Isaiah 35

The wilderness and the solitary place shall be glad for them; and the desert shall rejoice, and blossom as the rose.

It shall blossom abundantly, and rejoice even with joy and singing: the glory of Lebanon shall be given unto it, the excellency of Carmel and Sharon, they shall see the glory of the Lord, and the excellency of our God.

Strengthen ye the weak hands, and confirm the feeble knees.

Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompence; he will come and save you.

Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped.

Then shall the lame man leap as an hart, and the tongue of the dumb sing: for in the wilderness shall waters break out, and streams in the desert.

And the parched ground shall become a pool, and the thirsty land springs of water: in the habitation of dragons, where each lay, shall be grass with reeds and rushes.

And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein.

No lion shall be there, nor any ravenous beast shall go up thereon, it shall not be found there; but the redeemed shall walk there:

10 And the ransomed of the Lord shall return, and come to Zion with songs and everlasting joy upon their heads: they shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.

  1. 6 Then shall the lame man leap as an hart, and the tongue of the dumb sing: for in the wilderness shall waters break out, and streams in the desert.

Where it may seem there is no way, GOD HAS ALREADY MADE A WAY!!! HALELUJAH!!!

  2. Isaiah 35:3
With this news, strengthen those who have tired hands, and encourage those who have weak knees.

The Lord is our strength. Encourage yourself in the Lord

  3. 1. The wilderness and the solitary place shall be glad for them; and the desert shall rejoice, and blossom as the rose.

    5. Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped.

    6. Then shall the lame man leap as an hart, and the tongue of the dumb sing: for in the wilderness shall waters break out, and streams in the desert.

    God is a life-giver.
He can give life back to a dry, wilderness desert and make it a flourishing, fruitful oasis.
He can give life back to eyes, ears, and limbs that have lain dormant and unused.
He can give life back to a lifeless heart that has lost all hope and purpose.
The list goes on and on; what will you allow the Life-Giver to do for you?

  4. Isaiah 35: 5-6 [amp] Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped.
    (6) Then shall the lame man leap like a hart, and the tongue of the dumb shall sing for joy; for waters shall break forth in the wilderness and streams in the desert.
Matt 11: 4-5 ( amp) And Jesus replied to them, Go and report to John what you hear and see.
    (5) The blind receives their sight, and the lame walk, lepers are cleansed ( by healing) and the deaf hear, and the dead are raised up, and the poor have good news ( Gospel) preached to them.
The chapter is about Signs, Wonders, and Miracles.
This is wants going own now at The Pencostals of Ft Worth right now!!!!
Give Jesus all the praise and honer.
Jesus you did it! You did it!

  5. 8 And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein.

God has a way but preserving his people that follow holiness. He is very particular about those who remain spotless and reserve what is best for them. There is no pleasure and wickedness that compares to the joy of the Lord and just being in his presence.

  6. 7 and the parched ground shall become a pool
And the thirsty land springs of water:
in the habitation of dragons where each lay
Shall be grass with reeds and rushes.
    —-
Yes, what it has been, it shall be no more.
And only mighty God can do such thing.
    Hallelujah, blessed be his name.
    Let’s PRAISE Him
And thank him in advanced 🙌.
    Hallelujah.

  8. “With this news, strengthen those who have tired hands, and encourage those who have weak knees.”
    ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭35:3‬ ‭NLT‬‬

I’m reminded of a song that’s says – Hold on, change is coming. Hold on, you can make it. Hold on, don’t you worry about a thing. When we’re feeling tired or discouraged the best thing we can do? Strengthen somebody else and encourage somebody else. The scripture says when we give it comes back to us. So when we give Jesus, Jesus comes right back at us which means we get peace, joy, grace, faith, etc. You name it, we got it!

  9. 3 Strengthen ye the weak hands, and confirm the feeble knees.

4 Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompence; he will come and save you.

5 Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped.

6 Then shall the lame man leap as an hart, and the tongue of the dumb sing: for in the wilderness shall waters break out, and streams in the desert.

Here are the words spoken through Isaiah the prophet to lead us toward the miracles, signs, and wonders. We see God telling us that He will come and lift us up from the desolate place that we might be in. We must not forget that God is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think. There will never be a time that God will not intercede for you all we have to do is ask. We must keep our eyes upon the prize of eternal life in glory around the throne and worshipping for ever more. But until then we can experience the glory of God in our worship and praise here in this earth. Let God arise and every enemy be scattered.

  10. 8 And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein.

When we put on the mind of Christ we have established a righteous relationship. Our reward is assured in the heavenly abode with Christ.

  11. Isaiah 35
    The Voice
35 Imagine the wilderness whooping for joy,
the desert’s unbridled happiness with its spring flowers.
2 It will happen! The deserts will come alive with new growth budding and blooming,
singing and celebrating with sheer delight.
The glory of Lebanon’s cedars and the majesty of Carmel and Sharon
will spill over to the deserts.
The glory of the Eternal One will be on full display there,
and they will revel in the majestic splendor of our God.

3 So, with confidence and hope in this message,
strengthen those with feeble hands, shore up the weak-kneed and weary.
4 Tell those who worry, the anxious and fearful,
“Take strength; have courage! There’s nothing to fear.
Look, here—your God! Right here is your God!
The balance is shifting; God will right all wrongs.
None other than God will give you success.
He is coming to make you safe.”

    5 Then, such healing, such repair: the eyes of the blind will be opened;
the ears of the deaf will be clear.
    6-7 The lame will leap like deer excited;
they will run and jump tirelessly and gracefully.
The stutterer, the stammerer, and the tongue of the mute
will sing out loud and clear in joyful song.
    Waters will pour through the deserts;
streams will flow in godforsaken lands.
    Burning sands and hardened wastelands will become pools, shimmering with life;
the thirsty ground will drink deep from refreshing springs.
Abandoned villages where predators once lurked will become grassy playgrounds.
Dry, arid land will turn lush and green.

8 And the road to this happy renovation will be clearly signed.
People will declare the way itself to be holy—the route, “sacred.”
Only those who are right with God
will be able to walk its pleasant path,
And nobody—no visitor, no dimwit—will get lost along it.
9 There’ll be no lions lying in wait, no predators or dangers in sight.
Only those made right with God will journey there.
10 Those whom the Eternal One has recalled from a punishing exile,
they will go along so easily. They will walk this path,
Come waltzing to Zion, singing their way
to that place of right relation to God.
    An aura of joy never-ending will attend them;
they will clasp gladness and joy to their hearts,
While sadness and despair evaporate into thin air.

  12. Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompence; he will come and save you.

5 Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped.

The prophet Isiah already told us what God was going to do for us all and the miracles he would perform. What Mighty God We Serve! Thank You Jesus!!!

  13. 35: 1.wilderness and the dry land shall be glad;
    the desert shall rejoice and blossom like the crocus;
    2 it shall blossom abundantly
and rejoice with joy and singing.
The glory of Lebanon shall be given to it,
the majesty of Carmel and Sharon.
They shall see the glory of the Lord,
    the majesty of our God.

    3 Strengthen the weak hands,
and make firm the feeble knees.
4 Say to those who have an anxious heart,
    “Be strong; fear not!
    Behold, your God
    will come with vengeance,
    with the recompense of God.
He will come and save you.”

John 14:27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

I reflect daily on the hearts of those filled with sadness , brokenness and hopelessness, fear and anxiety
I hear the word anxiety multiple times throughout the day.
Anxiety is fear a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome.

We teach and preach don’t be anxious. We read the Word and then wonder why we are still anxious .
The world wants to give a prescription for this so called illness of depression and anxiety. Yes it is real yes it attacks the Christian. Yes I have been there where your think you are having a heart attack a d it is just fear and anxiety . I ve been on the medication the world gives out so liberally after the death of my child but I can tell you it did not change a thing. Anxiety is real OH BUT I KNOW A GOD WHEN YOU GET TIRED OF FEAR AND ANXIETY THAT REACHES WAY DOWN INTO THE DEPTH OF YOUR VERY BEING
HE TOUCHES BODY SOUL SPIRIT AND RENEWS YOUR MIND WITHOUT ANY DRUG available on the market and changes your way of thinking . You see when we out until practice the three simple tools God has placed within our own hands . Prayer, Word of God and Fasting a multitude of things begin to change .
We lose the thoughts that bring us to the anxious state of mind and find peace that only God can bring .

I was asked in court one day while on the stand for someone’s character what is the difference in a Christian counselor and a secular counselor.
Simple answer. Where the world turns to a temporary fix we turn to a God who can change the internal turmoil into peace that goes beyond understanding. The Judge then asked did I believe a. Individual needed to be consistent in their life change from addictions to this God lifestyle. Of course my answer was yes . Putting into practice daily breathing in the peace of God tools a d a good support team . Sounds like daily living for Jesus and surrounding ourselves with the body of Christ .
See God has given us a true prescription called His Peace . He says here

4 Say to those who have an anxious heart,
    “Be strong; fear not!
    Behold, your God
    will come with vengeance,
    with the recompense of God.
He will come and save you.”

If I truly trust God I must truly believe His Word
I could write all day about this but some may not appreciate the space I would take up .

10 And the ransomed of the Lord shall return
    and come to Zion with singing;
    ieverlasting joy shall be upon their heads;
they shall obtain gladness and joy,
and sorrow and sighing shall flee away

To God I give Honor and Glory
To my Pastor and First Lady thank you for always encouraging to stay in the Word and reminding me that I can Be strong in God

  14. 8 And a great road will go through that once deserted land. It will be named the Highway of Holiness. Evil-minded people will never travel on it. It will be only for those who walk in God’s ways; fools will never walk there.
    Isaiah 35:8 NLT

    https://bible.com/bible/116/isa.35.8.NLT

Glory to God. Thank You for Your ways, Lord. That we may walk in Holiness with You! Hallelujah!

  15. Amen sister
My daddy quoted this scripture among many more to us girls all the time. And usually every time he preached .

  16. 4 Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompence; he will come and save you.

Be encouraged and fear not. When you live for the Lord, He will always have your back. Christ alone is your saving grace.

  17. 8 And a great road will go through that once deserted land. It will be named the Highway of Holiness. Evil-minded people will never travel on it. It will be only for those who walk in God’s ways; fools will never walk there.
    Isaiah 35:8 NLT
4 Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompence; he will come and save you.
Encourage those that are discouraged God will make a way when there seems to be no way. God can do anything.

  18. iLove the Kingdom of Jesus
28 And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein.

This verse here appears to tell it all. In order to go to heaven we must make it through the highway of holiness. What is this Highway?

This is the same verse from the New Living Translation.

Isa 35:8 And a great road will go through that once deserted land. It will be named the Highway of Holiness. Evil-minded people will never travel on it. It will be only for those who walk in God’s ways; fools will never walk there.

To me this verse is letting us know you’re not going to “accidentally” make it to heaven. We have all got to travel the Highway of Holiness

  19. Redeemed

This morning the word redeemed jumped at me. I am reminded of the movie Dumb and Dumber where one of the characters traded a van for a moped. The other character stated; “when I think you couldn’t do anything dumber you do something like this… (dramatic pause) … and totally redeem yourself. During this pause the first character was thinking the trade was a mistake and there would be disapproval and harsh words maybe? Then, at the mention of redemption, there is exceeding joy for both characters.

I have felt as both characters did in my life at certain times. However, the most eye-opening moment is when we reflect on our poor choices in life, the resulting sin and lives impacted by our decisions. The feeling of drowning comes to mind. I should feel overwhelmed by my sin, because everywhere I turn, I find more guilt and corruption. I look at my bad deeds and see they are full of anger, selfishness and rebellion. Even worse, I look at my good deeds and see that even they are full of pride, competitiveness and jealousy.

So, what is special about being redeemed? To be redeemed, then, is to be forgiven, holy, justified, free, adopted, and reconciled. When we are redeemed, God purchases our freedom, and we are no longer in bondage to sin, guilt or condemnation. Jesus paid the price for our release from sin and its punishment, death. The streets of heaven will be filled with former captives who, through no merit of our own, find ourselves redeemed, forgiven, and free. We will sing a new song—a song of praise for our freedom.

  20. LIVE – GIVE JESUS
    LIFE IN THE FAST LANE

8 And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein.

Years ago, before I was in the church, there was a song in the world that we listened to called “Life In The Fast Lane” and the only line I recall from the song of over 30 years ago is

    “Life in the fast lane
Surely make you lose your mind
    Life in the fast lane”

While the song itself has no good intent for Kingdom purpose, the principal offers some truth for our Kingdom life. The Highway of Holiness, when we lose our mind, we adopt and embrace the MIND of CHRIST. Holiness is to set apart, and to be separate from something. Holiness unto the LORD is to be set apart from the obstacles of the world in sin. Our lifestyle is is HOLY unto the LORD. Committed to the purpose of the LORD, separate in our attitude, actions and attire. LIFE IN THE FAST LANE.

A highway indicates an elevated speed of travel, unlike the boulevard that indicates stop signs and red lights, obstacles of advancement. The highway indicates our unobstructed travel and progress.

Carnality is the greatest obstacle on the Highway to Holiness. Lose your carnal mind and receive the Mind of Christ JESUS. Lets LIVE JESUS in the FAST LANE so we can GIVE JESUS in the FAST LANE to a world that is lost.

LIFE IN THE FAST LANE will often cause us to trust in and depend on JESUS instead of carnal or fleshly weapons, abilities or resources.

1Samuel 21:8 And David said unto Ahimelech, And is there not here under thine hand spear or sword? for I have neither brought my sword nor my weapons with me, because the king’s business required haste.

  21. Isaiah 35:4 Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with the recompence; he will come and save you.

Psalm 145:19 He will fulfil the desire of them that fear him: he also will hear their cry, and will save them.

Zephaniah 3:16,17 In that day it shall be said to Jerusalem, Fear thou not: and to Zion, Let not thine hands be slack. The Lord thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.

Don’t fear, God will save us!

  22. Isaiah 35:3-4
    3) Strengthen ye the weak hands, confirm the feeble knees.
    4) Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompence; he will come and save you.

    “Your God Will Come”
What a word of Hope and Encouragement today for someone who may have weak hands, feeble knees, or are of a fearful heart. That “Your God Will Come!” So BE STRONG! Encourage Yourself In The LORD, because “Your God Will Come” with vengeance and with a recompence (to destroy your enemies – NLT), and “Your God Will Come” to SAVE you.

JESUS today YOU will SAVE me!!

  23. 4 Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompence; he will come and save you.
5 Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped.
6 Then shall the lame man leap as an hart, and the tongue of the dumb sing: for in the wilderness shall waters break out, and streams in the desert.

This prophecy is seen in Jesus when he came as our Savior. Through him we see these miracles still today-he is able to do exceeding abundantly more than we can think or ask! His ways are the ways of holiness…we have his holy Spirit in us! We must let it be known that there are still miracles in his house today.

  24. 3 Strengthen ye the weak hands, and confirm the feeble knees.

4 Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompence; he will come and save you.

There are many people who have been in the race for eternal life, that have allowed the situations of life to become heavy to them, and their hands hang down in defeat. God is asking us to share the promise of restoration after the trial with people who are weak. Encourage them to let the weak say I am strong! Lift up their hands in prayer, intercede for them to be made whole, to see the joy in serving Jesus, and not the drudgery of life that is weighted upon them.

We are not alone – ever. Jesus may be silent during a period of life, but unless we have walked away from Him, He is always there in the background watching us, ever willing to catch us when we have fallen.

    I Am Not Alone – Psalms 23

    The Lord is my Shepherd
    He goes before me
Defender behind me, I won’t fear
    I’m filled with anointing
    My cup’s overflowing
No weapon can harm me, I won’t fear

    Hallelujah, I am not alone
    He’s my Comfort,
    Always holds me close

    He always guides me
    Through mountains and valleys
His joy is refreshing, Restores my soul
    Mercy and goodness
    Give me assurance
That I’ll see His glory Face to face

    Hallelujah, I am not alone
    He’s my Comfort,
    Always holds me close

    Your Spirit lives within me
So I will walk in Your peace
    Your Spirit lives within me
    My victory, My victory

    My victory, My victory

    Hallelujah, I am not alone
    He’s my Comfort,
    Always holds me close

  25. 3 Strengthen ye the weak hands, and confirm the feeble knees.
7 And the parched ground shall become a pool, and the thirsty land springs of water: in the habitation of dragons, where each lay, shall be grass with reeds and rushes.
8 And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein.

WOW!!!! So much here in these few scriptures!!

The simplest way to show Jesus:
    1) strengthen weak hands. – Pitch in and HELP.
    2) confirm the feeble knees- Encourage each other. Help those who have trouble “standing on their own”.
    3) say to them of a fearful heart,” Be STRONG, fear not, Jesus will save you, and He will do sooooo much more than just barely save you.”

Many times we forget how powerful our words are. We were made in the image of God, the one who formed the worlds and so much more with his words, then He breathed His same powerful breath into us! Encouragement can do so much!

The results are we get to see:
    1) Blind eyes opened- eyes begin see (for the first time or as they once did), souls see their value, who Jesus is.
    2) deaf ears unstopped- people’s ears begin to work, souls hear the Word of God!, Souls hear their promises!, they live hearing the voice of Jesus everyday!
    3) lame leap- not just physically but also spiritually.
    4) dumb sing-
    5) waters break out in the wilderness- PEOPLE GET THE HOLY GHOST!!!
    6) streams in the desert- souls going through dry spells, the Holy Ghost begins moving in their lives, bringing forth life, where there wasn’t
    7) parched ground becomes a pool- someone dead spiritually begins to not only live, but also support and help others
    8) habitations of dragons ( not just one but multiple), where EACH (each location (soul/life)) SHALL (has NO other option) be grass with reeds and rush.- where destruction and death ruled, life and refuge, strength and substance now rule.
    9) A HIGHWAY! A WAY!! THE WAY OF HOLINESS!!!!

  26. 8 And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein.
9 No lion shall be there, nor any ravenous beast shall go up thereon, it shall not be found there; but the redeemed shall walk there:
10 And the ransomed of the Lord shall return, and come to Zion with songs and everlasting joy upon their heads: they shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.

Living a Holy life for God brings many rewards. When we trust in God he will always be there for us. His word says that he will never leave us nor for sake us.

  27. 3-10
    Recompense
Images of the dread judgment of God are balanced by this portrait of the joy of the redeemed. The Apostle Paul reflects the sense of this passage in (Rom. 8-18) he says i consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. Gods people will suffer while society is corrupted by sin and evil men are bent on oppressing that righteous. But just as Gods day of vengeance is just retribution for the wicked it introduces the divine repayment of the redeemed for past pain.

  28. 6 Then shall the lame man leap as an hart, and the tongue of the dumb sing: for in the wilderness shall waters break out, and streams in the desert.

7 And the parched ground shall become a pool, and the thirsty land springs of water: in the habitation of dragons, where each lay, shall be grass with reeds and rushes.

Your dry and weary days are over the Lord has come to give you rivers of living water to dry up the desert in your life God will do something miraculous and fulfill your needs seek he first the Kingdom and his righteousness and watch what comes forth

  29. “No lion shall be there, nor any ravenous beast shall go up thereon, it shall not be found there; but the redeemed shall walk there:”
    ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭35:9‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Talk about freedom! As I see that scripture I see a spiritual perspective! Whenever your in a place one with God and completely focused it feels as if no “beast” can touch you!

My mind is free of thoughts of wickedness or sum my mind focuses on the one true King!

  30. “Those who have been ransomed by the Lord will return. They will enter Jerusalem singing, crowned with everlasting joy. Sorrow and mourning will disappear, and they will be filled with joy and gladness.”
    ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭35:10‬ ‭NLT‬‬

We are not yet at our final destination, but we must stay on the path of holiness to make it there.

“He will wipe every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more death or sorrow or crying or pain. All these things are gone forever.””
    ‭‭Revelation‬ ‭21:4‬ ‭NLT‬‬

  31. “Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompence; he will come and save you.”
    ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭35:4‬ ‭KJV‬‬

We have nothing to fear. God is with us through it all. All we have to do is hold on. Keep pushing forward never give up the faith. Continue to put one foot in front of the other and move forward because you have a god who is there with you and more than able to bring you through it. We have no reason to fear.

  32. 10 And the ransomed of the Lord shall return, and come to Zion with songs and everlasting joy upon their heads: they shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.

It’s important that we come to the house of the Lord with gladness and joy with a song in our heart!

  33. 5 Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped.

A miracle. Do you need a miracle in your life? What is a miracle. I like to think of a miracle as a little fix from God. It’s just something miraculous. If you need something from God you just open up your mouth and speak unto Him. He loves to hear your voice. Nothing ever gets done without communication do we must always be communicating with God. I pray tonight that you use your voice for the good of His kingdom!!!

  34. “The lame will leap like a deer, and those who cannot speak will sing for joy! Springs will gush forth in the wilderness, and streams will water the wasteland.”
    ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭35:6‬ ‭NLT‬‬

The day that the Lord comes, beautiful miracles will be received! Those who are faithful to the Lord those who live his word and obey his commands it will be a day full of blessings! Have faith in the Lord at all times for he is the almighty God forever, and he Is coming for his children to live an everlasting life in his kingdom! Let us reach out to those maybe even family members who lost their way, help them find their way back to God before it is too late.

  35. 2 It shall blossom abundantly, and rejoice even with joy and singing: the glory of Lebanon shall be given unto it, the excellency of Carmel and Sharon, they shall see the glory of the Lord, and the excellency of our God.

3 Strengthen ye the weak hands, and confirm the feeble knees.

4 Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompence; he will come and save you.

remember faith over fear. we should never fear the Lord because we know that HE will save and deliver us.

  36. 3 Strengthen ye the weak hands, and confirm the feeble knees.

God will give you strength when you’re weak, He is there when you call on Him.

  37. Even the wilderness and desert will be glad in those days. The wasteland will rejoice and blossom with spring crocuses. Yes, there will be an abundance of flowers and singing and joy! The deserts will become as green as the mountains of Lebanon, as lovely as Mount Carmel or the plain of Sharon. There the Lord will display his glory, the splendor of our God.
    Isaiah 35:1‭-‬2 NLT

  38. “and the ransomed of the LORD shall return, and come to Zion with songs and everlasting joy upon their heads: they shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.”
    ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭35:10‬ ‭KJV‬‬

    ‘Shall obtain joy and gladness.’

When my ‘good GOD ALMIGHTY’ filled me with the Holy Ghost I received this joy and gladness!!!

    Hallelujah!!!
“This joy that I have, the world didn’t give it to me.” ‘The world didn’t give it, the world can’t take IT way!!”

Thank you LORD JESUS for the Holy Ghost!!!!

“For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.”
    ‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭1:20‬ ‭KJV

  39. God is a creator, preserver, and a destroyer. He gave us the same power. See how much he trusts us? We should do the same.

  40. And when he comes, he will open the eyes of the blind and unplug the ears of the deaf. The lame will leap like a deer, and those who cannot speak will sing for joy! Springs will gush forth in the wilderness, and streams will water the wasteland. (Isaiah 35:5, 6 NLT)

This chapter shows that the appearance of a current situation isn’t the end result. God is taking over the lives of His people. It isn’t over until He says It is finished. We must keep our faith strong and see the invisible.

“Any dream is possible a long as you believe. The minute you stop believing the dream becomes impossible ” – Pastor Watts

  41. 8 And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein.

The hundreds of miles the desert route from exile back to Jerusalem will become a “ Highway of Holiness,” exclusive to God’s redeemed people. The return of Israel from worldwide dispersion pre pictures the joy and gladness that will accompany the translation of believers to the Father’s house when Jesus comes again.

  42. “And a great road will go through that once deserted land. It will be named the Highway of Holiness. Evil-minded people will never travel on it. It will be only for those who walk in God’s ways; fools will never walk there.”
    ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭35:8‬ ‭NLT‬‬

This highway isn’t for everyone. It has a “toll booth,” but you can’t make it on this highway by paying your way. You are only allowed on this highway if you are cleansed by Jesus.

  43. “Then shall the lame man leap as an hart, and the tongue of the dumb sing: for in the wilderness shall waters break out, and streams in the desert.”
    Isaiah 35:6 KJV

God tells the nation that there’s hope for restoration. What God says He will do it. Let us give Him the praise in advance because He will do it. Draw near to God and He will draw near to you.

  44. 1 The wilderness and the solitary place shall be glad for them; and the desert shall rejoice, and blossom as the rose.

Learning to rejoice when your heart is broken is hard. When you are lonely, confused and it seems you’ve cried all the tears you had in you. Though the wilderness may come in different forms to us all…we will all experience it. But remember to make a joyful noise unto the Lord, even in the wilderness.

  46. 3 Strengthen ye the weak hands, and confirm the feeble knees.

Hands that can’t work and knees that can’t pray! May the God of peace and strength strengthen the weak hands and feeble knees of those that have allowed life to discourage and lead them from the work of God and their relationship with God.

In this hour we need strong hands and strong knees. The world needs us to deliver the Gospel to them boldly and lovingly.

  47. 10 And the ransomed of the Lord shall return, and come to Zion with songs and everlasting joy upon their heads: they shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.

Joy is coming. The sadness, the stress, the anxiety, the trouble, the pain, the loss, the tears, all of it has an expiration date. It has a this is enough. It has an end. It will all pass away.

What a wonderful promise… the word says with songs and everlasting joy. One of the definitions for everlasting that I found said; “literally eternity”

What we go through and the down times have an appointment date to end. But the ransomed of the Lord shall obtain joy and gladness. And what God gives has no comparison. Every good and perfect gift is from above. Weeping may endure for the night….but joy…joy comes in the morning. Everlasting joy is what will be for the people of God.

  48. “Yes, there will be an abundance of flowers and singing and joy! The deserts will become as green as the mountains of Lebanon, as lovely as Mount Carmel or the plain of Sharon. There the Lord will display his glory, the splendor of our God.”
    ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭35:2‬ ‭NLT‬‬

God love is extremely peaceful and righteous. Take this peace and share to those who are suffering from sin. Show God love through you.

  49. 3 Strengthen ye the weak hands, and confirm the feeble knees.
4 Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompence; he will come and save you.
5 Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped.

I say to anyone reading right now, “. . . Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompence; he will come and save you.” BE STRONG AND DON’T FEAR!! GOD WILL SAVE US!! Then we can see miracles, signs, and wonders! After simply, being strong and putting fear aside.

  50. 8 And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein.

The way of holiness, nothing unclean shall be able to pass. When we live a holy life, we are given power to tread on every serpent. Holiness should never be just a word, it should be a way of life. Live holy and reap the benefits of holiness.

  51. Isaiah 35

8 And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein.

This holiness is for us to live now not only for the Jews but for us also. His way is holy.

Lev 19:2 Speak unto all the congregation of the children of Israel, and say unto them, Ye shall be holy: for I the LORD your God am holy.

1Pe 1:16 Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.

1Pe 1:16 Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.

It is a life style or a road less traveled. Let us walk according to the word. This method will help us be seen to be followers of Jesus.

  52. 2 It shall blossom abundantly, and rejoice even with joy and singing: the glory of Lebanon shall be given unto it, the excellency of Carmel and Sharon, they shall see the glory of the Lord, and the excellency of our God.

3 Strengthen ye the weak hands, and confirm the feeble knees.

4 Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompence; he will come and save you.

  53. “Say to those with fearful hearts, “Be strong, and do not fear, for your God is coming to destroy your enemies. He is coming to save you.””
    ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭35:4‬ ‭KJV

Face your fears don’t give up! God will destroy your enemies. He is coming back soon! Stay straight with god.

    JESUS LOVES YOU!!!

  54. The leap the tongue of the dumb sing: for in the wilderness shall waters break out, and streams in the desert.

  55. “say to those with fearful hearts, “Be strong, do not fear; your God will come, he will come with vengeance; with divine retribution he will come to save you.””
    ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭35:4‬ ‭NIV‬‬
God will come. He will save. A desert place is that way because there is so little rain. It seems to be Barron, but when there is rain life is renewed again. Oh if the desert place is it rejoice, it’s because it has rain. When God rains down on us, all the places within our lives become wet and soaked. Née life begins to grow within. Let that river of life flow. God will come. He will save!

  56. But they held their peace, and answered him not a word: for the king’s commandment was, saying, Answer him not.

Answer not a fool according to his folly.

  57. With this news, strengthen those who have tired hands, and encourage those who have weak knees. Say to those with fearful hearts, “Be strong, and do not fear, for your God is coming to destroy your enemies. He is coming to save you.”
    Isaiah 35:3‭-‬4 NLT

Jesus is coming!! If that’s not exciting and encouraging, I don’t know what is! Every day we get closer and closer and we need to be ready so we can one day celebrate at the feet of our King with everlasting joy!

  58. Verses 3-4 AMP “Encourage the exhausted, and make staggering knees firm. Say to those with an anxious and panic-stricken heart, “Be strong, fear not! Indeed, your God will come with vengeance [for the ungodly]; The retribution of God will come,
But He will save you.” We must wait upon the Lord and know that he is there to save you.

  59. 1 The wilderness and the solitary place shall be glad for them; and the desert shall rejoice, and blossom as the rose.

2 It shall blossom abundantly, and rejoice even with joy and singing: the glory of Lebanon shall be given unto it, the excellency of Carmel and Sharon, they shall see the glory of the Lord, and the excellency of our God.

Not only because you live in a good place does not mean that you will be glad for the poor shall be happier and even more joyful for God will bless you for what you make but for how much you give unto him

  60. Say to those with fearful hearts, “Be strong, and do not fear, for your God is coming to destroy your enemies. He is coming to save you.””
    ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭35:4‬ ‭KJV

God we’ll always be there for you no matter what no matter what from you enemies and evil.

  61. “With this news, strengthen those who have tired hands, and encourage those who have weak knees.”
    ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭35:3‬ ‭NLT‬‬
The gospel is still redeeming. Even in the old testament. It gives hope that Jesus is still on its way. When we are weak we can rely on God for strength. Please brothers and sister be of Good cheer the Lord is on the way.
