1 Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing?
2 The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord, and against his anointed, saying,
3 Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.
4 He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision.
5 Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure.
6 Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion.
7 I will declare the decree: the Lord hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee.
8 Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession.
9 Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter’s vessel.
10 Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth.
11 Serve the Lord with fear, and rejoice with trembling.
12 Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him.

Why are the nations so angry? Why do they waste their time with futile plans? (Psalms 2:1 NLT)
Ah sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a seed of evildoers, children that are corrupters: they have forsaken the Lord, they have provoked the Holy One of Israel unto anger, they are gone away backward. (Isaiah 1:4 KJV)
As we see our Nation America in an uproar, divided, rebellion, etc. keeps me on my knees praying to God. For I know He is coming soon. We stand as One pushing the darkness back, and allowing the Glory of GOD dwell in our lives, city, and in America. God that you will dwell in me,through me, in front of me, and behind me.
If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. (2 Chronicles 7:14 KJV)
Serve the Lord with reverant fear, and rejoice with trembling.

8. The nations shall be yours for the asking, and the entire earth will belong to you.
9. They are yours to crush with an iron scepter, yours to shatter like fragile, clay pots.”
10. So leaders, kings, and judges, be wise, and be warned.
11. There is only one God, the Eternal; worship Him with respect and awe; take delight in Him and tremble. The Voice
Psalm 37:
11. But the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.
22. For such as be blessed of him shall inherit the earth; and they that be cursed of him shall be cut off. KJV
10 Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth.
People that think they are too wise to take instruction are not what they think. The Bible declare that you need instruction to be wise so why do we oppose instruction? He loves those whom he chastises. When we are being counciled, instructed, lead, taught, or even rebuked we should thank God for the wisdom and praise him for the instruction.
Lord I pray today that I would be in your presence and hear your instruction so that your wisdom doesn’t pass me by.

If we don’t serve God with a reverent fear or submit ourselves to him, we will perish, BUT if we put our trust in Him, we will be BLESSED.
I thought fear was not of God?
10-11 Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth. Serve the Lord with fear, and rejoice with trembling.
I believe it’s clear from the many verses in the Bible that instruct us to fear the Lord, that fearing Him is good because it saves us from caving into our own sinful nature. That’s why hearing someone is God-fearing should makes us trust that person more. If they fear God, they are more likely to keep their word and treat others with kindness.
You know what an ego is, right? It is my view of my own importance. The deeper my relationship with the Lord gets, I discover that He poses a threat to my ego, but not to me. He rescues me from my delusions, so he may reveal the truth that sets me free. He casts me down, only to lift me up again. He sits in judgment of my sin, but is quick to forgive. Fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, but love from the Lord is its completion.
1 John 4:18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.

Lord Your Word says all I have to do is ask and today my request is for the region of Fort Worth. There are lives all across this region that are hungry and many are hurting. Father give me wisdom to lead them to You. I declare freedom into their lives through the blood of Jesus. Cause the light of Your Word to pluck them out of the hand of the enemy. In Jesus name!
11 Worship the Lord and serve Him with reverence [with awe-inspired fear and submissive wonder]; Rejoice [yet do so] with trembling. (AMP)
Worship, serve, and rejoice – Yes God! I can do so and I will do so. Be glorified, be magnified God!

To be wise we must receive instruction, and to be truly wise we will receive instruction from God! Not in vain or pride but to follow Christ wholeheartedly doing as He asks.

Psa 2:1 Why are the nations so angry? Why do they waste their time with futile plans?
Psa 2:2 The kings of the earth prepare for battle; the rulers plot together against the LORD and against His anointed one.
Psa 2:3 “Let us break their chains,” they cry, “and free ourselves from slavery to God.”
As I read this, all I could do was laugh…ha. This sounds like today’s angry generation…Why are the nations so angry? Well, they are furious that they might not be able to kill unborn babies…They are furious that they might lose their homosexual rights…They are furious that their environmental god the EPA might be disrespected…They are furious that the moon god allah might be disrespected… and they are just flat out angry.
We must wake up, the world is showing us every day through these protests that we are in fact geared toward the fulfillment of Psalm chapter 2 of how disgusted the world will truly be when King Jesus takes the throne.
“Ask of Me, and I will give You The nations for Your inheritance, And the ends of the earth for Your possession.”
Psalms 2:8 NKJV
Ask and this nation is yours. How simple is that? What would happen if we all began to open our mouth and intercede for this city? Lord I pray on behalf of the lives in this city that you would release angels to minister to their needs and your spirit would compel them into the house of the Lord!!

We are serve God with all heart and reverence to God. Even when we are having a bad day, it will brighten it up to worship the king.
The king proclaims the Lord ’s decree: “The Lord said to me, ‘You are my son. Today I have become your Father. Only ask, and I will give you the nations as your inheritance, the whole earth as your possession.

Living in a world where there is sin, anger, bitterness, murder, and many other things. We must remember the moment that we were baptized and gave our life to Jesus we became His children. We became royalty which means that we are not like the world and we don’t think like this world and just because we are royalty it does not mean that we are better than everybody. It Just means that God Has mercy on us and that we need to show and Share God’s Love and Word with the world.
But you are a chosen race , a royal priesthood , a consecrated nation , a [special] people for God’s own possession , so that you may proclaim the excellencies [the wonderful deeds and virtues and perfections] of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.

Fear of the Lord is what helps to allow us to respect his word and his laws and to follow them, to place them in our heart.
Psalms 2:4-5 (KJV Strong’s)

At first the idea that men are plotting to war against God is laughable. But soon that laughter turned to anger. Yet I do not believe that this anger is without love.
Like when a teen decides to defy his parents and run away to a life of partying, and drugs the Parents may at first react thinking “that’s silly. My child will never do that.” But once the reality sets in the parent will feel anger.
Not hatred toward their child but anger toward the situation. Anger in knowing what that lifestyle is going to produce, and anger against their destruction.
But that teen doesn’t have to walk that dark path to gain their father’s love. They already have it.
No one has to gain a testimony like that. Like Bro Jessie Johnson told me last night, Enoch’s testimony was that he pleased God.”
Just please God. There is no need to go crazy in the world for a testimony and make God angry at your situation. He doesn’t want you to be destroyed, but to have life everlasting.

The Lord said to me,You are my Son;today I have begotten you
Ask of me and I will make the nations your heritage and the ends of the earth
Your possessions .
God has a blessing no He has blessings for His anointed people.
We are His children and He is watching.

the Bible says that the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. there should be an honest fear and reverence for God if we have the proper fear and respect for him then we can rejoice in that. The Bible also says that with all of the getting get understanding fear and understanding go hand-in-hand. we must properly fear the lord in order to properly serve the Lord.

Why are nations angry and rebell against Jesus . People think humans are going to make things better. When really jesus is the only way . He is the truth the light and the way . Don’t rebell against Jesus . Instead turn towards him

There are 2 keys to VICTORIOUS Living in Christ JESUS. Our willingness to SERVE the LORD with fear (Reverance and Respect) and REJOICE in the LORD with trembling (Humility and Awe).
Psalm 100:2 Serve the Lord with gladness: come before his presence with singing.
Philippians 4:4 Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice.
If we approach today seeking an opportunity to SERVE the LORD through HIS Kingdom we will find ourselves willing to help others and demonstrate work with our faith.
There is a resounding attitude that we as Christian believers should demonstrate. VICTORY. Rejoice, gladness, singing, hope, faith, joy and peace.
Lets GO SERVE and REJOICE in the LORD our GOD today.

7 I will declare the decree: the Lord hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee.
Begotten can mean a few things surrounding birth. It can mean to give birth to the child or to help bring forth the child as in the office of a midwife. A midwife is someone who helps a mother through the laboring process and catches the baby. After the baby is born the midwife would determine the attributes of the child such as height, weight, and gender. We all know that in working in the kingdom of God we are to birth babies and we at one point were birthed into the kingdom. It’s through the church that babies are born but only with the help of the Lord. When we are born into this wonderful kingdom isn’t it amazing that the one who holds us as a brand new babe determines who we are? Maybe. It height, weight, and gender as our physical births, but you are a new creation, washed in the blood, you are forgiven, a son or daughter of the most high king. The one who catches us tells us who we are in him and that we are not without purpose.
The mother (church) raises the babies and the father (God) is ever present from the birth through life. What a loving father we have in Jesus.

Why should I be instructed? I look to God for instruction. There are things where correction needs to be made; God is the ultimate teacher. I should rejoice when God instructs me and I should fear Him when I don’t listen to His guidance. I thank you Jesus for being my teacher…….Amen!!!!
God puts leaders in our life to instruct us and to show us how we err,
When we are chastised by a leader i believe that it is God working through that leader.
All morning i have been thinking over my night and my life the past few months. God is so good and hes blessed me with so much. 12 Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him. I trust you God, I trust you and its amazing to me because i couldnt trust anyone 4 months ago. I can go on and on how wonderful God is and what hes done for me the past few months, the past few weeks, the past few days. Really though do you have to ask yourself what Gods done for you or can you ask yourself what youve done for God..GOOOOOO 11 Serve the Lord with fear, and rejoice with trembling.

There is benefit in having the Godly respect and fear for the Lord. If we treat Him like the God He is, He will treat us with the same respect as His child. We are a “kings kid” and like any heir to a king we have witnessed on this earth, our Heavenly Father, the King, wishes to treat us better than that. The real problem is too many want the blessing, but not the service and obedience that comes with it. If we want the blessing, we must be willing to do what it takes to be the heir to the King.

Our minds are so deceptive without being spiritually right. We have a gate to our mind and thoughts, and the lord is our guard of the knowledge he gives us himself. People in the world may be wondering why is everything wrong for them… but if they just revived the lord… we would see this world turned upside down! The lord is my savior and king!!! I will worship him! His love is forever and NEVER CHANGING! HE IS THE TRUTH!

Fearing God is a positive quality, but its hard to fear him if I lack in a relationship with him! I know the power that God holds, but in many times I didn’t fear him, I took him for granted, and I dont believe I can fear someone I take for granted! Its only this time around that God has shown me that he is not to be taken for granted, and I am in danger of losing everything if I dont submit my whole life, not just what I want to submit! When we love someone we must love them wholly, not just somethings, everything, how much more should we love God wholly, to fear God to me is to Love God and Seek him, fear makes us obey, seek, pray, and be in his word, we can only gain from this! Thank you Jesus for your Love!

It gets tempting to give up when it seems like the enemy is prevailing or that people that are of this world seem to be doing better than us but we must remember that it is the end result that matters the most. Fearing God and allowing his righteousness to take over will ultimately defeat everything that comes against us.

The Word tells us that we have not because we ask not. Maybe we are not walking in the blessings that He has stored up for us, the wealth of the wicked which is laid up for the righteous, because we fail to ask for it…..

Its rather better to serve with revernt fear and rejoice in trembling than to be on the oposite side going against God.
For we know the one who said, “I will take revenge. I will pay them back.” He also said, “The Lord will judge his own people.” It is a terrible thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

Serving God with fear! He is mighty and able to more than we can imagine!

As the ungodly try to rule this earth and make plans to destroy the Christians and Christlike ways, God watches knowing they cannot overthrow him, his people OR the church! Satan may look like he is getting the upper hand in the last days, but we are not to fear what man can do to this body, rather we are to fear what God can do to both the body and soul. I’m on the winning side no matter what the devil may do. So now we must work while it is still day-while there is still time to win souls to the Lord.

Be careful of whom you serve. The Lord will poor out His blessings upon you. Serve Him. Fear Him. Love Him.

Serving God is always going to bring trouble your way. When we focus on doing the will of God we gain a desire to work more for the kingdom.

But if you make a run for God—you won’t regret it!
Why run away from the God who knows all and sees all? We know he does and we know we did wrong but we let the world and pride get to us and end up running in the opposite direction instead of into the merciful arms of our father! It’s so simple, Run after God! There’s no doubt or regret when knowing you are following the one true living God! I pray God that you will lead your people into your arms where you our protector and savior and all we have to do it ask in your name! Thank you Lord for all you have done and what you are going to do!
7I will tell of the decree:
The LORD said to me, “You are my Son; today I have begotten you.
God has appointed those whom he desires to reign in position. David is the chosen king and the Lord reveals how he calls him son. A type of how Jesus is the Son, the living God robed in flesh. When we become children of the king of Kings it’s by repentance, baptism and being filled with his Spirit.
God looks at the way man plots against Him and He laughs. God isn’t afraid or confused or depressed about the opposition of man and there plots they have against him

v11 As Christians we must continue walking in rejoicing in truth and godliness until JESUS comes.

The heathen may prosper for right now but they do so in vain. God sits upon a heavenly throne as the wicked mock him. When judgment comes God gets the last laugh. He will cause theme to quake in derision. God doesn’t want anyone to perish but have everlasting life that’s why it’s so important that we reach them.

Certain nations need a revival of joy from the lord. Starting here in America.
“Kings, be wise! Rulers of the earth, be warned! Serve the Lord and have respect for him. Serve him with joy and trembling.”

Reminds me of our daily prayer:
I pray for the Leaders of Fort Worth, along with (Tarrant) and Surrounding Counties, Our Nation and Around the World. Lord Jesus this day I’m asking you to give them Wisdom, Knowledge and Understanding. Give them a Heart of Peace and not a Heart of War. I Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem and The Peace of Israel. God Protect Them In Jesus Name.

Fearing the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. If our nation is working to be great again, they must first start by fearing the Lord.

We must remember that we are nothing!!! Without the Lord we can’t do absolutely NOTHING!!! If the devils even tremble how much should we tremble and fear Him….
“You say you have faith, for you believe that there is one God. Good for you! Even the demons believe this, and they tremble in terror.” James 2:19
When I got introduced to the gospel I was always with an open heart and open mind because I feared the Lord. Even though I didn’t know much about Him I still knew that if He wanted He could take my life or my loved ones life in an instant. I never wanted to tempt the Lord, so from the beginning I learned to respect, honor, fear, and love the Lord more than anything or anyone.
Proverbs 1:7 – The fear of the LORD [is] the beginning of knowledge: [but] fools despise wisdom and instruction. Proverbs 1:7
Help me Lord not be a fool but always grow in knowledge!!!

I think that the current rulers of the world could benefit from the wisdom shared in these few scriptures.

Serve and Rejoice
When we serve for the kingdom of God we must do it with humbleness and exalt His name. When we work for the Lord we rejoice for what He has done.
Fear to exalt our names and tremble when we use( I, I, I, )
Psalm 2 , verse 11 in today English amp is saying serve the Lord with reverent awe and worshipful fear; rejoice and be in high spirits with trembling (lest you displease him). I will have worship God in of my fearing because I trust in god with all of my heart .

A true statement, so many countries around the world are against our God. They are ready to do battle against anyone who believes in God. So we too must be ready for battle when the time comes.
