Ezekiel 7

Moreover the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,

Also, thou son of man, thus saith the Lord God unto the land of Israel; An end, the end is come upon the four corners of the land.

Now is the end come upon thee, and I will send mine anger upon thee, and will judge thee according to thy ways, and will recompense upon thee all thine abominations.

And mine eye shall not spare thee, neither will I have pity: but I will recompense thy ways upon thee, and thine abominations shall be in the midst of thee: and ye shall know that I am the Lord.

Thus saith the Lord God; An evil, an only evil, behold, is come.

An end is come, the end is come: it watcheth for thee; behold, it is come.

The morning is come unto thee, O thou that dwellest in the land: the time is come, the day of trouble is near, and not the sounding again of the mountains.

Now will I shortly pour out my fury upon thee, and accomplish mine anger upon thee: and I will judge thee according to thy ways, and will recompense thee for all thine abominations.

And mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity: I will recompense thee according to thy ways and thine abominations that are in the midst of thee; and ye shall know that I am the Lord that smiteth.

10 Behold the day, behold, it is come: the morning is gone forth; the rod hath blossomed, pride hath budded.

11 Violence is risen up into a rod of wickedness: none of them shall remain, nor of their multitude, nor of any of their’s: neither shall there be wailing for them.

12 The time is come, the day draweth near: let not the buyer rejoice, nor the seller mourn: for wrath is upon all the multitude thereof.

13 For the seller shall not return to that which is sold, although they were yet alive: for the vision is touching the whole multitude thereof, which shall not return; neither shall any strengthen himself in the iniquity of his life.

14 They have blown the trumpet, even to make all ready; but none goeth to the battle: for my wrath is upon all the multitude thereof.

15 The sword is without, and the pestilence and the famine within: he that is in the field shall die with the sword; and he that is in the city, famine and pestilence shall devour him.

16 But they that escape of them shall escape, and shall be on the mountains like doves of the valleys, all of them mourning, every one for his iniquity.

17 All hands shall be feeble, and all knees shall be weak as water.

18 They shall also gird themselves with sackcloth, and horror shall cover them; and shame shall be upon all faces, and baldness upon all their heads.

19 They shall cast their silver in the streets, and their gold shall be removed: their silver and their gold shall not be able to deliver them in the day of the wrath of the Lord: they shall not satisfy their souls, neither fill their bowels: because it is the stumblingblock of their iniquity.

20 As for the beauty of his ornament, he set it in majesty: but they made the images of their abominations and of their detestable things therein: therefore have I set it far from them.

21 And I will give it into the hands of the strangers for a prey, and to the wicked of the earth for a spoil; and they shall pollute it.

22 My face will I turn also from them, and they shall pollute my secret place: for the robbers shall enter into it, and defile it.

23 Make a chain: for the land is full of bloody crimes, and the city is full of violence.

24 Wherefore I will bring the worst of the heathen, and they shall possess their houses: I will also make the pomp of the strong to cease; and their holy places shall be defiled.

25 Destruction cometh; and they shall seek peace, and there shall be none.

26 Mischief shall come upon mischief, and rumour shall be upon rumour; then shall they seek a vision of the prophet; but the law shall perish from the priest, and counsel from the ancients.

27 The king shall mourn, and the prince shall be clothed with desolation, and the hands of the people of the land shall be troubled: I will do unto them after their way, and according to their deserts will I judge them; and they shall know that I am the Lord.

  1. As for the beauty of his ornaments, He set it in majesty, but they made from it the images of their abominations, their detestable things, therefore I have made it like refuse to them. I will give it as plunder into the hands of strangers, and to the wicked of the earth as spoil, and they shall defiled it.

  2. 7:17 ALL hands shall be feeble, and all knees shall be weak as water.

Just heard this the other day…

God is Love, soooo merciful, and patienced but also JUST. He desires a clean house where he can dwel in , make his recidence , speak to his children.
… sin will block s the voice of God.

  3. Verse 26 NLT “Calamity will follow calamity; rumor will follow rumor. They will look in vain for a vision from the prophets. They will receive no teaching from the priests and no counsel from the leaders.” Sound familiar, just look at our world today. No time to lose, no time to waste; but seek the Lord while you have the chance as Isaiah 55:6-7 MSG says “Seek God while he’s here to be found, pray to him while he’s close at hand. Let the wicked abandon their way of life and the evil their way of thinking. Let them come back to God, who is merciful, come back to our God, who is lavish with forgiveness.”

  4. They will discard their silver in the streets, and their gold will be treated like filth. Their silver and gold will not be able to deliver them on the day of the Lord ’s fury. They will not satisfy their hunger or fill their stomachs because their wealth was the obstacle leading to their iniquity.
    Ezekiel 7:19 NET
Salvation can never be bought. Jesus Christ paid the ultimate price! The riches of this world has turn many away from the calling on their lives. You can not buy ministry, you can not buy favor with men, you can not put a monetary value on a souls. Warnings are given daily that the coming of The LORD is approaching, . We as the church have a mission and it is to GO out into the highways and hedges and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled. It is time that as a church we rise up and intercede for the lost souls of our nation/world. Today I pray that as you pray you will see souls that are lost reaching out towards you, it could be that your prayers can impact their lives and change the direction of their eternity.

  5. 27. The king will grieve, the prince will wrap himself in despair, and the hands of the common people will tremble.
I will deal with them according to the way they dealt with others; I will judge them according to way they judged others.
Then they will know I am the Eternal One. Voice

    Matthew 7:
    1. If you judge other people, then you will find that you, too, are being judged.

    2. Indeed, you will be judged by the very standards to which you hold other people.

  6. 27 The king shall mourn, and the prince shall be clothed with desolation, and the hands of the people of the land shall be troubled: I will do unto them after their way, and according to their deserts will I judge them; and they shall know that I am the Lord.

Todays world has often forgotten that God still hates the wicked and perverse ways oft he world just as much as he ever has, and just because he has an everlasting grace and mercy, many people have long taken advantage of that by not adhering to avoiding these sinful acts, but the day will come when the Lord will gather his people who have not forgotten his word or who the Lord is.

  7. Multiple times it states the judgements will be according to their ways. Where we go, what we do, the way we act, is all up to us – but with that, we also have the choice to allow God to take control of what we do, to allow Him to lead us and knead us (thanks Bro. Crockett!). It’s the age-old battle between God or self.

  8. 25 Destruction cometh; and they shall seek peace, and there shall be none.

It’s funny how in the season of grace people often war against truth which is able to make them free. Yet, in the season of Gods anger we want to seek peace.

Like my husband preached last night “God kneads us” and in this kneading process we are being made free from servanthood to sonship.

    John 8:32-36King (KJV)
32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
33 They answered him, We be Abraham’s seed, and were never in bondage to any man: how sayest thou, Ye shall be made free?
34 Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.
35 And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever.
36 If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.

We heard it last night and I’m going to say it again “STAY IN THE HOUSE” In John 8 we see that a servant to sin stays in for a season but a son abides forever!

My prayer this morning is Lord knead me and Pastor knead me because there are souls that need what your putting in me.

  9. 3 Now is the end come upon thee, and I will send mine anger upon thee, and will judge thee according to thy ways, and will recompense upon thee all thine abominations.
4 And mine eye shall not spare thee, neither will I have pity: but I will recompense thy ways upon thee, and thine abominations shall be in the midst of thee: and ye shall know that I am the Lord.

27 The king shall mourn, and the prince shall be clothed with desolation, and the hands of the people of the land shall be troubled: I will do unto them after their way, and according to their deserts will I judge them; and they shall know that I am the Lord.

  10. iLove the Kingdom
For those of us who may have wondered the order of the prophets, I want to share a chart I found that might help. Some might be wondering if the prophets were in the same time frame, well here it is.

  11. “Terror and trembling will overcome my people. They will look for peace but not find it. Calamity will follow calamity; rumor will follow rumor. They will look in vain for a vision from the prophets. They will receive no teaching from the priests and no counsel from the leaders. The king and the prince will stand helpless, weeping in despair, and the people’s hands will tremble with fear. I will bring on them the evil they have done to others, and they will receive the punishment they so richly deserve. Then they will know that I am the Lord.””
    ‭‭Ezekiel‬ ‭7:25-27‬ ‭NLT‬‬

  12. Ezekiel 7:8-9
    8) Now will I shortly pour out my fury upon thee, and accomplish mine anger upon thee: and I will judge thee according to thy ways, and will recompense (repay) thee for all thine abominations.
    9) And mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity: I will recompense (repay) thee according to thy ways and thine abominations that are in the midst of thee; and ye shall know that I am the LORD that smiteth.

WOW! All I got to say is, “You don’t want to make God angry.”
One day, God is going to pour out his fury upon this world, and we will be judged according to our ways (right or wrong), and HE will recompense (repay) people for their sins. People Will Know that HE IS GOD!!

It’s time to Get Right With God!

  13. They were proud of their beautiful jewelry and used it to make detestable idols and vile images. Therefore, I will make all their wealth disgusting to them. I will give it as plunder to foreigners, to the most wicked of nations, and they will defile it.
    Ezekiel 7:20‭-‬21 NLT
You cant rely on the things of this world because it’s only temporary I said this the other day when you start to may thing more important than praise GOD then that’s idol
These people they rely on jewelry and they mad idols out of it . This verse take me back to tides and offering this why we can’t depend on money the money is not are it’s the Lord if so Focus about money💰 that it’s start to become you idol in instead of giving the money to GOD you keep it for yourself . You see GOD give and he can take away all I got to say is I am blessed it not mine LORD it your.It all belongs to you
For the earth🌍 is the Lord’s, and the fulness thereof.
    1 Corinthians 10:26 KJV

  14. “Their violence has grown into a rod that will beat them for their wickedness. None of these proud and wicked people will survive. All their wealth and prestige will be swept away.”
    ‭‭Ezekiel‬ ‭7:11‬ ‭NLT‬‬
Ladies….Gentlemen, this is another prophetic word that I’m seeing more and more of each day. If this don’t wanna make you get it together and start reaching your family, your friends, your mom, and your dad than I don’t know what will.

I don’t understand why we’re not out seeking and searching for someone that needs God to intervene in their life. I know we’re not all called to PREACH but that doesn’t mean you are not called to REACH!
Let’s Go ladies and Gentlemen its time to do something!

iBless you in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ!

  15. 25 Destruction cometh; and they shall seek peace, and there shall be none.

Seek the Lord while He still can be found!
Seek first the Kingdom of God
Righteousness,Peace and Joy in the Holy Ghost that’s the Kingdom of God.

  16. THY KINGDOM COME
    PEACE

25 Destruction cometh; and they shall seek peace, and there shall be none.

We are Blessed in these last days to KNOW Peace. JESUS is the GOD of PEACE, JESUS is described as the Prince of PEACE, JESUS is known as the manager of PEACE. Now, at any moment and in any situation, we can experience PEACE through JESUS. We call upon HIS name JESUS and PEACE prevails. We speak, decree and declare PEACE and JESUS responds.

But, what happens when the TRUMP of GOD sounds? We are witness to result of life on earth without PEACE. There will be conlict, turmoil, chaos, devestatation and destruction.

As we Seek FIRST the Kingdom of GOD, we find ourselves in the pavilion of the PEACE of GOD. It is the ruling atmosphere in The Kings House.

Destruction, chaos, torment and death can be avoided when we Seek FIRST the Kingdom of GOD and allow HIS WORD and SPIRIT to order our steps.

  17. They were PROUD of their BEAUTIFUL JEWELRY and used it to MAKE
DETESTESTABLE IDOLS and vile images. Therefore, I will make all
their wealth disgusting to them. Ezekiel 7: 20 NLT

The issue is not the wealth ! The issue is the motives of what we do with the blessings. I heard my pastor say the God don’t receive glory in people that are broken and disgusted.

We are children of the King!

  18. 12 The time is come, the day draweth near: let not the buyer rejoice, nor the seller mourn: for wrath is upon all the multitude thereof.

  19. Woe be the day that this should ever come to pass in any of our churches today. ‘Wherefore I will bring the worst of the heathen, and they shall possess their houses: I will also make the pomp of the strong to cease; and their holy places shall be defiled.’ Notice it was the worst of the heathen that came to posses their holy places. We see this often in a backslidden life and even in a backslidden church… they claim to only desire to relax the ‘little’ things and somehow end up far from where they ever intended to be. We need to remember that God uses those ‘little things’ as the measure of whether we’re truly prepared for the greater things of his kingdom. That implies they’re still important to God! We don’t need to think about what we don’t need to do… we need to focus on what we have the opportunity to do and do it with all our might! The enemy didn’t ever have a chance when God’s people were focused on him. O let our minds be stayed upon him at all times! Bless the Lord O my soul and all that is within me!

  20. 19 They shall cast their silver in the streets, and their gold shall be removed: their silver and their gold shall not be able to deliver them in the day of the wrath of the Lord: they shall not satisfy their souls, neither fill their bowels: because it is the stumblingblock of their iniquity.

These people had hidden, secret idols. They were in bondage to sins they indulged behind closed doors. No one could tell this by their appearances. They came across not as idol worshipers, but as respected men of God going about their ministries.

The idol of one might have been different from that of another. For some, it might have been a lust for recognition, a drive for power. For others, it might have been some secret pleasure of the flesh. Others might have clung to a compromising relationship – or an adulterous affair. A war raged in their souls. On one side they wanted to hear from God — and on the other, their hidden idol rose up before their eyes.

Such a stumbling block is any evil enticement that robs us of our relationship with God. A stumbling block could be any sin that causes us to lose our faith, any desire that brings shame to our heart, any sin we cling to as we come to the Lord seeking guidance. We can come to God’s house, raise our hands, worship loudly — and yet still have a stumbling block of iniquity in our heart!

  21. 9 And mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity: I will recompense thee according to thy ways and thine abominations that are in the midst of thee; and ye shall know that I am the Lord that smiteth.

What can I add to this verse that would make it more clear then what is saying. I rather have the eyes of the Lord upon me and judge me, then the eyes of man and his judgment.

  22. 22 My face will I turn also from them, and they shall pollute my secret place: for the robbers shall enter into it, and defile it.
23 Make a chain: for the land is full of bloody crimes, and the city is full of violence.
24 Wherefore I will bring the worst of the heathen, and they shall possess their houses: I will also make the pomp of the strong to cease; and their holy places shall be defiled.

As I keep reading in Ezekiel, I find myself in awe of just how angry God is at His children. Makes you think twice about complaining about what we go through, when we think God is upset at us.
In vs 24, it states that the worst the heathen shall possess their houses. Those houses are our hearts. The inner most being of us, and the heathen are the evil spirits. Are we, am I, allowing things to come into my heart that I know or don’t know. Little things like YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, and the internet, just to name a few. What about the conversation that we have with friends, family, and coworkers. Those conversations that we laugh off, but in reality we know that it’s not right. Have we gotten so comfortable with,” laughing it off” that we forget just how much God disapproves. If we truly want His Kingdom to Come in our lives, then we must guard our eyes, ears, mind, mouth, and thoughts that much more closely. Pure in mind, pure in spirit, His Kingdom shall reign forever.

  23. 1 Moreover the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,

2 Also, thou son of man, thus saith the Lord God unto the land of Israel; An end, the end is come upon the four corners of the land.

  24. Who will reach the city?

21 And I will give it into the hands of the strangers for a prey, and to the wicked of the earth for a spoil; and they shall pollute it.

If we do not reach our city someone else will. If we don’t want it, there is someone who does. When we truly seek the Kingdom of God first, the heart of God will be with us. His heart is for the lost world. This is where we will be. No one is going to take our city but us.

  25. ““The day of judgment is here; your destruction awaits! The people’s wickedness and pride have blossomed to full flower.”
    ‭‭Ezekiel‬ ‭7:10‬ ‭NLT‬‬

I taught a lesson to the youth this past Sunday about TIME. Life is fair, because we all have the same amount of time. Time is wasted. Time is used wisely. Time is coming. Time to sow. Time to reap. The night cometh. TIME IS NOW FOR SALVATION.

  26. “This is what the Sovereign Lord says: Disaster after disaster is coming your way! The end has come. It has finally arrived. Your final doom is waiting! Soon I will pour out my fury on you and unleash my anger against you. I will call you to account for all your detestable sins. “The day of judgment is here; your destruction awaits! The people’s wickedness and pride have blossomed to full flower. Their violence has grown into a rod that will beat them for their wickedness. None of these proud and wicked people will survive. All their wealth and prestige will be swept away. Yes, the time has come; the day is here! Buyers should not rejoice over bargains, nor sellers grieve over losses, for all of them will fall under my terrible anger. Even if the merchants survive, they will never return to their business. For what God has said applies to everyone— it will not be changed! Not one person whose life is twisted by sin will ever recover.
    Ezekiel 7:5‭-‬6‭, ‬8‭, ‬10‭-‬13 NLT

This judgment could just as easily have been spoken in our day to America. I believe it was Billy Graham who many years ago said, “If God doesn’t send judgment on America, He will owe Sodom and Gomorrah an apology.” As a nation, we are as guilty as Israel was of pride, idolatry, witchcraft, violence, and the shedding of innocent blood. We are as guilty as Sodom of homosexuality and every abominable sin. We shall not escape judgment if we do not repent.

Judgment is coming! Prepare yourselves for the day of God’s wrath! Vengeance is Mine, saith the Lord; I will repay!

Time is short. The day is at hand. We must work quickly while it is day. I feel WE DO NOT HAVE CHURCH SERVICES TO WASTE. No longer can our thoughts tell us, “It’s just a Wednesday night service,” or “it’s just another prayer meeting.” WE MUST MAKE THE MOST OF EVERY OPPORTUNITY NOW. We must take every service seriously and act in unity to pull for every lost soul whom God has brought in. This is the hour for the saints of God to intercede for our lost city and nation.

  27. 3 Now is the end come upon thee, and I will send mine anger upon thee, and will judge thee according to thy ways, and will recompense upon thee all thine abominations.
4 And mine eye shall not spare thee, neither will I have pity: but I will recompense thy ways upon thee, and thine abominations shall be in the midst of thee: and ye shall know that I am the Lord.

God is going to judge us according to our ways. We must make up in our minds now how we are going to live. We have the choice to live righteously or for the world. We must choose wisely!! Once it is time for our judgement it will be too late to beg for forgiveness.
Tomorrow is NOT promised so let’s make the choice today!!

  28. Thank you Lord for your Grace and Mercy in these last days. The Israelites were defilers of all that God have them. They were set up to be great and mighty but their pride got in the way. God soon showed them what He can do when they didn’t pray or listen to his teachings. He pours out his judgement on these people and they will not be able to escape.

  29. 25 Destruction cometh; and they shall seek peace, and there shall be none.

“For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.”
    ‭‭Romans‬ ‭14:17‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”
    ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭6:33‬ ‭KJV‬‬

If you seek first the Kingdom of God, peace will find you!

  30. 9 And mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity: I will recompense thee according to thy ways and thine abominations that are in the midst of thee; and ye shall know that I am the Lord that smiteth.

Our ways must be pleasing to the Lord, they must match up to his word. It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God Hebrew 10:31

  31. Also, thou son of man, thus saith the Lord God unto the land of Israel; An end, the end is come upon the four corners of the land.

What does the Lord tell us?!? We have to be sensitive to the HG and listen to what God is telling us. Most of the time we’re waiting for God to do miracles and do this and that BUT I believe God is waiting for us to act. We have to do His Will, His Commandements and He will take care of us!!! We just need to set aside all fear and doubt and GO WORK!!!

  32. 16 But they that escape of them shall escape, and shall be on the mountains like doves of the valleys, all of them mourning, every one for his iniquity.

17 All hands shall be feeble, and all knees shall be weak as water.

This verse makes me think about when we go out of under the cover of our Pastor
We run away when we make a mistake and try to hide and we mourn and we are week and ashamed. But thank to the grace of God and his mercy that bring us forth and deliver us.

  33. No hope remains, for I will unleash my anger against you. I will call you to account for all your detestable sins.
    Ezekiel 7:3 NLT
    https://bible.com/bible/116/ezk.7.3.NLT

What kind of accountability will we give in that day of judgement. Will it be a good account or will it be a not so good report. We need to dig deep into His Word and learn to do His will and be faithful. We must give ourselves to the kingdom and give it our all to give a good account.

  34. Despite warning after warning the Israelites had, they still placed themselves in the place for judgement to destroy them, and leave them desolate and void of the presence of the Lord.

How about us? We hear continually the coming of the Lord is so soon, yet many of us are about our own business and our own kingdom, and not concerned about the Kingdom of God. Destruction will too come to us, if we don’t get our priorities and focus adjusted.

    Lord let Your Kingdom come!

  35. 18 They shall also gird themselves with sackcloth, and horror shall cover them; and shame shall be upon all faces, and baldness upon all their heads.

So is being bald a curse or something to be ashamed about……..

  36. 25 Destruction cometh; and they shall seek peace, and there shall be none.
When you know God, you know peace. When you turn away from God; there is no peace.

  37. 13 For the seller shall not return to that which is sold, although they were yet alive: for the vision is touching the whole multitude thereof, which shall not return; neither shall any strengthen himself in the iniquity of his life.
The vision could be for the multitude, the few or just one and this case, the multitude….

  38. 20 They took pride in their beautiful jewelry and used it to make their detestable idols. They made it into vile images; therefore I will make it a thing unclean for them.

It may look nice from the outside but on the inside its unclean. We can look the part of an apostolic pentecostal but we need to have the right attitute and heart because that’s what people really see. If they see us do they see God? If they hear us talk do they hear the power of God?

  39. Ezekiel 7:6(English Amp) The end is near, Who will you reach? An end has come! The end has come! [ The end- after sleeping so long] awakes against you. See, it has come! The Isaelites set there self in there own destruction, They were warned. Lord helps us get our lives the way that you want us to be. Get our priorities right.Focus on the things of the , not the world. With God we have peace , joy , Holy Ghost.

  40. 19 They shall cast their silver in the streets, and their gold shall be removed: their silver and their gold shall not be able to deliver them in the day of the wrath of the Lord: they shall not satisfy their souls, neither fill their bowels: because it is the stumblingblock of their iniquity.

In a generation that counts money to be the foundation instead of God they will find that what they held so dear will not matter in the end. Their is no use to gain the whole world and lose your soul. The things we need for everyday life the Lord knows we have need of and if we seek first his kingdom all these things will be given to us. Worrying to get the things we need will not be because of monetary deficiency. God is our provider for instance even when Elijah proclaimed the drought the Lord was to bring to king Ahab in 1Kings 17, God supplied him with bread and meat from a raven and water from a brook sprung forth from the earth. When God is out foundation and not money (mammon) then we show we trust in God to make a way for us. Silver and gold are precious metals that God allowed God to make just like the dollar bills of today and electronics we use to transfer funds and credits. It is detestable to God for a child of his to get more caught up in stuff that will all disappear in the end. God speaks of the end frequently in this chapter. In the end stuff cannot save us and we cannot take any of it with us into eternity.

  41. 19 They shall cast their silver in the streets, and their gold shall be removed: their silver and their gold shall not be able to deliver them in the day of the wrath of the Lord: they shall not satisfy their souls, neither fill their bowels: because it is the stumblingblock of their iniquity.

Money and possessions cannot buy you safety or pay for your salvation in eternity. There is only one that has paid the price, Jesus our Lord. All he requires is to have a relationship with Him and obey his statutes.

  42. “The day of judgment is here; your destruction awaits! The people’s wickedness and pride have blossomed to full flower.(Ezekiel 7:10 NLT)

Flowers take time to blossom. So Israel had time to uproot and repent. They start off as seeds, small little things that need to be planted to grow with the right soil and fed by water and sun. With this in mind a Israel has nurtured and sown into sinful iniquity that has blossomed into a full flower of wickedness and pride. Now it will bring forth God wrath with the destruction of his wrath.

  43. The king and the prince will stand helpless, weeping in despair, and the people’s hands will tremble with fear. I will bring on them the evil they have done to others, and they will receive the punishment they so richly deserve. Then they will know that I am the Lord .”
    Ezekiel 7:27 NLT

How important it is to honor God and to acknowledge Him. Seek ye first the Kingdom… Interesting how, even though we are under the new covenant and under grace, if we turn from God and place idols before us those actions alone can still destroy us. God doesn’t have to pour out judgement, all we have to do is become so consumed with something other than God that it will in turn consume us…

  44. God is preparing his people for what’s coming. It will take a strong and determined mind. A mind that is made up and willing to do what thus saith the Lord. We must not allow the enemy to influence us and take our focus off God.

  45. 25 Destruction cometh; and they shall seek peace, and there shall be none.

All I can say is all this suffering was it worth it why can we just follow after God’s waves no matter how hard it may seem put away the things of the flesh not my will but not thine will be done. Who wants to live a life without peace and without God? Definitely not me!

  46. v27 The king shall mourn, and the prince shall be clothed with desolation, and the hands of the people of the land shall be troubled: I will do unto them after their way, and according to their deserts will I judge them; and they shall know that I am the LORD.

There’s a judgement promised upon every individual for every work done in his life. No one will escape the scrutiny of the Almighty.

  47. 25 Destruction cometh; and they shall seek peace, and there shall be none.

26 Mischief shall come upon mischief, and rumour shall be upon rumour; then shall they seek a vision of the prophet; but the law shall perish from the priest, and counsel from the ancients.

This is a pronouncement of judgement upon people who would not hearken to God or obey Him. This is what could happen to any of us that decide not to serve God. Gods whole purpose in these actions was not just to hurt or destroy them but to show them He was God and that they should hearken unto Him. We as Gods people must do the same.

  48. 5Thus saith the Lord God; An evil, an only evil, behold, is come.
6 An end is come, the end is come: it watcheth for thee; behold, it is come.

sometimes things aren’t as they might seem…

  49. 19 They shall cast their silver in the streets, and their gold shall be removed: their silver and their gold shall not be able to deliver them in the day of the wrath of the Lord: they shall not satisfy their souls, neither fill their bowels: because it is the stumblingblock of their iniquity.

ooooo you can not buy salvation as well as you can not buy the Holy Ghost. Money is apart of this sin filled world. The enemy will tell you the most ignorant things sometimes.

  50. “They throw their money into the gutters. Their hard-earned cash stinks like garbage. They find that it won’t buy a thing they either want or need on Judgment Day. They tripped on money and fell into sin. Proud and pretentious with their jewels, they deck out their vile and vulgar no-gods in finery. I’ll make those god-obscenities a stench in their nostrils. I’ll give away their religious junk— strangers will pick it up for free, the godless spit on it and make jokes.”
    ‭‭Ezekiel‬ ‭7:19-21(ish) MSG

Money can’t help you when you offend God. The things of this world will be as junk when God’s will comes into play. His values, vision, and purpose are always going to come to pass. We either fall in line with him, or he will “redirect” you to to his will.

  51. “The king and the prince will stand helpless, weeping in despair, and the people’s hands will tremble with fear. I will bring on them the evil they have done to others, and they will receive the punishment they so richly deserve. Then they will know that I am the Lord.””
    ‭‭Ezekiel‬ ‭7:27‬ ‭NLT‬‬

The things that were once worshipped and valued will be proven to be of no value and no power. You are God alone!

  52. 16 But they that escape of them shall escape, and shall be on the mountains like doves of the valleys, all of them mourning, every one for his iniquity.

Sooner or later, sin will cause sorrow; and those who will not repent of their sin, may justly be left to pine away in it. There are many whose wealth is their snare and ruin; and the gaining the world is the losing of their souls. Riches profit not in the day of wrath. The wealth of this world has not that in it which will answer the desires of the soul, or be any satisfaction to it in a day of distress. God’s temple shall stand them in no stead. Those are unworthy to be honoured with the form of godliness, who will not be governed by its power.

  53. 10”The day of judgment is here; your destruction awaits!

The day of judgement is coming. Are you losing everything in life? Does it seem like God is against you? Maybe it’s because you have ignored God, all everything around you is falling apart. It’s time to return to God, and be ready for the day of judgement.

  54. 2 Also, thou son of man, thus saith the Lord God unto the land of Israel; An end, the end is come upon the four corners of the land.

If God said it, it will happpen. If it is delayed don’t hesitate because it will happen.
