true intercessors. I would not wand to be in the world with out them. If you have the gift of hospitality you are called to seek save the lost. With this calling one may demonstrate the gift of love. This love is the key of bringing those to salvation. It is also a gift that creates a church that is a growing body of Christ. I could talk about other gifting’s for every gift plays a part in the salvation experience.

  23. Vs-15
    Shebna
Pride is that sin of this official who like the pharaohs of Egypt sought to build himself a lasting monument while his land was in peril. Perhaps we can see a parallel between Shebnà and those modem elected officials who put reelection above the good of the nation.

  24. 3 All thy rulers are fled together, they are bound by the archers: all that are found in thee are bound together, which have fled from far.
4 Therefore said I, Look away from me; I will weep bitterly, labour not to comfort me, because of the spoiling of the daughter of my people.
5 For it is a day of trouble, and of treading down, and of perplexity by the Lord Godof hosts in the valley of vision, breaking down the walls, and of crying to the mountains.

    Hope/ vision

When we as men and women of God loose hope, our vision, the world around us looses sight of Jesus. Jesus is The Hope.

  25. 8-11 “He removed the protection of Judah. ‭‭They misplaced their confidence in their defenses instead of in the Lord. No matter what situation you are in always look to the Lord. He will direct your path.
    He will lead you

    • 22 And the key of the house of David will I lay upon his shoulder; so he shall open, and none shall shut; and he shall shut, and none shall open.

The Lord Jesus is said to have the key of the house of David. Eliakim will be firmly established in his position and will have complete authority in his sphere of services.

      Revelation‬ ‭3:7‬ ‭
“And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth;”
      ‭‭

  26. 22 This message came to me concerning Jerusalem—the Valley of Vision (NLT)

11 Between the city walls, you build a reservoir
for water from the old pool.
But you never ask for help from the One who did all this.
You never considered the One who planned this long ago.(NLT)

Hindsight is always 20/20…but hindsight on The Lord judgement means you are to late. Let’s us not forget to ask for guidance from the our heavenly father above.

  27. “The Lord of Heaven’s Armies has revealed this to me: “Till the day you die, you will never be forgiven for this sin.” That is the judgment of the Lord, the Lord of Heaven’s Armies.”
    ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭22:14‬ ‭NLT‬‬

The day of judgment from the Lord is coming, and all the times we disobeyed the Lord will come into question. I pray for us tonight that As the Lord commands us we must obey, even if we don’t know why we’re doing it have trust for he knows what his plan is. I pray we turn our hearts to the Lord fully and be faithful unto him. As we do grow more in his word and his spirit daily, let us go out and reach the lost tell them that the Lord can save them and forgive them tell them that the Lord is coming back for his children let them know they can be one of them.

  28. 17 Behold, the Lord will carry thee away with a mighty captivity

God is over and above all. No man or spirit will ever put do Him and His mighty works! I pray tonight that as a church we are pushing to receive outstanding gifts He has for all of us!!!

  29. “But the Lord of Heaven’s Armies also says: “The time will come when I will pull out the nail that seemed so firm. It will come out and fall to the ground. Everything it supports will fall with it. I, the Lord, have spoken”
    ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭22:25‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Just as quick as something can be built up it can be torn down. Just as quick as god builds us up he can tear us down. We must never get to a point to where we aren’t seeking him. Never forget about him. Just as much as you needed him when you were down to your lowest of lows you still need him when you are seated high. He is always in reach. Don’t live your life without him.

  30. “I will give him the key to the house of David—the highest position in the royal court. When he opens doors, no one will be able to close them; when he closes doors, no one will be able to open them.”
    Isaiah 22:22 NLT

What we do in advancing God Kingdom is important because we help expand the gospel to others, so they can be saved and also advance His Kingdom.Lets put every distraction away and share the gospel to everyone.

  31. En estos momentos nosotros nos guiamos por el deseo fisico y no el espiritual y eso nos compromete con nuestras creencias y nuestra relacion con DIOS busquemos mas de el y no de nosotros.

  32. 21 And I will clothe him with thy robe, and strengthen him with thy girdle, and I will commit thy government into his hand: and he shall be a father to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and to the house of Judah.

I can only imagine the feeling of being clothed by Hod and strengthened by Him that He may place such great responsibility into my hands. Wait… He has! He has already clothed us and he has already strengthened us. We just have to take the responsibility that is before us. Pray and reach the souls of this region, this is our mission.

  33. 17 Behold, the Lord will carry thee away with a mighty captivity, and will surely cover thee.

When God covers you, then you know you are covered. The enemy doesn’t want us to know this. As long as we stay in the dark about what God is able to do, the enemy has power over us. We must not allow the devil any type of hole where he will try to find his way into your life. The power that God gives his people, gives us the strength we need to put the enemy away for a season.

Pro 26:2  As the bird by wandering, as the swallow by flying, so the curse causeless shall not come.

When folk curse you for no reason, it won’t happen. Praise the Lord

  35. “Ye made also a ditch between the two walls for the water of the old pool: but ye have not looked unto the maker thereof, neither had respect unto him that fashioned it long ago.”
    ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭22:11‬ ‭KJV‬‬
I learned that even though he wouldn’t get credit the guy still did it like when people mow the grass and pull weeds out of the flowerbeds they know they won’t get credit and people don’t give them credit but they still do it to serve God and make his house look nice

  36. 21 And I will clothe him with thy robe, and strengthen him with thy girdle, and I will commit thy government into his hand: and he shall be a father to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and to the house of Judah.

God will give us strength through all of our trails just trust in Him.

  37. You also made a reservoir between the two walls For the waters of the Old Pool, But you did not look to its Maker, Nor did you recognize Him who planned it long ago.
    Isaiah 22:11 AMP

There is famous scripture we all like to quote; Jeremiah 29:11
For I know the plans and thoughts that I have for you,’ says the Lord, ‘plans for peace and well-being and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.
    Jeremiah 29:11 AMP

But are we really considering all his plans? Are we acknowledging God in all we do? Or do we go along with our plans for our life ? Have we ever ran across situations and just simply life and try to figure it out…? Just to end up frustrated. Maybe we should actually begin to practice the scripture and simply just lay down our plans and say Lord I’m sorry. What are your plans for me? What are your plans for my family, my job and anything that relates to you. We might find ourselves like Paul before he was Paul and running against the very plans of God. If we are not liking what we see and the outcome of what our lives seem to me, then maybe it’s time to stop, run to an altar, repent, and ask God what his plans for our lives is. The prophet Jeremiah let’s us know that God says that he knows the plans that he has for us. A lot of time we’ve moved without direction. We have ran on a vision, something that we are passionate about, ask Saul of Tarsus. But was it the plan of God for your life ? My life? If you are breathing, it’s not to late. God is not limited by time. He is not ruled or governed by time. He might just be waiting for us to diligently ask and seek Him with all our hearts to find out the plans that he does have for us.
Plan is a noun. By definition a “plan” is a detailed proposal for doing or achieving something. Life is just much easier when we just know what to do. You remove a lot of the sense of “uncertainty” and you get a feeling of accomplishment and success. The thing is that God himself is the Way. Whatever you path he is the way. We can make life a bit more pleasant and easy to walk through if we simply ask the one who knows.

In all your ways know and acknowledge and recognize Him, And He will make your paths straight and smooth [removing obstacles that block your way].
    Proverbs 3:6 AMP

Without vision the people perish. And if you seem to have lost your way and you are perishing in a sense then it’s time to go back to the plan maker. He will show you the way.

  38. ““And then the Day will come,” says God-of-the-Angel-Armies, “when that nail will come loose and fall out, break loose from that solid wall—and everything hanging on it will go with it.” That’s what will happen. God says so.”
    ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭22:25‬ ‭MSG‬‬

This Scripture means that, This is Prophecy When Jesus is Risen from the grave and Conquered Death.

  39. 17 Behold, the Lord will carry thee away with a mighty captivity, and will surely cover thee.

Behold. . . . The Lord WILL carry you!! “. . . Behold, the Lord will carry thee away with a mighty captivity, and will surely cover thee.” HE WILL surely cover you!!! He will, despot our downfalls, despite our wrong, despite our mistakes, . . . He WILL!!!

18 He will surely violently turn and toss thee like a ball into a large country: there shalt thou die, and there the chariots of thy glory shall be the shame of thy lord’s house.
19 And I will drive thee from thy station, and from thy state shall he pull thee down.

  40. “You counted the houses in Jerusalem and tore down some of them, so you could get stones to repair the city wall. Then you built a large tank between the walls to store the water. But you refused to trust the God who planned this long ago and made it happen.”
    ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭22:10-11‬ ‭CEV‬‬

Ooooooo it is so like us humans trying to take control and revise the things God has already spoken into existence. Why is it so hard for us to sit back and watch God work? We cry and weep asking God to move but when he does we feel the need to backseat drive. Let’s try taking our hands off of situations and allow God to move the way he has already planned on doing so.

  41. So many people dying or in trouble, all because they didn’t obey God. When God tell us to calm down or pay a price, there really is a price to pay. He really does come to fulfill his word. We should take these warnings provided in the Bible as our nation is slipping closer and closer into disobedience.

  42. 18 He will surely violently turn and toss thee like a ball into a large country: there shalt thou die, and there the chariots of thy glory shall be the shame of thy lord’s house.
19 And I will drive thee from thy station, and from thy state shall he pull thee down.

It is good to obey the Lord for he knows what the Your tomorrow. Obedience is better than sacrifice.

  43. 12 And in that day did the Lord God of hosts call to weeping, and to mourning, and to baldness, and to girding with sackcloth:

Gods desire is for all men to come to repentance. That’s what it has always been even before his earthly ministry. There are time that God appoints to get us to come back from our fallen path.

He see our direction and makes an effort to get us to come to and repent. Because a father who disciplines his child is a loving Father.

There are times when it seems there are walls that cannot be crossed walls that cannot be broken down but really they’re held by one little nail the Lord could pull out at any moment people are shouting to God 6 days a week and marching one but need to be marching with him for 6 days and shouting for 1!
