Leviticus 8
1 And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
2 Take Aaron and his sons with him, and the garments, and the anointing oil, and a bullock for the sin offering, and two rams, and a basket of unleavened bread;
3 And gather thou all the congregation together unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
4 And Moses did as the Lord commanded him; and the assembly was gathered together unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
5 And Moses said unto the congregation, This is the thing which the Lord commanded to be done.
6 And Moses brought Aaron and his sons, and washed them with water.
7 And he put upon him the coat, and girded him with the girdle, and clothed him with the robe, and put the ephod upon him, and he girded him with the curious girdle of the ephod, and bound it unto him therewith.
8 And he put the breastplate upon him: also he put in the breastplate the Urim and the Thummim.
9 And he put the mitre upon his head; also upon the mitre, even upon his forefront, did he put the golden plate, the holy crown; as the Lordcommanded Moses.
10 And Moses took the anointing oil, and anointed the tabernacle and all that was therein, and sanctified them.
11 And he sprinkled thereof upon the altar seven times, and anointed the altar and all his vessels, both the laver and his foot, to sanctify them.
12 And he poured of the anointing oil upon Aaron’s head, and anointed him, to sanctify him.
13 And Moses brought Aaron’s sons, and put coats upon them, and girded them with girdles, and put bonnets upon them; as the Lordcommanded Moses.
14 And he brought the bullock for the sin offering: and Aaron and his sons laid their hands upon the head of the bullock for the sin offering.
15 And he slew it; and Moses took the blood, and put it upon the horns of the altar round about with his finger, and purified the altar, and poured the blood at the bottom of the altar, and sanctified it, to make reconciliation upon it.
16 And he took all the fat that was upon the inwards, and the caul above the liver, and the two kidneys, and their fat, and Moses burned it upon the altar.
17 But the bullock, and his hide, his flesh, and his dung, he burnt with fire without the camp; as the Lord commanded Moses.
18 And he brought the ram for the burnt offering: and Aaron and his sons laid their hands upon the head of the ram.
19 And he killed it; and Moses sprinkled the blood upon the altar round about.
20 And he cut the ram into pieces; and Moses burnt the head, and the pieces, and the fat.
21 And he washed the inwards and the legs in water; and Moses burnt the whole ram upon the altar: it was a burnt sacrifice for a sweet savour, and an offering made by fire unto the Lord; as the Lordcommanded Moses.
22 And he brought the other ram, the ram of consecration: and Aaron and his sons laid their hands upon the head of the ram.
23 And he slew it; and Moses took of the blood of it, and put it upon the tip of Aaron’s right ear, and upon the thumb of his right hand, and upon the great toe of his right foot.
24 And he brought Aaron’s sons, and Moses put of the blood upon the tip of their right ear, and upon the thumbs of their right hands, and upon the great toes of their right feet: and Moses sprinkled the blood upon the altar round about.
25 And he took the fat, and the rump, and all the fat that was upon the inwards, and the caul above the liver, and the two kidneys, and their fat, and the right shoulder:
26 And out of the basket of unleavened bread, that was before the Lord, he took one unleavened cake, and a cake of oiled bread, and one wafer, and put them on the fat, and upon the right shoulder:
27 And he put all upon Aaron’s hands, and upon his sons’ hands, and waved them for a wave offering before the Lord.
28 And Moses took them from off their hands, and burnt them on the altar upon the burnt offering: they were consecrations for a sweet savour: it is an offering made by fire unto the Lord.
29 And Moses took the breast, and waved it for a wave offering before the Lord: for of the ram of consecration it was Moses’ part; as the Lord commanded Moses.
30 And Moses took of the anointing oil, and of the blood which was upon the altar, and sprinkled it upon Aaron, and upon his garments, and upon his sons, and upon his sons’ garments with him; and sanctified Aaron, and his garments, and his sons, and his sons’ garments with him.
31 And Moses said unto Aaron and to his sons, Boil the flesh at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation: and there eat it with the bread that is in the basket of consecrations, as I commanded, saying, Aaron and his sons shall eat it.
32 And that which remaineth of the flesh and of the bread shall ye burn with fire.
33 And ye shall not go out of the door of the tabernacle of the congregation in seven days, until the days of your consecration be at an end: for seven days shall he consecrate you.
34 As he hath done this day, so the Lord hath commanded to do, to make an atonement for you.
35 Therefore shall ye abide at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation day and night seven days, and keep the charge of the Lord, that ye die not: for so I am commanded.
36 So Aaron and his sons did all things which the Lord commanded by the hand of Moses.
The POFW Daily Bible Reading 
28 And Moses took them from off their hands, and burnt them on the altar upon the burnt offering: they were consecrations for a sweet savour: it is an offering made by fire unto the Lord.
Ephesians 5:2
And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour.
This passage reminds me that in everything we do, it is crucial that it be a sweet aroma in the sight of God. It’s time to get out of the rut of “stinkin’ thinkin'”.
We must walk in the God’s favor we should be able to be a pleasing aroma to him
33 And ye shall not go out of the door of the tabernacle of the congregation in seven days, until the days of your consecration be at an end: for seven days shall he consecrate you.
34 As he hath done this day, so the Lord hath commanded to do, to make an atonement for you.
35 Therefore shall ye abide at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation day and night seven days, and keep the charge of the Lord, that ye die not: for so I am commanded.

So we listen .
36 So Aaron and his sons did all things which the Lord commanded by the hand of Moses.
So we listen and obey.

Verse 30 CEV “Finally, Moses sprinkled the priestly clothes of Aaron and his sons with some of the oil for ordination and with some of the blood from the altar. So Aaron and his sons, together with their priestly clothes, were dedicated to the Lord.” This brings a question to mind, What are we doing to dedicate ourselves to the Lord and are we following His direction/instructions?
1 Peter 1:16 CEV “That’s why the Scriptures say, “I am the holy God, and you must be holy too.”
Leviticus 11:44-45 CEV “I am the Lord your God, and you must dedicate yourselves to me and be holy, just as I am holy. Don’t become disgusting by eating any of these unclean creatures. I brought you out of Egypt so that I could be your God. Now you must become holy, because I am holy!”
Leviticus 19:2 CEV “to say to the community of Israel: I am the Lord your God. I am holy, and you must be holy too!”
Leviticus 20:7 CEV “Dedicate yourselves to me and be holy because I am the Lord your God.”
Leviticus 8
Complete your ordination. Your ordination will last seven days. God commanded what has been done this day in order to make atonement for you. Stay at the entrance of the Tent of Meeting day and night for seven days. Be sure to do what God requires, lest you die. This is what I have been commanded.”
36 Aaron and his sons did everything that God had commanded by Moses.
What if we were asked not to leave the tent or the church for seven days? Would we be willing to do that which was asked of us? The word says Aaron and his sons did everything that God commanded by Moses.
I believe one of the greatest attributes of a family is a man who is willing to follow after the leadership he is sitting under. They were commanded to stay seven days and we grumble about a few hours . The scripture here says to be sure what God has commanded not Moses but God . Moses was the mouth piece God used. It’s time for men to take a stand lead your families. Don’t be afraid to lead your family don’t be afraid to follow the man of God . He is watching for your soul. He has placed you as the high priest of your homes if you truly love them you will lead them. Involve your children in your ministry in the work of the Kingdom. Do it with gladness so that when they are grown they too will want to work with gladness . Seven days for their ordination was required can we not give at least one . Leadership requires sacrifice but anointing comes from the top and flows down . You want the anointing then submission is required. One of the last services I was in with my husband happened in Midlothian TX in that service was our Pastor Warren Green our associate pastor Leonard Harris and our Youth Pastor Don Webb and my husband Michael Bower. My husband preached that night about the anointing how it flowed down each of these men had a great part in pouring into my husband they had led him along with some praying grandparents. The anointing was present because of his obedience and submission to his pastor and the other authorities that had spoken into his life. It takes great men to make great men . God uses them. Don’t begrudge or misjudge your leadership. The last portion of this scripture says
Thank you God for the great men of God who are willing to lead .
Be sure to do what God requires, lest you die. This is what I have been commanded.”
36 Aaron and his sons did everything that God had commanded by God.
Hebrews 13:7
17 Have confidence in your leaders and submit to their authority, because they keep watch over you as those who must give an account. Do this so that their work will be a joy, not a burden, for that would be of no benefit to you.

His Word is full of commandments. If we don’t obey them we will die spiritually!!! Our lives are made up of decisions that we make daily, from what we wear to if we want to pray. The Word of God is not a book that we can risk and not follow and try to make it to heaven. We make daily decisions spiritually that can either bring us life or bring us death. Even when life is hard that’s when you have to push harder and keeping fighting the enemy with His Word. One thing I learned this weekend is that you can’t fight alone. When you unite with someone and fight you will conquer more!!
How should one chase a thousand, and two put ten thousand to flight, except their Rock had sold them, and the Lord had shut them up? Deut 32:30
Hang on to the Lord and fight back the enemy and always remember that WE WIN!!!

Then Moses presented the bull for the sin offering. Aaron and his sons laid their hands on the bull’s head, and Moses slaughtered it. Moses took some of the blood, and with his finger he put it on the four horns of the altar to purify it. He poured out the rest of the blood at the base of the altar. Through this process, he made the altar holy by purifying it. He took the rest of the bull, including its hide, meat, and dung, and burned it on a fire outside the camp, just as the Lord had commanded him. Everything we have done today was commanded by the Lord in order to purify you, making you right with him.

Leviticus 8:35-36 [ Amp] At the door of the Tent of Meeting you shall remain day and night for seven days , doing what the Lord has charged you to do that you did not; for I am commanded.

They must not stir out of the court of the tabernacle for seven days, Leviticus 8:33. The priesthood being a good warfare, they must thus learn to endure hardness, and to disentangle themselves from the affairs of this life, 2 Timothy 2:3,4. Being consecrated to their service, they must give themselves wholly to it, and attend continually to this very thing. Thus Christ’s apostles were appointed to wait for the promise of the Father, Acts 1:4. During this time appointed for their consecration, they were daily to repeat the same sacrifices which were offered the first day, Leviticus 8:34. This shows the imperfection of the legal sacrifices, which, because they could not take away sin, were often repeated (Hebrews 10:1,2), but were here repeated seven times (a number of perfection), because they typified that one offering, which perfected for ever those that were sanctified. The work lasted seven days; for it was a kind of creation: and this time was appointed in honour of the sabbath, which, probably, was the last day of the seven, for which they were to prepare during the six days. Thus the time of our life, like the six days, must be our preparation for the perfection of our consecration to God in the everlasting sabbath: they attended day and night (Leviticus 8:35), and so constant should we be in our meditation on God’s law, Psalms 1:2. They attended to keep the charge of the Lord:
ministers are compared to those who served at the altar, for they minister about holy things (1 Corinthians 9:13), they are God’s mouth to the people and the people’s to God, the pastors and teachers Christ has appointed to continue in the church to the end of the world: they seem to be meant in that promise which points at gospel times (Isaiah 66:21), I will take of them for priests and for Levites. No man may take this honour to himself, but he who upon trial is found to be clothed and anointed by the Spirit of God with gifts and graces to qualify him for it, and who with purpose of heart devotes himself entirely to the service, and is then by the word and prayer (for so every thing is sanctified), and the imposition of the hands of those that give themselves to the word and prayer, set apart to the office, and recommended to Christ as a servant and to the church as a steward and guide. And those that are thus solemnly dedicated to God ought not to depart from his service, but faithfully to abide in it all their days; and those that do so, and continue labouring in the word and doctrine, are to be accounted worthy of double honour, double to that of the Old-Testament priests.
We must work until the trumpet sounds and we are called away.
5 And Moses said unto the congregation, This is the thing which the Lord commanded to be done.

There is an order and we should submit to it. As authority speaks, we should respond and trust that our man of God has heard from the Lord in the direction in which we should be led.

If I’m off on this thought, please correct me. We bring our tithes to the house, and it’s what takes care of the Preist. It seems as though The Offerings brought from the Children and Aaron and his Sons certain ones were to take care of Aaron and his Sons, but not so they can save it or store it up, it was enough that they were able to eat and be satisfied, and they didnt waste the remaining, they burnt it. I beleive that even Aaron and his Sons eating part of the Sacrifice was part of the act of the offering up, even the burning of the left afters. God is very specific, I beleive that even after we pay/give our offering of tithes, offering, praise, worship, time , talent. God uses that in ways that we arent even aware. Thank you Jesus for your goodness and kindness.

7 a number of completion. A perfect number. 7 days must they remain in front of the tabernacle. 7 days of Hod keeping them, watching them, for they would be leading the souls of Israel. As I read this chapter I can vividly see the ordination of Aaron and his children. I wonder what was going through their minds as they were being anointed not only with oil but with blood? 7 days of consecration, consecration literally means to have an association with the Sacred. Can you only imagine to be in His presence 7 consecutive days. I never want to leave His presence I want to linger around Him and never let go. Be Mary always at His feet instead of Martha alway trying to do everything. I try over and over again and after a little while I become Martha again. Increase the Mary in me so I may be consecrated in you. Thank you Jesus.

A lot of people want to be a part of the ministry they have no idea the strenuous procedures and things that a minister has to go through. Being a minister is one of the greatest privileges in the world but it has how many burdens to carry with it. Your life is like a fishbowl and you’re being watched from every angle and everything you do, you’re held to a higher standard and you feel like you carry the weight of the world at times. We live in a world where everybody is scrutinizing criticized for every little thing and ministers are no exception. The greatest thing you can do for your pastor is to be faithful and to be accountable. The understand what he goes through and to just show constant appreciation for all that he does.the Bible tells us to obey them that rule over us for they watch out for our souls

Extended fasts, when done correctly can bring about significant transformation in someone’s spiritual walk.
But purifying ourselves is something the Lord does not take lightly. We cannot be a part of Him if we are not presented holy.

Lev 8:6 And Moses brought Aaron and his sons, and washed them with water.
Baptism is really that simple y’all. Most churches out there do not think baptism is necessary for salvation. What if Moses would have skipped a step here? Not only that, but look at everything Moses had to do. Moses had a huge responsibility. God removed all those responsibilities from us and replaces it with only 3…repent, be baptized, and receive the Holy Ghost! Wow

“Something Is About To Happen”
The LORD wanted Moses to get everyone to the door of the tabernacle (get them to church), so that they could see and experience for themselves what was “About To Happen.” Moses was getting ready to Ordain Aaron and his sons, and the LORD didn’t want anyone to miss out.
“Something Is About To Happen” at POFW. God is getting ready to do great things, things we’ve never seen before, but in order for us to see it and experience it for ourselves, we must do what Pastor has called us to do, and that is GET TO CHURCH and STOP MAKING EXCUSES!! The LORD doesn’t want us to miss out on “What Is About To Happen.”
10 And Moses took the anointing oil, and anointed the tabernacle and all that was therein, and sanctified them.
The man of God is not only anointed but the sanctuary also. When we enter into the house of the Lord it is a serious thing, not a time to play, but to worship the Lord and hear his word to the church.

So in Leviticus Chapter 8 verses 1-5 it’s telling me that Jesus had spoken to Adams about his Sets of Clothes and that he was going to do a sin offering and he was going to have two rams and unleavened Bread then they Gathered around the Door of the Tabernacle then the Assembly gathered around the door of the tabernacle to Pray for the Tabernable
36 So Aaron and his sons did all things which the Lord commanded by the hand of Moses.
Jesus replied, “Anyone who loves me will obey my teaching. My Father will love them, and we will come to them and make our home with them.”

These are just a few scriptures about obedience there are over 100 scriptures that reference obey or obedience. Let us now be ignorant to the facts. God’s desire for us to follow Him is really about our obedience to Him. When we obey His Word we are following after the pattern His left for us. The great thing is, He give us a pastor and leaders to help direct us in His steps. Many have walked roads that they do not want us to have to walk on. SO it is imperative that we listen and obey what God is speaking to us through them.
FIRST THE KINGDOM
OBEDIENCE
4 And Moses did as the Lord commanded him; and the assembly was gathered together unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
5 And Moses said unto the congregation, This is the thing which the Lord commanded to be done.
6 And Moses brought Aaron and his sons, and washed them with water.
The carnal mind is filled with so much negative influence that we struggle to believe even when GOD or the man of GOD speaks a strong or simple command.
The revealed to me today in this chapter the power of generational obedience. Moses brought Aaron and his sons and through OBEDIENCE look what happens.
35 Therefore shall ye abide at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation day and night seven days, and keep the charge of the Lord, that ye die not: for so I am commanded.
36 So Aaron and his sons did all things which the Lord commanded by the hand of Moses.
Moses, Aaron and his sons were OBEDIENT and had a 7 day lock in REVIVAL service. OBEDINCE is an attitude that generates UNITY and UNITY is the platform that JESUS works Miracles in.
As we approach the largest attended weekend of the year, my prayer is that we observe Generational OBEDIENCE so that JESUS has the platform of UNITY to work from. If we will all do what we are asked to do, UNITY will prevail and GOD gets all the Glory.

33 You must not leave the Tabernacle entrance for seven days, for that is when the ordination ceremony will be completed. 34 Everything we have done today was commanded by the LORD in order to purify you, making you right with him.
Just imagine if this was a requirement to ordain ministers of today, to stay in a tabernacle or church for 7 days, there hardly would be any men of God preaching the Word. Thanks to Jesus who died for our sins, and his blood covers each one of us. Thank God for the godly men/women we have at our church. Thank God for our Pastor who leads POFW!
15 And he slew it; and Moses took the blood, and put it upon the horns of the altar round about with his finger, and purified the altar, and poured the blood at the bottom of the altar, and sanctified it, to make reconciliation upon it.

12 And he poured of the anointing oil upon Aaron’s head, and anointed him, to sanctify him.
We must get the oil to cover us. Let cover ever area of our lives.
the oil represented the Holy Ghost in the New Testament. Every day we must get to the place in prayer that he pours the oil (the fire) down on us.
24 And he brought Aaron’s sons, and Moses put of the blood upon the tip of their right ear, and upon the thumbs of their right hands, and upon the great toes of their right feet: and Moses sprinkled the blood upon the altar round about.
Everything God does has significance. He had Moses anoint their ears so that they would hear, hear what HE speaks to them, and hear the heart of the people. He anointed their hands, so that they would serve the people that God had blessed them to lead, and anointed their big toe, so that they would have balance.
These principles are important in each of our lives. We must hear clearly from the Spirit of God, we must listen to the heart of others. We must have hands to serve in the Kingdom of God, serving others, and we must have balance in our lives.
6 And Moses brought Aaron and his sons, and washed them with water.
7 And he put upon him the coat, and girded him with the girdle, and clothed him with the robe, and put the ephod upon him, and he girded him with the curious girdle of the ephod, and bound it unto him therewith.
8 And he put the breastplate upon him: also he put in the breastplate the Urim and the Thummim….
They had to he washed and anointed before serving. We are going to be serving our community on Wedtern Day and each of us needs to prepare ourselves for it. We must come repented (washed), submitted (with obedience) and anointed (filled with the Holy Ghostand fresh fire) so we can impact the lives of those we serve.
Leviticus Chapter 8
Just as chapters 6 and 7 were a unit, so is Leviticus 8, 9 and 10. These 3 chapters will present us with the ordination of the first priesthood of Israel. To be clear, all the other previous chapters of Leviticus, including the last few of Exodus, established many rules and regulations for both the common person and the priests. But … … these have not yet been carried out. So since the beginning of Leviticus chapter 8, no priesthood existed, only the instruction of how it should operate once it was established.
We have seen, beginning in Exodus 20 and continuing until Leviticus 7, a complex and precise social structure being created; a structure commanded by Jehovah, for the purpose of making Israel a separate holy nation for Himself. The deal was this: comply with the structure, obey the mandates and regulations, and Israel would receive God’s blessings. Disobeying, rebelling, or simply becoming careless in the fulfillment of God’s instructions, and the blessings will be removed. The lack of blessings generally means removal from the Promised Land or death.
Exactly carrying out God’s system of worship, atonement, and general society was required… ..he himself could not be careless, intermittent, or disorderly. Scrupulous attention to detail was commanded by Jehovah … so much that, as he says in Leviticus 7:18, “… the man who offered it (the sacrifice) will not be accepted” … if everything is not done as it should be done.
So Aaron and his sons did all things which the Lord commanded by the hand of Moses.
—- by the hand of Moses. Not on their own, not from his own ideas, not by Moses will…. but by God’s. Someone was in touch with God. Someone was hearing from God. And they did as they were told.

Aun cuando todos los hombres de la tribu de Leví estaban dedicados al servicio de Dios, sólo los descendientes de Aarón podían ser sacerdotes. Sólo ellos tenían el honor y la responsabilidad de realizar los sacrificios. Estos sacerdotes tenían que purificarse y dedicarse a sí mismos antes de que pudieran ayudar al pueblo a hacer lo mismo.
*La ceremonia de ordenación: Aarón y sus hijos eran lavados con agua, vestidos con vestiduras especiales y ungidos con aceite.
*Hoy nosotros necesitamos ser lavados con agua en el bautismo , y ser ungidos con el aceite del Espíritu Santo para poder ser consagrados como sacerdotes del Reino de Dios también.
* Ellos Ponían sus manos sobre un becerro mientras lo mataban, y sobre dos carneros mientras lo mataban. Esto mostraba que la santidad sólo podía provenir de Dios, no de su rol de sacerdotes. Igualmente, el que tengamos una posición religiosa no nos hace limpios espiritualmente. La limpieza espiritual sólo proviene de Dios. No importa cuán alta sea su posición ni por cuánto tiempo la ha tenido, debemos depender de Dios para una vitalidad que sea Aceptable , Agradable y Respaldada por El , para así Engrandece el Reino de Dios.
The first seven chapters of Leviticus detail the offerings to be given to God. Now that these instructions have been given, it is time for Aaron, the brother of Moses, and his four sons, to be anointed as the first Israelite priests under the Mosaic covenant.
I have been trying to find types and shadows from this book to later books in the Bible. It could be the bull sacrifice that was burned outside the camp was a type and shadow of Jesus. He was also sacrificed as a sin offering outside of Jerusalem, at Golgotha. Then, interestingly, there are the two rams which were also sacrificed with the bull. The parallels could be the two thieves on the hill with Jesus. The first ram for the burnt offering was slaughtered and burned, but the entrails and shanks were washed with water before being burnt because they were unclean. This could represent the thief who rejected Jesus who was not forgiven of his sins.
The second ram was also sacrificed and burned but it was not washed with water. Only part of this ram was burned. Some of the blood was used to purify Aaron and his sons, while the breast of the ram was saved from the fire. It was “waved” before the Lord and not burned up. The second thief acknowledged Jesus and put his faith in him. Jesus told him “Today you will be with me in Paradise.” The second theif did not need to be cleaned with water, as he was forgiven of his sins by Jesus. Like the second ram, he was saved from the fire.
36 So Aaron and his sons did all things which the Lord commanded by the hand of Moses.
Notice that God spoke to Aaron through Moses.
This is why it is important to listen to the words/advice from our man of God. He was placed in our life by God to lead, guide and direct us. God will often speak to us through him. We would be wise to listen and obey.

If Moses, Aaron, or His sons had decided they knew an easier way, or “it doesn’t take all that”, or if they had just left out one step, all the rest would have been in vain.
1 Samuel 15:22
And Samuel said, Hath the Lord as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the Lord? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams. KJV

“He put the official tunic on Aaron and tied the sash around his waist. He dressed him in the robe, placed the ephod on him, and attached the ephod securely with its decorative sash. Then Moses placed the chestpiece on Aaron and put the Urim and the Thummim inside it. He placed the turban on Aaron’s head and attached the gold medallion—the badge of holiness—to the front of the turban, just as the Lord had commanded him.”

After being cleansed, the priest had to be clothed – but not in his own clothes. He had to put on garments given by God.
1And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
2 Take Aaron and his sons with him, and the garments, and the anointing oil, and a bullock for the sin offering, and two rams, and a basket of unleavened bread;
3 And gather thou all the congregation together unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
4 And Moses did as the Lord commanded him; and the assembly was gathered together unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
36 So Aaron and his sons did all things which the Lord commanded by the hand of Moses.
I see lots of commands that came from the Lord and not once did I see where Aaron or his sons questioned any of the request. Jesus I ask you today that your will be done in my life. Every step that I take it’s in the direction you’re guiding me to.

Shepherds will do this to protect their sheep’s
To keep the flies from pestering his poor sheep, a shepherd would sometimes put oil across the heads of the sheep, which acted as a bug repellent. Without much of an immune system (another lack of defense) a minor disease would quickly spread and kill the sheep.
When we’re anointed it’s from the head down. It flows from the top of the head to the soles of the feet. God is protecting us from the parasites of this world.
36 Aaron and his sons did everything that God had commanded by Moses.
It takes a lot of OBEDIENCE to do what Aaron and his sons did. They trusted the man of God and simply obeyed everything.
21 And he washed the inwards and the legs in water; and Moses burnt the whole ram upon the altar: it was a burnt sacrifice for a sweet savour, and an offering made by fire unto the Lord; as the Lordcommanded Moses.
22 And he brought the other ram, the ram of consecration: and Aaron and his sons laid their hands upon the head of the ram.
23 And he slew it; and Moses took of the blood of it, and put it upon the tip of Aaron’s right ear, and upon the thumb of his right hand, and upon the great toe of his right foot.
Obedience is better than sacrifice. Moses could have offered a greater sacrifice, or more numerous sacrifices, but he obeyed.
36 So Aaron and his sons did all things which the Lord commanded by the hand of Moses.
Obeying the voice of the man of God. It is important to take heed to what the man of God is saying. Every preached word is given and we have a choice to obey it as coming from the Lord or not doubting in our flesh.
Leviticus 8:28 And Moses took them from off their hands, and burnt them on the altar upon the burnt offering : they were consecrations for sweet savour : it is an offering made by fire unto the Lord.
Zechariah 13:7 Awake, O sword, against my shepherd, and against the man that is my fellow, saith the Lord of hosts: smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered : and I will turn my hand upon the little ones.
Submit and obey your Pastor which pleases God!

13 And Moses brought Aaron’s sons, and put coats upon them, and girded them with girdles, and put bonnets upon them; as the Lordcommanded Moses.
8 And he put the breastplate upon him: also he put in the breastplate the Urim and the Thummim.
This breast plate was placed upon “ the enlightened one”. It was like a vest with a pocket on either side and it had a stone in each of the pockets. The stones had Urim one one and Thummim on the onther. The enlightened one would go to the mountain and ask God questions that could be answered with a yes or no answer. God would shine down a beam of light upon the right side or left side on the urim or thummim being the yes or no answer. Then the enlightened one would come back to the people and give the instructions to the people. Moses was the enlightened one who wore this breastplate. No one could explain it but he had the answers. This is still displayed in God called Pastors. They wear this breastplate for the people. The go between and the one who goes before God in our behalf. No one can explain their anointing but the light that shines upon them cannot be denied. Thank God for our Pastors!
God gives instruction to Moses., just like a parent would give it to your children. Obedience is what Moses shows in this chapter, let’s be obedient to the word of God.

Moses makes it clear that he is doing what God has commanded him to do. With Moses in charge, he washes and cleanses those under him. He blessed his priests and ministers that are under him. We should give reverence not only to Pastor but also give reverence to those he has put in positions of ministry. Bless them and keep them clean and washed in our own mind.
